Abstract

Sekolah Dasar Negeri 73 Kota Bengkulu merupakan salah satu sekolah yang terletak di kota Bengkulu, Sekolah ini sudah mempuyai akses internet yang baik, namun dalam pemanfaatannya masih belum maksimal, ini disebabkan masih kurangnya pengetahuan guru tentang internet dan penggunaan aplikasi Microsoft office yang bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif sebagai bahan ajar bsgi mereka. Akibat kurangnya pemahaman oleh Guru mengenai kegunaan dari aplikasi Microsoft office tersebut, banyak guru-guru dalam lingkungan SDN 73 Kota Bengkulu tersebut yang dalam penggunaan aplikasi Microsoft office meminta bantuan kepada mahasiswa-mahasiswa yang sedang PKL di sd tersebut. Salah satu langkah yang digunakan sekolah ini dengan mengikutsertakan Guru-gurunya dalam beberapa kegitan yang berhubungan dengan ilmu komputer. Dengan adanya tawaran dari kegiatan pengabdian oleh dosen fakultas Teknik, pihak sekolah sangat meyambut baik kegiatan ini, harapannya Guru sekolah dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang penggunaan aplikasi Microsoft office yang dapat dimaksimalkan penggunaannya. Kata Kunci: Internet, Microsoft Office

Abstract

Masa pandemic seperti sekarang ini sangat menghambat kegiatan setiap orang, khususnya bidang pendidikan karena proses belajar mengajar yang seharusnya dilakukan secara tatap muka menjadi secara daring. Oleh karena itu pentingnya pengetahuan tentang teknologi yang menerapkan kegiatan dapat dilakukan secara online. Untuk itu dalam penelitian ini dengan objek tempat penelitian Sekolah Dasar Negeri 06 Kota Bengkulu agar dapat melaksanakan proses belajar mengajar secara daring dengan pemanfaatan google classrom.  Untuk mencapai itu semua maka SDN 06 Kota Bengkulu perlu meningkatkan kualitas SDM dalam penggunaan aplikasi yang dapat diterapkan dalam proses belajar mengajar, proses tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan dilaksanakannya pelatihan pemanfaatan google classroom  di SDN 06 Kota Bengkulu. Pelatihan tersebut memungkinkan kegiatan belajar mengajar menjadi lebih produktif dan bermakna dengan menyederhanakan tugas, meningkatkan kolaborasi, dan membina komunikasi. Pengajar dapat membuat kelas, memberikan tugas, mengirim masukan, dan melihat semuanya di satu tempatmembuat presentasi pembelajaran yang menarik, sehingga dalam proses belajar mengajar pada SDN 06 Kota Bengkulu akan lebih memudahkan para guru untuk mengajar dalam memberikan materi.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Teknologi, Google Classroom, Daring, Kelas

Abstract

Sekolah Dasar Negeri 06 Kota Bengkulu merupakan salah satu sekolah yang terletak di kota Bengkulu. Sd Negeri 06 Bengkulu juga merupakan lembaga pendidikan sekolah dasar yang sangat menjunjung tinggi nilai ilmu pengetahuan dan akhlak dalam dunia pendidikan. SD Negeri 06 Bengkulu bertujuan untuk menciptakan generasi muda yang memiliki ilmu pengetahuan tinggi dan dan menciptakan generasi yang mampu mengikuti perkembangan teknologi yang berkembang begitu pesat. Untuk mencapai itu semua maka SDN 06 Kota Bengkulu perlu meningkatkan kualitas SDM yang ada guna meningkatkan profesionalisme guru, proses tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan dilaksanakannya pelatihan penggunaan microsoft power point di SDN 06 Kota Bengkulu. Pelatihan tersebut berguna untuk membuat presentasi pembelajaran yang menarik, sehingga dalam proses belajar mengajar pada SDN 06 Kota Bengkulu akan lebih memudahkan para guru untuk mengajar dalam memberikan materi secara menarik.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Teknologi, Microsoft, Power Point

Abstract

Current image processing provides an opportunity for humans to develop systems capable of identifying digital images. Edge detection is a process to produce the edges of an image object. The problem of this research is how to compare the level of accuracy of the Krisch and Prewitt method for measuring human body weight with digital images. The aim of this research is to compare the level of accuracy between the Krisch and Prewitt methods in measuring human body weight using digital images. This research uses an experimental method by taking images of the human body, cropping, resizing, and converting them into grayscale images. Next, edge detection was carried out using the Krisch and Prewitt method. Edge detection results are used to measure human body weight by calculating the pixel distance between certain points on the edge of the object in the image. The results of this study show that the Krisch and Prewitt methods have different levels of accuracy in measuring human body weight. Based on tests that have been carried out on 15 image data samples using the confusion matrix approach, where the accuracy level of the Prewitt method is 60% while the Krisch method is 40%. The conclusion of the research is that the Prewitt method has the best level of accuracy compared to the Krisch method

