Abstract

Pada lembaga pendidikan terdapat dua jenis guru dalam hal tunjangan yakni tunjangan guru PNS dan guru honorer. Guru honorer adalah tenaga pendidik yang berhak mendapatkan honorium baik perbulan maupun triwulan. Pengelolaan tunjangan merupakan cara mengolah dan mengatur suatu pembayaran yang akan diterima seseorang pekerja agar dapat mesejahteraan kehidupan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian tahapan analisis data yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan dan memberi informasi terkait pengelolaan tunjangan guru honorer di Kabupaten Bangka Tengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengeloaan yang dilakukan Dinas Pendidikan meliputi perencanaan mulai dari mendata jumlah guru honorer dan mengelola atau memisahkan antara sumber dana APBD dan APBN yang dialokasikan ke guru honorer pada tahun sebelum tahun yang dianggarkan. Pengelompokan tunjangan guru terkait memfilter antara guru tetap dan guru tidak tetap, kemudian untuk kuota sengaja dilebihkan agar meminimalisir terjadinya penambahan guru baru serta memisahkan dan mengelompokkan guru penerima sumber dana dari APBD atau APBN. Pelaksanaan pembayaran dilakukan langsung dengan mentranfer ke nomor rekening masing-masing guru. Pengawasan oleh pihak internal (Kepala Dinas Pendidikan, Bidang Guru Dan Tenaga Kependidikan, Kepala Sekolah) dan eksternal (Inspektorat dan Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses penganggaran dan pengalokasian dana pendidikan gratis di Pondok Pesantren Kreatif Baitul Kilmah Bantul. Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses penganggaran dan pengalokasian dana menggunakan sumber dana hasil dari penjualan karya buku para santri dan juga pengasuh. Pengelolaan keuangan dilakukan terpusat pada lembaga dengan menggunakan pengumpulan kas lembaga.

Abstract

Alat permainan edukatif diharapkan mampu menjadi sarana yang tepat guna menunjang segala klasifikasi perkembangan. Penggunaan APE sebagai alat penunjang kelancaran dan keberhasilan proses pembelajaran, maka perlu adanya manajemen pemeliharaan agar siap pakai saat dibutuhkan guna mendukung keberlangsungan pembelajaran secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis manajemen pemeliharaan sarana APE indoor di lembaga PAUD. Pada penelitian ini mengunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan wawancara. Jumlah responden  5 orang kepala sekolah, 5 orang guru di lembaga yang berbeda. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini berupa mereduksi data. Teknik keapsahan data berupa triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, dalam manajemen pemeliharan sarana APE indoor dilembaga PAUD meliputi tahapan berikut: perencanaan:  analisis kebutuhan, memilih skala prioritas, menentukan sarana yang akan diadakan dan cara pengadaan, menentukan sumber dana. Pelaksanaan: pengadaan, pendayagunaan, penyimpanan, pemeliharaan dan penghapusan. Pengawasan: menjadi acuan dalam manajemen pemeliharaan kedepannya

Abstract

This study uses the Arikunto PTK Model, namely the role of parents in builing digital literacy trough the application of the steam method. In cycle I, it begins with planning, then carries out the introduction of digital literacy and the application of steam. Research makes observations, then reflection after that improvement. After being corrected in cycle II, it strengthens to check the progress of children’s digital literacy and makes observations again and then makes reflection. In cycle III, strengthening digital literacy and steam application. So the researchers found the results of the classrostoom action research model. In the first cycle, it was 3.2667 (Start Appearing) with an sd value of 0.7988, in the second cycle, 6.2 (Developing as expected) with an sd value of 0.7746, and in the third cycle, obtained 7.6 (developing very well) wih an sd value of 0.5071. This proves that the role of parents in building digital literacy throught steam in early childhood has a significant influence on digital literacy on the application of steam.

Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of providing knowledge or choices to parents and teachers or educators that cognitive development can be enhanced through playing educational games with blocks. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. With data collection techniques observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were 20 students of class B TK Darussalam Plus Yogyakarta. The results showed that there was an increase in children's cognitive abilities through educational games in the form of blocks. This is evidenced by the increase in children's cognitive abilities with the application of educational games, such as being able to classify different according to type and color, compare shapes around them, understand various number concepts, distinguish between large and small, long and short, time, space, and able to make a good picture or design.

