Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang menjadi fokus penelitian yaitu membantu memecahkan permasalahan perekonomian yang dihadapi masyarakat di Kampung Barukacang, Desa Karamatwangi, Cisurupan, Kabupaten Garut. Mata pencaharian masyarakat pada umumnya bergerak di sektor pertanian. Keberlangsungan mata pencaharian pada sektor pertanian sangat dipengaruhi oleh musim, modal, dan teknologi yang digunakan. Ketika faktor-faktor tersebut tidak mendukung, para petani menganggur dan mengakibatkan menurunnya sumber penghasilan keluarga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada kegiatan PKM yaitu Studi Kasus yang terbagi menjadi beberapa tahapan, yaitu analisis objek mitra, sosialisasi dan identifikasi, praktik dan pendampingan usaha, pembukaan jejaring / mitra dan penjualan serta pemanfaatan E-Commerce sebagai media pemasaran kepada konsumen/agen. Pendampingan perintisan usaha pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat bekerja sama dengan Unit Usaha Masjid (UUM) Al Hikmah dalam mendukung perkembangan ekonomi syariah. Pemberdayaan juga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan peran aktif masyarakat serta berupaya untuk menggali potensi akan sumber daya yang ada dan meningkatkan produktivitas serta kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

The banking industry is currently facing the demands of the digitalization era, and the Millennial generation, as the majority of employees in the company, plays a crucial role in managing and making decisions for the continuity of the bank's business. In addition to the demands of digitalization, human resource skills play a strategic role in all positions within the company. For a bank to run smoothly, these human resource skills need to be accompanied by a learning strategy to improve the competency of millennial employees through a humanistic strategy implementation strategy so that the learning implementation can run smoothly and prudently. This study analyzes the Business Performance overview, which includes Digitalization Demands, Human Resource Skills, Millennial Employee Competency Improvement Strategies, and the Humanity Learning Program that influences it using a quantitative approach with descriptive and verification research types. The study population consisted of 544 regional offices, branches, and sub-branches of Bank BJB, which served as the analysis unit. Sampling used the Slovin method with 134 respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire, and data analysis techniques to determine the correlative relationship in this study used the Covariance-Based Structure Equation Model. The results of the study show that the Demand for Digitalization with the dominant dimension of Digitalization Trends, Human Resource Skills with the dominant dimension of Digital Skills, and Millennial Employee Competency Improvement Strategy with the dominant dimension of Millennial Competency Development mediated by the Humanity Learning Program with the dominant dimension of Talent Development Program, significantly influence the Bank's Business Performance.

Abstract

The banking industry as a credit provider has changed substantially over the last century, namely that when a bank will lend money with collateral as collateral, the process is carried out in stages involving many bank officers. Currently, almost all operating financial institutions have been digitized, especially the credit application process. More and more customers are choosing digital loans over traditional loans because of the benefits they provide. The aim of this research was to analyze the picture of Business Performance which includes Customer Requirements, Digital Leadership, Loan Origination System Implementation and Credit Business Process Value Creation which influence it. The research method uses quantitative research with descriptive and verification research types. The research population was 64 branch offices which were the analysis units using a saturated sampling technique. The research instrument uses a questionnaire and data analysis techniques to determine the correlative relationship in this research using Partial Least Square. The research results show that Business Performance with the dominant dimension, namely Financial Performance, is influenced by Loan Origination System Implementation with the dominant dimension, namely Document Management and Credit Business Process Value Creation with the dominant dimension, namely Responsiveness. Loan Origination System Implementation and Credit Business Process Value Creation are influenced by Customer Requirements with the dominant dimension, namely Customer Expectation and Digital Leadership with the dominant dimension, namely Customer Focused.

Abstract

In this study, an assessment of the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on educational equality was carried out. Through the analysis of literature and related research, the aim of this research is to identify how AI can contribute to improving accessibility, personalization, and equality in education. The research methods used involve searching for articles and scientific journals related to artificial intelligence and education, as well as in-depth analysis of such findings. The results of this study show that AI has great potential in supporting personalised learning approaches, reducing gaps in access to education, and identifying and addressing biases in the education system. Careful and sustained AI evaluation is important to ensure that the implementation of this technology has a positive impact on educational equality.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in records and document management through an in-depth literature review. It was found that AI has significant potential to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of archival data management. With AI's ability to automate indexing, classification, and data processing processes, researchers noted a considerable reduction in human errors. Additionally, AI plays a crucial role in the security and accessibility of documents by providing robust data encryption and stringent access filtering. This technology also simplifies document searches, enabling users to find information quickly and efficiently. In conclusion, integrating AI into records and document management brings significant technical and operational benefits. This literature review underscores that AI can improve the performance and reliability of information management systems. With these capabilities, AI is expected to pave the way for more effective, efficient, and secure archival management. The study provides insights that AI is not just an advanced solution but also a critical tool for the future of records and document management in various organizations.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tingkat pengetahuan Literasi Keuangan pada Pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah Kota Bandung pada umumnya dan Persatuan Pedagang Buku, Jasa Pengetikan dan Grafir Indonesia (Pepebutindo) yang menjadi mitra pengabdian kepada masyarakat masih tergolong rendah. Pihak akademisi terus mengedukasi para pelaku usaha yang bergerak di sektor UMKM. Respon positif dari pengurus dan anggota Pepebutindo pada wawancara mengenai Literasi Keuangan menunjukkan bahwa mereka siap bekerjasama dalam upaya penerapan digital mindset dan pengetahuan Literasi Keuangan. Kegiatan pengabdian menyelenggarakan tiga jenis kegiatan, yaitu penyusunan Petunjuk Teknis Digitalisasi Literasi Keuangan dan Workshop Digitalisasi Literasi Keuangan mengunakan aplikasi SI APIK. Dengan terlaksananya acara tersebut dan serah terima sebanyak lima puluh juknis SI APIK, berdampak terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dari para pedagang yang berada di bawah naungan Pepebutindo terkait Literasi Keuangan dan Digital Mindset. ABSTRACTThe level of knowledge of Financial Literacy in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of Bandung in general and the Association of Book Traders, Typing and Engraving Services of Indonesia (Pepebutindo) which are partners in community service are still low. Academics continue to educate business actors engaged in the UMKM sector. The positive response from the management and Pepebutindo members in interviews about Financial Literacy shows that they are ready to work together in efforts to implement a digital mindset and knowledge of Financial Literacy. The community service activity held three types of activities, namely the preparation of Technical Guidelines for the Digitalization of Financial Literacy and a Workshop on Digitalization of Financial Literacy using the SI APIK application. With the implementation of the event and the handover of fifty SI APIK technical guidelines, it had an impact on increasing knowledge of traders under Pepebutindo regarding Financial Literacy and Digital Mindset.
