Abstract

Maintenance is the activity to maintain equipment so that the activation process can run smoothly to get the results as planned. One of the needs to support the smooth productivity and competitiveness of the office is the availability of office facilities that can support the success of the office to meet shared needs. The purpose of this study was to find out how to maintain office facilities at the Makassar City Public Works Department. To determine the purpose of the study, qualitative descriptive research was used. There were 7 informants in this study using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the research results are then processed using data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the maintenance of office facilities at the Makassar city public works service was routine, periodic, emergency, and prevention is good enough. Thus it can be concluded that the maintenance of office facilities at the Makassar City Public Works Department has been carried out properly.

Abstract

Through the Circular of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Mendikbudristek) Number 3 of 2022, face-to-face learning is limited to educational units following the provisions stipulated in the Joint Decree of the Four Ministers. In addition, it is explained that parents/guardians of students are given the choice to permit their children to take part in Limited face-to-face learning or distance learning. This study aimed to determine public sentiment regarding Sekolah Tatap Muka. To achieve the research objectives, sentiment analysis is used using the Drone Emprit application. Data collection was obtained from the Twitter social media application, the data obtained were posts from February 1, 2022, to March 31, 2022. The results showed that there were 898 tweets or 29.23 percent of positive sentiments about sekolah tatap muka, and there were 1,954 tweets or 63.61 percent of negative sentiments about sekolah tatap muka, and there were 220 tweets or 7.16 percent of neutral sentiments about sekolah tatap muka.

Abstract

The leader has his own unique and distinctive nature, habits, temperament, character and personality so that it is his behavior and style that distinguishes him from others. This style will definitely color the behavior as well as the type of leadership. Leadership is aspirational power, creative spirit, and moral strength, which is able to influence members to change attitudes, so that they are in line with the wishes and aspirations of the leader. Leaders should be figures who become role models for those they lead. Some types of leadership in general are autocratic, charismatic, laisser faire, democratic, to make quality improvements. But if every time and in every case you have to give orders or directions, it will cause difficulties, because every time to do a good job it must be with the orders of the leadership, and if there is no order from the leadership not to do a good job, then continuous improvement of the quality of performance will be difficult to realize. A leader motivates followers through a leadership style based on Indonesian Local Wisdom, namely a character-based leadership style in realizing this, currently a leadership management style that integrates 18 character building values into the leadership style of University management is achieved so that the vision and mission of the university is achieved.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan proses belajar adalah gaya belajar. Gaya belajar yang tepat merupakan kunci keberhasilan seseorang dalam belajar sehingga dalam kegiatan belajar mahasiswa perlu diberikan arahan untuk mengenali gaya belajar yang tepat dengan begitu tujuan belajar dapat tercapai dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujian untuk mengetahui gambaran dan perbedaan prestasi belajar berdasarkan gaya belajar pada mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum Universitas Negeri Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kunatitatif dengan metode komparatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu 288 mahasiswa angkatan 2018, 2019 dan 2020 dengan sampel 143 mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis stististik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa dengan gaya belajar visual pada Prodi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum Universitas Negeri Makassar angkatan 2018, 2019 dan 2020 memperoleh rata-rata prestasi belajar atau Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) dengan kategori cumlaude. Begitupun auditorial dan kinestetik. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji Kruskal Wallis dinyatakan tidak terdapat perbedaan sigifikansi prestasi belajar berdasarkan gaya belajar pada mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum Universitas Negeri Makassar.

Abstract

Office layout is the art of arranging a room in order to produce a comfortable working climate and ultimately to create productivity and work efficiency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the office layout of the one-stop integrated service division at the Makassar State Administrative Court. To determine the purpose of the study, a qualitative descriptive research was used. There were 6 informants in this study using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the research results are then processed using data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the arrangement of the one-stop integrated service space at the Makassar State Administrative Court was good for the shortest distance, work sequences, and changes in the arrangement of the workplace, and for the use of all the rooms it was considered quite good but not optimal.

