Abstract

Teknologi komputerisasi semangkin berkembang dari waktu kewaktu, semangkin banyak instansi perusahaan baik pemerintah maupun suatu menerapkan teknologi komputerisasi didalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya. Dengan menggunakan teknologi komputerisasi ini dapat mempermudah suatu pekerjaan yang dahulunya menggunakan sistem pencatatan dengan media kertas sudah beralih kesistem komputerisasi. Desa Padang Brahrang memiliki luas 1.342,0000 KM² sehingga terdapat kesulitanya akses terhadap layanan medis darurat seperti ambulance seringkali terbatas dan sulit diakses. Dalam banyak kasus, pasien yang membutuhkan perawatan darurat menghadapi keterlambatan dalam mendapatkan ambulance karena proses peminjaman yang kurang terorganisir dan tidak efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun aplikasi sistem informasi peminjaman Ambulance. Peracangan aplikasi ini mengunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language), bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database menggunakan mysql. Manfaat dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan kemudahan untuk pihak desa dalam pengolahan data peminjaman Ambulance yang menggunakan sistem komputerisasi. Dengan adanya penelitian ini dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang ada dan dapat meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat desa dalam pengolahan data dan pembuatan laporan peminjaman Ambulance berbasis digitalisasi yaitu menggunakan teknologi sistem komputerisasi.

Abstract

The Putra Muhammadiyah Orphanage in Medan City is a social institution that relies on donor assistance to support various social programs. The problem that occurs at the Putra Muhammadiyah Orphanage in Medan is the difficulty in identifying potential and non-potential donors who have the potential to provide sustainable social assistance contributions. This study aims to conduct a comprehensive analysis and classification of donors using the Support Vector Machine method, an effective method in machine learning to handle classification problems with SVM with high accuracy. The research data consists of donor data with several main characteristics such as the amount of donation, the frequency of donations given, and the type of assistance. The data is processed through a preprocessing stage including data normalization and data division into training and testing data. Then, the SVM model is trained to classify donors into two categories, namely Potential Donors and Non-potential Donors. Based on the data obtained from the donation bookkeeping records of the Putra Muhammadiyah Orphanage in Medan City, it can be concluded that around 55 potential donors out of 90 donors and 35 non-potential donors out of 90 donor data. From the results of the analysis and testing of the model conducted, it can be concluded that the SVM method can classify "Potential Donors" and "Non-Potential Donors" with a fairly high level of accuracy. The level of accuracy obtained reached up to 89% with a precision value of 93%, a recall value of 89% and an f1-score of 90%. With these results, this study can provide significant benefits in the management of social assistance, especially helping orphanages to determine who are potential and non-potential donors. Therefore, this study is expected to have an impact on improving the sustainability of social programs at the Putra Muhammadiyah Orphanage in Medan City.

Abstract

Along with current technological developments, the application of information systems in a government agency is needed, because the rapid development of technology requires an agency to use information system technology in supporting performance in data processing to obtain faster and more accurate information, one of which is stunting data processing. This study aims to evaluate how the implementation of the stunting information system can improve the performance of village office employees to support the government to reduce the number of stunting in Pertumbukan Village, Wampu District. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results showed that the implementation of the stunting information system provided a number of benefits for village office staff such as improved performance, operational efficiency, and better ability to share stunting data information. In addition, the stunting information system also makes it easier for village office staff to manage data, monitor stunting residents, and make decisions for prevention and treatment. However, there are challenges such as lack of stunting literacy and limited infrastructure. With proper training and central government support, Pertumbukan Village Office employees in Wampu Sub-district are expected to be able to optimally utilize the stunting information system to improve performance in stunting data processing

Abstract

In this modern era, technology has become part of human needs, even in everyday life many people cannot be separated from technology. With technology, information is very easy to access and obtain. Various kinds of systems are made to make it easier to get and operate, one of which is by using the web. The village application system is a village administration service system that is converted from a conventional / computerized system to an information technology system in the form of a website. In this research, the village system is intended to improve the performance of village officials within the Pematang Serai Village government. The system is implemented using the MVC method which uses a native php programming model, with a combination of CSS and bosttrap. The website that was built was implemented at the Pematang Serai Village Office and was evaluated directly by the village staff to find out the shortcomings of the system to be used. With this village system, it is hoped that it can help village officials, especially the Pematang Serai Village office, in serving the administration of requests for cover letters submitted by the Pematang Serai Village community

Abstract

Dalam era digital ini, pemilihan tema pelatihan yang tepat sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan keterampilan sumber daya manusia di berbagai bidang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemilihan tema pelatihan pada program Vocational School Graduate Academy (VSGA) menggunakan metode clustering K-means. Clustering digunakan untuk mengelompokkan tema pelatihan berdasarkan jumlah peserta yang berhasil lulus, usia, hasil tes substansi, jenis kelamin, dan status peserta. Setelah pengelompokan, metode K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) digunakan untuk klasifikasi lebih lanjut guna memprediksi tema pelatihan yang paling sesuai untuk peserta baru berdasarkan hasil clustering sebelumnya. Data penelitian diambil dari rekaman peserta pelatihan VSGA selama beberapa periode. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan kombinasi K-means dan KNN memberikan akurasi yang tinggi dalam memprediksi tema pelatihan yang relevan dan dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait penempatan pelatihan peserta. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa analisis data yang komprehensif dan metode pembelajaran mesin dapat memberikan wawasan berharga untuk meningkatkan efektivitas program pelatihan.

