Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional,Identifikasi Organisasi, dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Rapid RabbitsIndonesia. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuisioner dan didistribusikan kepada seluruhkaryawan PT. Rapid Rabbits Indonesia dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 109 responden.Pengelolaan data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS Versi 24.0. Hasil penelitianini menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan uji t (uji parsial), dan persamaan regresi berpengaruh dansignifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara bersama-sama (uji F) dalam tabel ANOVAberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Rapid Rabbits Indonesia. Hasilpenelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi variabel bebas pada variabel terikat sebesar 44,4%dan sisa nya yaitu 55,6% kontribusi oleh variabel bebas lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Organizational CitizenshipBehavior Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Timur Raya Lestari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatifyang merupakan penelitian tentang hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih, teknik pengumpulan data melaluikuesioner, dengan populasi sebanyak 151 karyawan dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 110 responden. Dalam analisisstatistik penulis menggunakan Uji kualitas data, Uji Asumsi Klasik dan Uji analisis data, yaitu menggunakankoefisien korelasi parsial, berganda determinasi, regresi linear berganda, uji t dan uji F.Hasil penelitian terlihat dari hasil analisis regresi linear berganda bahwa 1) Hasil pengujian secaraparsial dapat diketahui tidak terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan antara variabel Motivasi Kerja terhadap KinerjaKaryawan PT. Timur Raya Lestari. Berdasarkan statistik diketahui bahwa nilai thitung 0,873 > ttabel 1,982, maka H0diterima. 2) Hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel Organizational Citizenship Behaviorberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Timur Raya Lestari. Berdasarkan statistikdiketahui bahwa nilai thitung 10,311 > ttabel 1,982, maka Ha diterima. 3) Hasil pengujian secara bersama-samamenunjukkan bahwa variabel Motivasi Kerja (X1), dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (X2) secarabersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Timur Raya Lestari.Berdasarkan statistik diketahui bahwa nilai Fhitung 65,629 > Ftabel 3,08, maka Ha diterima. Hal ini juga didukungoleh koefisien determinasi bahwa nilai Adjusted R2 sebesar 0,543 berarti variabel kinerja karyawan dapatdijelaskan oleh variabel motivasi kerja, dan organizational citizenship behavior sebesar 54.3%dan sisanya 45.7%dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar variabel penelitian ini.

Abstract

Gempa yang terjadi di Cianjur membawa dampak kerusakan dan korban baik yang meninggal, luka dan runtuhnya tempat tinggal. Banyaknya korban jiwa dalam peristiwa gempa Cianjur akibat tertimpa bangunan yang tidak mampu menahan guncangan gempa. Permasalahan yang dihadapi yakni atas pengadaan air, kualitas air, prasarana dan perlengkapan, serta makanan yang bergizi disaat berada pada tempat pengungsian. Metode yang digunakan untuk kegiatan pengabdian ini yakni memberikan metode pelatihan, metode bimbingan teknis dan pendampingan, metode pendekatan fasilitasi dan media.  Hambatan yang dihadapi tim dosen UPI – YAI adalah jarak tempuh dari Kampus UPI YAI di Jakarta ke Desa-desa di Cianjur, dan daerah yang susah dijangkau, kondisi jalan yang kecil dan rusak belum beraspal dan sulit dimasuki oleh kendaraan yang membawa peralatan dan bantuan-bantuan yang akan diberikan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yakni memerikan dampak positif peningkatan penerapan IPTEK kepada para peserta yakni berada pada interval 70-80% yang merasakan manfaat serta mengikuti arahan dari pendampingan dan pelatihan yang diberikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how far the relationship between motivation and attitudes of tourist towards decision to revisit. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The technique used in determining the sample in this study was non-probability sampling with accidental sampling method. The questionnaire used a Likert scale with 23 items that validity had been tested. Instrument reliability was tested using Cronbach's Alpha and all variables have reliability value of >0.6. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis showed that there was a positive influence of tourist motivation on the intention to revisit Curug Leuwi Hejo

