Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to understand and examine the effect of service quality and marketing on customer loyalty at Bank BKK Dawe Branch by considering customer satisfaction as an intervening varable. The method used is through the spread of quesinaries distributed to 100 customers of Bank BKK Dawe Branch. The data obtained were analyzed with SEM using the AMOS 24 analysis tool. The findings of this study confirm the following: (1) Quality of service has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction, (2) relationship marketing also has a positive and positive effect on customer satisfaction, (3) quality of service contributes positively and significantly to customer loyalty, (4) relationshipsship marketing also had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, and (5) customer satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of online customer reviews, online customer ratings and influencers on the decision to purchase skincare products on the Sociolla application. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. Consumers who have purchased skincare products using the Sociolla application with certain criteria are the sample in this study, totaling 100 respondents and sampling using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire method. The data analysis technique uses SPSS version 26. The research results show that the online customer review variable has a positive effect on purchasing decisions for skincare products on the Sociolla application. Online customer ratings have a positive influence on purchasing decisions for skincare products on the Sociolla application. Meanwhile, the influencer variable does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for skincare products on the Sociolla application

Abstract

Masa pandemi dan pascapandemi prodi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia Universitas Muria Kudus masih melaksanakan pembelajaran daring. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring masih terdapat masalah dan kendala yang dihadapi oleh mahasiswa.  Tujuan penelitian ini pertama adalah untuk menganalisis kendala dan hambatan pembelajaran daring di Prodi PBSI Universitas Muria Kudus. Kedua untuk mengetahui solusi dalam mengatasi kendala dan hambatan pembelajaran daring di prodi PBSI Universitas Muria Kudus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Data berupa hasil wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sulitnya mahasiswa dalam memahami materi, kedisiplinan mahasiswa berkurang, sinyal dalam pembelajaran daring terganggu, dosen kurang maksimal dalam memberikan penjelasan materi, tugas yang dikerjalan kurang maksimal.  Solusinya mahasiswa perlu diberi penjelasan materi yang lebih terstruktur, mahasiswa perlu diberi ketegasan agar disiplin kuliah dan disiplin mengirimkan tugas maksimal, sinyal yang kurang baik perlu diselingi pembealajaran tatap muka, dosen perlu memaksimalkan dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran secara daring, tugas perlu diberi umpan balik agar mahasiswa lebih serius dan mengerjakan dan merevisi tugas.

Abstract

In this research the author took a study in the field of syntax. The syntactic survey in this research focuses on the types of transitive verb clauses in popular articles by Muh. Syahrul Padli in the April 2024 edition of the medium. This research aims to classify and analyze transitive verb clauses. This research is conducted with a synchronic approach that seeks to describe and provide the types and structures of clauses presented descriptively and qualitatively. The purpose of this study is to provide insight into the classification of verb clauses and provide examples of their classification in the description text in “Popular Articles by Muh. Syahrul Padli on Medium Masa Media April 2024 Edition”. Data collection in this research uses note-taking and listening/reading techniques. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, analysis, interpretation, and triangulation after which a conclusion is drawn. The data presentation technique is informal data presentation. From the data analysis, it can be concluded that some form of verb clauses in description texts, namely: transitive verb clauses. This article can be useful for students because it gives insight into the structured division of verb clauses and also the use of verb clauses in the article.

