Abstract

The influence of AI technology in teaching and learning at school has become an objective issue for identifying the utilization of AI as a medium of communication learning based project to the student in Senior High School. In this research, the data analysis used by quantitative and qualitative methodology for the sake of achievement the purpose of this. Quantitative data analyzed using paired samples t-test to know how far is learning based project can influence student attitude in activity learning. In addition, qualitative data was also analyzed with objective to observe how learning-based project affect the learning process students implemented in online atmosphere. There are 40 students of 11th grade at State Senior High School of 46 (SMAN 46) in the Cibiru District who participated in the study. The finding shown that they are satisfied in the use of AI at the learning activities. Keywords: Artificial Intelligence, Learning Activity, Students, Communication Media

Abstract

ABSTRACT   The phenomenon of insecurity is being felt by late adolescents today, because at this age adolescents are experiencing many new phases in life before heading into adulthood. At this age, a lot of worries arise in late adolescents, so that positive family communication is needed to be able to help reduce the feelings of insecurity they are experiencing. This study focuses on the meaning of insecurity in late adolescents in family communication in the city of Bandung, using a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques used in this research were literature study, observation, and interviews with seven informants, namely three key informants, three supporting informants, and one expert informant. The results of this study indicate that late adolescents interpret insecurity as feeling insecure and insecure, this was found from personal experience and also consultation with a psychologist. Based on the results of interviews, experiences of failure or rejection, social anxiety, and encouragement of perfectionism make late adolescents feel unappreciated or demeaned. Where this will make the late teens become insecure. This research is expected to be useful for late adolescents who experience insecurity in family communication. Abstract

Perkembangan media digital yang semakin masiv mempengaruhi peningkatan pengguna, diantaranya media sosial. Penggunaan media sosial yang berlebihan akan mengakibatkan terganggunya kesehatan mental seseorang. Beberapa diantaranya adalah munculnya depresi, kecemasan dan tekanan psikologis. Kesehatan mental remaja mendapatkan perhatian serius karena berpengaruh pada Kesehatan fisik dan kualitas hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari gambaran penggunaan media sosial dengan kesehatan mental mahasiswa pasca pendemi. Alat ukur yang akan digunakan untuk Skala Kecanduan Media Sosial SMAS-SF, sedangkan untuk mengukur Kesehatan mental menggunakan Skala Kesehatan mental. Penelitian dengan responden mahasiswa tingkat awal ini menghasilkan temuan, sebagian besar mengalami kecanduan media sosial dan bermasalah dengan Kesehatan mental mereka. Kata kunci: media sosial, mental health, kualitas tidur

Abstract

Lokakarya Literasi Digital Marketing & Pendampingan e-Industri untuk Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) Unggulan di Kabupaten Bandung adalah inisiatif kolaboratif antara Universitas Telkom dan Dinas Perdagangan dan Industri Kabupaten Bandung. Tujuannya adalah memberdayakan IKM di Kabupaten Bandung dengan mengatasi tantangan terkait proses produksi konvensional, pemasaran manual, dan keterbatasan literasi digital. Di era kemajuan teknologi yang terus berlanjut dan untuk mengurangi kesenjangan sosial, transformasi digital menjadi hal yang penting untuk kelangsungan usaha. Sebagai hasil dari program ini, telah dicapai pencapaian yang signifikan, terutama dalam pelatihan pemasaran digital. Melalui implementasi program ini, diharapkan IKM dapat bergerak secara mandiri dan dapat menjalankan usaha mereka menggunakan teknologi digital. Program ini juga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya saing ekonomi regional dan memberikan dampak yang positif terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Ke depan, terdapat rencana untuk memperluas cakupan inisiatif ini, sehingga lebih banyak IKM dapat mendapatkan manfaatnya. Dengan demikian, program ini bertujuan untuk memiliki dampak yang lebih luas dan mendalam pada lanskap IKM, mendorong pertumbuhan, inovasi, dan pemberdayaan ekonomi di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran komunikasi interpersonal guru dalam meningkatkan kemampuan belajar siswa Tarkiz di Sekolah Dasar Alquran Bandung. Konsep penelitian ini mengarah pada teori proses interaksional. Tipe penelitian ini bersifat deskriftif deskriptif kualitatif yaitu membuat deskripsi secara sistematis, faktual, dan akurat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada orang-orang yang mengalami dan mengetahui secara langsung. Subjek atau informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah lima orang informan yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam serta menggunakan analisis data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada tiga komponen peran interaksional guru dalam meningkatkan kemampuan belajar siswa Tarkiz antara lain adalah, Pertama input menunjukan bahwa guru melakukan metode diskusi. Kedua proses dalam hal ini yaitu guru memberikan metode sesi tanya jawab. Ketiga output pada komponen ini yaitu guru memberikan sebuah materi yang sesuai dengan pengetahuan siswa.

