Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of cooperative learning and entrepreneurship learning outcomes in class VIII students of SMK Yadika Bekasi city. The population is 150 students. Sample of 26 students. used in the form of normality and homogeneity tests and using the t-test (One Sample t Test). The calculation uses SPSS 22. The research method used was experimental method. This study used an experimental design that was carried out in one group only without as many comparison groups (The One Group Pratest Posttest). Students can pack the product well. Students can improve vocational student learning outcomes. The results showed that the use of virtual cooperative learning methods was very effective in increasing entrepreneurial outcomes. . The use of virtual cooperative learning methods has a significant effect on entrepreneurial learning outcomes. After the use of virtual cooperatives, there is an increase in learning outcomes. It is recommended that teachers use this method, in order to reduce the level of boredom of students learning in class.

Abstract

Online learning is an alternative learning that is carried out during the Corona pandemic season. Although not as unbalanced as expected, this learning needs to be done, in order to reduce the number of corona patients. The aim of this research is to describe the effectiveness of the learning of the junior high school students' counseling guidance subject. The method used is a qualitative method. Researchers take data from students through online interviews, photos, and questionnaires. The data is processed by sorting the data, and analyzing the data. The data were taken from SMP Bani Taqwa Bekasi. A total of 21 junior high school students grade VII and VIII The results showed that online learning guidance counseling online learning in BK subjects at Bani Taqwa Middle School went quite well, 74% of students were happy to follow online, learning had used the right online application, students could argue constraints well ,. There is a good two-way communication. However, there are still some obstacles and problems. There are 26% who do not feel happy learning darng, this is due to several factors such as boredom, readiness to use applications, internet networks and the ability to use online applications. The author suggests that online application training is needed, additional rest hours, increased interesting learning as well as a continuous learning program.

Abstract

Students were said to have been able to learn independently if they have been able to carry out learning tasks without dependence on others. Basically, independence was the behavior of individuals who are able to take the initiative, able to overcome obstacles or problems. Likewise, digital literacy was needed for online learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of independence on learning outcomes. The effect of digital literacy on online learning outcomes and the influence of independence and digital literacy on online learning outcomes for Object Oriented Programming (PBO) subjects in SMK students. The method used is a quantitative method. The data is processed with SPSS 22. The results of the study, there was an influence of independence on learning outcomes, there was an influence of digital literacy on online learning outcomes and there was an influence of independence and digital literacy on online learning outcomes for Object Oriented Programming (PBO) subjects in vocational students

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilatarbelakangi pentingnya pendidikan karakter para siswa, agar mereka dapat mencapai tujuan hidupnya kelak. Penyuluhan ini dirasakan penting, sebab masih banyak karakter menyimpang yang dilakukan oleh anak dibawah umur. Baik itu nilai – nilai kesusilaan dan moral. Tujuan penyuluhan ini, untuk meningkatkan dan memperkuat pola pendidikan karakter pada guru SMP dengan cara pembiasaan dan menjadi tauladan bagi para siswa. Data dikumpulkan dalam catatan harian/jurnal harian. Sedangkan contoh tauladan dapat dicatat dalam RPP dan buku laporan harian guru. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menggunakan metode penyuluhan tatap muka berbasis protokol kesehatan, pemberian materi, praktik dan pendampingan, serta evaluasi dan wawancara tiap semester Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 16 guru bidang studi dan staf tata usaha sebanyak 4 orang pada SMP Yadika 4 Kota Bekasi. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan new normal dimana diterapkan protokol kesehatan yang ketat, agar pelaksanaan berjalan dengan baik dan aman. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berlangsung dari bulan Agustus sampai dengan September 2020. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan pada hasil soal studi kasus yang telah diberikan oleh tim kepada para guru, nampak rata-rata hasil dari evaluasi sebesar 78 (kategori baik), dari hasil wawancara menunjukkan para guru kurang konsisten dalam menanamkan karakter, namun setelah diadakan kegiatan ini, mereka lebih percaya diri dan termotivasi. Para orang tua juga harus membantu pembentukan karakter para siswa, agar siswa merasa diperhatikan dan selalu membiasakan karakter dirumah maupun disekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan dan menganalisis secara empiris pengaruh gaya hidup dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa Sampel dipilih secara random sebanyak 130 siswa. Analisis dilakukan dengan metode regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh pada setiap variable. Ditunjukkan pada setiap kenaikan satu unit gaya hidup akan diikuti dengan kenaikan prestasi belajar matematika sebesar 0.137. Setiap kenaikan satu unit motivasi akan diikuti dengan kenaikan Prestasi Belajar Matematika sebesar 0.906. Setiap kenaikan satu unit gaya hidup dan sekaligus dengan kenaikan satu unit motivasi akan diikuti dengan kenaikan Prestasi Belajar Matematika sebesar 1.043. Secara bersama sama variabel gaya hidup dan variabel motivasi belajar dapat menentukan variabel hasil belajar sebesar 91. 6 persen. Hal ini terdiri dari sumbangan variabel gaya hidup sebesar 6.32 persen, dan dari variabel motivasi belajar sebesar 85,22 persen. Atau tingkat efektifitas sumbangan menunjukkan bahwa ternyata gaya hidup hanya 6.9 persen dibandingkan dengan variabel motivasi belajar yang menyumbang sebesar 93,1 persen.

