Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the improvement of teacher skills and increase learning outcomes of students in class IV SD 5 Lau in learning Theme 4 by applying the learning model Team Games Tournament assisted by the Pemprof media. The research method used is classroom action research (CAR) carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of four stages namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research location is SD 5 Lau which is located at Lau Village RT 05 / RW 05 Dawe District, Kudus Regency. The subjects of the study were the fourth grade students of SD 5 Lau in the first semester of the 2019/2020 school year, totaling 16 students, consisting of eight male students and eight female students. Research data sources are teachers and students. Data collection techniques include interview, observation, test and documentation techniques. The validity of the data used is Expert Judgment using qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques.  The results showed an increase in teacher teaching skills as well as student learning outcomes in the realm of knowledge and the realm of skills. The teaching skills of teachers in the first cycle obtained a percentage of 76% and in the second cycle increased to 85.50% Student learning outcomes in the realm of social science content in the first cycle obtained an average of 76.25 with 75% classical completeness and Indonesian content with an average 73.12 with classical completeness 56.25%. In the second cycle the IPS load increased for an average of 77.5 with a classical completeness of 81.25% and an Indonesian content with an average of 84.06 with a classical completeness of 81.25%. Student learning outcomes in the realm of cycle I gained a percentage of 70.57%, increasing in cycle II to 80.08%.

Abstract

Terjadinya pandemi virus Covid-19yang berdampak pada seluruh masyarakat salam satunya adalah pendidikan. karena situasi yang menghawatirkan pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan untuk belajar di rumah atau daring hal tersebut menimbulkan berbagai persepsi pada orang tua. Berdasarkan observasi yang di lakukan di dukuh Beji orang tua memilik kesulitan dalam mendampingi anak saat belajar daring dikarenakan kesibukan oarng tua dalm bekerja, kurang paham dengan cara kerja pembelajaran daring, dan permaslahan dengan jaringan yang susah.tujuan penenelian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi orang tua pada pembelajaran daring, dampak apa saja yang di rasakan orang tua, dan upaya dallam mendampingi anak belajar daring.. Hasil dari penelitian tentang dilaksanakannya pembelajaran daring orang tua memiliki persepsi yang berbeda ada yang setuju dan tidak dengan adanya daring, setuju karena berkat adanya daring orang tua mersa lebih aman anaknya belajar di rumah, Anak masih bisa belajar walaupun tidak tatap muka langsung di sekolah dan daring membuat pembelajaran menjadi lebih cepat dan mudah. Dan yang membuat tidak sejutu Pertama orang tua kesulitan membagi waktunya antara pekerjaan dan mendampingi anak belajar, Anak kesusahan memahami materi tua kesusahan dalam mengikuti pembelajaran daring. Abstract

This study aims to testing and analyzing the impact of brand image, price perception, halal label, and brand awareness on the level of consumer satisfaction of Samyang in Kudus. This study involved 115 respondents who were users of Samyang products. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, and data analysis was carried out using SmartPLS software version 4. The tests carried out include descriptive statistical analysis, measurement tests (outer model), convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reliability, structural model tests (inner model), and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that: 1) brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction of Samyang in Kudus 2) price perception has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction of Samyang in Kudus 3) halal label has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction of Samyang in Kudus 4) brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction of Samyang in Kudus.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh suasana toko dan nilai utilitarian terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening pada pelanggan Matahari Department Store Kudus. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan dengan populasi penelitian yang terdiri dari pelanggan Matahari Department Store Kudus. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, sebanyak 120 responden berpartisipasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan SEM AMOS 24. Hasil menunjukkan suasana toko dan nilai utilitarian berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Namun, suasana toko tidak berpengaruh pada loyalitas pelanggan, sedangkan nilai utilitarian berpengaruh signifikan. Kepuasan pelanggan juga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas.Kata Kunci: Suasana Toko, Nilai Utilitarian, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Loyalitas Pelanggan ABSTRACTThis study analyzes the influence of store atmosphere and utilitarian value on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable on Matahari Department Store Kudus customers. The sampling method uses purposive sampling, as many as 120 respondents participated. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SEM AMOS 24. The results show that store atmosphere and utilitarian value have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. However, store atmosphere does not affect customer loyalty, while utilitarian value has a significant effect. Abstract

Technology-based distance learning assistance program is a community service program aimed at teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Demak. The need for technology-based learning is currently increasing. The purpose of this PKM activity is to provide knowledge, training and mentoring to teacher partners related to technology-based distance learning. The method used in this service is to provide interactive training and mentoring. Furthermore, in the training process there is a two-way interaction so as to provide opportunities for SMK N 1 Demak teachers as trainees to contribute their ideas, opinions, thoughts, and experiences. While the implementation of mentoring is carried out in several stages, namely: planning, implementation, follow-up, and evaluation. The result of this service activity is that teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Demak are able to simulate and practice technology-based distance learning.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of satire and politeness in the 2024 Vice PresidentialCandidate debate using qualitative methods. The theory used for the satire aspect isKeraf's theory, and for the politeness aspect, Leech's theory. The data collectiontechnique used was listening and note-taking. The results of this study indicate that thedebate still contained the use of satire and the use of politeness was still lacking. This isevidenced by the results of the satire data, which produced 18 data points, and thepoliteness data, which produced 38 data points.