Abstract

The earthquake that occurred in Cianjur brought the impact of damage and casualties both died, wounded and collapsed residences. Assistance to the disaster response community is carried out by providing material assistance for the renovation of damaged school buildings, assistance for basic daily needs and the construction of MCK or public bathrooms for earthquake victims in Cianjur in three villages, namely Limbangsari Village, Cikancana Village, Gekbrong District and Warung Kondang Village. The refugee community received assistance in the form of donations of basic food equipment and equipment for daily life which was given directly by the head of the foundation and the Rector of Universitas Persada Indonesia YAI. Solving problems from the implementation of PKM, namely the community has benefited and been helped in completing the renovation of school buildings in accordance with the needs of the community. The results of the questionnaire also found that partner satisfaction was almost an average of 85% very satisfied with the implementation of community service (PKM) for the implementation of beneficiaries, the construction of bathrooms and school renovations

Abstract

Sentul Trekking Tourism Object is a tourist destination that offers natural beauty along with physical activities. The phenomenon based on the destination information of tourists visiting the Sentul Trekking tourist destination increased at the beginning of 2022. This study uses an associative quantitative method. The sample taken amounted to 44 respondents who were calculated using incidental purpose sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire consisting of statements that cover all research variables. Respondents' answers to these statements were then analyzed using the partial least square method using the Smart PLS ver.3.0 software for Windows and SPSS version 25. The results showed that:  there is not an effect of service quality on tourist motivation, there is an effect of service quality on revisit intention, there is an effect of marketing communication on tourist motivation, there is an effect of marketing communication on Revisit Intention, and there is an effect of Tourist motivation on Revisit Intention. The intervening variable of Tourist motivation did not mediate the variables of Service quality on Revisit Intention but the tourist motivation mediated the variables Marketing communication on Revisit Interest in the Trekking Sentul

Abstract

With 230 million Muslims, or 87% of Indonesia's overall 270 million population in 2020, the country has the ability to collect IDR 327 trillion in zakat annually. From IDR 327 trillion in potential zakat, only IDR 17 trillion in zakat have been collected as of 2021. Even yet, it only represents 5% of the community's potential for zakat. This demonstrates that the amount of zakat money that can be raised from the community has not been used to its fullest potential. How to strengthen the ability of zakat management institutions or organizations to manage zakat in a professional and transparent manner is one of the primary issues encountered in zakat management. Organizational leadership, managerial abilities, organizational management systems, human resource capacity, technology utilization, financial reporting and reporting, and the institution's reputation are all still issues that zakat management institutions or organizations must deal with. The goal of putting this community service project into action is to give the zakat management institution or organization information and knowledge pertaining to issues of management, finance, accounting, and developing an organizational image. A workshop is used to carry out this act of community service. The activity's findings and recommendations include the need to improve the managerial skills of the Zakat Management Unit managers, enhance their capability to make financial management more transparent and responsible, and enhance the Zakat Management Unit's reputation and credibility. In order to achieve the goals of zakat management, the Zakat Management Unit must be competent, transparent, and accountable ABSTRAK: Dengan penduduk muslim sebanyak 230 juta jiwa atau 87% dari total 270 juta jiwa populasi Indonesia pada tahun 2020, Indonesia memiliki potensi untuk mengumpulkan zakat Rp327 triliun per tahun. Pada tahun 2021, zakat yang berhasil dikumpulkan hanya sebesar Rp17 triliun dari Rp327 triliun potensi zakat yang dimiliki. Jumlah masih sangat kecil, hanya 5% dari total potensi zakat yang ada di masyarakat. Hal ini menggambarkan bahwa potensi dana zakat yang dapat dikumpulkan dari masyarakat belum dapat dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. Salah satu masalah utama yang dihadapi dalam pengelolaan zakat adalah bagaimana meningkatkan kapasitas lembaga atau organisasi pengelola zakat dalam mengelola zakat agar lebih profesional dan transparan. Lembaga atau organisasi pengelola zakat masih menghadapi masalah yang berkaitan dengan kepemimpinan organisasi, managerial skill, sistem manajemen organisasi, kapasitas sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki, pemanfaatan teknologi, pembuatan dan pelaporan laporan keuangan, dan citra lembaga. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan berkaitan dengan aspek manajemen, keuangan, akuntansi, dan membangun citra organisasi kepada lembaga atau organisasi pengelola zakat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk workshop. Hasil dan kesimpulan kegiatan ini, antara lain: perlunya peningkatan kemampuan manajerial pengelola Unit Pengelola Zakat, peningkatan kemampuan pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih transparan dan akuntabel, dan membangun citra serta kredibilitas Unit Pengelola Zakat. Dibutuhkan adanya profesionalisme, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas Unit Pengelola Zakat guna mewujudkan tujuan pengelolaan zakat

