Abstract

Sistem pelaporan dana bantuan operasional sekolah (BOS) pada SDN 76/IV Kota Jambi masihmelakukan pemrosesan dan pengolahan laporan menggunakan cara konvensional yaitu sebatasmenggunakan program MS. Excel sehingga sering terjadi human error seperti kesalahan dalampenginputan data untuk memenuhi bentuk, standar, format laporan dana bantuan operasional sekolah(BOS). Hal tersebut menyebabkan kesalahan sehingga data menjadi tidak akurat dan relevan saatpelaporan dana bantuan operasional sekolah (BOS) dan harus selalu revisi laporan kepada DinasPendidikan Kota Jambi. Adapun tujuan dan manfaat dari penelitian ini menganalisa dan mempelajaripermasalahan sistem informasi manajemen bantuan operasional sekolah (BOS) pada SDN 76/IV KotaJambi dan menghasilkan prototype dengan menggunakan metode berorientasi objek dengan tools UMLdan mempermudah dan mengurangi tingkat kesalahan dalam pembuatan laporan serta mempercepatproses pelaporan data ke Dinas Pendidikan Kota Jambi . Perancangan sistem informasi pada penelitian inimenggunakan tools UML (Unified Modelling Language) seperti usecase diagram, activity diagram, danclass diagram sedangkan dalam pembuatan prototype sistem menggunakan MySQL untuk merancangbasis data dan PHP untuk merancang prototype sistem. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah prototypesistem informasi manajemen bantuan operasional sekolah (BOS) yang dapat menyajikan laporan danabantuan operasional sekolah. Prototype ini perlu dikembangkan untuk penelitian selanjutnya sehinggadapat diterapkan dengan melengkapi sistem keamanan data (security).

Abstract

Pada studi kasus ini perpustakaan SMA At-Taufiq Kota Jambi masih melakukan pendataan anggota, buku sertaproses transaksi peminjaman dan pengembalian buku masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga sering terjadikesalahan data dan terlambatnya laporan serta pelayanan kepada anggota yang kurang maksimal. Adapun sisteminformasi perpustakaan yang akan dibuat berguna untuk meminimalisir kesalahan tersebut dimana penulis merancangprototype sistem Informasi perpustakaan di SMA At-Taufiq Kota Jambi sesuai kebutuhan dengan harapan rancanganprototype ini bisa diterapkan di perpustakaan SMA At-Taufiq Kota Jambi. Adapun yang digunakan untuk merancangsistem Antara lain UML, Class Diagram, Use Case sedangkan perancangan sistem penelitian ini mengunakanDreamwever dan Mysql. Rancangan prototype ini menghasilkan sistem informasi perpustakaan di SMA At-TaufiqKota Jambi berbasis web dimana fitur tersebut terdiri dari ; Data Anggota, Data Buku, Peminjaman buku,Pengembalian buku dan Laporan di mana membantu kinerja perpustakaan sekolah dan dapat ditambahkan beberapafitur yang belum terdapat dirancangan prototype sistem tersebut.

Abstract

Kendaraan merupakan suatu kebutuhan yang sangat pentung dalam mempelancar sebuah aktivitasyang dilakukan. Oleh karna itu, kendaran memiliki suatu nilai sangat penting dalam beraktifitas. Sehinggadalam pemiilih kendaraan pun dibutuhkan suatu perhitungan agar mendapati kendaraan yang sesuaikeunginan dan harapan. Maka dengan adanya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah ataupunmembantu dalam proses pemilihan kendaran yang sesuai dengan harapan. Dengan demikian metode yangdapat digunakan dalam hal ini yaitu metode Simple Addative Wieghting (SAW) dan metode SAWtersebut adalah suatu metode yang dapat membantu pengambilan keputusan dalam suatu kasus dalamhal ini pemilihan kendaran roda dua. Dimana metode ini memberikan penilaian dari permasalahanyang dihadapi berdasarkan nilai masing-masing masalah dan menentukan bobot masalah tersebut.Dengan demikian metode ini akan memberikan hasil atau sebuah solusi yang mana akan membantudalam melakukan pemilihan kendaran agar sesuai dengan harapan dan kebutuhan. Adapun metode yangdilakukan jauh dari kata sempurna namun kritik dan saran sangat dibutuhkan, agar metode yangdigunakan kedepannya dapat lebih baik. Ataupun digunakannya metode yang lain dengan tuuan yangsama dalam permasalahan yang sama yaitu pemilihan kendaraan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dankeinginan

