Abstract

Pembelajaran online menimbulkan terendah hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas 6 SD dan terlihat kurangnya karakter siswa saat melakukan proses belajar daring. Guru juga harus berulang kali menjelaskan dengan terperinci menggunakan bahasa daerah dan bahasa Indonesia agar siswa lebih cepat memahami pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menciptakan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis kuis bermuatan pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE. Pengumpulan data kajian menggunakan metode observasi, metode wawancara, dan metode kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil kajian dari uji ahli menunjukkan ahli materi pembelajaran dengan kelayakan sangat baik (94.00%), ahli desain pembelajaran dengan kelayakan baik (78.00%), ahli media pembelajaran dengan kelayakan baik (88.00%), uji coba perorangan dengan kelayakan sangat baik (97.14%), dan uji kelompok kecil dengan kelayakan sangat baik (97.14%). Secara umumnya, hasil kajian menunjukkan media interaktif berbasis kuis layak dan valid digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Implikasi media ini diharapkan agar dapat digunakan secara optimum dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga dapat meningkatkan motivasi pelajar dan memudahkan pemahaman terhadap bahan pembelajaran.

Abstract

This research focused on the low learning outcomes of Natural Science students in class V.. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the Tri Hita Karana oriented PBL model on the learning outcomes of the fifth grade Natural Science students. The sample in this study amounted to 56 students. In this study, data were collected using a test technique using an objective test instrument with multiple choice forms which had previously been analyzed for the quality of eligibility by testing the validity, reliability, distinguishing features, and level of difficulty. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed using t-test. Based on the results of the t-test analysis, T-count = 5.42, while the value of T-table at a significant level of 5% with degrees of freedom 28 + 28 - 2 = 54 is 1.67. Based on T-count = 5.42 > T-table = 1.67 then H0 is rejected. The results of the analysis prove that there are significant differences between the groups of students who are taught with the Tri Hita Karana oriented Problem Based Learning model with groups of students who are taught with conventional learning models. From the results of the t-test analysis and the average learning outcomes it can be concluded that The Tri Hita Karana oriented Problem Based Learning model has a positive effect on the Natural Science learning outcomes of Class V students. Therefore, the Tri Hita Karana oriented Problem Based Learning model is suitabel for dealing with low Natural Science learning outcome

Abstract

The lack of use of learning media used for delivering material makes it difficult for students to understand the material. This study aims to develop media for fun thinkers based on HOTS questions for fourth grade elementary school students on theme 1, the beauty of togetherness. The development is carried out based on the ADDIE model procedure. The subjects in this development research are media fun thinkers based on HOTS questions for elementary school students grade IV theme 1 the beauty of togetherness while the object in this study is the validity of the media fun thinkers developed. This development research method is a qualitative and quantitative statistical analysis method. The data collection used is a questionnaire method with data collection instruments in the form of a rating scale by giving assessment instruments to 2 subject matter experts, 2 media experts, 2 practitioner responses, and 10 students as responses. The data obtained was calculated using the mean formula to determine the average media validity score. The average validity score of media fun thinkers based on HOTS questions in terms of material/assessment experts is 4.79 with very valid criteria, in terms of media experts it is 4.43 with very valid criteria, in terms of practitioner responses it is 4.63 with very valid criteria, and in terms of response students of 4.95 with very valid criteria. Based on the analysis conducted, the media for fun thinkers based on HOTS questions for elementary school students in grade IV, theme 1, the beauty of togetherness developed is valid and suitable for use in the learning process.

Abstract

The learning process for science content is still teacher-centred; students tend to accept what the teacher explains, but it needs to provide opportunities for students to develop independently. So, if learning is left like that, student learning outcomes will stay the same. This research aims to develop e-module media with a contextual approach to class V elementary school science content. This research is development research using the ADDIE model. The subjects of this research consisted of learning content experts, learning design experts, learning media experts, 3 individual trial students, 6 small group trial students and 37 field trial students. The data collection methods used were questionnaire, pre-test and post-test methods. Data analysis techniques use qualitative, quantitative analysis and inferential statistics. The research results show that the e-module developed is valid based on learning content experts, learning design experts, and learning media experts; the results obtained are in the very good category, and individual trials and small group tests are in the very good category. Testing the effectiveness of e-modules using a contextual approach, there was a significant difference in learning outcomes for science content before and after using e-module learning media with a contextual approach. The research conclusion is that the e-module is feasible and valid to use.

