Abstract

Efficient blood distribution is crucial for the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) to save lives. This research develops a mobile-based blood distribution system that utilizes Dijkstra's Algorithm to determine the shortest delivery routes. The system is specifically designed for PMI in Palu City, assisting drivers in finding optimal paths and monitoring blood stock availability in hospitals in real-time. A prototyping method was employed for development, while the Google Maps API enables accurate route visualization. Research results indicate that Dijkstra's Algorithm reduces blood distribution time by 15-20% compared to the previously used manual methods. Additionally, this system facilitates better management of blood stocks and increases distribution speed. Blackbox testing ensures that all features function according to specifications. This research contributes to enhancing blood distribution efficiency at PMI, with the hope of minimizing the risk of blood shortages. Future research is recommended to further develop the system on a larger scale to address more complex distribution challenges.

Abstract

Keeping fish in aquariums has become one of the people's hobbies. An important factor in fish maintenance is the process of feeding and controlling the temperature of the aquarium. However, with various activities, fish care is often not carried out properly. This study develops an automatic system for feeding and controlling the temperature of the aquarium with goldfish as the test object. This study designs an automatic system to control the temperature and feeding in the aquarium using hardware such as a DS18B20 temperature sensor, load cell, and ultrasonic sensor. This system is controlled by ESP32 for reading sensor data and Arduino Uno for controlling the relay, cooling system, heater, and servo motor. ESP32 reads sensor data and sends it via MQTT to Node-red. Based on this data, the system regulates the temperature by activating the cooler (peltier and water pump) if the temperature is >28℃ and turning off the cooler when the temperature is <26℃. The heater is active if the temperature is <24℃ and stops when the temperature reaches 26℃. Feeding is carried out according to schedule, with servo 1 dropping feed into the load cell until the weight reaches the target weight. After that, servo 2 moves the feed into the aquarium. If the weight has not reached the target, servo 1 continues to be active. Based on the test, the average percentage of error in the temperature sensor is 0,08%, the weight sensor is 1.10%, and the ultrasonic sensor is 1.61%. This system successfully performs four times a day feeding and controls the temperature within the optimal range for goldfish, which is 24-28℃. The test results show that this system functions well and is in accordance with the research objectives.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model pembelajaran praktik pengelasan berbasis kewirausahaan yang valid, praktis dan efektif untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research & Development dan dikembangkan menggunakan model ADDIE. Perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan berupa buku panduan, modul, RPP dan jobsheet. Rancangan uji coba perangkat pembelajaran menggunakan dua tahap, yaitu validasi ahli dan uji lapangan. Subjek penelitian siswa kelas XI TKR SMK Negeri di kabupaten Bulukumba sebanyak 20 orang. Seluruh data diperoleh dari instrumen pengumpulan data dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perangkat pembelajaran sudah memiliki kualitas yang cukup valid dan layak untuk digunakan, hal ini berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli yang mencapai kategori cukup valid untuk buku panduan, kategori cukup valid untuk modul pembelajaran, kategori cukup valid untuk RPP, dan kategori cukup valid untuk jobsheet. (2) Perangkat pembelajaran sudah praktis untuk digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, hal ini berdasarkan respon siswa yang menunjukan respon sangat baik. (3) Penerapan perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan ternyata efektif untuk menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya ide-ide yang tumbuh dari siswa dan produk akhir dari pembelajaran. Dengan demikian maka model pembelajaran dapat digunakan sebab telah mencapai kategori valid, praktis, dan efektif.

Abstract

The film "Dirty Vote" provides a realistic depiction of alleged fraud issues within Indonesia's democratic system, released ahead of the 2024 elections. This has sparked various public opinions, both in favor of and against the film, potentially affecting the stability of Indonesia’s democratic system. The aim of this research is to analyze the public's reaction to the "Dirty Vote" documentary, which could serve as a consideration for assessing public awareness in rationally responding to a film and improving the quality of democracy in Indonesia. This research will test the accuracy of data used in classification using the Naive Bayes Classifier based on collected Twitter data. The evaluation results of the Naive Bayes model for sentiment classification showed an accuracy of 86%, with a precision of 84% and a recall of 91%. When compared to the implementation of hyperparameter tuning using grid search with a stratified k-fold combination and parameter configurations for alpha: [0,1], binarize: [0.0], and fit prior: [true, false], better results were obtained with an accuracy of 90%, a precision of 87%, and a recall of 94%. This demonstrates that using parameter optimization methods from grid search can help improve the accuracy of a classification model. It is hoped that this research will contribute significantly to the development of Indonesia’s democratic system, particularly in raising public awareness to think more rationally and critically when evaluating and analyzing a film.

