Abstract

Kegiatan ini pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di SMAN 1 Seluma. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan materi yang lebih dalam mengenai jaringan computer kepada siswa/siswi SMAN 1 Seluma. Manfaat dari jaringan komputer dapat memudahkan seseorang untuk mengirimkan data melalui internet atau perangkat keras lainnya. Jenis-jenis Jaringan yaitu LAN (Local Area Network), MAN (Metropolitan Area Network), WAN (Wide Area Network), Internet, dan Wireless (Jaringan Tanpa Kabel). Adanya jaringan komputer akan membantu proses pengiriman menjadi lebih efisien dan cepat. Jaringan komputer dapat memungkinkan pengguna untuk mengakses data yang sebelumnya diizinkan untuk mereka akses dan bagikan. Teknologi informasi komputer yang melayani kehidupan manusia berkembang sangat pesat. Perkembangan teknologi ini juga didukung oleh teknologi internet yang dapat diakses oleh semua orang. Perkembangan Internet juga dapat mendukung proses belajar mengajar, tidak hanya proses belajar mengajar tetapi juga kehidupan sehari-hari. Karena Internet merupakan komponen komputer dari suatu jaringan komputer yang dapat menghubungkan komponen-komponen tersebut di seluruh jaringan komputer di seluruh dunia. Siapapun yang mengaksesnya bisa mendapatkan informasi apapun. Dengan perkembang teknologi di zaman sekarang merupakan peluang yang besar bagi perserta dalam belajar mendalami teknologi computer. Hasil dari pengabdian ini yaitu yang biasanya siswa/siswi hanya mengetahui jaringan komputer secara garis besar saja dengan adanya sosialisasi ini para peserta lebih dalam mengetahui jaringan computer dan membuka pikiran perserta untuk belajar lebih dalam mengenai jaringan computer.

Abstract

The news coverage program at the Fisheries Quarantine Office of the Fish Quarantine Center for Quality Control and Safety of Fishery Products (BKIPM) of Bengkulu Province has been developed to increase public awareness about the importance of marine and fisheries quarantine. A news coverage product containing information on marine and fisheries quarantine was successfully produced and distributed via social media and other online platforms. Surveys and interviews before and after program development indicate an increase in public awareness of marine and fisheries quarantine issues. The results and discussion of the news coverage program identified the important role of the media in increasing public awareness of environmental issues, challenges in developing news coverage programs, and the potential for developing news coverage programs at the BKIPM Bengkulu Fisheries Quarantine Office in the future. The conclusions and suggestions from this journal are that the news coverage program at the BKIPM Bengkulu Fisheries Quarantine Office can be an effective effort in increasing public awareness about the importance of marine and fisheries quarantine in Bengkulu Province by involving the role of the media and collaboration with other parties.

Abstract

MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) are businesses established by individuals / individuals / business entities that meet the criteria, MSMEs usually have limited capital, because capital only comes from business owners or a small group of people who invest capital for these MSMEs. Code Igniter is one of the widely used frameworks, where the main purpose is to minimize the code when creating a website. The advantages of Code Igniter include being open source, being able to run in all PHP versions, the program only requires few resources so that the program runs lightly and quickly, using the Model View Controller (MVC) so that it makes it easier for programmers when a website change occurs, has complete documentation, ranging from installation steps to code or functions / classes in website creation. From the results of this study, it has succeeded in integrating the JSON retrofit library in applications built for ordering products in android applications with the CI framework also successfully used to create its web-based backend application with beta test results in terms of appearance and user convenience of 72%.

Abstract

Abstract_In Indonesia, the number of Android system smartphone users is 88.37% in 2017. Developments in the field of information technology are currently progressing and developing rapidly, especially in the development of mobile phones, starting from hardware such as Samsung, Lenovo, Oppo, Xiomy and other devices that embed Android. as an operating system because it has many advantages. Umrah worship is mostly carried out by Muslims in Indonesia nowadays due to the long waiting time in the queue to be able to go on pilgrimage. Guidance is given directly or indirectly. Directly, the department of religion or the Hajj Guidance Group (KBIH) conducts hands-on training on guidance for the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages. In using a guidebook prepared by travel or smartphones that search for prayers via Google and make it a little difficult for the congregation because of the many references. This was considered impractical because the guidebook that was included with the travel party was easily scattered, got wet with water or could even be torn so that it could no longer be used. Created a system that continues the design made in this study so that it can be used by related parties.

