Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menerapkan pemanfaatan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI) sebagai sarana edukasi dalam upaya konservasi mangrove di Pantai Kurnia, Desa Kota Pari. Mangrove merupakan ekosistem pesisir yang memiliki peran vital dalam menjaga keseimbangan lingkungan, mencegah abrasi, serta menyediakan habitat bagi berbagai spesies. Namun, rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya peran mangrove menyebabkan ekosistem ini rentan terhadap kerusakan. Teknologi AI, dengan kemampuannya dalam analisis data dan pengolahan informasi yang cepat, dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menyampaikan pesan edukasi secara lebih efektif dan menarik. Dalam proyek pengabdian ini, kami mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi berbasis AI yang menggabungkan visualisasi data interaktif, gamifikasi, dan simulasi dampak kerusakan mangrove. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam kepada masyarakat, khususnya generasi muda, mengenai peran penting mangrove, ancaman yang dihadapi, serta langkah-langkah konservasi yang dapat dilakukan. Selain itu, aplikasi ini juga dilengkapi dengan fitur yang memungkinkan pengguna untuk berinteraksi langsung dengan data, seperti simulasi pertumbuhan mangrove dan dampak perubahan iklim terhadap ekosistem pesisir. Diharapkan, melalui pendekatan inovatif ini, kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam konservasi mangrove dapat meningkat secara signifikan, yang pada akhirnya berkontribusi pada pelestarian lingkungan dan keberlanjutan ekosistem pesisir di Pantai Kurnia. Pengabdian ini tidak hanya memberi manfaat bagi lingkungan, tetapi juga meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat dalam menggunakan teknologi untuk mendukung konservasi alam.

Abstract

Work discipline management must be carried out properly by employees. Therefore, in the era of technology and civilization that is very advanced today, competent human resources with a high level of discipline are needed, because lack of work discipline cancause a decrease in employee performance. Unsatisfactory performance from employees will be a problem for the organization, because their work results do not meet the organization's expectations. Employee performance is very important toobserve because it is one of the keys to achieving an organization; if the organization does not carry out government activities properly, the image of the organization will be negatively affected. This study determines whether there is an influence and howsignificant is Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Bondowoso Regency General Election Supervisory Agency Office. This study uses a quantitative approach, where this research is a method used to answer research problems related to data inthe form of numbers and statistical programs. While the type of research is descriptive research, namely describing, examining and explaining something that is studied as it is and drawing conclusions from phenomena that can be observed using numbers. The influence of Work Discipline on employee performance of 40.8% can be seen in the determination coefficient table (R Test), while 57.2% is influenced by other variables. Based on the results of the T Test, there is a significant impact or influence betweenwork discipline on employee performance. This can be seen through the results of the t-test of 3.670 and t table of 2.10092, meaning t count (3.670)> t table (2.10092), then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the influence of digital payments and e-commerce sales on revenue at JNE Agent Partners. In this research the author used a quantitative method with a questionnaire instrument distributed to 100 respondents. The research method uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The population of this research is JNE Royal Agent Partner customers, totaling 100 customers. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method with saturated sampling or census type. as a measuring tool for sampling, with the help of Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) V.22 software. Partial research results show that Digital Payment (X1) has a significant influence on JNE Agent Partner transaction income (Y) and E-Commerce Sales (X2) has a significant influence on JNE Agent Partner transaction income (Y). Simultaneous test results show that there is an influence of the Digital Payment (X1) and E-Commerce Sales (X2) variables together on JNE Agent Partner transaction income (Y). the contribution amounted to 30.7% and the remaining 69.3% was influenced by other variables outside the research model ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh digital payment dan Penjualan e-commerce terhadap Pendapatan di Mitra Agen JNE. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan instrument kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 orang responden. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu pelanggan Mitra Agen JNE Royal yang berjumlah 100 pelanggan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan jenis sampling jenuh atau sensus. sebagai alat ukur pengambilan sampel, dengan bantuan software Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) V.22. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukan bahwa Digital Payment (X1) terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Pendapatan transaksi Mitra Agen JNE (Y) dan Penjualan E-Commerce (X2) terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Pendapatan transaksi Mitra Agen JNE (Y). Hasil uji simultan menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh variabel Digital Payment (X1) dan Penjualan E-Commerce (X2) secara bersama-sama terhadap Pendapatan transaksi Mitra Agen JNE (Y). besarnya kontribusi sebesar 30,7% dan sisanya sebesar 69,3% dipengaruhi oleh variable lain diluar model penelitian.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mechanical and ballistic properties of abaca (Musa textilis) fiber–reinforced polyester (BQTN 157) composites as an alternative candidate material for bulletproof vest panels. Variations in fiber orientation (bias-woven fiber, straight-woven fiber, and straight fiber) and fiber mass fractions (10%, 20%, and 30%) were applied to evaluate their influence on tensile strength, impact toughness, and ballistic response. The tensile test results revealed that the straight fiber alignment at a 10% mass fraction exhibited the best tensile strength of 54.12 MPa, strain of 0.021 mm/mm, the toughness of 43.90 kJ/m2, and an elastic modulus of 2577 MPa. In the impact test, the same configuration achieved the maximum absorbed energy of 2.70 J. The ballistic testing with 9 mm FMJ projectiles (NIJ Level IIIA) demonstrated that all specimens with thicknesses of 15 mm and 20 mm experienced full penetration. The dominant failure mechanisms included delamination, fiber pull-out, matrix fracture, and shear plugging. These findings indicate that although abaca fiber composites possess good mechanical performance and sustainability advantages, further material engineering strategies—such as hybridization with synthetic fibers or the addition of ceramic/metallic layers—are required to enhance their ballistic resistance. Abaca–polyester composites require hybridization with synthetic fibers or additional protective layers to be viable for ballistic applications.

