Abstract

Dalam era digital yang ditandai dengan kemajuan teknologi dan maraknya penyalahgunaan media sosial, literasi media menjadi krusial, terutama bagi generasi muda yang rentan terhadap Tindak Pidana Perdagangan Orang (TPPO). Kondisi ini diperparah karena Kepulauan Riau (Kepri) yang telah diidentifikasi sebagai salah satu "pintu masuk-pintu keluar" utama TPPO di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan utama untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran kritis siswa SMK terhadap modus TPPO yang memanfaatkan teknologi digital dan sektor pariwisata. Mitra pengabdian dalam kegiatan ini adalah SMK Negeri 2 Kota Tanjungpinang, sebuah sekolah kejuruan yang siswanya berada dalam kelompok usia produktif dan rentan terhadap tawaran kerja palsu di media digital. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah penyuluhan dan sosialisasi yang bersifat partisipatif dan interaktif, meliputi ceramah, sesi tanya jawab, studi kasus, dan simulasi, dengan menghadirkan narasumber ahli dari Kejaksaan Negeri Bintan dan akademisi. Hasil PkM menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan pada siswa dibandingkan Asesmen Awal dan pretest, di mana mayoritas peserta kini mampu mengidentifikasi tanda-tanda penipuan daring dan indikator TPPO, membuktikan efektivitas program dalam membentuk kesadaran kritis yang dibutuhkan di era digital

Abstract

Nation Branding serves to build, develop, and maintain a good image of a country. This theory is based on the results of observations and studies that claim that a country's success in competing in the global market is strongly influenced by the country's brand image. In fact, it is said that the branding and image of a country coupled with a commensurate transfer of the image to the products produced as important as the products produced by the state itself. To build a maritime shaft Indonesia, of course, all potential make it happen. Including deployed for the construction of national branding are integrated in a unified concept, the which raised or highlight the potential of marine and maritime aspects. National branding of course need to be integrated with other brandings the creation for similar interests. Likewise city branding of each of the cities, especially coastal cities, should refer to the main theme of national branding, the marine and maritime sectors. With the unified theme of branding will be forming a strong image. And more memorable. The need for national branding as the promotion of marine and maritime vision of Indonesia roomates in turn attract more investors, tourists, and enhance the value and competitiveness of trade with other countries. The idea to make-the Riau Islands as Indonesia and the axle shafts maritime world, should be supported by policies and decisions seriously. Strategic geographical location between South China Sea and the Malacca strait with natural resources potential. Riau Islands Province, it is possible to become a center of economic growth in the Republic of Indonesia in the future. Riau Islands directly dealing with neighboring Singapore and Malaysia. Besides, It also became connectivity or connect between one region and another. In addition to sea lanes, some areas need to be connected to the airport. Now is the time Indonesia needs to build a national branding according to the vision of marine and maritime government aim to achieve. Not only touched the tourism sector alone, but also need to reflect the potential of natural and marine industries are extensive. So that not only attract tourists to visit, but also able to invite the interest of investors to invest in the marine and maritime sectors

Abstract

Employment problems in Indonesia have recently become very complex. Workers' demonstrations that occur as a result of prosecution of decent wages, working conditions, outsorcing, foreign workers, and the transfer of labor inspection authority from Regency / City to provinces and so on have disrupted the investment climate in Indonesia, especially in Riau Islands Province. This study, entitled The Relevance and Urgency of Regional Regulations concerning employment in the Riau Islands Province, aims to find out the relevance and urgency of a regulation, namely the Regional Scope of Employment in the Riau Islands Province. The method used in this study is the Forum Discussion Group (FGD) of various stakeholders. In order to make the implementation of labor in the Riau Islands Province a success, Riau Islands Provincial Government is expected to take a more active role through empowering internal resources through the APBD so that it can synergize with the central government program financed by the APBN. Synergy is expected to be realized through additional funding allocations to increase the capacity of the workforce in Riau Islands Province. The central government which has provided enough stimulation to the Regional Government must be followed by positive steps to add it through the APBD of the Riau Islands Province. So it is expected that in the future Riau Islands Province will have a competent, superior, and capable workforce in the global market.

problems with services such as collections, poor services, lack of facilities, and declining visits. The purpose of this research is to find out the strategy DPK Riau Islands in increasing people's interest in reading. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Research results: (1) Time Dimension and Future Orientation The Time Dimension and Future Orientation, DPA Riau Islands implements strategies such as mobile libraries, library tours, socialization, the kacapuri application, and the OPAC system. (2) Internal and External Dimensions, strengths such as providing library cars, technology and digital facilities in attracting interest in reading. Weaknesses such as limited library car units, kacapuri application collections, and books that have not been recorded in OPAC. Opportunities and threats such as increasing and inhibiting knowledge in reading. (3) The dimension of utilization of sources, the allocation of funds comes from the APBD and APBN. Furthermore, facilities and infrastructure are adequate, although they need to be optimized. (4) Top Management Involvement Dimension, the head of service has conducted evaluation and supervision in the implementation of strategies and services provided. (5) Multi-field dimension, employees carry out procedures and are responsible for providing provincial library services.
