The purpose of this study was to analyze the cassava farm income, determine the amount of household income of cassava farmers, determine the level of welfare of households by household expenditure cassava farmers. The study was conducted using a survey method in District Sukadana, East Lampung regency. The location was conducted in Sukadana District, and it was selected purposively. Respondents were 48 cassava farmers drawn using simple random sampling method. Data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that average income of cassava farmers based on cash costs and total cost of Rp 21,931,956.9/year and USD 20,795,322,09/th per hectare. This Farming was beneficial because it gained acceptance ratio and the ratio obtained over and above the total cash cost (R/C ratio) of 4.71 and 3.95. Average household income of cassava farmers was Rp27,126,481.25 / years. Sajogyo criteria, there were 38 farm household were classified as peasants and 18 of them were classified as simple household. This research aims to analyze the level of satisfaction and loyalty of consumers’of onion crackers and build strategies on the development of onion creackers agroindustry in Bandar Lampung city . This research is a case study. The samples are stakeholders from agroindustry, government officer, employees, and consumers of onion crackers. Technique sampling for consumers is snowballing. The methods of data analysis used are Customer Satisfaction Index analysis(CSI) analysis, SWOT analysis and Quantitive Strategic Planing Matrix analysis (QSPM). The results of this research showed that onion crackers consumers were loyal customers with high levels of satisfaction (CSI = 71.04%) and on the loyalty pyramid consumers were categorized as loyal, because 63.33% of them were committed buyers. For strategies combination IFE value was 2.686 and EFE was 2.645. In the internal and external matrix the position of the business was in quadrant V, meaning that agroindustry were in the growth phase. Based on QSPM analysis, the recommended strategies were to increase the production amount especially in dry season in order to meet consumer demand in rainy season by implementing the provided production machines which were owned by the agroindustry.Key words: consumer, loyalty, onion crackers, statisfaction, strategy.

The study aimed to know the pattern of beef consumption, factors that affected the demand of beef, and the elasticity of the demand of beef. The research was conducted in the city of BandarLampung on purpose, based on the class of underprivilage households to privilage type III+, namely the upper class at Kemiling Permai Village of Kemiling Subdistrict, the middle class at Labuhan Ratu Village of Kedaton Subdistrict and the lower clas at Pesawahan Village of Southern Teluk Betung Subdistrict. The sample in the study was 54 house wives. The data was collected from October-November 2013. The data was analyzed by qualitative analysis, multiple linear regression and analysis of the elasticity of demand. The results showed as follows. The greatest amount of beef demand in the period of July–September 2013 was 0.5-3kg per 3 month, pieces of beef that was being the most widely consumed was chuck as much as 43.61kg per 3 month, frequency of beef consumption as much as 1-3 times in the period of July to September 2013, and a total of 76.64% of households chose the traditional market to buy beef. Factors affected on beef demand by households in the city of BandarLampung were chicken prices, level of education, income and place of purchase. The cross elasticity between broiler chicken and domestic chickens was positive, it meant that beef was substitution stuff; and income elasticity of the demand of beef worth positive; so that beef was normal stuff. This study aims to analyze the economic benefits received by members of KGM, the contribution of cooperation economic benefits on household income of KGM members, and non-economic benefits (level of satisfaction) of the KGM members. This research was conducted in KGM, PT GMP, Central Lampung Regency. The total samples are 75 members of KGM. Data analysis method that used is the economic benefits of cooperative analysis, analysis of household income cooperative members, and analysis of the level of satisfaction of member cooperatives using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) analysis. The results showed that the direct economic benefits derived by KGM members each year, was on average of Rp1,689,921.00, while the indirect economic benefits by KGM Members, each year, was on average of Rp9,565,067.00. Total economic benefits of KGM, contributing to income amounted to14.28% of members. Level of satisfaction of the members of KGM to KGM is 70.8 %, which means that members of the KGM feel satisfied with the performance of the services provided by the employee of KGM. This study conducted to analysis the unsustainable risk of coffee farming based on the farmer’s perspective. The field survey set with questioner as a tool in exploring the farmers’ condition. The method of analysis applied Chi-square and regression model. The results indicated that coffee farmer’s perspectives on risk significantly differ based on the education level. Environment risk conditions referred to land degradation, decrease water quality, and water shortage, biodiversity loss, and global warming impact. The economics risk referred to land certainty and decrease of yield (failure). On the other side, the coffee farming income has determined by land area, a number of coffee trees, land tenure, and the participation in the certification scheme.

Anggota koperasi merupakan faktor penting dalam menjalankan kegiatan koperasi. Salah satu hal yang harus diperhatikan dalam koperasi yaitu kepuasan anggota. Kepuasan anggota koperasi terhadap pelayanan koperasi menjadi salah satu tolak ukur keberhasilan koperasi dalam menyejahterakan anggotanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan yang dirasakan anggota koperasi terhadap pelayanan koperasi dan juga mengetahui atribut apa saja yang menjadi prioritas utama Koperasi Pertanian Seandanan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Responden yaitu anggota Koperasi Pertanian Seandanan yang berjumlah 35 anggota yang diambil secara simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2022 sampai dengan Maret 2022. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan Importance Perfomance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai CSI sebesar 70,12 persen yang berarti anggota koperasi puas terhadap pelayanan koperasi. Berdasarkan analisis IPA, terdapat tujuh atribut yang menjadi prioritas utama koperasi untuk lebih ditingkatkan lagi yaitu dukungan peralatan penunjang operasional, petugas lapangan kegiatan operasional memadai, koordinasi karyawan di lingkungan internal koperasi, koordinasi karyawan koperasi dengan instansi lain, jaminan atas kehilangan/kerusakan berkas administrasi, tingkat intelektualitas dan tanggung jawab petugas, dan pemahaman petugas terhadap kebutuhan anggota.

