Abstract

Menurut riset Google, nilai transaksi e-commerce pada tahun 2019 di Indonesia mencapai US$ 21 Milyar dan akan terus meningkat, sedangkan belum banyak perusahaan yang menyediakan aplikasi marketplace yang khusus mempromosikan barang digital kepada masyarakat sebagai salah satu potensi ekonomi Indonesia di masa depan. Penelitian ini mengambil tema Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat melalui pengembangan aplikasi marketplace khusus barang digital. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu studi literatur dan observasi serta peninjauan langsung terhadap potensi peluang usaha di bidang content barang digital. Metode pembangunan perangkat lunak yang digunakan menggunakan model Software Development Life Cycle Waterfall. Fitur utama yang dikembangan pada aplikasi Marketplace Barang Digital yaitu Product Recommendation via Rating dan Tags Analytics. Produk ini diharapkan akan mampu mempromosikan barang digital kepada masyarakat luas, sebagai salah satu potensi ekonomi baru dan sumber penghasilan tambahan bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

Sekolah memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kecerdasan para siswanya. Salah satu cara untuk mewujudkannya adalah dengan memiliki sistem ujian dan penilaian yang baik. Kendala yang dialami di banyak Sekolah, yaitu pengaturan yang mengatur pertanyaan, persetujuan dan penjadwalan, masih menggunakan metode manual dan belum terkomputerisasi. Oleh karena itu dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan membangun sistem informasi yang ada di sekolah dengan mengganti proses pemeriksaan manual dengan yang terkomputerisasi, kemudian dirancang sistem ujian online dan unduhan siswa berbasis web. Seorang guru di sekolah secara langsung memproses pertanyaan ujian siswa. Demikian juga siswa setelah mengikuti ujian akan dapat langsung melihat hasil ujian. Metodologi Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dan model pengembangan sistem menggunakan model prototype evolutioner. Setelah penelitian dan desain, aplikasi yang dibuat harus memenuhi kriteria sekolah dengan menambahkan fitur pertanyaan acak menggunakan algoritma pengambilan sampel acak sederhana dan fitur akses token untuk memasukkan pertanyaan ujian. sehingga tidak semua kelas bisa mengaksesnya. Ini juga dapat membantu menampilkan skor pada masing-masing siswa ini selain aplikasi yang dibuat untuk mempersiapkan siswa dalam ujian nasional.

Abstract

The role of sustainable finance in the Banking Industry at this time was initiated by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and World Wildlife Funding (WWF) in targeting economic growth so that negative impacts arise from the process of economic development. This encourages environmentalists, companies and national and global governments to trigger a sustainable development that prioritizes harmony in economic, environmental and social aspects. OJK has collaborated with financial institutions to develop a Sustainable Finance Road Map with the aim of describing the conditions to be achieved regarding sustainable finance in Indonesia in the 2015-2024 period for the financial services industry. This initiative was also built to contribute while capturing business opportunities for Indonesia's economic development efforts that are resilient to climate change and contribute directly to efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The analysis method used is descriptive qualitative where the data collection technique in this study uses online data search. Based on the road map prepared by the OJK, banks in Indonesia have committed to the Sustainable Finance Action Plan (RAKB) to provide credit to creditors who have certification in accordance with the principles of Environmental, Social and Governance (LST) and AMDAL permits (Environmental Impact Analysis ) in the green construction, agriculture, green infrastructure, forestry, renewable energy, recycling and energy efficiency sectors

