Abstract

Dengan adanya revolusi industri 4.0, persaingan bisnis semakin ketat khususnya dari sisi proses bisnis promosi, penjualan, dan transaksi. Sebuah sistem sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan daya saing industri melalui media internet atau sering disebut E-Commerce.Industri handmade di Indonesia masih kurang berkembang dalam hal pemasaran barang-barang yang telah diproduksi dikarenakan kurangnya penyebaran informasi kepada masyarakat. Kebanyakan proses transaksi jual beli berupa mekanisme penjualan yang berjalan sekarang masih konvensional sehingga menyebabkan pangsa pasar terbatas. Dengan adanya perangkat lunak E-Commerce berbasis Market Basket Analysis, diharapkankualitas pelayanan kepada pelanggan khususnya dalam memberikan informasi pilihan produk sekaligus meningkatkan proses promosi dan pemasaran produk handmade kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

Perbankan saat ini memiliki beragam produk jasa keuangan sehingga kompleksitas transaksi dan interaksi antar lembaga jasa keuangan bertambah. Hal tersebut wajar mengingat standar industri di dunia perbankan yang menuntut adanya kebutuhan bisnis yang fleksibel. Merujuk kepada ketentuan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, perlu diterapkan kecukupan proses identifikasi, pengukuran, pemantauan, dan pengendalian risiko sehingga dapat mewujudkan stabilitas sistem keuangan yang tumbuh secara berkelanjutan. Pendirian Bank X dibentuk melalui Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia yang sekarang sudah menjadi salah satu bank besar di Indonesia. Saat ini Bank X masih belum memiliki sistem informasi yang bisa melakukan proses-proses sebagaimana dimaksud di atas. Sistem Informasi Profil Risiko yang akan dikembangkan diharapkan dapat diterapkan dan dipahami dengan baik oleh seluruh pengguna informasi khususnya shareholder dan stakeholder sehingga menghasilkan pelaporan Profil Risiko secara menyeluruh dan komprehensif.

Abstract

Rukun Warga (RW) merupakan lembaga yang dibentuk melalui musyawarah bersama masyarakat setempat dalam rangka layanan administrasi pemerintahan dan kemasyarakatan yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah desa atau kelurahan. Rukun Warga memiliki peran penting dalam memelihara dan melestarikan nilai-nilai kehidupan masyarakat berdasarkan gotong royong dan kekeluargaan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertempat di RT/RW 10, Kp. Sukamanah, Ds. Soreang, Kec. Soreang, Kab. Bandung. Kendala yang dialami oleh ketua RW dalam menjalankan tugasnya berbenturan dengan kewajibannya sebagai kepala keluarga yang harus mencari nafkah bagi keluarganya sehingga layanan pada masyarakat hanya dapat diberikan pada saat sore sampai dengan malam hari atau hari libur. Tujuan penelitian ini antara lain adalah membuat sebuah media komunikasi yang dapat mempermudah penyampaian informasi, berita, pengumuman kepada warga secara efektif dan efisien. Selanjutnya, dari sisi warga juga dapat menyalurkan keluhan, kebutuhan, aspirasi, saran, dan ide langsung kepada ketua RW. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah model prototype dengan langkah-langkah antara lain identifikasi kebutuhan, pembangunan prototyping, pengkodean sistem, dan pengujian sistem. Keluaran yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini adalah implementasi SMS Gateway API pada media komunikasi RW. Dengan adanya solusi tersebut, diharapkan dapat membantu warga RT/RW 10, Kp. Sukamanah dalam menyampaikan kebutuhan dan memberikan kritik, ide, dan saran serta informasi di lingkungan RT/RW 10 secara realtime sehingga kebutuhan dan aspirasi warga secepatnya dapat ditindaklanjuti.

Abstract

Kinerja bank meliputi beberapa disiplin ilmu seperti manajemen operasi, manajemen sumber daya manusia, manajemen pemasaran, sistem informasi, manajemen keuangan dan akuntansi serta perilaku organisasi. Tren kinerja perbankan khususnya kinerja finansial dalam lima tahun terakhir masih berfluktatif. Salah satu indikator utama yang mempengaruhi ketidakkonsistenan kinerja yaitu penerapan manajemen risiko yang efektif sebagai bagian yang tak terpisahkan dari proses organisasi merupakan elemen penting untuk mewujudkan GCG untuk mengarahkan dan mengendalikan perusahaan agar tercapai keseimbangan antara kekuatan dan kewenangan perusahaan. Selain itu belum optimalnya integrasi fungsi-fungsi bisnis pada Proses Bisnis Internal yang merupakan salah satu perspektif Balanced Scorecard memiliki dampak mendalam pada integrasi fungsi-fungsi bisnis seperti penjualan dan pemasaran, pengadaan, keuangan dan akuntansi, penelitian dan pengembangan produk / jasa perbankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan strategi implementasi integrasi fungsi-fungsi bisnis pada Proses Bisnis Internal menggunakan Metode Kualitatif untuk menghasilkan formulasi strategi manajemen operasional menggunakan pendekatan Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix.

