Abstract

The 4Cs are the main skills emphasized to face challenges in the 21st century. One of the skills of the 4Cs is creative thinking skills. Creative thinking skills are important for students to have to solve problems with creative solutions. In addition to students, teachers as educators are also required to have these skills so that learning becomes more innovative, solution, and meaningful. The purpose of this service is to improve the creative thinking skills of science teachers in designing lessons with the PjBL-STEAM model in science learning and increase the knowledge of science teachers in utilizing Canva digital software that can be used in STEAM-based learning in science learning. The methods used in this service activity are material presentation, practice of designing posters and assembling STEAM products related to energy materials, as well as discussion and question and answer sessions. The results of the study show that PjBL-STEAM learning training assisted by Canva can improve the creative thinking skills of science teachers at Semarang City Junior High School. Participants also gave a positive response to the feasibility of the material and the presentation of the training. This means that the implementation of training to improve creative thinking skills with PjBL-STEAM, assisted by Canva Telang, was carried out very well.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tren penelitian terkait Problem Based Learning (PBL) berbasis eksperimen berbantuan virtual laboratorium terhadap kemampuan kolaborasi siswa dengan menggunakan pendekatan bibliometrik melalui aplikasi Biblioshiny. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya pengembangan keterampilan kolaborasi sebagai salah satu kompetensi abad ke-21, khususnya dalam pembelajaran IPA yang bersifat kontekstual dan berbasis praktik. Dalam implementasinya, kombinasi PBL dan eksperimen berbasis virtual laboratorium dinilai mampu meningkatkan partisipasi aktif dan kerja sama antar siswa dalam memecahkan masalah ilmiah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap 31 artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan pada jurnal bereputasi dan terindeks Scopus dalam rentang tahun 2016–2025. Data dianalisis menggunakan indikator bibliometrik seperti tren publikasi per tahun, afiliasi penulis paling produktif, jaringan kolaborasi, kata kunci dominan, serta artikel dengan jumlah sitasi tertinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa puncak publikasi terjadi pada tahun 2023, dengan kontribusi terbesar berasal dari institusi di Amerika Serikat dan Kanada. Analisis juga mengungkapkan bahwa topik-topik seperti collaborative learning, virtual laboratory, dan problem-solving menjadi tren utama dalam literatur yang dikaji. Temuan ini menegaskan adanya peluang besar untuk mengembangkan pendekatan PBL berbasis eksperimen yang didukung teknologi digital guna meningkatkan keterampilan kolaboratif siswa. Selain itu, pendekatan bibliometrik ini memberikan peta ilmiah yang berguna bagi peneliti, pendidik, dan pembuat kebijakan dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran inovatif berbasis teknologi.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the trend of artificial intelligence (AI) utilization in the development of professionalism of student teachers through literature review and bibliometric analysis. In this study, the methods used include data collection from the Scopus database using a combination of relevant search terms, as well as data selection based on relevance criteria using the PRISMA method. The collected data was then analyzed using Bibliometrix and VOSviewer software to identify patterns and trends in AI-related publications in education. The results showed that since 2022, the number of publications related to AI in education has increased significantly, with the peak occurring in 2024. The research also identified several challenges faced in the application of AI, such as the lack of AI literacy among prospective teachers, limited infrastructure, and ethical and data privacy issues. Nonetheless, with the right approach and a comprehensive strategy, AI has great potential to revolutionize education and improve teacher professionalism in the future. This research is expected to provide insights for educators and policy makers in effectively integrating AI in the learning process. ABSTRAK Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tren pemanfaatan kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam pengembangan profesionalisme mahasiswa calon guru melalui tinjauan literatur dan analisis bibliometrik. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan meliputi pengumpulan data dari database Scopus dengan menggunakan kombinasi istilah pencarian yang relevan, serta seleksi data berdasarkan kriteria relevansi menggunakan metode PRISMA. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak Bibliometrix dan VOSviewer untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan tren dalam publikasi terkait AI dalam pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sejak tahun 2022, jumlah publikasi yang berkaitan dengan AI dalam konteks pendidikan mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan, dengan puncaknya terjadi pada tahun 2024. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi dalam penerapan AI, seperti kurangnya literasi AI di kalangan calon guru, keterbatasan infrastruktur, serta isu etika dan privasi data. Meskipun demikian, dengan pendekatan yang tepat dan strategi yang komprehensif, AI memiliki potensi besar untuk merevolusi pendidikan dan meningkatkan profesionalisme guru di masa depan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi pendidik dan pembuat kebijakan dalam mengintegrasikan AI secara efektif dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

