Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan rekonstruksi pembelajaran anak usia dini study from home pada masa pandemik COVID-19. Pendemi ini mengakibatkan terjadinya perubahan berbagai aspek kehidupan, salah satunya aspek pendidikan. Perubahan ini menyebabkan munculnya berbagai permasalahan terkait pembelajaran, di antaranya pembelajaran yang semula tatap muka beralih menjadi belajar dari rumah. Permasalahan tersebut sebaiknya dicarikan jalan keluar, agar pembelajaran anak usia dini dapat berjalan dengan baik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Partisipan penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dan wali kelas pada Kelompok Bermain TK B di TK Kreatif Primagama Yogyakarta. Pengujian keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran anak usia dini study from home pada masa pandemik COVID-19 memengaruhi sistem pembelajaran yang ada. Oleh karena itu diperlukan rekonstruksi pembelajaran yaitu penerapan digital learning dan blended learning agar pembelajaran di masa study from home dapat berjalan lancar. This study aims to describe the reconstruction of early childhood learning study from home during the COVID-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic outbreak has changed various aspects of life, one of which is education. This change has led to the emergence of various problems related to learning, including learning from face-to-face turning to learning from home. These problems should be found a way out, so that early childhood learning can run well. This study used descriptive qualitative research methods, interview data collection techniques, observation, and documentation. The participants of this study were the principal and homeroom teacher of TK B class at Primagama Creative Kindergarten Yogyakarta. The validity of the data was examined using source and technique triangulation. The results of this study indicate that early childhood learning study from home during the COVID-19 pandemic affected the existing learning system, therefore learning reconstruction is needed, namely the application of digital learning and blended learning so that learning during the study from home period can run smoothly.

Abstract

Scout is an outdoor activity. With the existence scout at schools, it is hoped that it can help students to increase their creativity, so that they can produce quality students who can compete in. This study aimed to (1) how the scouting activities as a place to increase the creativity of students in MTS 2 Darul Aitam Mengkuru. (2) what is the strategy to develop the creativity of students through scouting activities at MTS 2 Darul Aitam Mengkuru. By using a qualitative approach with a case study approach. The data sources consisted of 8 scout members and 4 trainers, school principals, and scout coaches. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis used is an interactive method. The results of the study found that the scouting activities carried out to develop and realize the creativity of MTS 2 Darul Aitam Mengkuru students included several activities including: rigging, ciphering, work cubes and LKBB creations. Then, the strategy to increase the creativity the students At MTS 2 Darul Aitam Mengkuru are create a fun and fun learning atmosphere, become a coach as well as a friend, students are given freedom in creating, and with regular guidance

Abstract

Pandemic covid-19 has a significant impact on the world of education. Changes in the learning system affect the learning process. The problem arises felt by educators of east Kalimantan palm oil plantations related to online learning support facilities. Network limitations and communication tools become a separate¬¬ problem in educating the nation's children during the covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to identify strategies, methods, obstacles, and solutions for teachers in solving problems during the covid-19 pandemic. The research was conducted through qualitative methods, involving three elementary school teachers. Observation data retrieval techniques, interviews, and documentation. Test the data's validity by triangulation the sources .the research subjects of three educators in Teladan Prima Benua Baru and Teladan Prima 01 elementary schools. Data analysis using Miles &Huberman consists of three activities that coincide: data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing. The results showed obstacles, namely smartphone ownership, the unavailability of network coverage for the internet, TV, radio, limited teaching materials, student home distance, student discipline, parental limitations in accompanying children to learn, and time constraints. Teacher problem-solving strategies include implementing blended learning, creating learning groups, regular visits to students, partnering with parents, adapting teaching plans, optimizing electronic media, and utilizing creative media. Thus, aspects of problem-solving skills are essential for educators.

Abstract

Training is needed to ensure that teachers acquire the knowledge necessary to teach problem-solving skills. Furthermore, a specifically designed training material such as a module is especially needed when teachers work in remote areas with fewer resources. Meanwhile, six educational problem-solving skills development needs among teachers in rural Indonesian elementary schools were identified: teacher mentoring, self-actualization, competency, creativity, problem-solving, and independence. A training module was designed based on the needs which were assessed using the CIPS model. The study aimed to investigate the effects of the CIPS-based Training Module on the professionalism of elementary school teachers. In addition, the training module consists of five (5) stages, which include pre-entering, plan, setting, action, and evaluation. The quasi-experimental research was conducted on 63 elementary teachers from Nunukan and Sebatik Island, North Kalimantan, Indonesia, assigned randomly to either an experiment or a control group. Before the training, a pre-test was conducted, followed by training using the module for the experiment groups, and no training for the control group. Furthermore, a post-test was conducted in both groups to identify the effectiveness of the training module. The independent sample t-test showed that the experimental group obtained a higher mean score than the control group. In conclusion, the CIPS-based Training Module effectively develops professionalism in teaching problem-solving skills among the experimental group's elementary teachers. Meanwhile, the study implies that rural elementary teachers need to be prepared to teach problem-solving skills.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian dilaksanakan dengan maksud untuk mendeskripsikan terkait penguatan kompetensi pedagogik guru PAUD dalam pembelajaran online di masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode deskriptif-kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologis menjadi metode penelitian ini, dimana peneliti mengumpulkan data penelitian dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang kemudian data dianalisis dengan langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Peneliti menemukan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran online di masa pandemi Covid-19 TK Islam Adz-Dzikri Kota Bandar Lampung melakukan penguatan terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru melalui tiga tahap, yakni: 1) planning, yang terdiri dari pelatihan dan persiapan guru dan anak didik dalam pembelajaran online, 2) implementing, terdiri dari komunikasi guru serta pengajaran dan pengawasan guru selama pembelajaran online, dan 3) reflecting, terkait refleksi pada pembelajaran anak dan pembelajaran online.AbstractThe research was carried out with the aim of describing the strengthening of the pedagogic competence of PAUD teachers in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The descriptive-qualitative method with a phenomenological design is the research method, where the researcher collects research data by means of observation, interviews and documentation, then the data is analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Researchers found that in the implementation of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, Islamic Kindergarten Adz-Dzikri Bandar Lampung City strengthened the pedagogic competence of teachers through three stages, namely: 1) planning, which consisted of training and preparation of teachers and students in online learning. , 2) implementing, consisting of teacher communication and teacher teaching and supervision during online learning, and 3) reflecting, related to reflection on children's learning and online learning.

