Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memprediksi “Determinan Kinerja KaryawanPT. Lantera Karya Aditama Di Mediasi Kemampuan Kerja”. Dalam penelitian ini metode penelitiandeskriptif yang digunakan dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dan korerlasional observasional.Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dan observasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalahseluruh karyawan PT. Lantera Karya Aditama yang berjumlah 49 responden sekaligus menjadisampel penelitian. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk menganalisis adalah SmartPLS versi4.1.0.5.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap KinerjaKaryawan, Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kemampuan Kerja, KemampuanKerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Pengalaman Kerja tidak berpengaruhterhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Pengalaman Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kemampuan Kerja,Kemampuan Kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan,adapun Kemampuan Kerja memediasi pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT.Lantera Karya Aditama.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis pengaruh Quality Product dan Brand Image terhadapPurchase Decision melalui Lifestyle. Penelitian menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatifdan jenis penelitian ini non probability sampling dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitupurposive sampling dengan jumlah 100 responden menggunakan aplikasi Smart PLS versi 4.3.dengan menggunakan pengujian Outer Model, Inner Model, Uji Hipotesa dan Uji Mediasi.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Quality Product (X1) berpengaruh positif dan sginfikan terhadapPurchase Decision (Y), Brand Image (X2) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadapPurchase Decision (Y). Quality Product (X1) dan Brand Image (X2) berpengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap Lifestyle (Z). Lifestyle (Z) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapPurchase Decision (Y). Dalam Uji Mediasi variabel Quality Product (X1) terhadap PurchaseDecision (Y) dimediasi oleh Lifestyle (Z) dinyatakan non mediation. Sedangkan variabelBrand Image (X2) terhadap Purchase Decision (Y) dimediasi oleh Lifestyle (Z) dinyatakanfull mediation. Analisis nilai R-square adjusted menunjukkan bahwa Quality Product, BrandImage dan Purchase Decision memberikan kontribusi sebesar 54,9% kepada Lifestyle.Kemudian Quality Product dan Brand Image memberikan kontribusi sebesar 60,6% kepadaPurchase Decision.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa SMA YAPEMRI Depok mengenai literasi manajemen keuangan. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 26 Juli 2024 ini diikuti oleh siswa kelas XI IPS 1. Materi yang disampaikan mencakup dasar-dasar perencanaan keuangan pribadi, strategi pembiayaan, serta investasi. Melalui penyuluhan dan diskusi interaktif, siswa dibimbing untuk memahami pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan pribadi dan bagaimana memanfaatkan teknologi keuangan modern, seperti dompet digital (e-wallet) dan investasi daring. Berdasarkan evaluasi, kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang pengelolaan keuangan dan membekali mereka dengan pengetahuan dasar dalam memanfaatkan platform keuangan digital secara efektif dan bijaksana.

Abstract

Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kapasitas Mitra agar mampu menghasilkanproduk berbasis limbah yang berkualitas, berdaya saing internasional, serta berkontribusi padapencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s), mendukung Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU)perguruan tinggi dalam membangun kolaborasi dengan masyarakat dan menghasilkan luaraninovatif, serta sejalan dengan Asta Cita pemerintah yang menekankan pembangunanberkelanjutan dan ekonomi hijau. tujuan kegiatan ini juga berkaitan erat dengan prioritas RencanaInduk Riset Nasional (RIRN), khususnya dalam bidang ketahanan pangan, energi terbarukan, danlingkungan berkelanjutan, yang menekankan pemanfaatan limbah menjadi sumber daya bernilaiguna tinggi serta mendukung penerapan informasi sebagai penguatan daya saing produk nasionaldi pasar global.Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM dilakukan secara terpadu melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu:sosialisasi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dasar kewirausahaan hijau dan menigkatakanmotivasi Mitra; pelatihan dalam teknik produksi, manajemen usaha, dan pemasaran digital,penerapan teknologi berupa alat bantu produksi ; pendampingan intensif dalam penyusunanrencana bisnis, branding, strategi ekspor; serta evaluasi untuk mengukur hasil capaian dankeberlanjutan program.Kata kunci : Kewirausahaan Hijau, Produk Daur Ulang, Pasar Internasiona

