Abstract

Many educational institutions apply the development of children's language through the media of simple story books. It is known that storybook media for children can encourage children's language development by creating media that attract children's interest. This study aims to determine the efforts of educators in developing children's language through picture story books at Al Mahasin Kindergarten. Research methodology: this type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach, the subject of research is educators. Data collection techniques, namely: 1) observation, 2) interviews, 3) documentation. Data analysis techniques, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Test the validity of the data by seeing that there is no difference between what the researcher got and what actually happened. The institution has implemented this activity, but it is not optimal, so there are still many children who feel bored when stories are presented and there are still children who do not like story books. Researchers are here to provide suggestions so that children can listen to stories well and  strive for children to like books.

Abstract

This study aims to provide information related to the use of e-learning model and social media that are utilized to develop image of social studies learning in elementary school in the pandemic era and after the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of research used was library research, with the following results: (1) Elementary social studies learning is expected to provide insightful concepts to students and teachers to use e-learning and social media during and after the Covid-19 pandemic, such as : web courses, web-centric courses, and web-enhanced courses, therefore the attitudes and perceptions of students and teachers social studies learning in elementary school need to be improved for creating meaningful social studies learning, (2) As a supporting aspect in elementary school social studies subject because this method is more effective during and after the Covid-19 pandemic, (3) Able to apply e-learning and social media in social studies learning to improve the quality of education and adapt to the current era.

Abstract

This study aims to explain strategies for developing entrepreneurial values for early childhood. The subjects in this study included teachers, students, and administrators of Kindergarten Khalifah. This research problem was investigated using a qualitative descriptive approach. Observation, interviews, and documentation carried out data collection. The results found in this study are the implementation of strategies for developing early childhood learning models carried out in TK Khalifah Pandeansari in introducing entrepreneurial values. The application of the learning model is also adapted to the stages of early childhood development. Various programs such as market day, outing class, cooking class, and outbound are programs implemented to insert the character of entrepreneurship in children.

Abstract

This research describes planning in the establishment management of PAUD institutions. This is due to the establishment of PAUD institutions which is still happening due to several obstacles so that the establishment of PAUD institutions is not maximally achieved. Therefore, in management there is a process of planning, organizing, leadership, and controlling in the management process of establishing PAUD in establishing an PAUD institution that must be seriously managed so that PAUD institutions stand as fully as possible. The methodology of this research is Literature Study. Data collection methods by collecting basic reference books and supporting books to study theories related to the management of PAUD establishment. Data analysis techniques are content analysis. The results of this research study indicate that in the planning management of PAUD institution establishment has several requirements that have been set by the government, including: a) general requirements for the establishment of PAUD institution, b) mechanism of PAUD establishment, and c) preparation of PAUD establishment proposal. Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang perencanaan dalam manajemen pendirian lembaga PAUD. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tahapan pendirian lembaga PAUD yang masih terjadi dikarenakan beberapa kendala sehingga dalam pendirian lembaga PAUD tidak tercapai secara maksimal. Oleh sebab itu dalam manajemen terdapat sebuah proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, kepemimpinan, dan pengendalian dalam proses manajemen pendirian PAUD dalam mendirikan sebuah lembaga PAUD yang harus dikelola secara serius sehingga lembaga PAUD berdiri dengan semaksimal mungkin. Metodologi penelitian ini adalah Studi Pustaka. Metode Pengumpulan data dengan mengumpulkan buku referensi pokok dan buku pendukung untuk mengkaji teori yang terkait dalam manajemen pendirian PAUD. Teknik analisis data bersifat analisis isi. Hasil kajian penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam perencanaan manajemen pendirian lembaga PAUD memiliki beberapa persyaratan yang sudah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah, diantaranya adalah: a) syarat umum pendirian lembaga PAUD, b) mekanisme pendirian PAUD, dan c) penyusunan proposal pendirian PAUD. Abstract

The purpose of this research to find the efforts of development children’s motor fine skills in group B RA Ar-Rafif, Kalasan, Sleman, Yogyakarta through utilization of used materials. The type of this research is collaborative classroom action research which is uses research model by Kurt Levin. The Method of collect data are observation, interviews, and documentation. The current data analysis are descriptive, qualitative, and quantitative. The Indicator of success minimum is very high category and children’s motor fine skills minimum 85% which develop as expected category (develop as expected and develop very well) from 12 children. This research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consist of three meetings. The Research process are planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results showed that: First, development children’s motor fine skills before given action 16,67% which develop as expected category (develop as expected and develop very well), the ability motor fine skills of childhood less optimal. Second, implementation utilization of used materials in learning in group B RA Ar-Rafif Kalasan can increase children’s motor fine skills. Third, development children motor fine skills after given action an increase cycle 1 of 50% (develop as expected and develop very well) and increase cycle 2 of 91,66% (develop as expected and develop very well).

