Abstract

Objective: This research investigates the role of organizational consulting in promoting financial sustainability by integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, with a particular focus on businesses in Indonesia. The study aims to explore how ESG integration can contribute to business growth and rural development in the context of emerging economies.Methodology: A qualitative research approach was employed, utilizing in-depth interviews with organizational consultants and corporate leaders to gather primary data. This was complemented by secondary data analysis from corporate reports and relevant academic literature, providing a comprehensive understanding of the subject.Findings: The findings reveal that ESG integration significantly enhances financial performance, operational efficiency, and investor confidence. Moreover, the adoption of ESG practices contributes to rural development by strengthening local economies and infrastructure. However, challenges such as limited resources, cultural resistance, and a lack of technical expertise impede the widespread adoption of ESG practices, particularly among SMEs. Organizational consulting plays a pivotal role in addressing these challenges through tailored strategies and capacity-building initiatives that support organizations in achieving their sustainability goals.Conclusion: This research underscores the importance of organizational consulting in overcoming barriers to ESG integration, particularly in emerging economies. It emphasizes the need for localized and collaborative approaches to optimize the financial, social, and environmental benefits of sustainability initiatives. The study advances the understanding of ESG integration and offers practical insights for businesses, policymakers, and stakeholders in aligning sustainability goals with financial and social objectives.

Abstract

This study aims to describe various problems related to the preservation of traditional arts at the Klapa Jajar Art Studio, Pekalipan Village, Cirebon City. In this study the authors used a qualitative descriptive research method. The author saw firsthand the problems that existed in the Klapa Jajar art studio, Pekalipan Village, Cirebon City. Then the author developed specifically the problems that were in place and made an Innovation Design in the form of implementation. Data collection techniques were carried out by direct interviews and documentation and direct observation. Based on the results of the above research, it can be concluded that in an effort to preserve traditional arts there are problems related to art marketing, promotion and a lack of interest in preserving arts from cultural elements. The preservation of traditional arts as an effort to foster the love of local culture in the Klapa Jajar art studio has an effect on the progress and preservation of art that has been dim for the last few years and supports people's interest in advancing their own local arts. The form of preservation of traditional arts as an effort to foster the love of Cirebon local culture in the Klapa Jajar art studio can be started from various elements in society to be invited to be pro-active in supporting conservation efforts by optimizing the media for art documentation

Abstract

Era globalisasi ditandai dengan persaingan yang semakin ketat dan perubahan yang cepat dalam dunia bisnis. Hal ini mendorong perusahaan untuk meningkatkan daya saing mereka agar dapat bertahan dan berkembang. Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan salah satu faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi manajemen SDM yang efektif dalam meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan di era globalisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik studi pustaka yakni dengan mengeksplorasi literatur buku, jurnal dan informasi lain yang relevan dengan penelitian. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dalam tiga tahapan yakni reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat beberapa strategi manajemen SDM yang efektif dalam meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan di era globalisasi, antara lain perencanaan sdm yang strategis, rekrutmen dan seleksi yang efektif, pelatihan dan pengembangan, penilaian kinerja, pengelolaan kompensasi dan benefit, dan membangun budaya kerja yang positif.

Abstract

Berpikir kreatif dan metakognitif termasuk dalam ranah berpikir tingkat tinggi yang melibatkan kontrol aktif dalam proses kognitif untuk memecahkan suatu masalah. Berbagai upaya untuk meningkatkan penguasaan berpikir kreatif dan keterampilan metakognitif sangat diperlukan, salah satunya melalui penggunaan buku model pembelajaran kolaboratif berdasarkan masalah yang merangsang kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan metakognitif siswa. Riset ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) ini bertujuan untuk menguji validitas buku model pembelajaran kolaboratif berbasis masalah. Sedangkan pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket. Pengembangan buku menggunakan model Plomp, sehingg penggunaan buku perlu divalidasi, dalam hal ini buku divalidasi oleh tiga orang ahli menggunakan V Aiken, hasil validasi menunjukkan validitas isi 0,919 oleh pakar, validitas konstruk 0,903 oleh pakar dengan kategori valid dan dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan metakognitif siswa. Disarankan kepada dosen untuk menerapkan model buku pembelajaran berbasis masalah kolaboratif dan menekankan berpikir kreatif dan keterampilan metakognitif dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap knowledge sharing, pengaruh kepemimpinan transformatif terhadap knowledge sharing, pengaruh self effycacy terhadap knowledge sharing, pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja dosen, pengaruh kepemimpinan transformatif terhadap kinerja dosen, pengaruh self effycacy terhadap kinerja dosen, dan pengaruh knowledge sharing terhadap kinerja dosen. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penentuan sampel didasarkan probability sampling dan rumus Slovin sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 201 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner berskala likert bipolar adjective. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling melalui aplikasi AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap knowledge sharing, kepemimpinan transformatif berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap knowledge sharing, self effycacy berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap knowledge sharing, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif secara tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen, kepemimpinan transformatif berpengaruh positif secara tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen, self effycacy berpengaruh positif secara tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen, dan knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the adoption of digital technologies across sectors, including retail, where the use of big data has become increasingly important to understand consumer behavior and facilitate targeted marketing. In this context, this study aims to analyze the opportunities and challenges retailers face in leveraging big data to improve their marketing effectiveness in a post-pandemic world. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with industry leaders and case study analysis of companies that have successfully implemented big data strategies. The results show that the utilization of big data provides retailers with valuable insights into consumer preferences, allowing them to create more personalized and relevant marketing campaigns. However, the study also identified significant challenges, including data privacy concerns, complexity in system integration, and the need to develop analytical skills among the workforce. These findings provide important insights for retailers in formulating more responsive and adaptive marketing strategies, as well as addressing the challenges that arise from the use of big data. This research is expected to contribute to the literature on digital marketing and provide practical guidance for practitioners in the retail industry.