Abstract

This study aims to determine at critical thinking skills at the elementary school (SD) in Industrial Revolution 4.0. The focus lies on the critical thinking skills of students in Social Sciences (IPS) subjects. The research was conducted by means of literature review related to critical thinking of learning Social Sciences (IPS) for the elementary school level (SD / MI). Sources of data are collected through scientific journals, books, or final projects and analyzed descriptively qualitatively. Results obtained from children coping with problems with reciprocal interactions in an educational setting. Social Sciences (IPS) is a combination of social sciences and humanities. Learning Social Sciences (IPS) at the SD / MI level is carried out with an interdisciplinary approach. Thus, it can be denied that learning Social Sciences (IPS) at the elementary school level (SD / MI) makes students develop into individuals who are easily adaptable and support students critical thinking patterns so that they can coexist with both local and global communities.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of the agency's marketing strategy in increasing the number of students in Islamic boarding school-based PAUD. Descriptive qualitative research method. Research resource persons are 3 teachers, 1 student guardian and 1 school principal. Data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The data analysis technique uses the Miles Hubberman model, the following stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Validity test using confirmability test. The results showed that the implementation of marketing strategies carried out in pesantren-based institutions, especially TA Al Manaar Ngabar implemented 5 stages of marketing strategies. The following stages: First, identify the market by collecting the needs, expectations, and responses of the community. The second is market segmentation by grouping the market into groups that strengthen emotionally on the basis of quality, alumni, and educators as well as considering the aspect of religiousity. The third is product differentiation, namely providing superior programs that differentiate other institutions. Fourth, market communication is carried out through print media, social media, and directly to parents and the community. The fifth provides education, care, security, health, and nutrition services.AbstrakTujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui implementasi strategi pemasaran lembaga dalam meningkatkan jumlah peserta didik di PAUD berbasis pesantren. Metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Narasumber penelitian guru  3 orang, wali murid 1 orang dan kepala sekolah 1 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data  melalui observasi dan wawancara. Teknnik analisis data menggunakan model Miles Hubberman, tahapan berikut: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan menggunakan uji confirmability. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi strategi pemasaran yang dilaksanakan di lembaga berbasis pesantren khususnya TA Al Manaar Ngabar menerapkan 5 tahap strategi pemasaran. Adapun tahap berikut: Pertama, identifikasi pasar dengan cara mengumpulkan kebutuhan, harapan, dan respon masyarakat. Kedua, segmentasi pasar dengan cara mengelompokkan pasar menjadi kelompok yang menguatkan emosional atas dasar kualitas, alumni, dan pendidik serta mempertimbangkan segi religiousitas. Ketiga, diferensiasi produk yaitu menyediakan program unggulan yang menjadi pembeeda lembaga lain. Keempat, komunikasi pasar dilakukan melalui media cetak, sosial media, dan secara langsung kepada orang tua dan masyarakat.. Kelima, memberikan layanan pendidikan, pengasuhan, keamanan, kesehatan, dan gizi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the positive relationship between perceptions of the principal's transformational leadership style and organizational commitment in teachers/educators. Organizational commitment should be owned by every teacher/educator to achieve the goals of the educational institution listed in the vision and mission of the educational institution. However, commitment to the organization could be more concern for educational institutions. This study is to fill the literature gap and provide direction to stakeholders as a consideration for making references regarding transformational leadership style and teacher organizational commitment. The data collection method in this study used a scale with the Likert Model scale scoring technique. The hypothesis in the study is that there is a relationship between the perception of the principal's transformational leadership style and the teachers' organizational commitment. The population and sample in the study were all educators in kindergartens in Cilacap District, totaling 30 teachers/educators. Data collection methods using the Transformational Leadership Style scale and Organizational Commitment scale. The results of the Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis of the two variables amounted to (rxy) 0.402 (p < 0.014). The results showed a positive and very significant relationship between the perception of transformational leadership style and organizational commitment in teachers in kindergarten. The coefficient of determination of the correlation coefficient is R2 = 0.162. The conclusion from the data presented shows that leadership style provides an effective contribution to organizational commitment in teachers by 16.2%. The usefulness of this research is the need and importance of leadership style to determine the organizational commitment attached to teachers.

Abstract

Problems that occur during pandemics, especially in early childhood education, begin when the learning system is implemented at home. Early childhood needs special attention in its development, requires assistance and fulfillment of its needs during the pandemic, including the procurement of facilities that support children's learning. This study aims to examine the electronic-based educational game tool "Smart Hafidz" which is expected to present as a solution to learning problems that occurred during the pandemic. This type of research uses a qualitative approach through review literature, with study and look at existing literature related to this research. Based on the results of this study, the presence of several educational game tools, one of which is Smart Hafidz can be used as one of the problems in stimulation early childhood development during the pandemic. Stimulation through Smart Hafidz contained in the development of art, language, and most importantly the development of moral and religious values.

Abstract

This article is a descriptive qualitative research with multiple objectives. First, to describe and analyze teacher perceptions about the advantages of the CPD program in developing competence. The second objective is to analyze the teacher's thinking after carrying out CPD activities on competency development which has implications for various advantages during learning for students. Empirical data in the form of interviews with the teacher concerned. The study used a purposive sampling sample with the criteria of teachers who have participated in various CPD activities as an effort to develop pedagogic competence. The data analysis technique used starts from identifying problems, reviewing literature, determining research objectives, collecting data, analyzing data, interpreting data and reporting followed by conclusions. The results of the research from the interviews conducted obtained information that the CPD program is very effective and useful in providing opportunities for teachers to develop teacher competencies so as to provide very qualified accessibility of learning services for students in their growth and development period. ABSTRAK Artikel ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan tujuan ganda. Yang pertama, untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis persepsi guru tentang keuntungan program CPD dalam mengembangkan kompetensi. Tujuan kedua, untuk menganalisis pemikiran guru setelah melakukan kegiatan CPD terhadap pengembangan kompetensi yang berimplikasi pada berbagai keuntungan selama pembelajaran terhadap siswa. Data empiris berupa hasil wawancara dengan guru yang bersangkutan. Sampel yang digunakan diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan pengklasifikasian guru yang telah mengikuti berbagai kegiatan CPD sebagai upaya mengembangkan kompetensi pedagogik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dimulai dari mengidentifikasi masalah, literature review, menentukan tujuan penelitian, mengumpulkan data, menganalisis data, interpretasi data serta pelaporan yang diikuti dengan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian dari wawancara yang dilakukan didapat informasi bahwa program CPD sangat efektif dan bermanfaat dalam memberikan kesempatan kepada guru dalam mengembangkan kompetensi guru sehingga memberikan aksesibilitas layanan belajar yang sangat mumpuni bagi peserta didik dalam masa pertumbuhan dan perkembangan mereka.
