Abstract

Approximately 50% of women aged 15-24 years who experience menstruation experience dysmenorrhea pain, but young women often do not know how to deal with it. Primary dysmenorrhea occurs within the first year or two of menstruation. Primary dysmenorrhea can be treated by using drugs to reduce pain or compressing the stomach with a bottle filled with hot water, and even exercising (Andrews, 2010). STIKes Yarsi Mataram students have been equipped with knowledge about dysmenorrhea, but not all students apply it in their daily life. Based on the foregoing, it is necessary to know how female students deal with dysmenorrhea in their daily lives. This study used a descriptive design with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all active students in semesters 2 and 4 who were female in the diploma 3 midwifery and nursing study program for the 2018/2019 academic year. The sampling technique used a total population sampling with a total of 106 people. Data were analyzed by univariate. Most of the respondents experienced dysmenorrhea during menstruation by 88.7% and how to deal with pain by sleeping on your side was mostly done by respondents (48.1%). This is followed by prostration, doing nothing, taking medicine and warm compresses. It is hoped that there will be counseling, information and education about the intensive treatment of dysmenorrhea by lecturers to female students.

Abstract

Pernikahan atau mitsaqan ghalizan merupakan suatu ikatan lahir batin antara laki-laki dan perempuan yang bertujuan untuk membentuk keluarga yang sakinah mawaddah warahmah. Calon pengantin laki-laki dan perempuan seharusnya memahami seluk-beluk pernikahan sebelum melangsungkan pernikahan sebagai persiapan membentuk keluarga baru. Suami dan istri wajib memupuk rasa tanggung jawab dalam rumah tangga dalam bentuk pelaksanaan hak dan kewajiban suami istri. Pemenuhan hak dan kewajiban suami istri haruslah seimbang dan selaras. Peneliti tertarik melakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa tentang hak dan kewajiban istri dalam rumah tangga menurut Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif dengan pendekatan potong lintang. Variabel penelitian yaitu persepsi mahasiswa tentang hak dan kewajiban istri dalam rumah tangga menurut Islam. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan total populasi sampling dengan jumlah 139 orang. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret - Agustus 2022 di STIKes Yarsi Mataram. Data diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Sebagian besar mahasiswa sangat setuju dengan pelaksanaan hak dan kewajiban suami dan istri dalam membentuk rumah tangga sakinah mawaddah warahmah dan sangat setuju dengan pelaksanaan hak dan kewajiban istri dalam rumah tangga. Dengan hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan dosen STIKes Yarsi Mataram dapat memberikan pendidikan tentang pernikahan sebagai bekal dalam membentuk rumah tangga.

Abstract

Background A study programme is a unit of educational activities and the process ofstudent interaction with lecturers and learning resources in a learning environment thathas a certain curriculum and learning methods. The learning environment in question isthe learning process, teaching staff or lecturers, academic achievement, learningatmosphere and social life which is evaluated using the DREEM questionnaireevaluation tool. Method:This study used a descriptive design with a cross-sectionalapproach. The population in this study were all active students in semesters 2, 4, and 6in the midwifery study programme undergraduate academic year 2022/2023. Thesampling technique used total population sampling with a total of 136 people. ResultsData were analysed univariately. Conclusion Most of the midwifery study programmeundergraduate students of STIKes Yarsi Mataram perceived that the learning processwas going well, perceived the model teacher towards lecturers, perceived confidence inacademic achievement, perceived conducive to the learning atmosphere, and perceivedsupportive learning process towards social life.

Abstract

Marriage is the physical and mental bonding of a man and a woman as husband and wife with the aim of forming a happy and lasting family based on God Almighty. Marriage is permitted by the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia since 2019, namely marriage is permitted if the man and woman have reached the age of 19 years. From the results of simple interviews with 10 students at STIKes Yarsi Mataram, 80% stated that they were dating, and 20% of students were not dating. From the results mentioned above, the researcher is interested in conducting a survey of the age of wanting to get married at STIKes Yarsi Mataram. This study used an observational survey design with a cross-sectional time approach. This research was conducted in March 2024 at STIKes Yarsi Mataram. The sample obtained was 176 people. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate analysis. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the age of wanting to get married based on father's education as indicated by a p value of 0.011 (p <0.05). There was a significant difference in the age of wanting to get married based on the desire to get married quickly as indicated by a p value of 0.001. There is a need for continuous and consistent education on risky dating behaviour and Islamic religious views on dating to university students.

Abstract

The divorce rate in NTB is still relatively higheven though it has decreased from 2021-2023. Divorce can be causedby the physical, financial and mental unpreparedness of the couplebefore marriage. From the results of simple interviews with 10 studentsat Inkes Yarsi Mataram, 80% stated that they did not know aboutphysical, financial and mental readiness for marriage, and 20% ofstudents knew but little. From the results mentioned above, theresearcher is interested in conducting research on the physical, financialand mental readiness of adolescents to get married at Inkes YarsiMataram. This study used an observational survey design with a crosssectional time approach. This research was conducted in September2024 at Inkes Yarsi Mataram. The sample obtained was 204 people.Data analysis using univariate and multivariate analysis. The results ofthe study found that adolescents‘ desire to get married quickly causedthe highest physical readiness by 24.03 times higher than adolescents’mothers as housewives. Female gender caused the highest financialreadiness by 0.31 times. Adolescents who have boyfriends causemental readiness for marriage by 0.22 times. It is necessary to educatestudents about physical, financial and mental readiness for marriageboth through academic and student activities.Abstrak