Abstract

Pada Era digitalisasi membuat pemanfaatan aplikasi keuangan digital dapat berkontribusi bagi pengembangan bisnis UMKM terutama baik aspek pemasaran maupun aspek keuangan. Para pegiat UMKM sejatinya bisa mempergunakan kemajuan teknologi keuangan digital untuk pembiayaan dan penguatan modal bisnis. Akan tetapi minimnya literasi keuangan digital membuat para pegiat UMKM terutama berbasis digital tidak bisa mempergunakan layanan keuangan digital dengan baik, sehingga justru banyak yang terkena pinjaman online ilegal. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berfokus pada UMKM sablon cup Viola, yang terdiri dari 9 peserta. Tujuan dari pendampingan ini dihadapkan UMKM mampu menggunakan media digital dalam pemasaran dan pembuatan laporan keuangan. Metode yang digunakan dengan memberikan memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam penerapan pemasaran digital dan pembuatan laporan keuangan. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan membantu akun di marketplace dan membuat laporan keuangan. Keberhasilan kegiatan ini tampak dari para pegiat UMKM digital yang telah memanfaatkan berbagai aplikasi keuangan digital bagi peningkatan modal kerja melalui pola pembiayaan keuangan digital. Para pegiat UMKM juga dapat mengenal tata kelola keuangan digital, sehingga bisa melakukan transaksi digital sebagai upaya memperkuat aspek keuangan dan ekosistem bisnis digital.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to examine and analyze the impact of profitability and growth opportunity on company value in healthcare companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2022. Method: The sampling method used in this research was purposive sampling. The data analysis method employed in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. Results: The research results show that profitability has no effect on company value, while growth opportunity has a negative effect on company value. Conclusions: This study concludes that profitability does not significantly affect company value, whereas growth opportunities negatively impact it. Limitations: This study has limitations, notably the low determination coefficient of 17.6%.    Contribution: The contribution of this research to companies in the healthcare sector is to provide insight into the importance of profitability and growth opportunities in increasing company value. Novelty: The novelty of this research compared to previous studies lies in three aspects: First, the inclusion of growth opportunity as an independent variable. Second, the use of the PBV indicator for measuring company value, as opposed to the Tobin's Q indicator used in prior studies. Third, the focus of this research is on the healthcare sector, in contrast to previous studies that focused on the food and beverage industry.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the improvement of teacher skills and increase learning outcomes of students in class IV SD 5 Lau in learning Theme 4 by applying the learning model Team Games Tournament assisted by the Pemprof media. The research method used is classroom action research (CAR) carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of four stages namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research location is SD 5 Lau which is located at Lau Village RT 05 / RW 05 Dawe District, Kudus Regency. The subjects of the study were the fourth grade students of SD 5 Lau in the first semester of the 2019/2020 school year, totaling 16 students, consisting of eight male students and eight female students. Research data sources are teachers and students. Data collection techniques include interview, observation, test and documentation techniques. The validity of the data used is Expert Judgment using qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques.  The results showed an increase in teacher teaching skills as well as student learning outcomes in the realm of knowledge and the realm of skills. The teaching skills of teachers in the first cycle obtained a percentage of 76% and in the second cycle increased to 85.50% Student learning outcomes in the realm of social science content in the first cycle obtained an average of 76.25 with 75% classical completeness and Indonesian content with an average 73.12 with classical completeness 56.25%. In the second cycle the IPS load increased for an average of 77.5 with a classical completeness of 81.25% and an Indonesian content with an average of 84.06 with a classical completeness of 81.25%. Student learning outcomes in the realm of cycle I gained a percentage of 70.57%, increasing in cycle II to 80.08%.

Abstract

Terjadinya pandemi virus Covid-19yang berdampak pada seluruh masyarakat salam satunya adalah pendidikan. karena situasi yang menghawatirkan pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan untuk belajar di rumah atau daring hal tersebut menimbulkan berbagai persepsi pada orang tua. Berdasarkan observasi yang di lakukan di dukuh Beji orang tua memilik kesulitan dalam mendampingi anak saat belajar daring dikarenakan kesibukan oarng tua dalm bekerja, kurang paham dengan cara kerja pembelajaran daring, dan permaslahan dengan jaringan yang susah.tujuan penenelian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi orang tua pada pembelajaran daring, dampak apa saja yang di rasakan orang tua, dan upaya dallam mendampingi anak belajar daring.. Hasil dari penelitian tentang dilaksanakannya pembelajaran daring orang tua memiliki persepsi yang berbeda ada yang setuju dan tidak dengan adanya daring, setuju karena berkat adanya daring orang tua mersa lebih aman anaknya belajar di rumah, Anak masih bisa belajar walaupun tidak tatap muka langsung di sekolah dan daring membuat pembelajaran menjadi lebih cepat dan mudah. Dan yang membuat tidak sejutu Pertama orang tua kesulitan membagi waktunya antara pekerjaan dan mendampingi anak belajar, Anak kesusahan memahami materi tua kesusahan dalam mengikuti pembelajaran daring. Abstract

This study aims to testing and analyzing the impact of brand image, price perception, halal label, and brand awareness on the level of consumer satisfaction of Samyang in Kudus. This study involved 115 respondents who were users of Samyang products. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, and data analysis was carried out using SmartPLS software version 4. The tests carried out include descriptive statistical analysis, measurement tests (outer model), convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reliability, structural model tests (inner model), and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that: 1) brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction of Samyang in Kudus 2) price perception has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction of Samyang in Kudus 3) halal label has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction of Samyang in Kudus 4) brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction of Samyang in Kudus.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh suasana toko dan nilai utilitarian terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening pada pelanggan Matahari Department Store Kudus. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan dengan populasi penelitian yang terdiri dari pelanggan Matahari Department Store Kudus. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, sebanyak 120 responden berpartisipasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan SEM AMOS 24. Hasil menunjukkan suasana toko dan nilai utilitarian berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Namun, suasana toko tidak berpengaruh pada loyalitas pelanggan, sedangkan nilai utilitarian berpengaruh signifikan. Kepuasan pelanggan juga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas.Kata Kunci: Suasana Toko, Nilai Utilitarian, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Loyalitas Pelanggan ABSTRACTThis study analyzes the influence of store atmosphere and utilitarian value on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable on Matahari Department Store Kudus customers. The sampling method uses purposive sampling, as many as 120 respondents participated. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SEM AMOS 24. The results show that store atmosphere and utilitarian value have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. However, store atmosphere does not affect customer loyalty, while utilitarian value has a significant effect.