Abstract

This research aims to integrate Resource Advantage (RA) Theory with Islamic values, especially the concept of maslahah, as a strategic approach to create a sustainable and ethical competitive advantage. RA Theory emphasizes the importance of superior resource management as a key factor in achieving a competitive position in the market. However, this theory tends to be oriented towards achieving financial benefits alone without paying attention to social or ethical aspects. On the other hand, the concept of maslahah in Islam prioritizes broader welfare, including benefits for individuals, society, and the environment, as well as avoiding harm. The integration of RA Theory with the maslahah principle offers a new conceptual framework that balances business interests with social responsibility. This approach emphasizes that resource management is not only geared towards maximizing profits, but also to provide sustainable and equitable benefits for all stakeholders. Thus, companies that implement strategies based on RA Theory and maslahah are expected to be able to effectively improve marketing performance while strengthening their reputation as business entities that are committed to ethical and sharia values. Furthermore, the implementation of this integration can help companies in dealing with the dynamics of the global business environment, including sustainability issues, corporate social responsibility, and consumer demands that are increasingly critical to business practices. The results of this research are expected to make a theoretical contribution by expanding the study of marketing management that is oriented towards ethics and sustainability, as well as practical contributions in the form of strategic recommendations for sharia-based and conventional companies that want to increase competitiveness through resource management based on Islamic values. Thus, this research not only enriches the academic literature, but also becomes a practical guideline for business actors in building sustainable, competitive, and equitable businesses.

Abstract

The concept of market orientation is an important cornerstone in modern marketing strategies, where companies not only focus on a deep understanding of customer needs, but also actively monitor competitors and maintain internal coordination between departments. Jaworski and Kohli (1993) emphasized that market orientation is one of the key factors that can affect a company's performance. Through the use of market information, companies can adjust their business strategies to meet current customer needs while anticipating future needs. A strong market orientation is believed to be able to make a significant contribution to increasing the company's competitiveness in the long term. However, if market orientation is based solely on materialistic goals and worldly gains, then the value of sustainability and societal well-being is often overlooked. From an Islamic perspective, market orientation needs to be based on sharia values, especially the principle of maslahah. This concept emphasizes that every business activity must bring benefits, avoid harm, and be in harmony with maqasid al-shariah, which is to protect religion, soul, intellect, descent, and property. Thus, market orientation is not only directed at the fulfillment of customer satisfaction and competitive advantage, but also at the achievement of blessings and social welfare. The integration of maslahah values in market orientation gives birth to the concept of Maslahah Market Responsiveness, which is the ability of companies to respond quickly and appropriately to market dynamics while still being based on ethics and social responsibility. This is an advantage in itself because it not only improves marketing performance, but also strengthens the company's image as a trustworthy and ethical entity. By combining conventional market orientation and sharia values, companies can build a sustainable competitive advantage, increase customer satisfaction, and make a positive contribution to society at large.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) in the development of culinary MSMEs in Central Java Province. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, with data collection conducted through interviews, observations, and secondary document review. Data analysis was performed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which allowed for the systematic processing and interpretation of the gathered data. The findings revealed that the key strengths of culinary MSMEs in Central Java include clear market segmentation, strategic locations, and product innovation. These strengths enable the businesses to reach targeted customers effectively and maintain competitiveness in a dynamic market. However, the main weaknesses identified include limited utilization of digital technology and a lack of managerial development, which hinder their ability to scale and improve operational efficiency. The study also highlighted significant opportunities for growth, such as government support for MSMEs and the rapid development of digital technologies that can enhance marketing and operational processes. Despite these opportunities, the threats facing these businesses include intense competition from both local and global players, as well as a low level of interest in entrepreneurship among the younger generation, which limits the growth potential of new businesses. Based on the SWOT analysis, the study proposes a development strategy matrix that MSMEs and policymakers can use to address weaknesses, capitalize on opportunities, and mitigate threats. This strategy emphasizes the need for digital transformation, investment in managerial skills, and fostering an entrepreneurial culture to ensure the sustainable growth of culinary MSMEs in the region. The findings provide valuable insights for both business owners and policymakers to support the development of the culinary sector in Central Java

Abstract

Pecuk Village is one of the villages in Mijen District, Demak Regency, Central Java Province. Pecuk Village covers an area of 256.019 hectares with a population of 2,597 people. Almost half of the residents of Pecuk Village fall into the category of pre-prosperous families, amounting to 43.69%. The village government continues to strive to improve the welfare of its residents, one of which is through food security programs such as mushroom cultivation. The purpose of this activity is to improve the partners' understanding and skills in oyster mushroom cultivation, as well as to enhance their organizational management knowledge regarding mushroom business groups at the village level. The community service method involved lectures/briefings, discussions and Q&A sessions, practical sessions, evaluation, and assistance. The activity was carried out using the planned methods and stages. The socialization and practical training on how to prepare growing media for oyster mushrooms, along with the use of a baglog press tool, increased the residents' enthusiasm for mushroom cultivation. The high level of community participation in this program indicates that the activity was well received. The approach taken helped increase participants' motivation to carry out proper oyster mushroom cultivation. In addition to receiving equipment support, the community also gained technical knowledge on media preparation and maintenance, which contributes to the program's sustainability. As a result, this initiative is expected to serve as a positive first step in supporting household food security and improving the local economy.