Abstract

Precise control of tube deformation during rotary draw bending is critical for automotive, structural, and piping applications to avoid rework and scrap. This study investigates the deformation behavior of circular (CHS) and square (SHS) tubes during rotary draw bending to provide practical guidelines for defect-free manufacturing. This study investigates the deformation behavior of circular hollow section (CHS) and square hollow section (SHS) tubes during rotary draw bending, focusing on springback, ovalization, and wrinkling phenomena. The experimental specimens consisted of ASTM A36 tubes: circular hollow sections (CHS) with an outer diameter of Ø25 mm and square hollow sections (SHS) with a nominal cross-section of 25 × 25 mm. Each geometry was tested at wall thicknesses of 0.7, 0.8, and 1.0 mm. The specimens were bent at angles of 30°, 60°, and 90° under controlled conditions. Experimental results reveal that CHS consistently exhibits lower springback (≈ 2.5–5.0°) and ovalization (≈ 7–14%) than SHS, which reached up to 7.0° springback and 16.6% ovalization. Wrinkling defects were observed exclusively in SHS, occurring in 100% of specimens at 90° with 0.7–0.8 mm wall thickness. ANOVA confirmed tube geometry as the dominant parameter (F = 764, p 0.001), followed by bending angle and wall thickness, with no significant interactions. Unlike prior studies analyzing CHS or SHS individually, this work provides a systematic comparison under identical conditions, bridging experimental validation with practical guidelines. The findings highlight the decisive role of cross-sectional geometry in tube bending mechanics and suggest minimum thickness thresholds and compensatory tooling strategies for defect-free manufacturing.

Abstract

The concept of Islamic education must be oriented to become a guide in developing the potential of faith in wading through the increasingly complex modernity of life. The existence of Islamic education in Law No. 4 of 1950 which has not been approved by the government so that nothing should be taken for religious studies in schools, then begins with "shy" by the government trying to change the law. 2 years 2989, then the existence of Islamic education began "overtly" by the government in the Act. No. 20 of 2003 both institutions, materials and culture. With the presence of the Pesantren Law, it has become a strong indicator in Islamic Education in Indonesia becoming increasingly entrenched in the education and government system. While the 1945 Constitution mandates the government to implement a national education system that enhances faith and devotion to God Almighty and noble character in order to educate the nation's life. Therefore, Islamic education which is getting stronger and has not been achieved (UU No. 4/1950), has become popular as "shy" (UU No. 2/1989), so that it is increasingly blatant (UU No. 20 / 2003) even exceed completely (UU. Pesantren). The presence of the pesantren law reflects the government's statement of its recognition of the core of Islamic education. However, challenges for pesantren education must be formulated in order to encourage progress in the field of national spiritual and intellectual education

Abstract

This study is to describe and utilize social media platforms as a strategy and media for preaching in conveying the values ​​of religious moderation in the era of digital disruption. The objects studied are the largest social media platforms used in Indonesia including Youtube, Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram and so on. The type of research used is field research with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used is qualitative by observing various videos, narrations, voices, flayers or images on various social media platforms. Then the data was analyzed using the interactive model analysis of Miles and Huberman. The results of this study indicate that conveying religious moderation to the millennial generation of digital disruption requires transformation and a da'wah approach that is in harmony with their world, namely the transformation of the value of religious moderation from oral to online, the transformation of traditional da'wah into digital technology, the transformation from the delivery of the real world to the virtual world, transformation from local to global, the transformation from conventional is slow, takes space and time and even tends to take a long time towards fast and instant da'wah.