Abstract

Students with deaf-mute disabilities in inclusive elementary schools often face significant barriers in accessing verbal instruction, particularly in subjects that require abstract reasoning such as mathematics. This study aims to explore the difficulties in learning mathematics experienced by students with deaf-mute disabilities in inclusive elementary schools and analyze the need for the use of assistive technology to support their learning. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews and classroom observations. The research participants consisted of one teacher, two hearing impairment students, two parents, and one principal. Data analysis was carried out using the data triangulation method. The results of the study indicate that students with deaf-mute disabilities have difficulty in understanding mathematical concepts that are delivered verbally, especially in abstract terminology. The findings also reveal that visual and interactive assistive technology is needed to help students understand mathematics material better. Teachers, parents, and students expect technology that combines animation, video, interactive images, and physical devices that support direct interaction with learning materials. Based on these findings, VirtuMath, as an assistive technology that integrates visual and sensory representations, is proposed as a potential solution to support mathematics learning for hearing impairment students.

Abstract

Using e-learning in higher education has many important benefits and advantages in todays world of education. Therefore, this research aims to develop e-learning based on the introduction, connection, application, reflection, extend (ICARE) learning model for developing teaching materials courses in the Faculty of Education, Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha. The Hannafin and Peck development model was adopted as a foundational method, and the digital content developed was subjected to formative evaluation methods, including i) expert validation, ii) individual assessment, and iii) small group evaluation. To ascertain the quality of the developed content, the research engaged 3 expert evaluators, each specializing in media, instructional design, and content. Concurrently, individual evaluation was carried out with 3 students, followed by a small group evaluation involving 9 additional students. Data collection techniques involved both observational measures and questionnaire-based inquiries. The expert assessment showed that the design, media, and content dimensions all fell within the "very good" category. Student reactions, as measured through both individual and small group evaluations, consistently aligned with the "very good" category. Therefore, the attractiveness and practicality of electronic learning (e-learning) fell under the "very good" classification, due to the implementation of the ICARE learning model as the foundational design principle.