Abstract

The implementation of Distance Learning for 2 years, caused students to miss the school atmosphere because they were used to using smartphones in the learning process, but when the Covid-19 atmosphere began to be under control, the learning process was carried out again in the classroom, therefore schools had to make changes. changes in the learning process. This study aims to determine the use of the lecture method during the new normal era in performing administrative procedures subject at SMK Negeri 1 Bone. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. There were 7 informants in this study. Data collection is done through interview techniques and observation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the lecture method begins with preparation, namely praying together to avoid Covid-19, conveying learning objectives, and doing apperception. The implementation of learning is directed so that students stay focused on the learning atmosphere, with the focus on students, the learning objectives will be easily achieved. The final stage is carried out with a question and answer session, and concluding, not forgetting that the teacher always reminds students to continue to implement health protocols.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of lecture methods in class X introductory subjects administrative office administration department SMK Negeri 1 Parepare. This research uses a type with qualitative descriptive approach. Informants in this study as many as five people. Data collection is done through interview technique, observation, and documentation. The results showed that. Teachers have applied the learning process such as, doing the preparation stage of learning well, performing the implementation phase starting from the opening step until the presentation step has been done optimally, and the last to do the ending stage by giving opportunity to the students to conclude the material taught and doing evaluation to students has been done quite effectively. So the use of lecture methods in class X introductory subjects administrative office administration department of SMK Negeri 1 Parepare run effectively.

Abstract

The quality of employee performance is a community right that must be fulfilled by the government. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to determine the quality of employee performance at the Ujung Tanah Sub-district Office of Makassar City. The types and sources of data used are Primary Data and Secondary Data. Data collection techniques used are Observation, Interview, Documentation. The research informants were 7 people, consisting of 1 person from the Head of Ujung Tanah Subdistrict, 3 people from the Employee Staff, and 3 people from the Community. Researchers act as the main instrument in collecting the necessary data and information. The data analysis technique used is Data Condensation, Data Display, Conclusion. The results showed that the performance of the Ujung Tanah Sub-District Office employees was as expected, however, there were still some aspects that needed to be improved. Judging from the indicators used by researchers in measuring the Quality of Employee Performance in terms of Productivity aspects, the category is quite good, Service Quality is in the good category, the efficiency is in the good category, the effectiveness is in the good category, the responsiveness in the category is quite good, and the responsibility is in the good category.

Abstract

Abstrak. Mitra Program Kemitraan Komunitas (PKM) ini adalah SMK Negeri 1 Bone. Masalah yang di Indonesia. Hal ini membuat guru sulit beradaptasi dengan metode pembelajaran daring. Hal ini terjadi karena wabah COVID-19 terjadi begitu tiba-tiba. Masalah yang dihadapioleh mitra yakni (1) mitra sulit beradaptasi dengan metode pembelajaran online, (2) mitra kurang aktif dalam menyiapkan media pembelajaran pokok, (3) mitra belum memahami tata cara pembuatan media pembelajaran online. Realisasi peyelesaian masalah dalam kegiatan ini yakni memberikan pemahaman mengenai media pembelajaran yang sesuai untuk Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan, tujuan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, karakteristik penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, cara pembuatan media pembelajaran dan penggunaan media pembelajaran. Berdasarkan kegiatan pelatihan yang telah dilaksanakan diperoleh bahwa pelatihan pembuatan media untuk pembelajaran online mampu meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam membuat media pembelajaran. Media Canva merupakan media yang paling disenagnagi oleh guru karena mudah dalam pembuatannya. Namun media explee tidak terlalu menarik perhatian guru karena sulit dalam hal penggunaan.Kata kunci: media pembelajaran, pembelajaran online, aplikasi

Abstract

Perum BULOG Bulukumba Branch has a big responsibility in achieving marketing targets and distributing commodities, especially in the Bulukumba area. This study aims to find out how work stress is on employees and what are the determinants of work stress on employees of Perum BULOG Bulukumba Branch. To achieve this goal, the researchers used data collection techniques, namely observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The informants in this study were SCPP assistant manager, 2 SCPP staff, 1 accounting staff, 1 administrative and financial staff, and 1 business staff. Data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction techniques, data presentation, conclusions, and verification. The results showed that work stress on employees of Perum BULOG Bulukumba Branch arises because of the lack of employees so that the workload of employees becomes greater, besides that slow internet connections and inadequate office facilities hinder employee work processes, causing work stress on employees. This research can be used as a source of information and knowledge about work stress in employees in more depth because it is different from previous studies which mostly use quantitative methods that focus on numbers and statistics, this study uses qualitative methods that produce hypotheses and more detailed descriptions of work stress on employees. In addition, a slow internet connection and inadequate office facilities hinder employee work processes, causing work stress for employees. This research can be used as a source of information and knowledge about work stress in employees in more depth because it is different from previous studies which mostly use quantitative methods that focus on numbers and statistics, this study uses qualitative methods that produce hypotheses and more detailed descriptions of work stress on employees.
