Abstract

Warung Ajja is a culinary MSME that requires a branding strategy to increase its competitiveness. The use of digital technology through the Blogger platform offers an affordable, accessible, and effective solution. This study aims to design a Blogger-based website to introduce products while building the brand image of Warung Ajja. The methodology applied is a qualitative approach through interviews with the business owner and direct observation. The results of this research show that the website helps the MSME present its business identity more professionally, provide clear product information, and expand promotional reach. The use of Blogger has proven to increase the digital visibility of Warung Ajja.

Abstract

This article discusses the development strategy of UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in traditional snack businesses, with a case study of Kue RAHEL in Tanah Datar. The purpose of this research is to analyze the strengths, challenges, and opportunities of UMKM in maintaining traditional culinary heritage while expanding its market. The research method used is descriptive qualitative through observation, documentation, and interviews with business owners. The results show that UMKM RAHEL has unique strengths in taste, cultural value, and local ingredients, but faces challenges in digital marketing and production capacity. This study highlights the importance of innovation, branding, and the use of digital platforms to increase competitiveness in the modern era. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for other traditional snack businesses in Indonesia.

Abstract

Studi ini menyajikan analisis komprehensif dan mendalam tentang strategi pengembangan pemasaran digital dengan menggunakan Blogger sebagai platform untuk Ottokopi, sebuah usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) yang berspesialisasi dalam produk kopi di kota Padang. Dengan memeriksa upaya pemasaran digital Ottokopi saat ini dan mengevaluasi manfaat potensial dari penggabungan strategi blogger, makalah ini bertujuan untuk mengusulkan peta jalan yang kuat dan efektif untuk pengembangan pemasaran digital Ottokopi. Strategi ini dimulai dengan pemeriksaan menyeluruh terhadap target audiens, mengidentifikasi preferensi, demografi, perilaku online, dan pola konsumsi mereka. Langkah ini memungkinkan Ottokopi untuk menyesuaikan konten dan strategi pemasarannya agar dapat berinteraksi secara efektif dengan target konsumennya. Selain itu, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya menciptakan konten yang berharga dan menarik yang sesuai dengan minat, kebutuhan, dan keinginan audiens. Selain itu, strategi yang diusulkan juga mencakup teknik pengoptimalan mesin pencari (SEO) untuk memastikan visibilitas dan penemuan yang lebih baik dari blog Ottokopi. Dengan mengoptimalkan kata kunci, meta tag, dan elemen halaman lainnya, Ottokopi dapat meningkatkan peringkat pencarian organiknya dan menarik lebih banyak pengunjung. Studi ini juga menyoroti pentingnya mengintegrasikan platform media sosial ke dalam strategi, yang memungkinkan Ottokopi untuk memperluas jangkauannya dan membina hubungan pelanggan yang lebih kuat melalui konten yang interaktif dan menarik. Sebagai kesimpulan, studi ini memberikan peta jalan yang komprehensif untuk pengembangan pemasaran digital Ottokopi dengan menggunakan Blogger. Melalui pendekatan yang ditargetkan untuk analisis audiens, pembuatan konten, teknik SEO, dan integrasi media sosial, Ottokopi dapat membangun kehadiran online yang kuat, membina hubungan dengan pelanggan, dan meningkatkan pangsa pasar di industri kopi yang kompetitif di kota Padang.

Abstract

In the era of digital marketing, websites have certainly become an important essence for business people. That's why many business people, both large and MSMEs, are less competitive than business people who use digital technology. Even large companies that have been around for a long time could go bankrupt if they are not willing to pursue young business people. Here the role of websites for MSMEs becomes more important. Especially if the website used is a professional website so that it can compete on an equal footing with previously established large companies. Technology has continued to develop with the times. In terms of using the internet as a complementary part of human life activities, the internet has touched various groups of people as part of its users. One use is to use internet facilities as part of marketing media. The aim of this research is to obtain a special marketing web application for MSMEs by considering the soft-skill aspects of managers. The MSME data sample was taken in North Sulawesi province. The method used to obtain an overview of the soft-skill understanding of MSME actors is descriptive analysis based on respondent responses. The results obtained from the perception data of MSME actors showed that 85% of respondents were good. Based on this data, a marketing web application was created to be used by MSMEs.Kata Kunci : Manfaat Tujuan Web Desain.

Abstract

Digital marketer bertugas untuk membuat konsep yang menarik untuk media sosial perusahaan melalui social media marketing. Biasanya social media marketing ini diterapkan melalui iklan yang dipasang di media sosial seperti instagram maupun facebook, untuk mendapatkan perhatian dari para pengguna media sosial. Di zaman persaingan perdagangan saat ini, para wirausahawan berlomba-lomba untuk menciptakan suatu produk yang diharapkan akan disukai dan diminati oleh konsumen pentingnya digitalisasi UMKM adalah dapat meningkatkan pendapatan bagi perilaku bisnis. Dalam hal ini, dengan tersedianya akses pembayaran secara digital, konsumen akan lebih mudah bertransaksi. Selain itu, pengelolaan keuangan juga menjadi lebih efektif. Pemanfaatan konsep pemasaran berbasis teknologi digital (digital marketing) memberikan harapan bagi UMKM untuk berkembang menjadi pusat kekuatan ekonomi. Abstract

The implementation of the e-learning system at Dharma Andalas University faces significant challenges in terms of an uninspiring user interface (UI), hindering the student learning experience. The main problems include complicated navigation, inconsistent visual design, and limited accessibility, making it difficult for students to make optimal use of the system. This research aims to optimize the e-learning UI system at Dharma Andalas University using the ITIL v3 framework. Research methods include analyzing user needs through interviews, surveys and direct observation. ITIL v3 stages, including Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, and Continual Service Improvement (CSI), are applied to identify problems, design solutions, and make continuous improvements. A waterfall approach is used in development systems, ensuring a systematic workflow and focus on user needs. The research results show that interface optimization using ITIL v3 increases user satisfaction levels by up to 25%, with a reduction in task completion time by 30%. An optimized system is more responsive, easy to access across devices, and supports a more interactive learning experience. This research makes a significant contribution in managing IT-based e-learning services, especially in integrating the ITIL v3 approach to improve the quality of digital education at Dharma Andalas University.

Abstract

The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has significantly influenced various sectors, including education. However, the integration of AI in secondary school learning environments remains limited due to low digital literacy and insufficient understanding of AI applications among students and teachers. Preliminary observations conducted at MAN 3 Padang, SMA Negeri 6 Padang, and SMK Negeri 5 Padang indicated that most students were unfamiliar with the practical use of AI as a tool to support learning and creative activities. Therefore, this community service program aimed to improve students’ Artificial Intelligence literacy and enhance their creativity through training and implementation of AI-based applications in the learning process. The implementation method employed a participatory approach consisting of several stages, including needs assessment, socialization of AI concepts, training on AI creative applications such as ChatGPT and Canva AI, implementation of AI-based creative projects, and evaluation using pre-test and post-test methods. The results showed a significant improvement in students’ understanding of AI concepts, increasing from 32% before the training to 85% after the training. Furthermore, students’ ability to utilize AI tools for creative tasks increased from 20% to 82%. Participants were able to produce various digital works such as posters, short articles, and visual designs using AI-based tools. In addition, the program produced AI learning modules and established student AI communities in partner schools to ensure the sustainability of the program. This activity contributes to improving students’ digital literacy and demonstrates the potential of Artificial Intelligence integration in supporting creative and technology-based learning at the secondary school level.
