Abstract

This community service activity discusses the introduction of Sharia Banks and ShariaMicrofinance Institutions in Desa Karehkel, Kecamatan Leuwiliang,Kabupaten Bogor. Thepurpose of this community service activity is to provide an introduction to Sharia Banks andSharia Microfinance Institutions to the people of Desa Karehkel, Kecamatan Leuwiliang,Kabupaten Bogor with the hope that the community can better understand the existence of ShariaBanks and Sharia Microfinance Institutions. The community service method used is the method oftransparency, participation, and accountability. Community service is also prospective. The resultof this activity is that it can provide insight to the people of Desa Karehkel, KecamatanLeuwiliang, Kabupaten Bogor about Sharia Banks and Sharia Microfinance Institutions in detail

Abstract

The increasing number of positive people affected by the corona virus in Indonesia shouldincrease public awareness of the dangers of this outbreak. The purpose of this activity is toimplement the Covid-19 prevention agreement, take precautions and prevent the spread of Covid19,and disseminate information about Covid-19 in the form of inviting  public participation  and raisin awareness. The preparation stages are as follows: Observation, extracting public knowledge related to Covid-19 by interviewing the public and crowds, surveying locations to put up posters related to Covid-19 information, and making posters that are attractive, easy to read  and understand for the public. The Covid-19 pandemic is a serious problem that must be resolved  immediately. Masks are used to minimize the spread of the virus from person to person. The high demand for masks, especially medical masks, has limited market demand. Therefore, cloth masks are needed as a substitute for the community so that they can be used in daily activities to deal with the health crisis that occurs. The purpose of this community service activity is to providepublic awareness of the importance of wearing masks during new normal conditions and to carryout 1,000 masks movement activities for the community. This activity is in collaboration withFamily Welfare Education in Ciasmara Village, Pamijahan District, Bogor. This activity was alsocarried out by socializing to the public about the importance of using masks and hand sanitizers.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has had a large socio-economic impact outside the healthsector. The impact is multi-sectoral and the effects will be visible in the long term – on the poorand vulnerable. The socio-economic impact of the pandemic on households is an important firststep that the government must take to help mitigate these impacts. Meanwhile, people now haveto adjust to the pattern of life in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic or better known as adaptingnew habits. This situation is no exception in Ciasmara Village, Pamijahan District, BogorRegency. Based on the analysis of the problems that occurred in the Ciasmara Village community,Pamijahan District, community service to the community in Ciasmara Village included conductingcounseling on the Covid-19 health protocol discipline and including counseling about shariabanking to the community to the taklim assembly and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.Through this community service activity, it is hoped that it can increase awareness and lifestylehabits of the community during the Covid-19 pandemic and also be enlightened and motivated intheir hearts and minds with Islamic banking values that are in line with Islamic teachings forresidents of Ciasmara Village, Pamijahan District, Regency Bogor.

Abstract

This Community Service was carried out in Bojong Jengkol Village, Ciampea District, BogorRegency, West Java. Bojong Jengkol Village is a village with abundant potential and thereforerequires improving the quality of Human Resources (HR) in cultivate and develop the potential ofthe local village. This community service begins with an observation process village in order tounderstand in depth the potential of the village. Then done planning, implementation, andevaluation. People in the village of Bojong Jengkol still lack of understanding of Islamic banksand Islamic microfinance institutions. Programming the introduction of Islamic banks and Islamicmicrofinance institutions can add further understanding to the community, and their use forfinancing by the community as well. The community service method used is socialization. Withthis activity, it is hoped that the community can be motivated to using Islamic banks and Islamicmicrofinance institutions.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are the most important pillars of the Indonesian economy.Based on data from the Ministry of Cooperatives and Micro and Medium Enterprises in the firstquarter of 2021, the number of Small and Medium Enterprises in Indonesia reached 64.2 million.Contribution to GDP reached 61.07% or Rp 8,573.89 trillion. Micro, Small and MediumEnterprises or MSMEs can also absorb 97% of the total workforce and collect 60.4% of the totalinvestment. However, good financial records are needed for MSMEs so that the process ofbusiness continuity is getting better. Therefore, community service for MSMEs is carried out inBojong Jengkol Village, Ciampea District, Bogor Regency, moreover there are still few whounderstand the importance of financial records in order to formulate strategies. The purpose ofthis activity is to help MSMEs understand more about accounting records, the importance ofaccounting records, and the application of effective and efficient records. With this activity, it ishoped that MSMEs can be motivated to make financial records, and can even make financialreports for financing applications, and to evaluate their business performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the knowledge and public perception of digital-based (online) financing services based on sharia principles. the method used is descriptive qualitative. The primary data in this study are the people of Situ Udik Village, Cibungbulang District, Bogor, while the secondary data is in the form of information obtained from the internet, books, journals, articles and other literature. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that most (70%) people do not know about digital-based services (online) based on sharia principles. In addition, the analysis of public perception in terms of needs (48%) of the community is quite in need and when viewed from the perspective of interest (44%) the community is quite concerned with using digital-based (online) financing services based on sharia principles. with the perception to avoid the practice of usury and avoid the frauds that occur in conventional credit. In this case, it is necessary to increase socialization and the existence of facilitators to increase public awareness in order to avoid the practice of usury..

