Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance with Productivity as an Intervening Variable at CV. Dwi Tunggal Fauzi Sejahtera. This research employs a quantitative approach using a questionnaire-based data collection technique involving 67 respondents. The independent variables in this study are Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction, while the dependent variable is Employee Performance, with Productivity as the intervening variable. The research findings indicate that Work Motivation does not have a significant effect on Productivity. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity. Work Motivation does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Productivity does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Motivation does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance through Productivity. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze marketing strategies through social media used to attract consumer buying interest at CV Jasa Gambar Bangunan Probolinggo. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. The informants in this study consisted of 7 informants who had been determined using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection methods in this study consisted of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis of this study used segmentation, targeting, positioning and marketing mix analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy implemented by CV Jasa Gambar Bangunan Probolinggo has been running quite well in attracting consumer buying interest. However, the effectiveness and efficiency of the strategy are still not optimal. Keywords:  Marketing Strategy, Social Media, Consumer Buying Interest

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity and leverage ratios on firm value in Telecommunication sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This data source uses secondary data in the form of financial statements from each company from 2018-2023. The population used was 18 companies. The sample obtained was 10 telecommunication companies that had been selected by purposive sampling method. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS Statistics for Windows 25 application. The results showed that profitability, liquidity and leverage ratios simultaneously had an effect on company value. profitability (return on assets), liquidity (current ratio) and leverage (debt to equity ratio) partially have a positive and significant effect on company value.  Keywords : Company Value, Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage, Telecommunication

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of entrepreneurial skills and distribution channels simultaneously on the interest in buying Etawa goat's milk among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, Class of 2021. The population in the study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, Class of 2021 who had an interest in buying Etawa goat's milk whose number was not known for certain. The approach method used a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 72 respondents and using the SPSS analysis tool. The results of the study showed that entrepreneurial skills and distribution channels simultaneously influenced the interest in buying Etawa goat's milk among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, Class of 2021. Partially, entrepreneurial skills and distribution channels influenced the interest in buying Etawa goat's milk among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, Class of 2021. Keywords: Entrepreneurial Skills, Distribution Channels, And Buying Interest

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this study is to examine the individual and combined effects of trust, customer ratings, and customer reviews on consumers' purchasing decisions. The research population consists of students from the Islamic University of Malang who have previously purchased HMNS perfume products. A total of 80 respondents were selected as the sample, with the sample size determined using the Hair formula due to the unknown exact population size. This research employs a quantitative approach, and the data were analyzed using SPSS software. The findings indicate that trust, customer ratings, and customer reviews collectively have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, each of these variables also has a partial influence on consumer purchasing behavior. Keywords: Trust, Customer Ratings, Customer Reviews, Purchase Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of brand, product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions for Eiger products. The population used in this study is generation Z in Lowokwaru District who have purchased Eiger products. This type of research is quantitative research with a causal associative method. The sampling technique uses non-probability with the method used purposive sampling, the determination of the number of samples is obtained using the Hair et al. formula, so that 105 respondents are obtained. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression in the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that brand, product quality and promotion have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Eiger products. This shows that if Eiger products improve and maintain the brand, product quality and promotion, the buyer's decision to purchase Eiger products will increase. Keywords: Brand, product quality, promotion, buying decision

Abstract

Abstract The food industry in Malang City has been growing rapidly. Food vendors can be found in almost every area, indicating a high demand in this sector. Culinary MSME actors offer a variety of flavors to attract consumers who are constantly seeking new products. People also tend to purchase their food needs from local vendors. This rapid development is further driven by the city’s dense population. The research problems in this study are: 1) How do Information Technology, Business Capital, and Financial Reporting influence the development of culinary MSMEs in Malang City? 2) How can Information Technology enhance the development of culinary MSMEs in Malang City? 3) How can Business Capital enhance the development of culinary MSMEs in Malang City? 4) How can Financial Reporting enhance the development of culinary MSMEs in Malang City? The research method applied is qualitative research using NVIVO as the analytical tool. The results of the study show that: 1) The use of Information Technology by culinary MSMEs in Malang City contributes significantly to improving operational efficiency, 2) The business capital used by culinary MSMEs in Malang City is partly sourced from personal funds, 3) The financial reports prepared by culinary MSMEs in Malang City generally include the basic information required, although they are not yet detailed and comprehensive, 4) The business duration of the eight culinary MSME actors in Malang City varies, with some experiencing long-term sustainability while others face short-term business endurance. Keywords: MSME Development, Culinary
