Abstract

Study This aiming For analyze implementation strategy management financing at SDIT Al-Fitrah and evaluate the impact to achievement of status as school featured . Study This use approach studies case qualitative for get deep understanding​ about practices financing applied by the school. Data is collected through technique interview in-depth, observation participatory, and review relevant documentation Data analysis was performed with using interactive models from Miles and Huberman, which includes stages data reduction, data presentation, and extraction as well as verification Conclusion. Research results show that practice needs - based financing​ real (needs-based budgeting), involvement active parents and community, as well as Work The same with the business world and institutions external, including utilization technology information, in significant support effectiveness management finance school. Strategies the impact positive on improvement quality learning, provision adequate facilities and infrastructure, as well as strengthening image and reputation school as institution superior and trusted education. Abstract

Study This analyze implementation management budget Eat students in effort fulfil need nutrition at PINK 03 Islamic Boarding School. With use approach qualitative through method studies case, research This involving four representative informants​ various stakeholders, namely administrator Islamic boarding school, administrator kitchen, students male and female students. Data collected through interview in-depth and analyzed use technique analysis thematic . Research results show that Islamic boarding school has allocate significant budget​ For Eat students, namely Rp. 400,000-450,000 from SPP of Rp. 1,000,000 per student per month, with a total budget Eat reaching Rp. 80-90 million per month for 200 students. System management adhere to centralization with control strict, supported by an adaptive procurement strategy through purchases in traditional markets, partnerships with suppliers, and purchasing in amount big. Challenge main issues faced covering fluctuations price material food, limitations menu diversification, and inconsistency quality of taste. Although thus, students show level sufficient satisfaction​ good and condition stable health. Abstract

This study aims to analyze budget efficiency strategies in supporting the quality of education at MAN 3 Tasikmalaya City using a descriptive qualitative approach through the collection methods of participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of budget efficiency strategies has been carried out through a systematic and participatory approach by involving the principal, teaching staff, education personnel, and the madrasah committee in a realistic budget planning process with allocation priorities on improving the quality of education (75% of the total budget), improving the welfare of educators and education personnel, and developing learning facilities and infrastructure. The impact of the implementation of budget efficiency strategies on the quality of learning shows significant results in creating a conducive learning environment, improving basic learning facilities, and developing more adaptive and resourceful educator competencies, although there is still a gap between ideal needs and the reality of the available budget. The conclusion of this study contributes significantly to the development of an effective and efficient educational financial management model, especially for Islamic educational institutions that face budget constraints but still have to maintain competitive educational quality, and can be a reference for the government in formulating educational financing policies that are more responsive to the needs of educational institutions at the operational level.

Abstract

Study This aim For find and analyze role head school in management of Foundation funds in increase quality learning at MtsN 5 Cirebon. Using approach studies case with paradigm qualitative research​ This involving informant key consisting of from head school, deputy principal school, treasurer schools, senior teachers, and representatives committee school. Research results show that head school own a very comprehensive role in management of foundation funds, including function as planners, implementers, managers and evaluators in all over cycle management finance. Policy foundation that allocates 30% of the total budget For sector education supported by the system supervision involving foundation organs and mechanisms​ strict reporting​ For ensure accountability and transparency . Impact foundation fund management to Quality very significant learning, shown through style leadership head transparent, accountable, effective and efficient schools. The programs implemented succeed increase quality learning, reducing burden financing parents, and preventing student separated school. Response positive student towards the improvement program quality and increase facility comprehensive education​ show effectiveness foundation fund management in reach objective improvement Quality learning. Research conclusions This contribute theoretical and practical in development management financing education in madrasas, especially in optimization impactful management of foundation funds positive to improvement Quality learning in a way sustainable.
