Abstract

Abstract Ichimoku Kinko Hyo and moving Average Convergence Divergence on the movement of individual stock prices in the print media advertising service company.The population of this study consisted of 19 companies of advertising print media sub sector listed on the Indonesia. Stock Exchange in the daily stock price value. The samples used were 5 samples that met the criteria in research starting in2017-2019. The analytical method used was the stationarity test, correlation test and wax charts using Ichimoku Kinko Hyo and Moving Average Convergence Divergence.The results of the study show that research using the ichimoku kiknko hyo indicator and Diverging  Moving Average Conversion can be used to study the development of individual stock prices in advertising print media sub-service companies.Keywords : Ichimoku Kinko Hyo, Moving

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the Determination of Factors of Capital Structure and Its Impact on Corporate Value Case study in food and beverage companies. The independent variables in this study are profitability, company size, company growth and capital structure, while the dependent variable in this study is firm value. This type of research is empirical research with the data used are secondary data obtained by searching for and collecting annual report data obtained from the website. The population in this study are food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2017-2019 with a total of 26 companies. The sample selection technique was obtained by a sample of 14 companies. To solve the problem in this study using normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test. The results of data analysis show that: There is a positive influence on profitability, firm size, and capital structure variables on firm value, while company growth has a negative effect on firm value in food and beverage companies. Keywords: Profitability, Company Size, Company Growth, Capital Structure Against Company Value

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study to determine how the impact of Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Current Ratio (CR) to the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) of infrastructure companies registered on the IDX  in 2015-2019. The independent variable is the Net Profit Margin (NPM) and the Current Ratio (CR), while the dependent variable in this study is the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). The population in this study were 52 companies in the infrastructure sector registered on the IDX in 2015-2019 and the research sample was determined using purposive sampling technique, namely selecting samples based on certain criteria so that a sample of 13 companies was obtained. The documentation method is used as a method of collecting company annual report data which is downloaded from the IDX website and companies. Multiple linear regression is the analytical techniques used in this study. From the results of data analysis, it is concluded that the Net Profit Margin (NPM) has a positive but insignificant impact to the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR. Meanwhile, the Current Ratio (CR) has a positive and significant impact to the Dividen Payout Ratio (DPR). Keywords: Net Profit Margin (NPM), Current Ratio (CR), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR).

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine: 1. To determine the simultaneous effect of compensation, work motivation and leadership on teacher performance at SMK Plus Almaarif Singosari. 2. To determine the partial effect of compensation, work motivation and leadership on teacher performance at SMK Plus Almaarif Singosari.The method used in this research is a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach and was carried out by SMK Plus Al Maarif Singosari with a population of 54 teachers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with measurements using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, F hypothesis test, t hypothesis test and determination coefficient test.            The results of this study indicate that: 1. Simultaneously compensation, motivation, and leadership have a significant effect on teacher performance at SMK plus ALMAARIF Singosari. 2. partially compensation, motivation, and leadership have a significant effect on the performance of teachers in SMK plus ALMAARIF Singosari.Keywords: Compensation, Motivation and Leadership.