Abstract

Agriculture is the largest sector in almost every developing country economy. This sector produces food for most of the population in the country. Some Indonesian people work as farmers who have an important role to ensure the availability of basic ingredients, namely rice from rice. However, the limited number of experts, namely Field Agricultural Extension Officers (PPL) results in limited counseling that will be obtained by farmers, because to overcome all the problems faced by farmers, it is constrained by time and the number of farmers who have problems with their crops. In this case, farmers find it difficult to deal with problems of pests and diseases that attack rice, therefore a tool or an expert application is needed that can help farmers to diagnose pests and diseases of rice in order to provide solutions to overcome them. In connection with that, this study aims to develop an application design of an expert system for diagnosing rice pests using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto algorithm which is a method for classifying objects based on the most similar data, and adding the Dempster Shafer algorithm as a comparison of the methods used to obtain data. maximum result validation. By using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto Algorithm, the author classifies similar objects, in this case the symptoms that often occur during the rice harvest season, then compares them with the Dempster Shafter Algorithm to obtain validation of diseases that occur in rice plants based on the classification of symptoms that have been mapped. . Furthermore, the system will provide the best decision to provide advice related to diseases experienced by rice plants so that farmers can immediately resolve them.

Abstract

The world of insurance business that is full of competition makes the perpetrators must always think about breakthrough strategies that can guarantee the continuity of their insurance business. One of the main assets owned by insurance companies is business data in an extraordinary amount.Data mining is a new technology that is very useful to help insurance companies find very important information from business data as the main asset they have. Data mining can predict trends and traits of business behavior that are very useful to support important decision making. Automated analysis carried out by data mining exceeds that carried out by traditional support systems. Apriori and FP-Growth are the most famous algorithms for finding high frequency patterns, these algorithms are part of the Rule Association used in this study.

Abstract

Datacenters have become a necessity for institutions that require reliable and high-power internal computing services. Datacenter construction allows users unlimited access to infrastructure, applications, and other IT resources as well, Software Defined Network (SDN) allows network operators and administrators to adjust resources and bandwidth as needed, providing a datacenter with increased efficiency, flexibility, and durability. Edge Datacenter, in general, can be said to be a datacenter with minimal facilities that can expand its network access to provide cloud computing resources, and serve cached content to local end-users,because the Edge Datacenter implements edge-caching. So that to increase the flexibility and scalability of the datacenter with some problems related to location and space that is really limited, the application of SDN and Edge Computing are alternatives that need to be considered.

Abstract

Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) is one of the distribution issues which is long discussed in the optimization review, where the review problem is how a salesman visits the entire travel route within the coverage area and returns to the starting point of departure with the rule that no destination should be visited more than once. PT. Panjunan is a company engaged in the products distribution of various principles. Currently the managing process of customer location data at the company is still not maximal due to the absence of calculations in every daily visit routes so it impact on the effectiveness of time. In addition, the absence of visualization of real customer data on the field leads to the error distribution and marketing of goods which is uneven, not on target and impact on the decline in sales value. One of the techniques used to accelerate the search solutions of TSP problems is to use an insertion algorithm, or also called the Cheapest Insertion Heuristic (CIH) algorithm. The discussion of this research is to study and apply CIH algorithm in determining the optimization of daily sales traffic route with the aim of this research is to make daily trip route optimization program by applying Cheapest Insertion Heuristics algorithm and provide real customer data visualization on original map in the field as analysis material for operational team and management by utilizing Google Maps API service. System development method used in this research using waterfall model with implementation tools is laravel framework and mySQL as DBMS.

Abstract

Popularitas Mobile Instant Messaging (MIM) terus naik, termasuk dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat faktor psikologis Penggunaan MIM dalam komunikasi informal organisasi menggunakan Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA). Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survei, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian dengan 89 responden dari Inspektorat Utama BPK RI, menunjukkan bahwa TRA tidak sepenuhnya terterapkan pada Penggunaan MIM dalam komunikasi organisasi. Berbeda dengan variabel sikap yang berpengaruh signifikan, variabel norma subjektif tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi maupun perilaku. The popularity of Mobile Instant Messaging (MIM) continues to rise nowadays, includingits use in organization. This study aims to examine the psychological factors behind the use of MIM in organizational informal communication based on the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA). Using a quantitative approach and survey methods, the data are collected through questionnaires, and analyzed by Partial Least Square (PLS). With 89 respondents from Principal Inspectorate of BPK RI, the study shows that TRA is not fully applied in the use of MIM in organizational communication. Different from Attitude variable which has significant effect, Subjective Norm variable has no significant effect on intention and behavior.

Abstract

The ability to speak English is a must to survive in global competition. As education people always try and want to explore to improve the quality of graduates who are better with a variety of methods, but the results are still not satisfactory as expected. Various attempts to improve English learning outcomes have been carried out through suitable and fun learning models using in-service and on-service training systems, but after completing the training many teachers returned to the old teaching method (teacher centered). Communicative approach methods / approaches have not been implemented so that the results achieved have not been improved. Of the four English language skills, the lowest score is speaking skills. The main cause is the low student interest in learning and the use of media that is less interesting, coupled with teaching and learning activities in the classroom that are boring. Seeing this kind of teacher creativity is needed, for example by conducting teaching and learning activities based on visual illustration media according to the tastes of the child but so that it can meet the demands of the curriculum and keep abreast of technological developments. The research method used is to use the concept of Action Research Class which consists of 2 cycles, where each cycle consists of several stages, namely planning, action implementation, observation and evaluation and reflection. Classroom action research on improving speaking English by applying cybernetic learning theory and visual illustration media carried out over two cycles is able to be an alternative learning reference for teachers and students who are fun.