Abstract

Online learning is a growing trend in education during the corona virus disease (COVID-19) pandemic. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the difficulties that online majors in non-English languages have when attempting to acquire English. The subject of this study involved using the questionnaire method for as many as 412 students and interviewing 15 students with a total of 17 questions. The results of this study indicate that there are several challenges faced by students during online learning; i) less familiarity with online learning as shown by 31% of students agreeing that online learning is a new learning method, ii) psychologically 30% of students choose strongly agree that they have limited opportunities to interact directly and freely with lecturers as well as with students, iii) limited facilities and infrastructure as much as 28% agree that the budget is limited to get quota or internet credit, and iv) limited internet access as many as 35% of students do not have good internet coverage to take online lectures. The findings of this study should be a reference for English lecturers to continue learning to innovate in providing online English learning by considering the existing challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the validity of sign language-based virtual manipulatives media for teaching mathematics to deaf-mute students in inclusive elementary schools. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model. Validation was conducted by three categories of experts: media expert, inclusive instructional design expert, and mathematics content expert. The instrument used was a validation sheet featuring a Likert scale and a qualitative feedback column. The validation results showed that the media achieved an average score of 94.73%, placing it in the "very valid" category. These findings indicate that the developed media has met technical, pedagogical, and inclusive criteria and is feasible for use in the implementation stage of learning. This research contributes to the development of adaptive and accessible digital learning media for students with special needs, particularly those who are deaf-mute, and supports the implementation of quality inclusive education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan rancang bangun/desain pengembangan media visual ular tangga inovatif, (2) untuk mengetahui validitas hasil pengembangan media visual ular tangga inovatif menurut review para ahli dan uji coba produk, dan (3) untuk mengetahui efektivitas media visual ular tangga inovatif dalam meningkatkan minat belajar mata pelajaran Tematik kelas IV di SD Negeri 3 Kaliuntu. Untuk model pengembangan yang digunakan untuk melakukan rancang bangun dalam pengembangan media yaitu Model Hannafin and Peck. Model pengembangan ini memiliki 4 tahap utama yaitu (1) tahap analisis kebutuhan, (2) tahap desain, (3) tahap pengembangan dan implementasi, serta (4) tahap revisi dan evaluasi yang dilakukan pada tiap tahap yang dikerjakan. Validitas media dilakukan dengan menguji cobanya kepada ahli desain pembelajaran, media pembelajaran, uji coba perorangan, uji coba kelompok kecil dan uji coba lapangan Untuk hasil validitas pengembangan media visual ular tangga inovatif yaitu untuk ahli desain pembelajaran, ahli media pembelajaran, uji coba perorangan, uji coba kelompok kecil dan uji coba lapangan secara berurutan yaitu 88%, 95%, 95%, 93,1%, dan 91,30%. Hasil uji efektivitas yang dianalisis dengan teknik statistik inferensial (uji-t) mendapatkan hasil rata-rata pretest (26,17) < hasil rata-rata posttest (63,96). Setelah dilakukan perhitungan secara manual dengan menggunakan uji- t didapatkan hasil yang menunjukkan thitung (51,49) > dari ttabel (2,45) sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima artinya ada efektifitas media visual ular tangga inovatif terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas IV pada mata pelajaran Tematik di SD Negeri 3 KaliuntuKata Kunci: minat belajar, pengembangan, ular tangga.

Abstract

Permasalah yang terjadi di kelas VII A4 SMP Negeri 1 Singaraja adalah kurangnya bahan ajar yang dapat membelajarkan siswa secara mandiri. Bahan ajar yang digunakan hanyalah buku cetak yang isinya didominasi oleh sajian teks saja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan rancang bangun E-Modul IPA berorientasi Pendidikan Karakter (2) mendeskripsikan kualitas hasil validitas pengembangan E-Modul IPA berorientasi Pendidikan Karakter menurut para ahli dan uji coba produk, (3) mengetahui efektivitas E-Modul IPA berorientasi Pendidikan Karakter. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dan model pengembangan adalah model ADDIE. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode wawancara, pencatatan dokumen, kuesioner, dan tes objektif tipe pilihan ganda. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif, deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis statistik inferensial (uji-t). Hasil penelitian (1) Rancang bangun E-Modul IPA berorientasi Pendidikan Karakter dengan model ADDIE meliputi lima tahapan: (a) tahap analisis, (b) tahap perancangan, (c) tahap pengembangan, (d) tahap implementasi, dan (e) tahap evaluasi. (2) E-Modul IPA berorientasi Pendidikan Karakter valid dengan: (a) hasil review ahli isi mata pelajaran menunjukkan E-Modul berpredikat sangat baik (100%), (b) hasil review ahli E-Modul menunjukkan produk berpredikat sangat baik (99,33%), (c) hasil review ahli desain pembelajaran menunjukkan E-Modul berpredikat sangat baik (99,09%), (d) hasil uji perorangan menunjukkan E-Modul berpredikat sangat baik (92,90%), hasil uji kelompok kecil menunjukkan E-Modul berpredikat sangat baik (91,13%). Hasil uji lapangan menunjukkan produk berpredikat sangat baik (91,01%). (3) Efektivitas pengembangan E-Modul IPA berorientasi Pendidikan Karakter yang dikembangkan efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA (thitung = 15,815 > ttabel = 1,671 pada taraf signifikansi 5%). Ini berarti bahwa E-Modul IPA berorientasi Pendidikan Karakter terbukti efektif secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPAKata Kunci: ADDIE, e-modul, pendidikan karakter, pengembangan