Abstract

Abstract One of the activities of a Sharia Bank that distributes funds to the public to develop a service based on independent information technology to be practical, easy, comfortable, and economical in cost, on Self-Service Technologies (SSTs) services such as Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs), SMS Bankimg, Mobile Banking, and Internet Banking. Currently, people in urban areas have been using SSTs a lot, while in rural areas SSTs the facilities and infrastructure are not sufficient enough. The aim is to examine people's preferences in the use of SSTs in Islamic banks. The research used a descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, the research subjects were in the Pamijahan sub-district, Bogor regency. The results of this study indicate that people's preferences are like or dislike like the number of respondents who like ATM machines 100% and 0% dislike, Mobile Banking is preferred by 75% and those who do not like it 15%, Internet Banking is preferred by 15% and those who do not like it. 75%, and SMS Banking is preferred 0.5% and 98.05% do not like it. In the village community, Kecamatan Pamijahan prefer ATM machines rather than Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, and SMS Banking because ATM machines are one of the facilities that are characterized by being able to withdraw cash cash at the ATM machine. Utilization of Self-Service Technologies In the Pamijahan sub-district, Bogor Regency, it is time efficient, practical, can check financial 24 hours, is safe, gets bank information, is free to register, and is comfortable. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence shop buildings in collecting financing at Islamic banks. This thesis is localized in promotion, confidence and environment. Respondents in this study were building shop owners. The sample used in this study were 30 respondents. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The results of the T test concluded that trust (T count -2.710, sig. 0.038) and the environment (T count -2.185, sig. 0.012) influenced the building shop's decision to apply for financing, while promotion had no effect on buildings. the decision to apply for financing to Islamic banks because it has a T-value of -1.549 < T table +- 1.705 and sig. 0.133 > 0.05. Meanwhile, from the results of the research F table with a value of 4.115 and a significance value of 0.016 which is greater than F table of 2.98 and a significance value of 0.05 it can be concluded that promotion, self-confidence, and the environment together influence building decisions. apply for financing in Islamic banks. And the results of the study of the coefficient of determination concluded that the influence of promotion, trust, and the environment on the hardware store's decision to raise financing in Islamic banks was 22.4%.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Bank is a financial intermediary institution that collects public funds from parties who have excess funds and distributes funds to those in need. Financing is an activity of Islamic banks in channeling funds to other parties based on sharia principles. Distribution of funds in the form of financing is based on the trust given by the owner of the funds to the user of the funds. Financing in Islamic banks uses contracts according to needs such as buying and selling there are murabahah, salam and istishna, in the form of cooperation there are mudharabah and musyarakah, in leasing services there are ijarah and IMBT as well as a deposit in the form of qordh. . Customer interest is a form of desire and interest in a decision-making process that will be carried out by consumers or customers. There are several stages in the decision-making process that are generally carried out by someone, namely the introduction of consumer needs and information processing. This study aims to examine how the influence of service, reputation and procedure variables influence or not the public's interest in proposing financing. The research method used in this study is research using quantitative methods. Quantitative research methods are used to examine certain populations or samples, with the aim of testing established hypotheses. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative with a field research approach. From the results of this study it can be concluded that partially the service and procedure variables have an effect on interest while the reputation variable has no effect. Simultaneously the service, reputation and procedure variables simultaneously influence the interest variable.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Bank Indonesia in BI Circular Letter No. 9/24/DPbs 2007 states that the assessment of the soundness of a bank is influenced by the CAMELS factor (Capital, Asset Quality, Management, Earnings, Liquidity, Sensitivity to Market Risk). This study aims to examine the effect of Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Non Performing Financing (NPF) on Return On Assets (ROA) at PT. Mandiri Syariah Bank for the 2012-2019 period. The research method used is the type of quantitative and secondary data from the financial statements of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri starting from the first quarter of 2012 to the fourth quarter of the 2019 period so that 32 samples of financial statements were collected. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Non Performing Financing (NPF) simultaneously have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA), with a Fcount of 110.076 > Ftable of 4.17 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05, the results the coefficient of determination for the Adjusted R Square (R2) value is 0.876 or 87.6%, which means that Return on Assets (ROA) can be influenced by both variables, namely Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Non Performing Financing (NPF). While the remaining 12.4% is influenced by other factors outside the research model.