Abstract

This research discusses the role of family communication in the formation of gay identity through conversational orientation. Early education on the classification of sexual roles provided by parents is expected to serve as a reference for individual behavior. Through family communication, a social construction is built by the family that evolves with their experiences and meanings as they face challenges and difficulties. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach and snowball sampling to collect data from gay individuals. Data analysis was conducted using thematic analysis aided by qualitative software Atlas.ti V.9. The results show that conversational orientation within the family plays a significant role in shaping the identity and behavior of gay individuals. The main findings include six conversational themes: openness in expressing opinions and discussing issues, parental expectations of children's behavior, positive messages and motivation, passive parental roles, reserved communication, and verbal abuse. Open communication within the family helps gay individuals feel accepted and supported, while closed or negative communication tends to lead to isolation and decreased self-confidence. This research emphasizes the importance of open and inclusive family communication in addressing issues of sexuality.

Abstract

Nowadays, the public in this nation is becoming more knowledgeable about eating halal meals due to increasing the uses of social media as a medium to get information. Usually, Muslim consumers will select restaurants that have halal certificate, especially for All You Can Eat restaurant. But in order to attract more consumers, some restaurants that do not have a halal certificate will advertise their restaurant with “No Pork, No Lard” signage. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of the halal message design “No Pork, No Lard” on consumer purchasing decisions. A quantitative methodology used in this research and a questionnaire was used to collect the data. The research results show that the halal message design "No Pork, No Lard" has a significant effect on Wangja Korean Barbeque consumer purchasing decisions by 50%.

Abstract

Self-concept is the main factor in a person's personality that has a role in guiding and directing the development of personality and behavior in his environment. Based on a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency of West Java, the dominant index is anxiety and worry at 62.5%. The high level of anxiety in West Java occurs in late adolescence who transitions to young adulthood or at the college level which is generally experienced by college students. There is a study that says that self-concept is not innate, but an experience that occurs when children interact with others through connected communication. The role of the family is the main supporter in gaining experience in the form of responses so that it can provide knowledge and self-assessment to children who will later develop adolescent self-concepts. This study aims to determine how the communication patterns of single parent families in late adolescent self-concept. In this study using a qualitative method with a case study approach. Then this study uses interviews and data collection methods, the results of this study are the communication pattern carried out by single parents in adolescent self-concept is a consensual family pattern where single parents have openness and high uniformity of values in communicating within the family.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the learning in Tahfidz Quran through the Tarkiz method. The researcher also analyzed the implementation of the Tarkiz method in learning tahfidz Quran by students, teachers, and Tarkiz’s coordinator. This research is qualitative with a case study approach in revealing Tarkiz's learning communication because social, cultural, and human behavior phenomena are not enough to record things that appear real. Therefore, they must also be examined in the context behind them. The results obtained in this study are in the form of a Welas Asih communication model in tahfidz Quran that can build commitment in human relations so that an educative interaction learning can be realized.

Abstract

The use of smartphones today is not limited to adults and teenagers, but has been widely used by children, especially preschoolers. To monitor and prevent children from being addicted to smartphones, parenting is very important. The purpose of this study was to explain the relationship between parenting style and the level of addiction to smartphone use in preschool children at Kemala Bhayangkari 22 Kindergarten, Sumedang. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The sample in this study was 92 parents of preschoolers at Kemala Bhayangkari 22 Kindergarten, Sumedang. Sampling uses a census sample that includes a population that is under 100 people. This study obtained the results of the T test that had been carried out, by obtaining a t count value of 39.129. This shows that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted because t count t table (39.129 1.662). Based on the test results of the coefficient of determination of parenting style for preschool children at Kemala Bhayangkari 22 Kindergarten, Sumedang, there is a 94.4% relationship with the level of smartphone addiction. The rest is influenced by other factors such as self-control, sensation seeking, and self-esteem.