Abstract

Perangkat lunak merupakan hal yang sering dilakukan dan menjadi hal terpenting di dalam proses penyelesaian sebuah penelitian informatika. Tahapan  demi  tahapan  proses  pengerjaan  perangkat  lunak  harus  dapat  dilakukan  secara  detail  dan  sesuai dengan  target. Masalah yang dihadapi sistem yang berjalan kurang efisien dalam pecatatan waktu dan cacat dalam laporan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem basis data timesheet pada PT Siemens Indonesia divisi EM DG SWS serta merancang aplikasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan dan diharapkan dapat mengatasi permasalahan pencatatan kegiatan pekerjaan yang dihadapi PT Siemens Indonesia divisi EM DG SWS. Metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan Grounded Research, yaitu suatu metode penelitian yang berdasarkan generasi empiris, menetapkan konsep, membuktikan teori, mengembangkan teori, mengumpulkan dan analisis data dalam waktu yang bersamaan. Sedangkan untuk perancangan basis data menggunakan metode database lifecycle. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, dihasilkan suatu Rancagan Aplikasi Timesheet Kualitas Data Report dan Performance di PT Siemens Indonesia divisi EM DG SWS yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan karena data tersimpan dengan teratur, sehingga bisa diakses dengan mudah. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah membantu perusahaan dalam pengolahan manhour proyek-proyek yang sedang berjalan beserta timesheet karyawan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh PT Siemens Indonesia divisi EM DG SWS.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi merupakan sebuah perkembangannya yang berjalan dengan cepat setiap waktunya, manusia sebagai pencipta dan pengguna teknologi tersebut tidak dapat menolak laju arus perkembangan teknologi untuk digunakan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pada kajian ini, merupakan latar belakang bagaimana pentingnya pendataan pada panti werdha perlu diperhatikan pada  sistem yang terdapat pada sasana tresna werdha ria pembangunan di cibubur belum terkomputerisasi dengan baik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode grounded (grounded research) untuk melakukan penelitian yang bersifat kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi yang dapat membantu sasana tresna werdha ria pembangunan untuk menghasilkan data pendaftaran pasien, mengelola data pribadi pasien, rekam medis pasien, data-data staf yang bekerja dan administrasi pembayaran pasien secara cepat, efektif serta efesien. Hal tersebut dapat memudahkan dalam penyampaian laporan untuk diserahkan kepada kepala sasana tresna werdha ria pembangunan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of differences in visual and verbal scaffolding on the performance of web-based problem solving. A quasi experiment was conducted on 140 high school students in class XII in Bekasi. The visualization tendency of each student was obtained at the beginning of the study. Based on visualization tendency scores, students are divided into two groups namely groups with low and high visualization tendencies. Each group is divided in half and randomly marked one to two lessons, namely visual scaffolding and verbal scaffolding. The eyes on the two lessons are the same. all student performance measured by a problem solving essay task at the end of the lesson. The results of the study showed that the visual scaffolding group outperformed the verbal scaffolding group (F = 22.54, P <.01). By not taking into account a significant degree of tendency. There was no significant impact of interaction between modalities scaffolding and trend level visualization of students. This finding implies that visual scaffolding is an effective strategy that influences the performance of problem solving.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of digital literacy and motivation in increasing employee productivity at PT. Cahaya Abadhi Sedjahtera Kramat Jati, East Jakarta. The research method used is qualitative. By means of observation, documentation, and interviews. The population in this study are employees who work at PT. Cahaya Abadhi Sedjahtera. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that based on the results of the study, it can be obtained that work motivation is a stage of increasing work productivity where employees are actually more productive at work. With work motivation and digital literacy, employees get more enthusiasm and encouragement to work so that employees can do their work more productively. By working more productively, it will increase income both for the company and for the employees themselves. The income in question is the result of cooperation between the company and the employees who are increasingly improving their skills at work..

Abstract

This study aims to determine the phenomenon of learning using Zoom Meetings that occur in class XII marketing subjects Marketing SMK PGRI 37 Jakarta. This research is a qualitative research with the type of phenomenology. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the research subject being a marketing subject teacher for class XII Marketing and 3 students in class XII Marketing. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Zoom Meeting application as a video conference application is very adequate to be used in online learning media. If it is seen from the results of learning the average value of marketing subjects for class XII Marketing students in online learning for the even semester 2020/2021 has increased compared to the learning outcomes for class XII Marketing students for odd semesters, it can be said that online learning using the Zoom Meeting application is effective. Evaluation is not carried out in full, in the sense that the teacher cannot see the students directly. The results of the learning evaluation are classified as good average.
