Abstract

Vaksinasi COVID-19 bertujuan untuk mengurangi transmisi/penularan COVID-19, menurunkan angka kesakitan dan kematian akibat COVID-19, mencapai kekebalan kelompok di masyarakat (herd immunity) dan melindungi masyarakat dari COVID-19. Beberapa determinan yang menyebabkan kurangnya kesediaan masyarakat terhadap vaksinasi covid-19 pada lansia, oleh karena itu sistematika review ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi terhadap factor-faktor determinan tersebut melalui literatur review melalui penelusuran hasil penelitian dalam bentuk artikel full text dari data base jurnal yaitu pubmed Tahun 2019-2022.  Analisa data menggunakan kerangka PICO dan diagram flow PRISMA. Kesimpulan: Masih banyaknya permasalahan yang perlu dilakukan studi /penelitian terkait determinan yang mempengaruhi kesediaan vaksinasi covid-19 pada lansia

Abstract

Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) is a condition that causes illness and death. As of 25 October 2022, it was stated that there were 6.472.664 total confirmed cases and 158.454 deaths in Indonesia. Pregnant women are a high-risk population for Covid-19 infection. But, a pregnant woman might be hesitant to attend a health center to monitor her pregnancy for fear of contracting Covid-19. This problem decreased the number of pregnant women in Indonesia who visited health services. This research study aims to examine the anxiety issues experienced by pregnant women during the Covid-19 pandemic. This article's methodology is based on an exhaustive search of numerous databases, including PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar, and the official website. Articles are chosen based on criteria like free full text, open access, and publication date beyond 2020. The systematic search produced a total of 1238 articles, with 9 articles meeting the inclusion criteria. This research study concludes that pregnant women constitute a high-risk population during the Covid-19 pandemic. Pregnant women were known to feel anxiety in the majority. These psychiatric diseases offer risks to the fetus, including prenatal development impairment, early delivery, and low birth weight. Pregnant women require social assistance to lessen their fear during the Covid-19 pandemic and to increase their compliance with Ante Natal Care in an effort to discover pregnancy issues early, so that mothers and infants may be anticipated to be healthy and safe. Abstract

Canden, a village in the Bantul Regency, is one of the tourism settlements with the potential to develop. The village of Canden comprises 15 hamlets, one of which is Kiringan, recognized as a hub for conventional herbal medicine. This hamlet is home to at least 110 herbal medicine vendors. This community service project aimed to make it easier for the town of Canden to thrive as a tourism destination, starting with the potential of herbal medicine as the foundation of wellness travel. This community service approach was participatory rural appraissal using  focus group discussion with community, tourism management, head of the tourism office, public health center,  university, and so on.  This community service was carried out smoothly and the results were obtained in the form of community mapping and identification of needs in the development of fitness tourism villages.