Abstract

Gudang merupakan salah satu prasarana yang sangat penting dalam dunia industri yang berfungsi sebagai tempat penyimpanan sementara dalam hal distribusi barang. Penempatan barang secara teratur dan efisien di dalam sebuah gudang merupakan sebuah kewajiban yang harus dilakukan oleh sebuah perusahaan ritel, manufaktur atau jasa ekspedisi untuk mempercepat proses pengiriman dan penerimaan barang. Permasalahan yang muncul antara lain terkait dengan efisiensi penataan barang di dalam gudang sehingga mengakibatkan lamanya waktu keluar masuk barang. Untuk membantu menyelesaikan kesulitan tersebut, maka dibuat sebuah perangkat lunak yang mampu memberikan simulasi bagaimana proses penempatan barang pada gudang secara optimal. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang akan digunakan adalah metode Prototype, sedangkan algoritma yang akan diimplementasikan di dalam aplikasi adalah Block Stacking. Penelitian ini akan menghasilkan perangkat lunak yang mampu membuat visualisasi 3 dimensi dari simulasi penempatan jumlah barang secara maksimal pada gudang dan secara efisien dari sisi optimasi pemanfaatan ruang.

Abstract

Abstrak - Pengelolaan / Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) merupakan hal mendasar yang harus diperhatikan oleh organisasi. Departemen SDM wajib mampu mengelola data karyawan dengan baik. Data karyawan tersebut akan menjadi dasar untuk menentukan kewajiban dan hak yang dapat diterima oleh karyawan yang bersangkutan, calon pegawai yang siap dipromosikan, pemenuhan diklat untuk pegawai tertentu, dan masih banyak keputusan strategis lainnya yang berhubungan dengan data kepegawaian. Hal inilah yang melahirkan Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Tujuan utama HRIS adalah memudahkan pegawai sebagai pengguna untuk menyimpan data karyawan dan mengaksesnya dengan mudah kapan pun dibutuhkan. Saat ini penerapan HRIS masih tersentralisasi di Departemen SDM sehingga informasi pegawai masih belum terinformasikan ke masing-masing pegawai. Setiap pegawai mengalami kesulitan dalam mengakses informasi pribadinya dan harus melakukan konfirmasi ke petugas departemen SDM. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, kami tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif untuk pengumpulan data, sementara model pembangunan sistem memakai metode Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) yang terdiri dari tahapan pengonsepan, perancangan, pengumpulan material, pengembangan dan perakitan, pengujian dan pendistribusian. Solusi yang diberikan yaitu pembangunan kios informasi berbasis multimedia interaktif menggunakan Industrial PC yang dapat diakses oleh semua pegawai sebagai pusat informasi baik informasi umum mengenai SDM maupun informasi pribadi pegawai. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan kepada tujuh ratus pegawai dengan menggunakan metode Mean Opinion Score (MOS) yang diuji coba pada tujuh modul menghasilkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 4,18 (terdapat sedikit pemuatan namun tidak mengganggu). Abstract – Human Resources Management (HRM) is a fundamental thing that must be considered by the organization. The HR Department must be able to manage employee data properly. The employee data will be the basis for determining the obligations and rights that can be received by the employees concerned, prospective employees who are ready to be promoted, fulfillment of training for certain employees, and many other strategic decisions related to employment data. This is what gave birth to the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The main objective of HRIS is to make it easier for employee as users to store employee data and access it easily whenever needed. Currently the implementation of HRIS is still centralized in the HR Department so that employee information is still not informed to each employee. Each employees have difficulty accessing their personal information and must confirm to the HR department officer. Based on these problems, we are interested in conducting research using descriptive research methods for data collection, while system development models are using Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method which consists the stages of conceptualization, design, material collecting, development and assembly, testing and distribution. The solution provided is the development of interactive multimedia-based information kiosks using industrial PC that can be accessed by all employees as information center for both general information about HR and employee personal information. The results of research conducted on seven hundred employees using the Mean Opinion Score (MOS) method which were tested on seven modules produced an average value of 4.18 (there was a slight loading but not disturbing).