Abstract

PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang (Pusri) is a company founded as a pioneer producer of urea fertilizer in Indonesia on December 24 1959 in Palembang, South Sumatra, under the name PT Pupuk Sriwidjajad(Persero). The system development model used in this research is the V-model. V-model which consists of development stages (requirements analysis, specification analysis, design, and implementation) and testing stages (unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and acceptance testing). The method used in system development is the V-Model. This method uses parameters in the form of transportation origin (retailer), and transportation destination (farmers), followed by the process of calculating the amount of fertilizer allocation which has been divided according to the planting period, namely 3 per farmer group which gives results in the form of recommendations for distribution transportation costs. Based on previous system developments that use The V-Model method can be concluded that the intelligence/investigation that has been carried out regarding the occurrence of fraud so that the distribution of fertilizer in the Singaran Pati sub-district is not optimal is incorrect. The V-Model is one of the SDLCs which is the result of a variation of the waterfall model and is described in the form of V. Model -V is a method intended for small to medium-scale teams. This methodology allows software development to save costs and time required for project realization. Constant feedback is also a strong side. It's important to listen and make any necessary changes promptly.

Abstract

Pensiun adalah seorang pegawai atau karyawan yang bekerja di suatu perusahaan dan sudah mencapai usia tertentu dimana orang tersebut dianggap sudah tidak produktif lagi dan harus digantikan oleh orang lain yang masih produktif. Adapun syarat-syarat Pensiun (BUP) yaitu: Pengantar dari Dinas, Surat Permohonan dari yang bersangkutan, fotocopy SK CPNS Legalisir, fotocopy SK PNS Legalisir, Fotocopy SK Pangkat Terakhir, SK Kenaikan Gaji Berkala terakhir (KGB), SKP 2 Tahun terakhir, Fotocopy Kartu Pegawai (Karpeg) Legalisir, Fotocopy Kartu Istri (Karis) / Foto copi Kartu Suami (Karsu) Legalisir, Fotocopy surat nikah yang dilegalisir KUA, Surat Keterangan untuk mendapatkan Tunjangan Keluarga (KP 4), Surat Permhonan Pembayaran Pensiun dan tabungan hari tua(SP4 A) (format dari BKPSDM), Foto copy Akte kelahiran anak (dilegalisir Capil), Fotocopi Akte Kelahiran PNS Yang bersangkutan, Daftar Susunan Keluarga, Daftar Riwayat Hidup, Surat Pernyataan tidak pernah di jatuhi hukuman displin, Data Perorangan Calon Penerima Pensiun (DPCP) (format dari BKPSDM), Pas foto Warna 3 x 4 sebanyak 7 Lembar besrta softcopy, Surat Keterangan Pemberhentian Gaji Sementara (SKPPS), Surat Pernyataan tidak sedang menjalani Proses Pidana Penjara berdasarkan Putusan Pengadilan yang telah Bekekuatan Hukum Tetap (Format dari BKPSDM). Hambatan-hambatan dalam prosedur pelaksanaan pensiusn PNS di Dinas Perindustrian dan perdagangan Provinsi Bengkulu tersebut diantaranya : Calon pegawai yang pensiun mengurus pengajuan pensiun terlalu mepet dengan masa habis tanggal pensiunnya atau lewat dari tanggal yang sudah ditentukan, dan hambatan dalam prosedur pelaksanaan pensiun PNS di Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Bengkulu yaitu sering terjadi error pada aplikasi SAPK. Abstract

