Abstract

Pendidikan yang menyenangkan dan interaktif sangat penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan pemahaman siswa, terutama di tingkat sekolah dasar. Salah satu pendekatan yang efektif untuk mencapai tujuan ini adalah melalui metode belajar sambil bermain, yang mengintegrasikan elemen permainan dengan materi pembelajaran. Metode ini tidak hanya memfasilitasi pemahaman materi secara lebih menyenangkan, tetapi juga meningkatkan konsentrasi, keterampilan sosial, dan interaksi antar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan metode belajar sambil bermain dalam pembelajaran IPA dengan materi pengenalan anggota tubuh bagian luar pada siswa sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah Learning by Game, di mana permainan "Dengarkan Apa yang Saya Katakan, dan Jangan Lihat Apa yang Saya Lakukan" diterapkan untuk mengenalkan anggota tubuh. Melalui permainan ini, siswa diajak untuk mengikuti instruksi dengan fokus pada pendengaran, sementara pengalihan perhatian dilakukan dengan jebakan gerakan yang tidak sesuai dengan instruksi. Partisipasi aktif siswa dalam permainan juga mendorong interaksi sosial yang lebih erat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa 80% siswa berhasil memahami materi pengenalan anggota tubuh dengan benar dan menunjukkan peningkatan dalam konsentrasi dan fokus. Selain itu, permainan ini berhasil mempererat hubungan sosial antar siswa. Secara keseluruhan, metode belajar sambil bermain ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman materi dan menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan interaktif bagi siswa sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Student understanding has a big role in the learning process to achieve the learning goals themselves. Therefore, research has a significant role in identifying factors that influence student understanding. This research discusses the influence of the use of learning media on the understanding of Office Administration Education students, at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Universitas Negeri Makassar. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this research was 88 students with a population of 175 students. This research presents newer information by linking detailed theories and different loci to previous research so that it can be used as evaluation material to improve student understanding through several indicators in the use of learning media. The results of the research show that the indicators used for each variable show that the use of learning media is in the good category and the understanding variable is in the very high category. Based on the correlation test, there is a relationship between the two variables. So it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of learning media on the understanding of Office Administration Education students, Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Universitas Negeri Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze teachers' responses to the convenience and ease of use of Merdeka Mengajar Platform and evaluate its impact on teaching skills and professional competence of teachers in Gowa Regency. This research also identifies the obstacles faced and the level of teacher satisfaction with the platform as part of the digital transformation of education. The method used is descriptive quantitative with survey techniques through a Likert scale questionnaire. The research was conducted in Gowa Regency involving teachers from various levels of education as respondents. Validity test was conducted through Pearson correlation analysis, while reliability was tested using Cronbach's Alpha. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics. The results showed that teachers responded very positively to the convenience and ease of use of the PMM, with high ratings on the aspects of appearance, navigation, and feature relevance. PMM is proven to improve pedagogical skills, teaching confidence, and creativity in using ICT. However, significant barriers still arise in the form of limited internet networks, devices, and time. The implications of this study suggest the need for policy interventions related to improving digital infrastructure and ongoing technical assistance training to support the continued use of this platform in the national education ecosystem.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat pendidikan bahari berbasis keagamaan melalui pelatihan keterampilan maritim bagi siswa SD 82 Pattene, Kabupaten Maros. Maros memiliki potensi maritim yang besar, namun belum diimbangi dengan pendidikan yang memadai untuk menanamkan kesadaran bahari sejak dini. Selain itu, integrasi nilai-nilai keagamaan dalam konteks kemaritiman menjadi penting untuk membentuk karakter siswa yang berakhlak mulia sekaligus mencintai potensi lokal. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tiga tahap: (1) sosialisasi konsep pendidikan bahari berbasis agama melalui ceramah interaktif dan diskusi; (2) pelatihan keterampilan maritim dasar seperti navigasi sederhana, keselamatan di laut, dan pengenalan ekosistem pesisir. Kegiatan melibatkan 50 siswa kelas VI-V. Selain itu, siswa mampu menciptakan produk kerajinan dari bahan laut sebagai wujud kreativitas dan kepedulian lingkungan. Program ini juga mendorong sinergi antara sekolah, masyarakat, dan pemangku kepentingan dalam mengembangkan kurikulum berbasis kearifan lokal. Dampak jangka panjang yang diharapkan adalah terwujudnya generasi muda yang kompeten di bidang maritim, berkarakter religius, dan siap berkontribusi dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan wilayah pesisir. Melalui pendekatan holistik ini, pendidikan bahari tidak hanya menjadi sarana pembelajaran, tetapi juga media penguatan identitas budaya dan spiritual masyarakat Maros.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the impact of the Course Brand and Content Marketing Expert for SMEs in Increasing Student Entrepreneurship (Study on Alumni Students of the Indonesian Student Micro Credential Program, Makassar State University) and to find out what factors hinder and support training. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study type of research. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation with 10 informants. Data analysis techniques in this study used data analysis techniques in the form of data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the goals and objectives of this training in the form of creating novice entrepreneurs among students had been achieved but were still not optimal. However, this training had a positive impact on most of the participants in the form of adding new knowledge and skills in starting a business as well as in running and developing a business by utilizing various knowledge and skills acquired during the training, both in terms of planning, packaging to technology and internet-based marketing. The inhibiting factors for the training were that the training was carried out online, there were difficulties for participants in participating in the training, especially during packaging design practices, the short training only lasted for a month, the participants did not pay attention to the detailed attendance and class schedules so that it was necessary to control the level head, the tasks quite a lot with close deadlines, tight schedules in one week and the distance between one material and another close together. While several supporting factors in this training include the balance of the training material provided both in theory and practice, the instructor or teacher is someone who has competence in the business field, the presence of trainers or presenters who are entrepreneurs or practitioners, the knowledge and skills acquired are related to the modern era by utilizing technology and the internet as well as compensation for converting course grades, certificates and some pocket money.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of internal quality assurance systems in bridging students’ skill gaps in vocational education. A qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through interviews, documentation, and surveys, and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, which includes data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the internal quality assurance system has been implemented across all stages of the quality cycle, including standard setting, quality mapping, planning, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. However, the implementation remains largely procedural and has not been fully integrated to produce optimal educational outcomes. Students demonstrate adequate technical skills, yet still face limitations in non-technical skills such as communication, adaptability, and problem-solving. These gaps are attributed to the suboptimal use of data in decision-making, limited involvement of industry stakeholders, and the underdeveloped quality culture within schools. This study concludes that internal quality assurance contributes to improving educational processes but has not been fully effective in bridging students’ skill gaps. Therefore, strengthening the integration of the quality cycle, adopting data-driven approaches, and enhancing collaboration with industry are essential to improve the relevance and quality of educational outcomes.