Abstract

: This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of organizational culture and competence on the business model of industrial revolution 4.0. and its implications on the performance of companies located in bank bjb. Currently, the performance of the bank's Business Work Unit, especially from profit growth indicators, quality of services and quality assets is still volatile and tends to decline. The research method used is descriptive and verifikative analysis. Data collection techniques used are using questionnaires in the field accompanied by literature studies, sampling techniques used, namely Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Data analysis techniques using Path Analysis. The results of descriptive analysis showed that in general the culture of the organization and competence fall into a high category, judging by the business model of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. and the company's performance in general is still in the category of sufficient. The results of verifikatif analysis showed that there is an influence of organizational culture and competence on the business model of Industrial Revolution 4.0. both partially and simultaneously in improving the company's performance. In part, competence was more dominant in influencing the implementation of the business model of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. The results of the research are expected to be a useful contribution and input for the Bank BJB's Business Work Unit in improving the company's performance, through an in-depth review of organizational culture, competencies, and business models of the Industrial Revolution 4.0.

Abstract

The world of insurance business that is full of competition makes the perpetrators must always think about breakthrough strategies that can guarantee the continuity of their insurance business. One of the main assets owned by insurance companies is business data in an extraordinary amount.Data mining is a new technology that is very useful to help insurance companies find very important information from business data as the main asset they have. Data mining can predict trends and traits of business behavior that are very useful to support important decision making. Automated analysis carried out by data mining exceeds that carried out by traditional support systems. Apriori and FP-Growth are the most famous algorithms for finding high frequency patterns, these algorithms are part of the Rule Association used in this study.

Abstract

Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) is one of the distribution issues which is long discussed in the optimization review, where the review problem is how a salesman visits the entire travel route within the coverage area and returns to the starting point of departure with the rule that no destination should be visited more than once. PT. Panjunan is a company engaged in the products distribution of various principles. Currently the managing process of customer location data at the company is still not maximal due to the absence of calculations in every daily visit routes so it impact on the effectiveness of time. In addition, the absence of visualization of real customer data on the field leads to the error distribution and marketing of goods which is uneven, not on target and impact on the decline in sales value. One of the techniques used to accelerate the search solutions of TSP problems is to use an insertion algorithm, or also called the Cheapest Insertion Heuristic (CIH) algorithm. The discussion of this research is to study and apply CIH algorithm in determining the optimization of daily sales traffic route with the aim of this research is to make daily trip route optimization program by applying Cheapest Insertion Heuristics algorithm and provide real customer data visualization on original map in the field as analysis material for operational team and management by utilizing Google Maps API service. System development method used in this research using waterfall model with implementation tools is laravel framework and mySQL as DBMS.

Abstract

Datacenters have become a necessity for institutions that require reliable and high-power internal computing services. Datacenter construction allows users unlimited access to infrastructure, applications, and other IT resources as well, Software Defined Network (SDN) allows network operators and administrators to adjust resources and bandwidth as needed, providing a datacenter with increased efficiency, flexibility, and durability. Edge Datacenter, in general, can be said to be a datacenter with minimal facilities that can expand its network access to provide cloud computing resources, and serve cached content to local end-users,because the Edge Datacenter implements edge-caching. So that to increase the flexibility and scalability of the datacenter with some problems related to location and space that is really limited, the application of SDN and Edge Computing are alternatives that need to be considered.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia di perusahaan berperan sebagai penentu keberhasilan perusahaan untuk mencapai hasil yang diharapkan. Sumber daya manusia pada perusahaan perlu dikelola secara profesional agar terwujud keselarasan antara kompetensi pegawaidengan dengan tuntutan dan tujuan perusahaan. Salah satu proses pengembangan dan peningkatan kompetensi pegawai dapat dilakukan dengan melaksanakan kegiatan pendidikan dan pelatihan. Pelatihan bagi para pegawai dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara, antara lain dengan kegiatan on job training dan off the job training. Dengan adanya pelatihan diharapkan produktivitas pegawai akan lebih meningkat serta dapat bekerja secara lebih efektif dan efisien terutama untuk tantangan dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan ke depan. Evaluasi pelatihan merupakan salah satu cara mengukur efektifitas pelatihan sehingga memberikan feedback bagi perusahaan dalam rangka meningkatkan kompetensi sumber daya manusia.
