Abstract

A speech act is a medium to express an idea and emotion of a person. Speech acts have several types, one of which is illocutionary speech acts. One form of illocutionary speech acts is assertive speech acts. This assertive illocutionary speech act is found in everyday life, one of which is through movie media. The purpose of this research is to identify and describe the form of assertive illocutionary speech acts contained in the movie "Rumah Dinas Bapak" and to describe the purpose and meaning contained in the movie. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative and theoretical approach in the form of written or spoken words from individuals and observable behavior. The result of the research that has been done is that there are nine assertive illocutionary speech acts in the movie studied. "Apa jangan-jangan maling mas?" is one of the assertive illocutionary speech acts of speculating. The benefit of this research is that it helps readers improve their understanding of the intent and meaning contained in an utterance and apply them correctly in daily life.

Abstract

Abstrak: Determinan Kinerja Manajerial Pada Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) Kabupaten Kudus). Penyusunan anggaran pada Organisasi Perangkat Daerah Kabupaten Kudus menerapkan model partisipasi anggaran yaitu melibatkan pegawai OPD dari kepala OPD sampai dengan staff. Dengan adanya keterlibatan pegawai OPD dalam menyusun anggaran ini dapat memberikan peningkatan kinerja manajerial pegawai OPD dalam bekerja. Namun ada beberapa faktor lain yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja tersebut antara lain sistem perencanaan anggaran, skedul penyusunan anggaran, kejelasan sasaran anggaran, kualitas sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner terhadap pegawai OPD yang terdiri dari kepala organisasi perangkat daerah, kepala bidang, kepala seksi dan staff. Alat uji yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi penyusunan anggaran tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial, Sistem perencanaan anggaran tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial, Skedul penyusunan anggaran tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial, Kejelasan anggaran berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja manajerial, Kualitas sumber daya manusia tidak mampu memperkuat pengaruh sistem perencanaan anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial, Kualitas sumber daya manusia tidak mampu memperkuat pengaruh partisipasi penyusunan anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial, Kualitas sumber daya manusia tidak mampu memperkuat pengaruh skedul penyusunan anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial, Kualitas sumber daya manusia mampu memperkuat pengaruh kejelasan anggaran terhadap kinerja manajerial.Kata kunci: partisipasi anggaran, kinerja manajerial, kualitas sumber daya manusia

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi penjualan, gaya hidup, motivasi belanja hedonis, dan digital marketing terhadap pembelian impulsif pada konsumen semua platform marketplace. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh konsumen yang pernah membeli produk melalui e-commerce yang tidak diketahui secara pasti. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu berjumlah 125 responden yang diambil melalui teknik pengambilan purposive sampling. Uji Instrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reabilitas. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa promosi penjualan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif di marketplace, gaya hidup berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif di marketplace, motivasi belanja hedonis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif di marketplace, digital marketing tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif di marketplace, dan promosi penjualan gaya hidup, motivasi belanja dan digital marketing secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif di marketplace

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of e-service quality, brand image, security and electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) on customer loyalty on E-Commerce Blibli.com in Jepara Regency. The research method used in this study uses quantitative research methods. The sample used in this study were E-Commerce Blibli.com customers in Jepara Regency as many as 125 respondents using purposive sampling techniques. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The data analysis method used SPSS software version 25. The results of the study showed that e-service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, brand image had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, security had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and e-service quality , brand image , security and electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the needs and design the development of a mobile descriptive text module based on local wisdom in Kudus for Indonesian language learning at SD 2 Kesambi. Data were collected through interviews with fifth-grade teachers and questionnaires administered to 28 students. The results showed that the learning media used were still limited to textbooks, blackboards, and simple pictures, making learning less interesting and unable to help students determine objects for description, choose diction, and understand text structure coherently. Teachers stated the need for interactive mobile-based digital media that display Kudus cultural objects to make learning more contextual and motivate students. The questionnaire data reinforced this need, with 71.43% of students still having difficulty understanding descriptive texts, 78.57% easily bored with textbooks, and 96.43% very interested in using mobile media, while local cultural knowledge was only 42.86%. Based on these findings, this study produced a preliminary design for the MOMODI mobile module, which includes learning objectives, concept maps, text and video materials, examples of local cultural descriptions, interactive exercises, and gamification, designed using Canva, Heyzine, and APPSGEYSER.

