Abstract

This study aims at the influence of organizational culture and transformational leadership on personnel performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable to the Bener Meriah police station. For the dependent variable of this study is organizational culture and transformational leadership, the independent variable is the personnel performance of the police station. Intervening variables are organizational commitment. The population in this study was the Police Personal of the Bener Meriah District Police which numbered 442, the sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling and obtained a sample of 170 respondents who were police officers of the Bener Meriah police station, the research method used was a quantitative method for data analysis method using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)..

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of pedagogical competence and digital leadership on career development's impact on the performance of East Aceh State High School teachers. The data in this study used primary data in the form of questionnaires compiled following indicators of research variables and distributed to 180 teachers of East Aceh State High School with sampling techniques conducted in the first stage of stratified random sampling then carried out with simple random sampling techniques or simple randomization of respondents in this study. Data analysis methods are used by structural analysis (SEM) and processed with the analysis of structural moments (AMOS) program. The results of the study found that there is an influence of pedagogical competence and digital leadership on career development and teacher performance, there is also digital leadership influence on the performance of High School teachers in East Aceh Regency. Furthermore, the results of this study show that pedagogical competence predominantly affects the performance of East Aceh State High School teachers.

Abstract

For company, turnover is an important factor that needs to be considered, because it relates to the behavior of its employees who have the intention to leave so that it greatly impacts company outcomes. This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction, career development and organizational commitment on employee turnover intention. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that job satisfaction, career development and organizational commitment have an effect on employee turnover intention.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of digital leadership and organizational commitment on courier performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Shopee Express Aceh Branch. The sample in this study was PT courier. Shopee Express Aceh Branch as many as 145 people. Data was collected through an on-line questionnaire and analyzed using a data analysis method using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which was operationalized with the Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) tool. The research results show that digital leadership and organizational commitment have a significant effect on job satisfaction and courier performance. And job satisfaction has a direct effect on courier performance. In testing the indirect effect of job satisfaction, it was found to act as a partial mediating variable in the influence of digital leadership and organizational commitment on courier performance. It is hoped that the results of this study can contribute to the management of PT. Shopee Express Aceh Branch in order to manage employees and improve company performance.

Abstract

Kepuasan kerja merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan organisasi, khususnya di sektor pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi jabatan, motivasi ekstrinsik, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Kantor Pertanahan Kota Lhokseumawe. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode sensus terhadap 42 orang pegawai sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dengan nilai determinasi sebesar 65,7%. Di antara ketiganya, lingkungan kerja menjadi faktor yang paling dominan memengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pegawai. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa sistem promosi yang adil, pemberian motivasi eksternal, dan terciptanya lingkungan kerja yang kondusif merupakan kunci dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mengembangkan model dengan memasukkan variabel lain seperti kepemimpinan atau budaya organisasi.

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan organisasi, khususnya di sektor pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, kompetensi, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Kabupaten Bireuen. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linear berganda terhadap 90 orang pegawai sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan variabel kompetensi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan nilai determinasi sebesar 29,4%. Di antara ketiganya, budaya organisasi menjadi faktor yang paling dominan memengaruhi tingkat kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan,  peningkatan kompetensi, dan pembentukan budaya organisasi yang kuat merupakan kunci dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mengembangkan model dengan mempertimbangkan variabel lain seperti motivasi kerja, komitmen organisasi, disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan lain lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan pengembangan pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Pertanahan Kota Lhokseumawe. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode sampling jenuh terhadap 42 pegawai sebagai responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dan uji t parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja dan pengembangan pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan variabel motivasi kerja justru berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kinerja pegawai lebih dipengaruhi oleh kedisiplinan dan kesempatan pengembangan, sementara sistem motivasi yang tidak tepat dapat menurunkan semangat kerja. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi kebijakan manajerial, khususnya dalam penguatan sistem disiplin dan perbaikan program motivasi serta pelatihan pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and work environment on employee productivity through communication as an intervening variable at the Agricultural Extension Center in Bireuen Regency. The independent variables in this study are leadership and work environment, the dependent variable is employee productivity, and the intervening variable is communication. This study uses a quantitative method, collecting data using a questionnaire containing questions and statements distributed to all employees at the Agricultural Extension Center. The scoring technique uses a Likert scale. This study was conducted at the Agricultural Extension Center in Gandapura, Kuta Blang, and Peusangan Districts with a total of 108 respondents. The sampling method used in this study was saturated sampling, where the entire population was sampled, resulting in a total sample of 108 respondents. This study used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science). The results of the study indicate that leadership and the work environment have a positive and significant influence on communication and directly impact employee productivity. Furthermore, communication has been shown to significantly mediate the influence of leadership and the work environment on productivity. These findings indicate that improving leadership quality and a conducive work environment, coupled with effective communication, can optimally boost employee productivity. This research is expected to serve as a reference for managers of the Agricultural Implementation Center in formulating strategies to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) on Corporate Environmental Performance (CEP). Additionally, this study examines the mediating roles of Employee Environmental Commitment (EEC) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment (OCBE). The study used a sample of 120 employees from Perumda Tirta Pase North Aceh. Data analysis was conducted using path analysis with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through AMOS software. The results show that GHRM has a positive but insignificant effect on CEP. GHRM positively and significantly affects both EEC and OCBE. EEC has a positive and significant effect on CEP, whereas OCBE has a positive but insignificant effect on CEP. The mediation test results indicated that EEC could not mediate the effect of GHRM on CEP because the direct effect of GHRM on CEP was not significant. Similarly, OCBE cannot mediate the effect of GHRM on CEP for the same reason.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak Budaya Organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Puskesmas Syamtalira Bayu Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada semua pegawai, sebanyak 100 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda serta pengujian validitas, reliabilitas, dan asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa budaya organisasi memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang berarti semakin baik budaya organisasi, semakin tinggi pula kinerja karyawan. Disiplin dalam bekerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, mengindikasikan bahwa tingkat kedisiplinan yang baik meningkatkan kinerja. Akan tetapi, gaya kepemimpinan terbukti berdampak negatif dan signifikan, menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang kaku atau kurang melibatkan justru mengurangi kinerja pegawai. Ketiga variabel tersebut secara bersamaan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kontribusi mencapai 70,1%. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan Puskesmas untuk meningkatkan budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja, serta mengevaluasi gaya kepemimpinan agar lebih demokratis dan komunikatif untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.
