Abstract

This research explores the evolution of the coffee-drinking tradition from a private familial practice to a global medium for cross-cultural communication and social facilitation. Positioned as a symbolic bridge for cultural diplomacy, coffee is analyzed not merely as a commodity but as an egalitarian instrument for conflict resolution and trust-building. Adopting a constructivist paradigm with a qualitative approach, the study utilizes participant observation, in-depth interviews with cultural practitioners, and the Miles and Huberman interactive model for data analysis. The findings reveal that coffee serves as a "cultural text" that facilitates persuasive, relational, and problem-solving dialogues across diverse religious and national boundaries. The study offers two significant theoretical contributions: first, the Global Coffee Harmony Theory (GCHT), which frames coffee as a model for informal cultural diplomacy; and second, "Harmony Through Symbolic Communication," which conceptualizes the act of drinking coffee as a preventive and curative tool for fostering global solidarity. Ultimately, the research concludes that coffee-based interactions provide a robust framework for creating tolerance and sustainable social harmony in a globalized society.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi dan populasi di Indonesia meningkat sangat pesat, sehingga memungkinkan adanya peningkatan konsumsi energi dan bahan bakar. Peningkatan konsumsi energi dan bahan bakar, terutama bahan bakar fosil untuk aktivitas masyarakat yang tidak terkontrol akan memberikan dampak negatif, sehingga penggunaan energi biomassa menjadi perhatian utama untuk transisi dan kemandirian energi. Penelitian pada bidang bahan bakar berbasis biomassa berupa biopelet yang terbuat dari campuran serbuk geraji dan dedak padi yang dibakar pada kompor biomassa dengan dimensi 520 x 250 x 190 mm dijadikan objek penelitian. Variasi aliran udara yang terkontrol dan di variasikan sebesar 3 m/s, 6 m/s, dan 9 m/s dengan bantuan blower dan variasi waktu pembakaran yang dikembangkan sebesar 60 detik, 120 detik, 180, 240 detik, 300 detik, 360 detik, 420 detik, 480 detik, 540 detik, dan 600 detik dikarakterisasi guna mengetahui efisiensi pembakaran dan efisiensi termal dengan pendekatan eksperimen. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa variasi kecepatan udara sebesar 9 m/s memiliki nilai efisiensi termal tertinggi dengan nilai 46,349% dengan bahan bakar biopelet dan 41,381% dengan bahan bakar kayu pada variasi waktu pembakaran sebesar 600 detik. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan untuk pedoman perancangan kompor biomassa yang efektif dan efisien, serta dapat di aplikasikan secara praktis di lapangan. Selain itu, variasi kecepatan udara sebesar 9 m/s dan waktu pembakaran 600 detik menjadikanya parameter penting untuk di rekomendasikan sebagai pengaturan ideal dalam pengoperasian