Abstract

In the field of edupreneurship education is a new innovation that is able to produce human resources of superior quality, creative, independent, competitive, and positively contributes to the development of human resources, quality, creative, independent, competitive, and positively contributes for many individuals. This study endeavors to determine edupreneurship in fostering entrepreneurial values in children through guidance and direction from teachers and parents. The research design employed is study literature review. Literature search through google scholar by collecting books and articles related to the keywords "edupreneurship" and "PAUD". The data obtained was filtered by only taking articles related to eduprenuership, entrepreneurial values, and early childhood. Data is processed through a thorough analysis by citing references for information and answering research objectives. Analysis of the research results shows 1) Edupreneurship in fostering entrepreneurial values in children should be through concrete play activities including gardening, market day, cooking class, mini bussines class, traditional games, and mini society 2) Edupreneurship in fostering entrepreneurial values in children must be guided by teachers and parents with steps of plan development, implementation, review of activities, and do follow-up. The research findings contribute to teachers and parents in the form of insights and recommendations that various play activities can foster children's entrepreneurial values that are independent, creative, confident, unyielding, honest, patient, and other entrepreneurial characters.

Abstract

Keuangan merupakan komponen penting dalam lembaga pendidikan. Pengelolaan keuangan yang baik berdampak positif terhadap kualitas sebuah lembaga. Sebuah lembaga pendidikan yang berkualitas tentunya pengelolaan keuanganya baik guna mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian mengkaji implementasi manajemen keuangan lembaga pendidikan pondok pesantren pada masa covid-19. Penelitian ini mengkaji manajemen keuangan di MTs Ali Maksum yang merupakan lembaga pendidikan Islam dibawah naungan Yayasan Ali Maksum Pondok Pesantren Krapyak Yogyakarta. Responden terdiri dari kepala madrasah dan jajaran waka serta kepala TU dan bendahara madrasah. Jenis penelitian merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi manajemen keuangan lembaga pendidikan pondok pesantren masa pandemi covid-19 meliputi tahapan : Pertama, perencanaan dengan pembuatan RKAM awal tahun ajaran yang dirumuskan oleh pengurus yayasan, komite dan kepala sekolah beserta Waka. Kedua, dalam pelaksanaannya MTs Ali mengacu pada kebijakan darurat covid yaitu pembiayaan darurat covid-19. Ketiga, evaluasi dilakukan dengan laporan pertanggungjawaban.

Abstract

Negara Indonesia yang mayoritas penduduknya Islam ternyata memiliki kasus cukup tinggi dalam ketidak mampuan membaca Al-Qur’an dengan baik. Sebagai generasi penerus bangsa, seharusnya anak dipersiapkan untuk belajar Al-Qur’an dengan baik sesuai dengan tuntunan Nabi Muhammad SAW, disamping itu sekolah sebaiknya memberikan fasilitas memenuhi dan memadai bagi anak dalam proses belajar Al-Qur’an. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengkaji penerapan metode Ummi dalam membentuk generasi Qur’ani anak usia 5-6 tahun di Qur’an Training Centre Al-Mady Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan field study. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.Teknik analisis data hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode Ummi dalam membentuk generasi Qur’ani secara sistematis yang dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahapan yaitu persiapan, penerapan dan evaluasi. Metode Ummi di Qur’an Training Centre Al-Mady Yogyakarta sangat efektif, sistematis dan direkomendasikan.

Abstract

Supervisi merupakan salah satu tugas kepala sekolah untuk melakukan inspeksi, pemeriksaan, pengawasan, serta evaluasi terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik agar melakukan perbaikan sehingga tercapai mutu pembelajaran yang berkualitas. . Berdasarkan hal ini, maka kepala sekolah sangat tepat untuk menjadi supervisor karena mengerti terhadap kondisi sekolah. Melalui penelitian ini kita akan mengetahui peran kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru di TK IT Salsabila 2. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Data yang diambil melalui observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu koleksi, reduksi, dan verifikasi data dengan metode triangulasi yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara kepala sekolah dan guru. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, peran kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru yaitu: (1) mengunjungi kelas yang sedang berlangsung pembelajaran, (2) mengobservasi keadaan pembelajaran dikelas, (3) mewawancara para guru.