Abstract

The activities of Islamist extremist actors are increasingly intensive during the COVID-19 pandemic, in which they are progressively active in producing Islamist narratives in cyberspace. Strategic communication is one of the techniques for Islamist extremist groups to perpetuate their influences on society through social media during the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus this research aims to study propaganda as part of strategic communication in Islamist extremist activities during the COVID-19 pandemic (2020-2021), primarily through Facebook @MutiaraDabiq. This research considers that strategic communication and propaganda are two interrelated communication entities. This study is qualitative research and uses critical discourse analysis (CDA) as a method of data analysis. This research argues that propaganda on social media worked significantly through verbal and visual discourse uploaded by Islamist extremist actor, who reveals rational connections between language use and social reality. This study found how the existences propaganda of this Facebook account can exist during the COVID-19 pandemic by; first, strategic communication emerges into instrumental propaganda at the @MutiaraDabiq performance, and second, strategic communication flourish in discourse logic at the @MutiaraDabiq account.

Abstract

Alat penetas telur adalah salah satu perangkat yang banyak digunakan di bidang peternakan unggas. Alat ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan jumlah telur yang menetas. Banyak alat penetas telur yang diproduksi baik secara manual, dan konvensional. Namun tingkat keberhasilan alat penetas ini masih rendah. Produksi benih itik dan penetasan telur tidak efisien. Hal ini dikarenakan peternak itik masih biasa menggunakan alat penetas manual untuk telurnya. Untuk itulah perlu memiliki alat penetas telur otomatis agar lebih efisien, Alat tetas dirancang sendiri sehingga peternak dapat menentukan berapa jumlah telur yang akan ditetaskan dalam satu kali periode. Penerapan mesin penetas telur diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktifitas peternak itik melalui penjualan anak itik, yang memiliki harga jual lebih tinggi. Selain pengembangan alat, proyek ini juga akan melibatkan kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan kepada peternak mengenai penggunaan alat penetasan yang baru. Hal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan penerimaan terhadap teknologi baru serta memberikan dukungan praktis bagi peternak untuk mengintegrasikan alat penetasan ke dalam operasi peternakan mereka. Melalui kegiatan ini dapat menambah pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai mesin penetas telur masih terbatas. Selanjutnya, pada tahap pengembangan solusi melalui perancangan dan pembuatan alat penetas. Luaran utama yang dicapai dalam kegiatan ini adalah alat penetas telur. Luaran lain yang dicapai adalah peningkatan wawasan dan pengetahuan tentang teknologi alat penetas telur otomatis.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberdayakan petani sayur melalui Kelompok Tani Sri Lestari di Desa Jamur Labu Kecamatan Rantau Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang dengan memberikan pelatihan tentang pemanfaatan limbah organik dengan teknik dekomposisi menjadi pupuk untuk tanaman sayur. Teknik dekomposisi merupakan salah satu teknik yang dapat digunakan untuk mengolah limbah organik menjadi pupuk yang ramah lingkungan. Teknik ini sangat cocok digunakan bagi para petani dalam mengolah limbah organik menjadi pupuk untuk tanaman sayur. Limbah organik dapat diperoleh dari beberapa sumber diantaranya, daun kering, limbah buah, kotoran ternak dan jenis limbah yang dapat terurai dengan baik. Proses pembuatan limbah organik melalui teknik dekompisisi dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan. Pertama, siapkan wadah tertutup sebagai media pengolahan pupuk. Kedua, masukkan jenis limbah organik ke dalam wadah dan dilapisi kotoran ternak. Ketiga, tambahkan larutan bakteri untuk mempercepat proses pembusukan limbah kemudian tutup wadah dan tunggu beberapa hari hingga pupuk dapat digunakan. Kegiatan pelatihan ini diikuti oleh para petani sebagai peserta yang merupakan warga Desa Jamur Labu dan mayoritas berprofesi sebagai petani tanaman sayur. Seluruh peserta mengikuti dan melaksanakan semua tahapan kegiatan dengan sangat baik dan termotivasi untuk mengembangkan teknik dekomposisi dalam mengolah limbah organik. Para petani berharap kegiatan ini dapat terus dilakukan agar menjadi salah satu solusi sebagai upaya menyelesaikan masalah penggunaan pupuk kimia dan menghemat biaya produksi pada tanaman sayur.