Abstract

Logging is done by the existing village in kecamatan betara still using conventional systems. E.g. report onlogging in each village that has been getting help Raskin do still use paper, so often the error occurs in the inputand data archiving. The purpose of this research include generating analysis and design of information systemon logging the poor to poor rice program (Raskin) this research use use case diagrams, activity diagrams, andclass diagrams. On this research resulted in a prototype information system proram Raskin who can managesuch data, data community, village, transaction data and report data with the provided interface systems thatfacilitate in penginputan data for the user, and the data is stored into the database (the database) so that betterdata storage as well as ease in the search data. Suggestions on the research of the design of these systems needto be developed so that it can really be applied to the Sub-district Office Betara, and further research can beequipped with a system that can determine the community are eligible to receive aid automatically using asystem supporting the decision.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analye the operators’ ability and the utilization of informationtechnology on the quality of user report. This research uses the technology Acceptance Model withvariable perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude to ward using, , perceived behaviorcontrol, behavior intrension to use system, to know the behavior of operator to the plane of dalaobtained from 75 operators of user of secure goods through questionnaires. Method of dataanalysis used research is result of data. The result of of analyze thre were only 7, hipothesiswereaccepted. Here below were the corelation was proof to be statisticaly significant : a)behavior intrension to use system and attitude to ward using, b) perceived ease of use and attitudetowards using, c) Behavior intrension to use system and subject norm, d) Behavior intrension touse system and perceived behavior control, e) perceived ease of use and attitude towards using, f)behavior intrension to use system and perceived usefullness, g) behavior intrension to use systemand perceived ease of use.

Abstract

Problems in the administration of the occupation of the village of Kota Karang to the absence of a systemto manage data on population which has a database of mutual terinregrasi as well as reporting sluggish.The purpose of this research was to analyze and design the system of the administration of population onthe population data, employee Administration certificate as well as centralized reporting databsenya. Thisresearch method either using UML (Unified Modeling Language) to design the system. The results of thisresearch resulted in the design of administrative information systems process data directly to theintegrated population making the letters as well as a description of the reporting system. This plan couldbe developed into an application that can be implemented, as well as expected this research can be areference and learning especially in the field of information systems.

Abstract

The analysis and design of the archives management information system at KPU Jambi Province is a research that produces a design of a records management system that is expected to answer the problems that arise at this time, namely the process of managing records that still use manual methods and the absence of well- managed archival records. This research uses the prototype method with the UML (Unified Modeling Language) approach. This research produces a prototype that can provide an overview of the design of the archives management information system and the UML (Unified Modeling Language) approach as a tool that can facilitate the developer later in making the information system. With this the resulting prototype could be the first step for the Jambi Province KPU in managing records better.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, information technology or software is one of the important resources foran institution or organization. Data processing in software as a strategic decision-making tool must besupported by quality information systems and software. One of the information systems or software thatfunctions to assist management processes is the Human Resource Management Information System. Thequality of this system has a significant impact on the quality of the information generated. The datacollection method used a questionnaire and the data analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis. Theresults of the data analysis show that the average value of Functionality is 3.97, Usability is 3.62, Reliabilityis 4.11, Efficiency is 3.87, Maintainability is 3.63, and Portability is 3.79. Abstract

The management of alumni data that is still conducted manually at SMKN 1 Kempas has led to various issues, such as long processing times and difficulties in tracking alumni data. This study aims to develop an Alumni Data Management Information System that can facilitate both alumni and school officials in managing this data. The information system is developed using the PHP programming language and the CodeIgniter framework, following the Waterfall method. This Waterfall method includes stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system is designed to enable school officials to manage and monitor data efficiently, as well as to simplify the data entry process for alumni. The results of the system implementation indicate an increase in efficiency in managing alumni data, with faster processing times. Additionally, this system makes it easier for alumni to input their data and assists school officials in tracking and managing alumni data. Thus, the developed Alumni Data Management Information System successfully achieves its goal of facilitating the process of managing alumni data at SMKN 1 Kempas.

Abstract

Innovative Work Behavior and Employee Performance moderated by Digital Literacy has many benefits. To get these benefits, it is necessary to have the roles that supports the creation of Innovative Work Behavior and Employee Performance moderated by Digital Literacy. The purpose of this study is to build an understanding of the roles of Transactional Leadership, Transformational Leadership, Creative Self-efficacy In Innovative Work Behavior and Employee Performance moderated by Digital Literacy. The nature of this study is explanatory research.Data collection through questionnaire.The sampling method was target sampling. The sample size was 250 SME employees in Jambi city, and structural equation modeling (SEM) with his AMOS software was used for data analysis. The results of this study suggest that Transactional Leadership, Transformational Leadership, Creative Self -efficacy has a significant effect on Innovative Work Behavior and on Employee Performance. Digital Literacy strengthens the link between Innovative Work Behavior and Employee Performance. From the data it is recommended to increase the Transactional Leadership, Transformational Leadership, Creative Self-efficacy, and Digital Literacy to Improve the Innovative Work Behavior and Employee Performance.
