Abstract

Extracurricular management has an important role in supporting the development of students' character, skills, and achievements outside of formal learning. This study aims to identify effective strategies in extracurricular management through careful planning, structured implementation, and continuous supervision and evaluation. The proposed strategy includes the provision of adequate facilities and infrastructure, efficient management of funds, and flexible scheduling so as not to interfere with academic activities. Solutions to overcome challenges in the implementation of extracurricular activities include collaboration with external parties and increasing the competence of coaches. The results of the study show that effective management is able to improve student discipline, cooperation, and independence, as well as strengthen social and emotional skills. Thus, extracurricular activities make a significant contribution in preparing students to face future challenges.

Abstract

Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) memiliki peran strategis dalam membangun fondasi pendidikan dan karakter anak. Namun, meningkatnya persaingan antar lembaga PAUD serta tuntutan kualitas layanan yang lebih baik menjadi tantangan tersendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan merumuskan strategi manajemen serta kewirausahaan yang efektif dalam meningkatkan daya saing lembaga PAUD. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi kasus di BA Banyuaeng. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi antara manajemen yang terstruktur dan penerapan strategi kewirausahaan, seperti diversifikasi layanan, pengelolaan sumber daya berbasis inovasi, serta penguatan branding lembaga, dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan keberlanjutan operasional lembaga PAUD BA Banyuaeng. Selain itu, kolaborasi dengan komunitas, pemanfaatan teknologi digital, dan pengembangan program berbasis kebutuhan masyarakat menjadi faktor pendukung yang signifikan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya pelatihan manajemen bagi pengelola PAUD BA Banyuaeng serta penguatan jiwa kewirausahaan sebagai bagian dari upaya strategis untuk menghadapi persaingan. Dengan strategi yang tepat, lembaga PAUD BA Banyuaeng dapat meningkatkan daya saingnya dalam kualitas layanan.

Abstract

As the government calls for implementing the PMT-AS program, as a form of concern by paying attention to aspects of quality, and food safety. So, through parenting education, which is an informal program of PAUD institutions, it is expected to help parents have quality knowledge to be implemented in everyday life. Thus, researchers are interested in conducting research at Pangudi Luhur Jenarwetan Kindergarten, related to how the management of PMT-AS (Supplementary Feeding of School Children), especially for the 5-6 year age group, to find out what PMT-AS applications have been implemented by the institution as a form of parenting education. Researchers used qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach, while the research subjects were Pangudi Luhur Jenarwetan Kindergarten students in group B with a total of 12 students, 1 class teacher and principal, and parents. The results of this study, that the PMT-AS activity program at Pangudi Luhur Jenarwetan Kindergarten is carried out once a week, which is held on Saturday after gymnastics activities. PMT-AS menu design is made before entering the new school year, with each activity two menus (snacks and side dishes). Not only as a parenting education activity, but also as a gathering place for parents with educators and students.

Abstract

The decline in the use of Javanese in the environment has made educators aware of the importance of media innovation to improve regional language literacy. This is a form of institutional support to preserve regional languages, because regional languages ​​need to be introduced to the next generation from an early age. The purpose of this study is to develop a Javanese language media to facilitate educators in introducing regional literacy to children. The research subjects were 15 children and was conducted at Masyithoh II Sanansari Kindergarten. This study used a development model or Research and Development (R&D) in the form of ADDIE which went through five stages: 1) Analysis; 2) Design; 3) Development; 4) Implementation; 5) Evaluation. The results of the study were in the form of the development of Javanese language media called "SiBaJa (Sinau Basa Jawa)". The development of this media showed that there was a feasibility score of 84% from material experts and 96.25% from media experts. The results of the effectiveness test showed a significant increase in Javanese language literacy skills with an average pretest score of 52.6% to a posttest score of 88.1%. Therefore, it can be concluded that this research can be used as a means of supporting cultural and regional language literacy. The implications for early childhood education (PAUD) teachers include the importance of innovation in the use of learning media using simple technologies such as PowerPoint to instill cultural and regional language values ​​from an early age.

Abstract

Abstract: The development of information and communication technology has had a major impact on the education sector. The use of mobile banking is increasingly being used in higher education for UKT payments. Therefore, the use of mobile banking can achieve its goals if used efficiently. This research aims to analyze the efficiency of using mobile banking in UKT payments by students by highlighting aspects of speed, cost savings, ease of access, and the obstacles faced. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach involving 10 students of the Islamic Education Management Masters Study Program (MPI) at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta as research subjects. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed using thematic methods. The research results show that the use of mobile banking provides time efficiency, reduces administrative costs, and reduces recording errors. Apart from that, students are satisfied with the flexibility of transactions that can be carried out anytime and anywhere. However, there are several obstacles, such as uneven levels of digital literacy and internet network disruptions that affect the smoothness of transactions. Apart from that, concerns about data security are also a major concern for some students. This research recommends increasing digital literacy, strengthening network infrastructure, and providing digital security education to support a more inclusive and efficient implementation of mobile banking. These findings are expected to help educational institutions and financial service providers in optimizing digital payment systems for ease and sustainability of educational services. Penggunaan mobile banking semakin banyak digunakan di perguruan tinggi untuk pembayaran UKT. Oleh karena itu penggunaan mobile banking dapat mencapai tujuannya apabila digunakan secara efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efisiensi penggunaan mobile banking dalam pembayaran UKT oleh mahasiswa, dengan menyoroti aspek kecepatan, penghematan biaya, kemudahan akses, serta kendala yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan melibatkan 10 mahasiswa Program Studi Magister Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (MPI) UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta sebagai subjek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan dianalisis menggunakan metode tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan mobile banking memberikan efisiensi waktu, biaya administrasi, dan pengurangan kesalahan pencatatan. Selain itu, mahasiswa merasa puas dengan fleksibilitas transaksi yang dapat dilakukan kapan saja dan di mana saja. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala, seperti tingkat literasi digital yang belum merata dan gangguan jaringan internet yang memengaruhi kelancaran transaksi. Selain itu, kekhawatiran terhadap keamanan data juga menjadi perhatian utama sebagian mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan literasi digital, penguatan infrastruktur jaringan, serta edukasi keamanan digital untuk mendukung implementasi mobile banking yang lebih inklusif dan efisien. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat membantu institusi pendidikan dan penyedia layanan keuangan dalam mengoptimalkan sistem pembayaran digital untuk kemudahan dan keberlanjutan layanan pendidikan. Abstract

Di era modern ini, minat anak untuk mempelajari ilmu agama masih rendah, sebagian besar karena peran orang tua dalam mendidik tidak sekuat di masa lalu. Orang tua cenderung lebih santai dalam memberikan pendidikan, terutama dalam hal keagamaan, dan lebih membebaskan anak dalam bersosialisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus yang bertujuan untuk memahami penanaman nilai pendidikan agama Islam oleh orang tua di Desa Siwalan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Miles and Huberman, dengan triangulasi untuk memastikan keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penanaman nilai pendidikan agama Islam dapat dilakukan dengan membiasakan anak mengucapkan basmallah sebelum aktivitas. Proses ini dimulai sejak bayi, ketika orang tua memberikan contoh, sehingga anak terbiasa mengucapkan basmallah saat sudah bisa berbicara. Pembiasaan ini membuat anak lebih mengingat Allah dan menganggap aktivitas yang diawali basmallah sebagai ibadah, menambah keberkahan dalam hidup mereka.