Bobot kelapa sawit merupakan salah satu faktor yang menunjang keberhasilan petani  kelapa sawit dalam mencapai hasil panen yang memuaskan. Informasi berat buah sawit biasanya diperoleh dengan menggunakan timbangan tangan yaitu timbangan gantung atau timbangan dacin. Cara lain untuk menentukan berat buah sawit adalah dengan menggunakan metode pengolahan citra. Pendekatan ini didasarkan pada metode deteksi tepi sobel untuk mendeteksi bobot buah sawit. Metode deteksi tepi Sobel adalah teknik dalam pengolahan citra untuk menemukan tepi atau perubahan tajam dalam intensitas piksel pada citra dan bertujuan untuk menentukan kontur buah sawit sehingga membantu dalam proses pengukuran berat. Pengolahan citra ini nantinya berupa foto digital yang diolah untuk memperoleh informasi berat buah sawit. Selanjutnya dilakukan studi kelayakan, analisis perhitungan akurasi system. Setelah rancangan ini selesai kemudian dibandingkan dan diuji dengan hasil bobot buah sawit yang diperoleh dengan timbangan Dacin. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yang telah diuji pada 50 citra buah sawit dengan jarak pengambilan gambar 1 meter menggunakan kamera Handphone telah diuji tingkat keberhasilan penelitian menggunakan Precission, Recall, dan Accuracy. Adapun hasil yang didapat dari Precission, Recall, dan Accuracy dari penelitian ini yaitu  Precission sebesar 82%, Recall sebesar 100%, dan Accuracy 82%.

Abstract

This study discusses the application of the watershed transformation method to measure land area in satellite images. The main objective is to improve the accuracy of land area measurement, which is important for various applications such as agriculture, urban development, and nature conservation. Given its often time-consuming and resource-intensive nature, this study aims to develop a more efficient and faster method of processing satellite image data. The method starts with the collection and pre-processing of satellite image data to improve its quality. Next, watershed transformation is applied for image segmentation and land area measurement. The results are evaluated through accuracy analysis and comparison with reference data. From testing 20 sample data, Precision of 100%, Recall of 80%, and Accuracy of 95% were obtained. It is expected that this research can contribute to the development of a more efficient and reliable land area measurement technique.

Abstract

This study discusses the detection of motion of objects in video by utilizing the Frame difference method which aims to process video so as to produce Frames on moving objects. The use of mobile cameras produces video data that is used as test data, the test data is processed with the Frame difference method so as to produce a number of Frames on moving objects in order to detect moving objects in the video because the function of this method is a form of video background reduction that is simplified by a number of pixels in the video. This method process is based on the difference between two consecutive frames in the video aimed at finding differences that occur during the detection process. When processed for detection, the absolute value in the pixel is greater than the predetermined threshold value, it will be considered as a moving object, so that the detection results from the motion detection process will form a box object on the moving object. In this study, the test data used used 20 video data samples with descriptions, 10 test data with bright quality (daytime) and 10 unlit test data (night) with the aim of being able to see how much the level of performance accuracy of the Frame difference method. The test results obtained 16 out of 20 test data that were successfully detected correctly (True Positive), there were 2 test data that resulted in a False Positive error, and 2 test data that resulted in a False Negative error. This shows that the Frame difference method can provide a fairly high level of accuracy in detecting moving objects in the video. The percentage level of accuracy with confussion matrix testing has a precission value of 88%, recal 88% and an accuracy value of 80%.

Abstract

Kartu Tanda Mahasiswa (KTM) merupakan kartu identitas resmi yang dikeluarkan oleh universitas kepada setiap mahasiswa untuk mengidentifikasi status mahasiswa mereka. Proses pembuatan dan pengelolaan KTM saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual, di mana data mahasiswa harus diinput dan diverifikasi satu per satu, sehingga rawan terjadi kesalahan dan memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diperlukan integrasi antara teknologi pengenalan karakter dan pengolahan citra. Oleh karena itu, metode Optical Character Recognition (OCR) sangat tepat diimplementasikan dalam masalah ini. Metode OCR merupakan teknologi yang memanfaatkan algoritma pengenalan karakter untuk mengekstrak informasi dari gambar atau teks cetak. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah membaca dan mengenali karakter pada KTM secara efisien dan data berupa informasi pribadi dari KTM sudah otomatis tersimpan di Microsoft Word dan telah diuji tingkat keberhasilan penelitian menggunakan Precission, Recall, dan Accuracy. Adapun hasil yang didapat dari Precission, Recall, dan Accuracy dari penelitian ini yaitu Precission sebesar 88%, Recall sebesar 100%, dan Accuracy 88%.