Abstract

Administrasi pengarsipan dan pengelolaan surat merupakan aktifitas yang sangat penting, karena dengan pengelolan surat yang baik dapat menjaga kebutuhan informasi dari sebuah atau selembar surat, biarpun informasi tersebut tidak begitu berguna ketika surat diterima oleh instansi/lembaga/organisasi. Dalam prosedur pengarsipan surat masuk dan surat keluar pada Kantor Kecamatan Putri Hijau meliputi pengelompokkan surat, membuka surat, pemeriksaan surat, pencatatan surat dan pendistribusian surat, sedangkan untuk surat keluar meliputi pembuatan konsep, persetujuan konsep, pengetikan surat, pemberian nomor, penyusunan surat, pengiriman surat. Interpolation tersebut di tujukan untuk pencarian data sura. Dari solusi tersebut diharapkan Kantor Kecamatan Putri Hijau, dalam pencarian surat tidak memerlukan waktu yang lama dikarenakan menggunakan sistem pencarian. Dalam proses komunikasi data antar bagian serta pembuatan laporan yang selalu up to date dan bisa dilihat berdasarkan laporan bulanan maupun tahunan. Metode interpolation search adalah suatu algoritma pencarian yang lebih efisien daripada metode lainnya karena algoritma ini tidak perlu menjelajah setiap elemen dari data yang ada. Diharapkan aplikasi ini dapat menerima notifikasi dalam melakukan disposisi dari atasan, sehingga aplikasi surat bisa dilakukan secara online.

Abstract

Scholarships are a form of assistance given to students or students in the form of funds or money that will be used to help the cost of the educational process and ease the burden on students in taking the study period, especially the cost issue, given a selective scholarship program.  This study aims to implement the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method in determining scholarship acceptance at SMA Negeri 2 South Bengkulu. This study uses a quantitative approach by using secondary data in the form of a decision matrix containing criteria for determining scholarship acceptance and data on students who have applied for scholarships in the previous year. The PSI method is used to determine the relative weight of each criterion and calculate the final score for each student. The results of this study show that the PSI method can produce objective and fair decisions in determining scholarship acceptance. In the application of the PSI method, the criterion with the highest weight is academic achievement and the criterion with the lowest weight is activeness in student organizations. The results of this study can be used as recommendations for the school in determining scholarship acceptance in the following years. It is hoped that the results of this study can help schools in selecting students who meet the criteria and deserve scholarship assistance to help with their education costs.

Abstract

Every year the process of accepting new students in various schools is a routine activity that must be carried out. It's just that each school applies its own way of accepting prospective new students. At SMP Negeri 17 Lebong, the registration process for new students is also still carried out independently, namely candidates come first to the school to see information and fill out forms in the school committee. The core purpose of this research is to build a new student registration system based on the website so that this website can be used to make it easier for prospective students to enroll at SMPN 17 Lebong. The results of research on the use of this system can also benefit the school in recording data on prospective new students through the website. In the development of this system using a sequential searching algorithm that functions to search for data that can facilitate the data collection process

Abstract

The Bunga Murni PAUD in Bengkulu City, precisely in Sumber Jaya, is one of the facilities for kindergarten education. Where the school will be a place for children to improve themselves from various aspects of child development. Bunga Murni PAUD has not been able to carry out testing the development of their students by means of the Screening Method, because it will require a lot of money and time to carry out these activities, starting from preparing the child development form data that must be printed and then collecting the parents of students to come to the school. PAUD to fill out the form which is considered quite time consuming and sometimes has to be hindered because some parents cannot attend. Seeing from these problems, therefore in this study a website-based system will be created that will assist in these activities. In this system, a process for filling out child development forms will be made as well as a process for grouping child development. To see the results of grouping children's development based on the completed child development form, it will be made using the K-Means Clustering method to find out which children fall into the category of active child development and less active child development. The results of the tests in this study showed that from the 10 samples of students tested, 5 students entered the category of active child development and 5 students entered the less active child development category.

Abstract

A big data processing process using a Data Mining technique that will be used in a study in the Application of Data Mining Using the Naïve Bayes classification to predict the participation of the Public Interest in the 2024 election. The data was obtained from the General Election Commission (KPU). The data was tested using the Naïve Bayes classification method with Weka Tools and 7 predetermined attributes. The dataset was taken as much as 96.67% of 11,406 training data, namely 2014 election data and 99.90% of 11,908 testing data, namely 2020 election data. Results It is known that the number of participants in Central Bengkulu Regency for the 2024 election based on participant data in 2020 and the 2014 election results is likely to increase by up to 3.23%, from 96.67% per 11,406 participants to 99.90% per 11,908 participants and the results predictions are likely to increase.

Abstract

Most of the tourists visiting the city of Bengkulu. constrained by a lack of access to information sources. Meanwhile, tourists also really need valid information about the place to be visited which results in a lot of wasted time searching for information related to the location of the object they want to visit. Based on this background, the researcher created an application called the Adroid-Based Tourism Travel Agenda Planning Application, which aims to assist tourists in determining destinations and assist tourists in arranging tourism itinerary scheduling. In conducting this research, the type of research used is qualitative research with a scientific approach and the system design method used is waterfall and for calculating the results of the questionnaire using quantitative methods. This application runs on Android-based smartphones. This application includes two contents namely destinations and agendas. Destination content has five features, namely, lodging, tours, souvenirs, and orders. The development of this application uses the Android Studio software. In modeling this application uses the UML method in the form of uses case digrams and is tested using the blackbox testing method. The results of testing this application conclude that the expected functions are all successful as expected. The conclusion is that the Bengkulu City Tourism Itinerary Planning Application can make it easier for tourists to find destination locations in Bengkulu City and help tourists plan travel agenda schedules with some of the information available on the application.