Abstract

In the context of education in Indonesia, the psychological aspect of religion is an important dimension that needs to be developed continuously. This study aims to analyze the improvement of students' religious psychology through the implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) and Pesantren-Based Management (PBM), as well as to formulate an integrated model of both systems in strengthening students' religious character. Religious psychology is understood as a psychological dimension reflected in spiritual awareness, religious attitudes, emotional control, and social behavior grounded in religious values. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach and was conducted at SMK Darul Ulum Rangkasbitung and Al-Hikam Islamic Boarding School Pasir Nangka. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings indicate that SBM has strengths in systematic and structured educational management; However, religious psychological development tends to be formal and less intensive. In contrast, PBM is more effective in fostering students' religious psychology holistically through religious habituation, the exemplary role of the kyai, and a supportive spiritual environment, although it remains limited in formal evaluation and documentation. The integration of SBM and PBM shows strong potential to create a balanced educational management model that combines academic excellence with spiritual depth, thereby enhancing students' religious psychology in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam cara organisasi beroperasi, mengelola sumber daya manusia, serta menghadapi persaingan yang semakin dinamis. Dalam konteks ini, kepemimpinan digital (digital leadership) menjadi faktor strategis yang tidak hanya berfokus pada adopsi teknologi, tetapi juga pada kemampuan pemimpin dalam mengarahkan perubahan, membangun budaya adaptif, dan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran digital leadership dalam meningkatkan adaptabilitas dan kinerja karyawan di era transformasi digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik studi literatur, melalui penelaahan berbagai jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan publikasi akademik yang relevan dengan topik digital leadership, adaptabilitas karyawan, dan kinerja karyawan. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan tematik untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang komprehensif mengenai hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa digital leadership berperan penting dalam mendorong adaptabilitas karyawan melalui penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang fleksibel, inovatif, dan berorientasi pada pembelajaran berkelanjutan. Pemimpin yang memiliki kompetensi digital mampu memfasilitasi pemanfaatan teknologi secara efektif serta meningkatkan kesiapan karyawan dalam menghadapi perubahan sistem kerja dan tuntutan pekerjaan berbasis digital. Adaptabilitas karyawan yang tinggi terbukti berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan, baik dari aspek produktivitas, kualitas kerja, maupun efektivitas pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Dengan demikian, keberhasilan transformasi digital tidak hanya ditentukan oleh investasi teknologi, tetapi juga sangat bergantung pada kualitas kepemimpinan digital dalam mengelola dan mengembangkan sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi teoretis dan praktis bagi pengembangan strategi kepemimpinan digital dalam organisasi.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penyebab timbulnya panas pada chip saat kinerja komputasi sistem komputer menjadi perhatian utama sehingga dibutuhkan alat pendingin. Heatsink merupakan perangkat yang umum diaplikasikan untuk meruduksi panas saat kinerja komputasi sistem komputer. Bebagai bentuk heatsink telah banyak dikembangkan dan diteliti untuk mendapatkan design dengan performa terbaik. Riset ini dilakukan untuk menyelidiki desain terbaik pada heatsink beralur persegi yang memiliki kinerja termal dan hidrolik terbaik dibandingkan dengan heatsink konvesional. Heatsink dengan alur persegi yang disusun secara longitudinal dan transversal dengan ukuran alur 2 mm x 0,25 mm diusulkan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi kebaikan aspek termal dan hidrolik serta mencari desain paling efektif untuk aplikasi tersebut dalam riset ini. Kaji numerik dilakukan dengan menggunakan program Computational Fluid Dynamics. Hasil kaji numerik mengungkapkan bahwa performa pendinginan SFHS (Straight Fin Heatsink) dapat dipoptimalkan dengan SFHS (Straight Fin Heatsink) variasi alur persegi dengan arah longitudinal dengan variasi kecepatal aliran fluida sebesar 2 m/s dengan nilai tahanan termal maksimum sebesar 0,673ºC/W, nilai koefisien perpindahan maksimal sebesar 13,61 Wm²C, serta nilai bilangan Nusselt maksimum sebesar 8,44. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa desain SFHS (Straight Fin Heatsink) dengan variasi alur persegi arah longitudinal menunjukkan desain paling optimal dan memiliki prospek untuk diteliti lebih lanjut, serta berprospek untuk diterapkan secara praktis dilapangan.   Kata kunci: Heat sink, Longitudinal, SFHS, Sirip, Transversal.

Abstract

In the competitive landscape of Islamic education, maintaining a positive reputation is crucial for Islamic schools to attract public trust and ensure sustainability. Effective educational public relations (PR) plays a central role in addressing modern communication challenges while upholding Islamic values. This study focuses on MA Atqia Bondowoso, exploring how a multidimensional PR approach can sustain its reputation amidst the dynamics of the digital era. The research aims to develop a holistic PR framework that integrates branding, image building, reputation maintenance, effective communication, and community engagement. Employing a qualitative case study approach at MA Atqia Bondowoso, the study examines the role of PR in sustaining the school’s reputation. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed inductively following Miles and Huberman’s stages. Data validity was ensured through triangulation and member checking to provide a comprehensive overview of PR strategies in maintaining the school’s reputation. The findings reveal that a strategic PR approach, combining digital and traditional communication channels, enhances public trust, strengthens school competitiveness, and ensures long-term sustainability. Key strategies include consistent branding, transparent communication, and active community engagement, aligned with Islamic principles. The study proposes a comprehensive PR model that addresses contemporary communication challenges while preserving Islamic values.