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to understand and examine the effect of service quality and marketing on customer loyalty at Bank BKK Dawe Branch by considering customer satisfaction as an intervening varable. The method used is through the spread of quesinaries distributed to 100 customers of Bank BKK Dawe Branch. The data obtained were analyzed with SEM using the AMOS 24 analysis tool. The findings of this study confirm the following: (1) Quality of service has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction, (2) relationship marketing also has a positive and positive effect on customer satisfaction, (3) quality of service contributes positively and significantly to customer loyalty, (4) relationshipsship marketing also had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, and (5) customer satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement dan hedonic shopping value terhadap impulse buying pada pelanggan Tiktok Shop (studi kasus pada remaja Kudus). Variabel yang digunakan terdiri dari variabel independen yang terdiri dari shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement dan hedonic shopping value serta variabel eksogen impulse buying. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh remaja Kudus. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 168 responden yang dipilih dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement dan hedonic shopping value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying serta shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement dan hedonic shopping value berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap impulse buying.

Abstract

This study examines how market orientation and innovation contribute to the marketing performance of culinary MSMEs in Kudus Regency, Indonesia, particularly in the context of increasing digital competition. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving 30 culinary MSME owners selected using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using an interactive model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing to identify patterns linking market orientation, innovation practices, and marketing performance outcomes. The findings indicate that innovation in culinary MSMEs is predominantly incremental and customer-driven. Market orientation is implemented informally through relational closeness and digital responsiveness. The synergy between digital-responsive market orientation and micro-adaptive innovation significantly contributes to improved marketing performance, reflected in sales growth, customer retention, and market expansion. MSMEs should institutionalize simple market intelligence systems and enhance digital engagement strategies to strengthen innovation cycles. This study introduces the concept of micro-adaptive innovation triggered by digital-responsive market orientation in resource-constrained MSMEs, extending classical market orientation theory into informal and digitally fragmented markets.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Barikan Tradition in Wedusan Village, Dukuhseti District, Pati Regency and also the character values contained therein for the education of elementary school children. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used are observation, in-depth interviews and documentation or what is commonly known as data triangulation. The subjects studied were residents of the Barikan Tradition, community leaders and elementary school students of Wedusan Village. The Barikan tradition is a form of local wisdom that is still being carried out by future generations, in the implementation of this tradition it is carried out regularly in the afternoon before the evening of Friday Wage. The Barikan Tradition process is carried out for 1 day, starting from the preparation of the place, the offerings used, and when the traditional activity is carried out. The process of implementing this Barikan by using Islamic prayers and Javanese prayers. In the implementation of the tradition there are offerings or offerings that are used. As for the offerings used in this tradition, namely: golong rice, tala 'porridge, traditional snacks, bitter coffee, coconut. The friendly character value contained in the Barikan Tradition is also recognized and realized by the people of Wedusan Village. This was proven when the researchers conducted in-depth interviews with related parties.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of service quality and customer experience on loyalty through customer satisfaction at Kopi Kapling in Kudus. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The sample was 110 Kopi Kapling customers and sampling used a purposive sampling method. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used was AMOS 24. The results showed that service quality had a positive and significant effect on Kopi Kapling customer loyalty. Customer experience had a positive and significant effect on Kopi Kapling customer loyalty. Service quality had a positive and significant effect on Kopi Kapling customer satisfaction. Customer experience had a positive and significant effect on Kopi Kapling customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction did not affect Kopi Kapling loyalty.