Abstract

This latest research discusses the need for a better understanding of interest in entrepreneurship in vocational high school students. Financial literacy is knowledge needed by everyone (including vocational high school students) in everyday life. It consists of studying theory, mastering practical skills and developing financial thinking, all of which will make each of us financially successful. This study aims to analyze the importance of the school environment and understanding of financial literacy and entrepreneurial characteristics that mediate students' interest in entrepreneurship. The saturated sample in this study consisted of 41 class 11 vocational student respondents, with an age range of 16-18 years who participated in community service activities held by UPI YAI lecturers. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire survey which was carried out at the end of the presentation of the material by the lecturers with 45 question indicators. Structural Equation Model with Partial Least Square is an analytical technique used in this study. Testing path analysis with a measurement model (outer model) is carried out to find out the correctness of the answers given to the questions, namely measurements of internal consistency, convergent validity and discriminative validity, then proceed with testing the structural model (Inner Model). The results of the study show that the school environment has a direct effect on financial literacy and this financial literacy has an effect on the entrepreneurial characteristics of students. Meanwhile, the school environment and financial literacy have no effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship. This study shows that school environment, financial literacy and business characteristics can be valuable indicators to increase and trigger students' interest in entrepreneurship. These results can be used to guide policy makers where to place more emphasis on financial education for vocational

Abstract

The aviation industry is one of the most globally affected industries by the COVID-19 pandemic. It employs millions of people and supports tens of millions of others, as well as being the nerve center of international business and tourism. The losses of aviation industry will extend to its branches industries. The determination of policies that are not in favor of the industry related to the Avtur VAT, disharmony between ministries has caused the impact of this covid-19 adding heavy burden in industry sector. High operational costs, aircraft leasing, maintenance and others will be higher if the exchange rate also increases. This study aims to determine the analysis of the performance of national aviation industry due to the Covid19 pandemic. The results of this study are expected to be used as input in formulating policies in order to increase economic value in the aviation industry. Method of research which was done, namely comparing literature reviews from journals that discussed airlines with the use of Servqual theory and applied the Importance Performance Analysis method, and the authors made the descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that covid 19 had a significant impact on the aviation industry, and the results of the performance analysis suggested that in order to survive in Covid-19 condition, the government needed to involve to provide a stimulus to the aviation industry.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan memprediksi bagaimanapengaruh Workload dan work Stress Terhadap Job Performance Wanita Menikah dengan Work-Family Conflict Sebagai Variabel Intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptifkuantitatif dan observasional korelasional dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non-probabilitysampling dengan 2 jenis pengambilan yaitu purposive sampling dan sampling jenuh yang berjumlah33 responden menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 4.0.9.6 dengan melakukan pengujian OuterModel, dan Inner Model.Hasil penelitian pada pengaruh langsung menunjukkan bahwa, Workload tidakberpengaruh terhadap Job Performance, Workload berpengaruh positif terhadap Work-FamilyConflict, Work Stress berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Performance, Work Stress berpengaruhpositif terhadap Work-Family Conflict, dan Work-Family Conflict berpengaruh positif terhadap JobPerformance. Sedangan hasil pengaruh tidak langsung menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh Workloadterhadap Job Performance dimediasi oleh Work-Family Conflict, dan terdapat pengaruh Work Stressterhadap Job Performance dimediasi oleh Work-Family Conflict. Nilai R-square Adjustedmenunjukkan bahwa workload dan Work Stress memberikan kontribusi pada Work-Family Conflictsebesar 50,3%, dan Workload, Work Stress dan Work-Family Conflict memberikan kontribusisebesar 62,1% pada Job Performance. Kemudian workload dan Work Stress memberikan kontribusipada Work-Family Conflict sebesar 50,3%.