Abstract

Background: Many studies show that the quality of services at various health facilities is influenced by the source of financing. The same thing was also found in the Inpatient Unit. Various data show that there are differences in patient care between general patients and BPJS patients. This is of course contrary to the Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No.82 of 2018 that BPJS participants are entitled to health services according to the medical needs required. Therefore, this study aims to discuss how much difference the level of satisfaction of BPJS patients and general patients with the quality of service in the Inpatient Unit. Subject and Methodology: The study method was carried out with a Narative review approach sourced from the PubMed, Google Schollar and IJPHS databases. There are 39,970 articles found with the keywords patient satisfaction and quality of health services; patient satisfaction and quality of health services. Then the articles were identified, filtered, so that 5 articles that met the criteria were obtained for in-depth review. Results: Broadly speaking, there are differences in the satisfaction level of BPJS patients and general patients with the quality of service in the Inpatient Unit. The difference lies in satisfaction in the dimensions of reliability / tangible, responsiveness / responsiveness, assurance, caring / empathy, and direct evidence / reliability. Conclusion: As many as 60% of studies show that there is a difference in the level of satisfaction between BPJS patients and general patients in the Inpatient Unit which can be used as an evaluation for Health Service Providers so that there is no difference in patient satisfaction levels. This is because every patient is unable to get the same health services according to their medical needs. Latar Belakang: Banyak penelitian yang menunjukan bahwa kualitas layanan pada berbagai fasilitas kesehatan dipengaruhi oleh sumber pembiayaan. Hal serupa juga ditemukan di Unit Rawat Inap. Berbagai data menunjukan bahwa ada perbedaan layanan pasien antara pasien umum dan pasien BPJS. Hal ini tentunya bertentangan dengan Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia No.82 Tahun 2018 bahwa peserta BPJS berhak mendapatkan layanan kesehatan sesuai dengan kebutuhan medis yang diperlukan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas seberapa besar perbedaan tingkat kepuasan pasien BPJS dan pasien umum terhadap mutu pelayanan di Unit Rawat Inap. Subjek dan Metodologi: Metode studi dilakukan dengan pendekatan Narative review yang bersumber pada database PubMed, Google schollar dan IJPHS. Terdapat 39.970 artikel yang ditemukan dengan kata kunci kepuasan pasien dan mutu layanan kesehatan; patient satisfaction and quality of health services. Selanjutnya artikel tersebut diidentifikasi, disaring, hingga diperoleh 5 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria untuk kemudian diulas secara mendalam. Hasil:  Secara garis besar terdapat perbedaan tingkat kepuasan pasien BPJS dan pasien umum terhadap mutu pelayanan di Unit Rawat Inap. Perbedaan terletak pada kepuasan pada dimensi kehandalan/tangible, daya tanggap/ responsiveness, jaminan/assurance, peduli/empaty, dan bukti langsung/ reliability. Kesimpulan: Sebanyak 60% penelitian menunjukan adanya perbedaan dalam tingkat kepuasan antara pasien BPJS dan pasien umum di Unit Rawat Inap dapat dijadikan evaluasi bagi Pelaksana Layanan Kesehatan sehingga tidak ada lagi perbedaan tingkat kepuasan pasien. Hal ini dikarenakan setiap pasien berhak mendapatkan layanan kesehatan yang sama sesuai dengan kebutuhan medisnya.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Permasalahan yang sering muncul bagi masyarakat yang sering berobat ke rumah sakit sering mengalami perbedaan pelayanan kesehatan, apalagi jika masyarakat menggunakan BPJS untuk berobat, beberapa tenaga medis kesehatan yang menangani seringkali sering melakukan diskriminasi dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan baik dari pasien umum dan pasien BPJS. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pasien terhadap loyalitas pasien BPJS. Permasalahan yang sering muncul bagi masyarakat yang sering berobat ke rumah sakit sering mengalami perbedaan pelayanan kesehatan, apalagi jika masyarakat menggunakan BPJS untuk berobat, beberapa tenaga medis kesehatan yang menangani seringkali sering melakukan diskriminasi dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan baik dari pasien umum dan pasien BPJS. Metode: Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional dengan menggunakan desain dari sumber literature review. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara wawancara mendalam dan memberikan sejumlah kuesioner yang harus diisi. Kualitas pelayanan pada responsiveness, assurance dan direct evidence berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien BPJS Kesehatan di beberapa rumah sakit umum pemerintah di kota Tangerang, begitu juga dengan kualitas pelayanan pada direct evidence berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien, selanjutnya kepuasan pasien berpengaruh berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien. Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pasien lebih kecil daripada pengaruh kepuasan pasien terhadap loyalitas pasien. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien pada dimensi responsiveness, assurance dan direct evidence bernilai p<0,05 sedangkan pada loyalitas pasien pada dimensi direct evidence bernilai p<0,05 dan pada loyalitas pasien dimediasi oleh kepuasan pasien pada dimensi direct evidence p<0.05. Kesimpulan: Kualitas pelayanan terhadap daya tanggap, jaminan dan bukti langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien BPJS Kesehatan dibeberapa rumah sakit umum pemerintah di Kota Tangerang, serta kualitas pelayanan pada bukti langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien, kemudian kepuasan pasien berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien. Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pasien lebih kecil dibandingkan pengaruh kepuasan pasien terhadap loyalitas pasien.