Abstract

Abstract The economic reduction in Indonesian is marked by the weakening of stock index related to the COVID-19 pandemic, because investors are afraid to transact. This study intended to find the effect of the BI Rate, Exchange Rate, and Inflation on the Sharia Stock Index listed at JII during COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. This type of research is quantitative research with time series data. The population in this study is the index of companies that are included in the Islamic stock JII. The sample in this study is monthly data of the JII sharia stock index in January - December 2020. This study used secondary data with the technique of taking documentation methods, from the process of collecting, recording, and reviewing secondary data. The test results of multiple linear regression analysis show (1) simultaneously BI Rate, Exchange Rate, and Inflation affect the Sharia Stock Index at JII; (2)  partially BI Rate and Inflation have no effect on the Sharia Stock Index at JII, while the Exchange Rate has a negative effect on the Sharia Stock Index at JII. Keywords: BI Rate, Exchange Rate, Inflation, Sharia Stock Index, Jakarta Islamic Index.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to analyze differences abnormal returns and stock trading liquidity between before and after reverse stock split in 2014-2019 on the Bursa Efek Indonesia. This research uses descriptive statistical analysis methods. This type of research is historical research using the event study approach method. The observation period of the research will last for 11 days, which includes 5 days before reverse stock split and 5 days after reverse stock split. The population in this research are companies listed on the IDX 2014-2019 with a sample of 7 companies. The results of the research using Paired Sample T-test showed that there were no differences in results between abnormal return and stock trading liquidity before reverse stock and after reverse stock split. This happens because the reverse stock split is considered not to contain signals and information that cam trigger a reaction on the capital market, so that there is difference in conditions between before and after reverse stock. Keywords: Abnormal Return, Stock Trading Liquidity, Reverse Stock Split.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility, Profitability proxied by Return On Assets (ROA), and Leverage proxied by Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) on financial performance which is proxied by Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return On Sales (ROS) in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2018. The population in this study amounted to 48 Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The technique used in this research is purposive sampling with criteria. Obtained a sample of 35 companies. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, the classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing using the t test for partial and F tests for simultaneous testing. The results of this study indicate that partially the influence of CSR on financial performance that is proxied by NPM does not have a significant effect but partially significant effect on ROS. Profitability that is proxied by ROA partially has a significant effect on financial performance that is proxied by NPM but does not significantly influence ROS. Leverage proxied by DAR has a significant effect on financial performance proxied by NPM but does not significantly influence ROS, whereas partially DER has no significant effect on financial performance proxied by NPM and ROS. Simultaneously CSR, ROA, DAR, DER significantly influence financial performance which is proxied by NPM and ROS.Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, Profitability, Leverage, Return On Sales.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to partially see the effect of Tax Avoidance, Firm Size and Good Corporate Governance on the Cost of Capital. The population in this study are all food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2019. The sample of this study used a purposive sampling technique. From the population of 26 companies, 9 companies were obtained as samples with a research period of four years (2016-2019). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study indicate that Tax Avoidance has a negative effect on the Cost of Capital, Firm Size does not affect the Cost of Capital and Good Corporate Governance does not affect the Cost of Capital.Keywords : Tax Avoidance, Firm Size, Good Corporate Governance, Cost of Capital.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of promotion, service quality, and facilities on the interest of tourists visiting Ngliyep Beach, Malang Regency. This research uses the method of distributing questionnaires or questions, quantitative types. The results of the respondent's recap in the research were 91 respondents and the data correction using the SPSS computer program. The validity and reliability have been fulfilled in the research. Classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and analysis of the coefficient of determination are included in the study as a data analysis tool. Variable Interest in visiting is the dependent variable, the independent variable is Promotion, Service Quality, and Facilities. The results of the study stated that Promotion, Service Quality, and Facilities had a simultaneous and partial effect on Tourist Visiting Interest. Keywords: Promotion, Service Quality, Facilities, Tourist Visiting Interest

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on equity, and Price earning ratio on stock prices through dividend policies. This research is an Explanatory Research research using quantitative methods. The population in this study is all companies in the Food and Beverages sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The sampling technique uses the purposive sampling method. The sample in this study was 18 companies.  The data used in the study is secondary data taken on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis using SPSS 25.0 analysis. with the aim of testing the effect of Debt to equity ratio (X1), Return on Asset (X 2), Price earning ratio (X 3) and Dividend Policy proxied to Dividend Payout Ratio (Z) on share price (Y2).  This study has the results of Return on equity and Dividend Policy having a direct significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, the Debt to Equity ratio and Price earning ratio indirectly have no effect on the stock price. The results of this study also show that Return on equity indirectly affects and significantly affects stock prices through dividend policy, this shows that dividend policy is able to mediate the influence of Return on equity on stock prices. Meanwhile, the Debt to Equity ratio and Price earning ratio indirectly have no effect and are significant to the stock price through the dividend policy, this shows that the dividend policy is unable to mediate the Debt to equity ratio and Price earning ratio to the stock price.    Keywords: Stock Price, Debt to equity ratio, Return on equity, Price Earning Ratio, Dividend Policy