Abstract

Teachers must possess personality, social, pedagogic, and professional competencies. In addition, educators must continue developing skills that support competence. One of the skills that educators must have is pedagogic ability. Tadrib asatidz is one of the learning methods that can be used to develop skills. For the tadrib asatidz method to be successful, good management is needed. The purpose of the study was to examine the management of tadrib asatidz in developing pedagogic abilities. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. Data was obtained utilizing in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The subjects in this study were 83 educators at the Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Tulungagung educational institution. The data analysis technique used data triangulation. The data collection techniques include reduction, data presentation, and synthesis withdrawal. The results showed that the management of tadrib asatidz in developing teachers' pedagogic abilities was carried out through the stages of planning (planner), implementation (implementation) and evaluation (evaluation). Through tadrib asatidz, teachers can develop all aspects of child development following learning and educational theories, develop curriculum, utilize digital technology, provide facilities for students, communicate well, conduct assessments and reflect

Abstract

This study aims to describe the optimization of the application of the Madani Bintan Islamic boarding school in the implementation of educational accountability at Madrasah Aliyah Madani Bintan. The method used in this research is descriptive. The approach taken is a qualitative approach. The data collection tool used in this study consisted of three parts, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the research, it is known that: (1) Through the application, parents can monitor activities, the achievements are inputted by the operator every month to be reported to caregivers and parents. Parents can access the application. Then in the application, the profile of each student is entered and can be accessed by the parents of each student. In this application, parents can monitor their child's achievement. Even to the point of prayer, the offense was committed. (2) the results of interviews with several guardians of students can be concluded that the application of this Islamic boarding school is very useful and helps parents of students to make monthly payments for Islamic boarding schools. In addition, this application can help parents to monitor their children's activities while at the boarding school.

Abstract

One of the nation's heritages that should always be preserved is traditional games, but in today's digital era, traditional games are less popular with children, some even don't know what traditional games are. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of traditional games in the digital era and their integration in early childhood education. The research site is in RA Al-Fayunasra, Danau Pulai Indah Village, Kempas District. The subjects in this study were the principal, 4 teachers consisting of 2 class teachers and 2 core teachers, students who stood from Group A and Group B, totaling 21 children. The research method uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Analyzed using the Miles & Huberman technique, the validity of the data using data triangulation. The results of the study show that the implementation of traditional games at RA Al-Fayunasra is integrated in two forms, namely during the learning process and when children are resting/playing and waiting to be picked up. During the learning process, traditional games are used as opening activities, namely the domikado game and the big circle and small circle. When the core activities of the game applied were hompimpa and uset games. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the implementation of traditional games in early childhood education can be integrated both in the learning process and when children are outside the classroom.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the implementation of funding management, implementation of education funding management, and education funding management to improve the quality of education in Islamic Kindergarten Bina Amanah Surabaya. The method used in this research is observation, interviews, and documentation. The survey results show that 1) financing management planning is carried out by referring to the budget set by the government or the budget limit that does not exceed the budget set by parents or the community. If the funding comes from the government, then the need is from the rules set by the government. Funding revenues come from the city, and financial management plans are based on principles from primary school needs to tertiary needs, but within regulatory limits. 2) The steps for implementing madrasah funding include two main activities: school revenues and expenditures. Cash management activities include accounting or financial management activities. 3) Management/evaluation includes inspection and evaluation of the plan and implementation of the original financial plan and education funds that can be carried out in accordance with their implementation.

Abstract

Sarana dan prasarana merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari pengelolaan pendidikan kelembagaan. Ada kebutuhan untuk fokus pada fasilitas dan infrastruktur institusional, karena peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran siswa terkait dengan saran dan infrastruktur yang ada. Oleh karena itu, peneliti melakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui kualitas pembelajaran anak usia dini pada suatu lembaga, sarana dan prasarana yang baik, serta untuk memahami bahwa sarana dan prasarana lembaga pendidikan dapat meningkatkan kualitas belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasilnya adalah pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana yang baik dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran anak usia dini, sebaliknya jika sarana dan prasarana suatu lembaga tidak dilaksanakan dengan baik maka kualitas belajar siswa tidak tercapai secara sempurna