Abstract

Human Immunodefficiency Virus dan Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (HIV/AIDS) merupakan penyakit menular yang menjadi salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat di seluruh dunia. Individu yang terinfeksi virus HIV akan menjadi sangat rentan terserang penyakit, akibat menurunnya sistem kekebalan imun dalam tubuhnya. HIV/AIDS tidak hanya menimbulkan masalah pada fisik, akan tetapi juga menimbulkan masalah sosial dan psikologis pada individu. Kompleksnya masalah yang dihadapi ODHA tentu akan berimbas pada penurunan kualitas hidupnya. Dukungan sosial menjadi salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas hidup. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan sosial terhadap kualitas hidup pada orang dengan HIV/AIDS (ODHA) di Yayasan Kebaya Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 56 orang dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh atau total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner tentang dukungan sosial dan kualitas hidup. Analisis data menggunakan uji Spearman rho dengan bantuan SPSS versi 22.0. Hasil analisis menunjukan nilai dari koefesien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,837 dengan angka signifikansi (p) sebesar 0,000 dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan dukungan sosial terhadap kualitas hidup pada Orang Dengan HIV/AIDS (ODHA) di Yayasan Kebaya Yogyakarta

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to improve skills and increase public knowledge about plastic waste and how to use plastic which are waste that is difficult to process by soil so that it pollutes the environment into useful products, namely bags, heat retaining mats and other crafts. The methods used are counseling, training, and mentoring. The achievements obtained from service activities are groups of housewives and teenagers to be able to make and process plastic straws into various shapes with their respective creations so that they have economic value and increase household income and reduce plastic waste

Abstract

The efficiency of the pharmaceutical logistics management process can indirectly affect the balance of pharmaceutical supplies in hospitals. The aim of this research is to analyze the management of pharmaceutical logistics at Raden Mattaher Regional Hospital, Jambi Province during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using a phenomenological approach. The variables looked at include selection, planning, budgeting, procurement, storage and distribution. Data collection in this research was carried out by means of observation, in-depth interviews, and data review. The research results show that the guidelines in the Raden Mattaher Regional General Hospital Pharmacy Installation, Jambi Province are in accordance with the regulations issued by the Ministry of Health, however, in implementation there are still several things that have not been implemented and need to be evaluated regularly in accordance with the hospital's needs and Avoid things that are beyond predictions that are detrimental in the future.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIntroduction: The National Health Insurance (JKN) organized by BPJS is a guarantee in the form of health protection so that participants get the benefits of health checks and protection in meeting basic health needs given to everyone. Measuring the level of patient satisfaction is needed to determine the level of service provided by a service provider. To identify differences in the satisfaction of JKN class 3 PBI patients and JKN class 3 non PBI patients who received health services at the place research.Materials and Methods: This study used an analytical observational research design with a cross sectional method through a Quantitative Method approach. Data obtained by using questionnaires and interviews with respondents. The level of patient satisfaction was analyzed using GAP scores, CSI, and Independent Samples T Test.Results: The results of the GAP score indicate that JKN class 3 PBI patients have the lowest GAP score on the reliability dimension, which is -0.1733 and the highest GAP score on the assurance dimension with a score of -0.0875. Meanwhile, JKN class 3 non-PBI patients had the lowest score on the tangibles dimension with -0.1955 and the highest on the reliability dimension with -0.1711. JKN class 3 PBI patients had a CSI score of 69.81% and JKN class 3 non-PBI patients had 66.938%. If statistically tested, there is a significant difference between JKN class 3 PBI patients and JKN class 3 non-PBI patients with p value < 0.05.Conclusion: From the results of the analysis, at the placed research patients are generally satisfied with the services provided. JKN class 3 PBI patients feel more satisfied than JKN class 3 non PBI patients.