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, danLingkungan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Sales MyRepublic. Metode yang digunakanadalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik deskriptif, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioneryang disebarkan kepada seluruh populasi sebanyak 74 karyawan sales, dengan 20 karyawan salesuntuk pra-survey dan 54 karyawan sales lainnya untuk survey. Analisis data dilakukanmenggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 3. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikanterhadap Kepuasan Kerja, masing-masing dengan p value sebesar 0,104 > 0,05 dan untuk nilaistatistik sebesar 1,257 < 1,96 untuk Disiplin Kerja, serta p value sebesar 0,495 > 0,05 dan untuknilai statistik sebesar 0,012 < 1,96. Sementara itu, Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, memiliki nilai pada p-value sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan untuknilai t-statistik sebesar 7,002 > 1,96. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa LingkunganKerja merupakan faktor penting yang mempengaruhi tingkat Kepuasan Kerja karyawan This study aims to determine the effect of Work Discipline, Work Motivation, and WorkEnvironment on Job Satisfaction of MyRepublic Sales Employees. The method used is aquantitative approach with descriptive techniques, and data were collected throughquestionnaires distributed to the entire population of 74 sales employees, with 20 sales employeesfor the pre-survey and 54 other sales employees for the survey. Data analysis was carried outusing the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the help of SmartPLS software version 3. Theresults showed that Work Discipline and Work Motivation did not have a significant effect on JobSatisfaction, each with a p value of 0.104> 0.05 and for a statistical value of 1.257 <1.96 forWork Discipline, as well as a p value of 0.495> 0.05 and for a statistical value of 0.012 <1.96.Meanwhile, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, with ap-value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-statistic of 7.002 > 1.96. Thus, it can be concluded that the workenvironment is an important factor influencing the level of employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memprediksi ―Pengaruhkompensasi dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik Terhadap Kinerja kerja KaryawanDimediasi Kepuasan Kerja pada PT. Resik Gunamaju. Dalam Penelitian inimetode Penelitian deskritif yang digunakan dengan jenis penelitiankuantitatif .Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Resik Gunamaju yangberjumlah 100 responden sekaligus menjadi sampel penelitian. Perangkat lunakyang digunakan untuk menganalisis adalah SmartPLSversi.3. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa, Kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerjakerja karyawan, Kompensasi berpengaruh positi signifikan terhadap kinerja kerjakaryawan, Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasankerja,Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja kerjakaryawan,Kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja,kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan,Kepuasankerja tidak memediasi pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja kerjakaryawan,Kepuasan kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadapkinerja kerja karyawan pada PT. Resik Gunamaju. This study aims to analyze and predict the "Effect of Compensation and Non-Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance Mediated by JobSatisfaction at PT. Resik Gunamaju." This study employed a descriptivequantitative research method. The population of this study was 100 PT ResikGunamaju employees, who served as the research sample. The software used forthe analysis was SmartPLS version 3. The results showed that compensation hada significant positive effect on employee performance, compensation had asignificant positive effect on employee performance, the work environment had asignificant positive effect on job satisfaction, the work environment had nosignificant effect on employee performance, compensation had a significantpositive effect on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction had a positive effect onemployee performance. Job satisfaction did not mediate the effect ofcompensation on employee performance. Job satisfaction did not mediate theeffect of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Resik Gunamaju.

Abstract

Sukabumi City is famous for MSMEs that make ginger candy.   This MSME is located in RW 18, Cisarua Village, Sukabumi City. They have land for ginger plants but the ginger plants can only be harvested after they are 9 months old. The problem faced by PP is that PKK women, youth groups and ginger cultivators have not been able to process food and drinks made from ginger optimally. The main products of this village are currently only ginger candy and several processed ginger derivative products which are only in the trial stage. Training on processing food and drinks made from emprit ginger is a community service activity aimed at improving the skills and knowledge of the PKK group, Karangtaruna, and ginger plant cultivators in Cisarua Village, Sukabumi City.   Emprit ginger, chosen as the main ingredient, has high nutritional value and health benefits. This training is expected to have a positive impact on the local economy and improve community welfare. It is hoped that processed food and beverage products made from ginger can become a mainstay of village products. This community service method uses lecture methods, practical demonstrations of making processed foods and drinks made from ginger and interviews. With this combination of qualitative methods, it is hoped that the training results will be maximized. The final result of the training was that PKK women, Karangtaruna and ginger cultivators were able to process ginger into various foods and drinks with high taste for sale and marketing. Participants can demonstrate how to prepare ginger-based dishes and drinks under the guidance of a team of community service presenters. This demonstration will be held on September 5-6 2023. This training was successful in increasing participants' knowledge and skills in processing emprit ginger into various kinds of food and drink products with economic value with the indicator that participants were able to process ginger into various foods and drinks with high selling value. The foods that were successfully made were various cakes, steamed cakes, cookies, jehe coffee, ginger chocolate, etc.

Abstract

Cikolelet Village is, as a tourist village, able to stimulate the economy of its residents. Many economic activities have grown due to the impact of many visitors to the village. Apart from natural tourism, many micro and household businesses support the circulation of economic and financial activities. Unfortunately, amidst the success of attracting tourists and increasing sales of locally produced goods, transaction payments are still conventional. This community service activity aims to introduce a digital payment system through QRIS to facilitate payments and increase sales. The service method is divided into three parts. They are planning, implementation, and evaluation. The Planning stage was done by the University LPPM team, from coordination with partners and collaboration between universities. The implementation phase by the member team consists of material presentations, discussions, questions, and answers, as well as direct practice in registering for QRIS. The evaluation stage was carried out to determine the level of interest of business actors in using QRIS. The result was that only around 34.6 percent of participants were interested and registered, while 65.4 percent were less concerned. Along with the era of technology and digitalization, people are required to be technologically literate in order to be able to compete. Services, both products and services as well as supporting facilities, must be improved to facilitate and increase mutual comfort.

Abstract

Counseling on tilapia cultivation in floating cages was carried out in Margaluyu Village, Pengalengan District, Bandung Regency and was carried out on March 1-2 2024. Margaluyu Village has potential for fisheries because it has 2 large lakes in the village. This activity is to increase people's knowledge and skills in this field. This community service aims to exchange ideas with value fish farmers in floating cages and provide information on this and its impact on the development of tilapia cultivation and the welfare of local communities. The extension methods used include lectures, field observations, group discussions and practical extension. The results of this community service show the community's active participation in extension activities, with a significant level of knowledge and skills after participating in the program. The evaluation also showed positive changes in the community's understanding and knowledge regarding tilapia cultivation. Thus, it can be concluded that outreach activities on tilapia cultivation in floating cages have a positive impact on developing local fisheries potential and community welfare in Margaluyu Village, Pengalengan District, Bandung Regency.