The success of students' science learning is not only determined by cognitive abilities, but also related to psychological factors and individual characteristics. This study aims to analyze the relationship between self-regulation, self-efficacy, Fear of Missing Out (FoMO), and science learning outcomes in pairs, as well as to examine the differences in these four variables based on gender in junior high school students. This study uses a non-experimental quantitative approach with a correlational-comparative design. The research subjects were 287 eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 33 Semarang in the 2025/2026 academic year, selected using total sampling technique. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire for the variables of self-regulation, self-efficacy, and FoMO, as well as documentation of final semester exam scores for science learning outcomes. Data analysis was performed using Spearman's correlation and the Mann–Whitney U test. The results showed a strong and significant positive relationship between self-regulation and self-efficacy (r = 0.654; p < 0.05). There was a weak but significant positive relationship between self-regulation and science learning outcomes (r = 0.137; p < 0.05), as well as between self-efficacy and FoMO (r = 0.131; p < 0.05). No significant relationship was found between self-regulation and FoMO, self-efficacy and science learning outcomes, or FoMO and science learning outcomes. The results of the comparative analysis showed significant differences in self-regulation and self-efficacy based on gender, with female students having higher self-regulation and male students having higher self-efficacy. However, there were no significant differences in FoMO and science learning outcomes based on gender. This study shows that the relationship between psychological and academic variables in junior high school students is diverse and influenced by specific contexts. ABSTRAK Keberhasilan belajar IPA siswa tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kemampuan kognitif, tetapi juga berkaitan dengan faktor psikologis dan karakteristik individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara self-regulation, self-efficacy, Fear of Missing Out (FoMO), dan hasil belajar IPA secara berpasangan, serta mengkaji perbedaan keempat variabel tersebut berdasarkan jenis kelamin pada siswa SMP. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif non-eksperimen dengan desain korelasional dan komparatif. Subjek penelitian adalah 287 siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 33 Semarang tahun ajaran 2025/2026 yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert untuk variabel self-regulation, self-efficacy, dan FoMO, serta dokumentasi nilai Ujian Akhir Semester untuk hasil belajar IPA. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan korelasi Spearman dan uji Mann–Whitney U. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang kuat dan signifikan antara self-regulation dan self-efficacy (r = 0,654; p < 0,05). Terdapat hubungan positif yang lemah namun signifikan antara self-regulation dan hasil belajar IPA (r = 0,137; p < 0,05), serta antara self-efficacy dan FoMO (r = 0,131; p < 0,05). Tidak ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara self-regulation dan FoMO, self-efficacy dan hasil belajar IPA, maupun FoMO dan hasil belajar IPA. Hasil analisis komparatif menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan self-regulation dan self-efficacy berdasarkan jenis kelamin, dengan siswa perempuan memiliki self-regulation lebih tinggi dan siswa laki-laki memiliki self-efficacy lebih tinggi. Namun, tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada FoMO dan hasil belajar IPA berdasarkan jenis kelamin. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antarvariabel psikologis dan akademik pada siswa SMP bersifat beragam dan dipengaruhi oleh konteks tertentu.

Abstract

Abstrak Resonansi merupakan fenomena fisika di mana suatu sistem bergetar dengan amplitudo maksimum ketika mendapat rangsangan pada frekuensi tertentu. Fenomena ini banyak dimanfaatkan dalam berbagai bidang, terutama dalam pembuatan alat musik untuk menghasilkan bunyi yang indah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peristiwa resonansi pada wine glass dengan memfokuskan kajian pada pengaruh massa jenis cairan yang dimasukkan ke dalam gelas. Aplikasi Phyphox digunakan sebagai alat bantu untuk merekam data frekuensi dan amplitudo resonansi secara digital dan real-time. Wine glass dipilih sebagai medium eksperimen karena bentuk dan sifatnya memungkinkan terjadinya resonansi akustik yang dapat diamati secara jelas. Melalui pengujian dengan berbagai cairan yang memiliki perbedaan massa jenis, penelitian ini berupaya mengungkap bagaimana karakteristik fluida memengaruhi perilaku resonansi, terutama dalam kaitannya dengan gelombang bunyi dan amplitudo getaran.   Abstract Resonance is a physical phenomenon in which a system vibrates with maximum amplitude when stimulated at a certain frequency. This phenomenon is widely utilized in various fields, especially in the manufacture of musical instruments to produce beautiful sounds. This research aims to analyze resonance events in wine glass by focusing on the effect of the density of the liquid put into the glass. Phyphox application is used as a tool to record the frequency and amplitude of resonance data digitally and in real-time. Wine glass was chosen as the experimental medium because its shape and properties allow acoustic resonance to be observed clearly. Through testing with various liquids that have different densities, this research seeks to reveal how fluid characteristics affect resonance behavior, especially in relation to sound waves and vibration amplitude.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang kuat dan signifikan antara self-regulation dan self-efficacy (r = 0,654; p < 0,05). Terdapat hubungan positif yang lemah namun signifikan antara self-regulation dan hasil belajar IPA (r = 0,137; p < 0,05), serta antara self-efficacy dan FoMO (r = 0,131; p < 0,05). Tidak ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara self-regulation dan FoMO, self-efficacy dan hasil belajar IPA, maupun FoMO dan hasil belajar IPA. Hasil analisis komparatif menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan self-regulation dan self-efficacy berdasarkan jenis kelamin, dengan siswa perempuan memiliki self-regulation lebih tinggi dan siswa laki-laki memiliki self-efficacy lebih tinggi. Namun, tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada FoMO dan hasil belajar IPA berdasarkan jenis kelamin. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antarvariabel psikologis dan akademik pada siswa SMP bersifat beragam dan dipengaruhi oleh konteks tertentu.