Abstract

The heat load on computer chips during computing performance is the main topic, so a cooling device is needed. Heat sink is one of the tools commonly applied to reduce the heat load during computing performance of computer systems. Various heat sink configurations have been widely developed and studied to obtain designs with the best thermal performance. This research was conducted to investigate the best design on a straight fin heat sink (SFHS) that has the best thermal and hydraulic performance. SFHS with fin thickness variations of 1 mm, 2 mm, and 3 mm are proposed in this study. The numerical method was carried out using the Computational Flui Dynamics program by considering fluid flow velocities of 4 m/s, 6 m/s, 8 m/s and 10 m/s. The numerical results show that the cooling rate of SFHS can be increased by using SFHS with a thickness of 3 mm and a fluid flow velocity of 10 m/s with a maximum Nusselt number value of 59.74. Therefore, it is concluded that the SFHS has prospects for further study and can be applied practically in the field for micro electronic components and computer systems. Abstract

This study elaborates on sustainable business in the context of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). MSMEs play an important role in strengthening the national economy, so a concept of business sustainability is needed when facing economic, social, and environmental challenges. This study involved three subjects who are MSME activists who are concerned about environmental and social aspects. This study uses a phenomenological study approach with the Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis method. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews and observations with categories based on statements from research subjects who are MSME activists in the Serang Regency. The research subjects stated that MSME activists have diverse understandings of sustainable business, which include aspects of resource efficiency, and social and environmental responsibility. Sustainable practices arise more from practical needs, such as cost savings and increasing competitiveness, compared to more strategic environmental or social motivations. This study found that despite facing many challenges, MSME activists already understand the concept of sustainable business can have a positive impact on the development of MSME businesses in an increasingly competitive era.

Abstract

Philosophy plays a strategic role in the development of the curriculum of Islamic education management, as it provides a conceptual, value-based, and directional foundation for educational goals. This study aims to examine the benefits of philosophy in developing the curriculum of Islamic education management, particularly in strengthening the integration of spiritual, intellectual, and moral dimensions. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using a library research method, analyzing books on educational philosophy, Islamic philosophy, as well as relevant scholarly articles and journals. The findings indicate that philosophy, through the branches of ontology, epistemology, and axiology, plays a significant role in formulating the objectives, content, methods, and evaluation of the Islamic education curriculum. Various philosophical schools such as idealism, realism, pragmatism, and existentialism contribute to shaping a curriculum oriented toward the formation of insan kamil (the complete human being). Furthermore, the integration of bayani, irfani, and burhani epistemologies enriches curriculum development, making it more holistic and contextual. With a strong philosophical foundation, the curriculum of Islamic education management functions not merely as a means of knowledge transmission, but also as an instrument for character building, moral development, and social responsibility among learners.

Abstract

The growing reliance on digital technologies and data analytics has transformed educational management practices worldwide, positioning data-driven decision-making as a dominant managerial paradigm. While these approaches promise efficiency, transparency, and accountability, they are often grounded in technocratic and positivistic assumptions that treat data as objective, value-neutral representations of educational reality. This study aims to critically examine digital and data-driven educational management through the lens of the philosophy of science, moving beyond instrumental perspectives toward a more reflective and humanistic understanding. Employing a qualitative conceptual research design, this study conducts a critical literature analysis using an integrative philosophical framework encompassing epistemological, ontological, and axiological dimensions. The analysis reveals three key findings. First, data-driven educational management is predominantly shaped by positivistic epistemologies that privilege quantifiable indicators over contextual and professional knowledge. Second, digital management systems actively reconfigure educational reality by shaping institutional practices, governance structures, and definitions of success. Third, efficiency-oriented rationalities often overshadow ethical considerations, raising concerns about justice, responsibility, and educational values. The study contributes a novel integrative framework that positions philosophy of science as a foundational lens for understanding and guiding digital educational management. By reframing data and technology as reflective tools rather than authoritative ends, the study offers a conceptual basis for developing digital and data-driven educational management that is efficient yet ethically grounded, context-sensitive, and aligned with the broader purposes of Education.