Abstract

Kantor Desa Pematang Serai dalam meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat desa menerapkan aplikasi desa untuk melayani kebutuhan masyarakat agar telayani secara maksimal dalam surat menyurat. Oleh karena itu, diperkenalkan sebuah inovas dan keterampilan kepada perangkat kantor desa tentang penggunaan aplikasi desa sehingga proses pelayanan kepada masyarakat dalam membuat surat berjalan lebih cepat, akurat, dan efisien. Metode sosialisasi melibatkan pendekatan demonstratif dan interaktif dengan kombinasi presentasi, tanya jawab, dan simulasi langsung penggunaan aplikasi. Hasil dari sosialisasi ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pegawai kantor desa merasa lebih nyaman dan percaya diri dalam menggunakan aplikasi desa. Di samping itu, pemahaman pegawai kantor desa mengenai pentingnya integritas dalam pelayanan kepada masyarakat juga meningkat. Diharapkan dengan adopsi teknologi ini, pembuatan surat untuk masyarakat di Kantor Desa Pematang Serai dapat berjalan dengan baik dan dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai kantor desa dalam melayani surat memeyurat kebutuhan masyarakat desa.

Abstract

A reliable and efficient WiFi network is a crucial facility to support the activities of passengers and visitors at Kualanamu International Airport. This study aims to identify issues affecting WiFi network performance and provide optimization solutions based on technical analysis and user needs. Data collection was conducted by measuring network parameters such as throughput, delay, jitter, and packet loss across various strategic airport areas, including waiting rooms, departure terminals, and commercial zones. The analysis revealed key challenges, such as high user density during peak hours and uneven access point distribution. To address these issues, the study proposes optimization steps, including bandwidth capacity expansion, reconfiguration of network devices, and the adoption of advanced technologies like WiFi 6. Implementing these recommendations is expected to enhance the quality of the WiFi network at Kualanamu International Airport, improve user experience, and support overall airport operations effectively.

Abstract

Prima Indonesia University is a leading private university in the city of Medan, operating in the education sector which applies Business Intelligence to its management system. This research was conducted using the Linear Regression Algorithm to measure the influence of Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance at Prima Indonesia University, totaling 212 data. The data used in this research is employee performance history data for the last 5 years. Next, the Linear Regression Algorithm is applied to the processed dataset. The research results will later show that the Linear Regression Algorithm is able to produce quite accurate measurements. The results of this research can show how much emotional intelligence influences an employee's performance. Thus, the Linear Regression Algorithm can be a solution in evaluating the influence of Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance, and can provide long-term recommendations for increasing the productivity of Employee Performance at Prima Indonesia University.

Abstract

5G networks are the latest generation of mobile communications technology that offer significant improvements in speed, capacity, and connectivity. However, along with the benefits it brings, it also brings a new set of challenges in the form of security breaches. Many 5G devices have been lost on-site. These devices are ABIA, AMIA, ASIB. Each of these devices has a serial number as identification data for each device. The rise of theft cases is due to the existence of collectors who are able to buy expensive stolen 5G devices for resale. So, the research will make the introduction of 5G device serial numbers using the Machine Learning (ML) with K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) algorithm. This pattern recognition is success to be done then become a guidance to recognizing stolen 5G devices. Next, this device cannot be used (deactivated) and be sold by system. This can break the demand and supply chain for stolen 5G devices. Based on the testing, there are 6 mismatches of 20 data testing or 70% data match

Abstract

Proses penerimaan mahasiswa baru menjadi aspek krusial dalam menjaring calon mahasiswa yang unggul. Universitas Haji Sumatera Utara (Unhaj) sebagai institusi pendidikan tinggi menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas proses penerimaan mahasiswa, khususnya dalam hal prediksi jumlah pendaftar dan pengelompokan calon mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan proses penerimaan mahasiswa baru di Unhaj dengan menerapkan algoritma Exponential Smoothing untuk prediksi jumlah pendaftar dan algoritma K-Means(Sulistiyawati & Supriyanto, 2021) untuk segmentasi calon mahasiswa berdasarkan karakteristik tertentu. Metode Exponential Smoothing dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam mengenali pola tren historis data, sedangkan K-Means efektif untuk mengelompokkan data secara otomatis berdasarkan kemiripan karakteristik. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari pihak universitas, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif berbasis analisis data mining. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi prediktif yang akurat mengenai jumlah pendaftar di masa mendatang serta segmentasi calon mahasiswa yang lebih terstruktur. Kombinasi kedua algoritma ini diharapkan mampu memberikan rekomendasi strategis berbasis data untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan oleh pihak universitas. Secara teoritis, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan ilmu data mining pada bidang pendidikan tinggi. Secara praktis, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi alokasi sumber daya, efektivitas strategi pemasaran, dan kualitas penerimaan mahasiswa baru di Universitas Haji Sumatera Utara.