This study aims to analyze the attitude of consumers and the factors that influence the purchase of meatballs bulk in Bandar Lampung. The markets which are analyzed in this research are Way Halim Market, Koga Market, and Gintung Market. The method that is used in this study is a survey method. Respondents in this study were selected randomly using the Accidental Sampling method. Respondents in this study were consumers of bulk beef meatballs that had bought bulk beef meatballs at least 3 times in the last 2 months. Types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Before analyzing attitudes by Fishbein's multi-attribute analysis, the validity and reliability tests are first performed. To determine the factors that influenced the number of purchases of beef meatballs in bulk in Bandar Lampung City, multiple linear regression analysis is performed. Most respondents were housewives. The reaserch showed that attribute with the highest attitude score was the endurance attribute, while the cleanliness attribute, was the attribute with the smallest score. Factors that influence the number of consumers who bought meatballs in bulk were the price of bulk meatballs, the price of fish meatballs, the price of mustard greens, and the tastes of consumers. Fish meatballs were substitutes for bulk meatballs, if the price of bulk meatballs increases, consumers will choose to consume fish balls. Mustard was a complementary item from bulk meatballs, if the price of mustard greens increase, the purchase of bulk meatballs will decrease. Consumers who like the meatballs will tend to buy bulk meatballs with more amount than consumers who don’t like. Key words: attitude, consumers, decision, meatballs, purchasing

This research aims to analyze income farming of cooperative members and added value of processed products of coffee at cooperative Agro Panca Bhakti. This research was purposively conducted at Cooperative Agro Panca Bhakti, Sekincau, West Lampung Regency from May to July 2018 with 34 respondents cooperative members and 4 respondents cooperative management. The data of this research were collected by using case study method and were analyzed descriptively by income farming analysis and value added method by Hayami. The results of this research showed that the average of income based on total cost per year received by cooperative members was Rp11.012.188,82 per hectare. Processed products of coffee at cooperative Agro Panca Bhakti was viable development because it has positive added value.Keywords : coffee, income farming, value added

This study aims to determine the level of production efficiency of lowland rice farming and lowland rice farming income. The study was conducted using a survey method. The research was carried out in Sidomukti and Bumi Jaya Villages, with the consideration that both villages had the same type of wetland, namely the largest type of irrigated paddy in 2018. The number of respondents was 75 paddy rice farmers selected using a simple random method. Data collection was carried out in March-April 2019. The amount of income was analyzed by calculating the R/C and the level of production efficiency was analyzed by the stochastic frontier production function. The results showed that lowland rice farming was not yet technically efficient, economically very efficient, and very efficient in price. The income of lowland rice farming in season I to cash costs is IDR9,653,092.11 per ha with an R/C of 2.66 and the income of lowland rice farming to the total cost of IDR5,647,645.87 with an R / C of 1.58 per ha meaning that farming is profitable to be cultivated. Koperasi Produksi Ternak Maju Sejahtera merupakan koperasi peternakan yang beranggotakan peternak sapi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis manfaat ekonomi koperasi, struktur pendapatan, kesejahteraan serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesejahteraan anggota koperasi. Penelitian dilakukan di Koperasi Produksi Ternak Maju Sejahtera Kecamatan Tanjungsari Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Sampel penelitian 41 rumah tangga anggota koperasi yang dipilih acak sederhana. Analisis data deskripsi kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian:(1) total manfaat ekonomi koperasi yang diterima rendah, (2) kontribusi pendapatan terbesar adalah pendapatan usahatani sebesar 56,22% sedangkan manfaat ekonomi koperasi hanya 1,01%, (3) berdasarkan garis kemiskinan Badan Pusat Statistik 2018, anggota koperasi dalam kategori sejahtera. Pendapatan rumah tangga anggota koperasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kesejahteraan. Jumlah tanggungan keluarga berpengaruh negatif terhadap kesejahteraan anggota koperasi. The Maju Sejahtera Livestock Production Cooperative is a livestock cooperative consisting of cattle farmers. This study aims to analyze the economic benefits of cooperatives, income structure, welfare and the factors that affect the welfare of cooperative members. The research was conducted at the Maju Sejahtera Livestock Production Cooperative, Tanjungsari Subdistrict, Lampung Selatan District. The research sample was 41cooperative member household which at simple random. Analysis of data quantitative descriptions. The results (1) the total economic benefits of cooperatives received low, (2) the largest contribution to income is farming income of 56.22% while the economic benefits of cooperatives was only 1.01%, (3) based on the poverty line. Badan Pusat Statistik 2018, cooperative members are already in the prosperous category. Cooperative members' household income has a positive effect on welfare. The number of family dependents has a negative effect on the welfare of cooperative members.