Abstract

Lembaga keuangan yang ada di Indonesia memiliki peran penting sebagai tonggak perekonomin Indonesia, salah satu diantaranya adalah lembaga perbankan. Kredit modal kerja merupakan salah satu fasilitas kredit yang dilakukan untuk membantu mengembangkan usaha masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui prosedur pemberian kredit modal kerja, pengawasan kredit modal kerja dan penanganan kredit modal kerja. Bertempat di PT Bank Syariah Kota Cirebon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode wawancara dan metode dokumentasi. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa prosedur pemberian kredit modal kerja sudah cukup efisien dan mudah, pengawasan kredit dilakukan tiga bulan sekali dengan mengunjungi usaha debitur, jika terjadi kredit bermasalah maka penyelesaiannya dengan menggunakan resktukturisasi dan saluran hukum. Namun hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukan bahwa diperlukannya kehati-hatian dalam melakukan analisis kredit dan dapat menambah sumber daya manusia pada bagian pengawasan.

Abstract

This study examines the critical relationship between government financial accountability and economic development across developing and developed nations. Through a comprehensive analysis of financial governance mechanisms, transparency frameworks, and institutional quality, we investigate how accountability systems influence macroeconomic performance. Using panel data from 85 countries spanning 2010-2024, our empirical analysis employs fixed effects regression models and instrumental variable approaches to address endogeneity concerns. Results demonstrate that enhanced financial accountability significantly correlates with improved GDP growth rates, reduced corruption indices, and increased foreign direct investment. The study reveals that countries with robust public financial management systems, characterized by transparent budgeting processes, effective auditing mechanisms, and strong parliamentary oversight, experience 2.3% higher annual GDP growth compared to nations with weaker accountability frameworks. Furthermore, our findings indicate that the relationship between accountability and development is moderated by institutional quality, with stronger effects observed in countries with established democratic governance. The research contributes to the literature by developing a comprehensive Financial Accountability Index (FAI) and providing policy recommendations for strengthening fiscal governance in emerging economies.

Abstract

Customer churn is a critical challenge for digital platforms operating in highly competitive markets such as e-commerce. This study aims to develop a machine learning–based predictive model to identify Shopee customers in Indonesia who are at high risk of churn, using behavioral and transactional data. A supervised learning approach was employed using multiple algorithms, including Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forests, and XGBoost. The dataset consisted of user activities, including transaction frequency, recency, voucher usage, application session count, and interaction with promotional features. Data imbalance was addressed using the SMOTE technique to improve classification stability. Results showed that XGBoost achieved the best performance across all evaluation metrics, with an AUC of 0.948, indicating strong discriminative ability. Feature importance analysis revealed that recency, transaction frequency, voucher usage rate, and app session frequency were the most influential predictors of churn. These variables indicate declining engagement and reduced responsiveness to promotional incentives, which are key behavioral signals of churn. The study contributes to both academic literature and practical applications by demonstrating how behavioral analytics and machine learning can support early churn detection and inform targeted retention strategies. Implementing such predictive systems can help e-commerce platforms optimize customer lifetime value and reduce revenue loss.

Abstract

This research aims to develop and validate the Google Ads Optimization Framework for Fashion SMEs (GAOF-FS) as a strategic solution to increase the competitiveness of fashion MSMEs in the digital era. Using a Design Science Research approach with a mixed-method method, this research involved 30 fashion MSMEs in Cirebon through surveys, in-depth interviews, and Focus Group Discussions. The results of the analysis showed that 67.3% of MSMEs experienced limited digital knowledge, 72.8% were constrained by budget, and 81.5% had digital positioning difficulties. Only 3.3% of MSMEs are actively using Google Ads. The GAOF-FS framework developed consists of four integrated modules: (1) Strategic Planning Module with components of ecosystem analysis, competitor mapping, and campaign objective determination; (2) The Campaign Design Module includes a keyword research framework, ad copywriting template, and landing page optimization; (3) Budget Management Module with dynamic allocation model and ROI calculator; (4) Performance Monitoring Module with dashboard analytics and GAPS metrics. Expert validation shows an approval rate of 87.5% for relevance, 85.0% for technical feasibility, 90.0% for user-friendliness, and 88.8% for potential impact. User validation (MSMEs) resulted in a usability score of 4.23/5, perceived usefulness 4.47/5, ease of use 4.15/5, and intention to use 4.38/5. This framework provides academic contributions in the form of adaptive models based on local contexts and practical contributions in the form of operational guidelines that are applicable to MSMEs with limited digital literacy.