Abstract

In 2020-2023. The issue of high school dropouts at SMA Negeri 2 Sigi increased, causing impacts such as declining school accreditation, a decrease in the number of students, and operational aid. This research aims to build an early prediction system for student dropouts using Machine Learning (ML). In this study, data from 200 students were used. With 16 students labeled as dropout. The results showed a model accuracy of 0.942 and an area under the curve (AUC) of 0.948. the factors most influencing student droppout are average grades, meeting targets, and father’s education leve.

Abstract

sistem informasi kepegawaian adalah untuk data menangani kepegawaian, hal ini sangatlah penting mengingat kebutuhan akan ada data peningkatan dan informasi. Saat ini Direktorat Samapta Polda Sulteng masih mengolah data personel terutama dengan manual, termasuk pengolahan data dan penyimpanan informasi. File sangat penting untuk menjaga data kerahasia, terutama untuk dokumen yang isinya hanya dapat diakses oleh individu yang berwenang. Tanpa tindakan pencegahan keaman, kerahasia dan intersepsi akan terancam menjadi penghambat produktivitas pekerja. Demi menjaga kerahasiaan berkas dokumen yang merupakan aset berharga Direktorat Samapta Polda Sulteng, RC4 dalam penelitian ini dimanfaatkan untuk membantu pengarsipan data dan data perlindungan. Pengujian keberhasilan sistem menggunakan Delone Dan Mclean ADALAH Model Sukses menunjukan bahwa pengguna puas dengan sistem informasi pegawai ditsamapta polda provinsi Sulawesi Tengah Menggunakan RC4 beserta kualitas informasi yang disajikan.

Abstract

Technology facilitates the process of futsal field rental, such as payment queueing and real-time monitoring. An Android application has been developed to manage payment queueing and futsal field rental at Novega Futsal Court, addressing inefficiencies of traditional methods that decrease customer satisfaction. Utilizing Rapid Application Development (RAD) and First In First Out (FIFO) method, this application designed expedite and enhance the queueing process. Data was collected through direct interaction with respondents and on-site observation, while its development involved the use of React Native and Node.js. Testing results indicate the application functions as expected, enabling users to easily rent and pay, and assisting managers in efficiently organizing queues. This application enhances service efficiency and customer satisfaction, making a positive contribution to technology-based futsal management.

Abstract

The attendance information system at Senior High School 7 Sigi, still uses a manual attendance system, namely writing on paper sheets. The problem that often occurs is the loss of student attendance books which causes the school to have difficulty in recapitulating attendance and also reporting attendance to parents. Another problem that occurs due to manual attendance is that parents cannot directly monitor their children's attendance at school which causes some students to skip school. The recommended solution is to use an attendance information system by utilizing QR Code technology so that student attendance is more practical and also the data storage is much safer. WhatsApp Gateway is used as a monitoring medium for parents because this system will send notifications via the WhatsApp application every time the lesson starts, effectively and in real-time. This attendance system uses the Waterfall method which starts from the planning, analysis, design and implementation stages

Abstract

This research introduces "PINUS: Petualangan Ilmu Nusantara," an educational game designed to improve players' knowledge and interest in Indonesian culture, flora, fauna, and national figures. The game incorporates the Fisher-Yates Shuffle algorithm to randomize questions and answers, ensuring variety, and the Fuzzy Tsukamoto algorithm to calculate scores based on player performance for fair and competitive assessment. Quantitative methods were employed, with data collected through interviews, literature reviews, and system testing via alpha testing (black- box) and beta testing (user acceptance testing or UAT). The One Group Pretest- Posttest Design method was also applied. The findings show that the Fisher-Yates Shuffle enhances challenge and engagement, while the Fuzzy Tsukamoto algorithm ensures balanced scoring, fostering motivation. UAT results indicate strong functional acceptance, with an average score of 84.9% ("Strongly Agree"). The pre- test and post-test analysis revealed a score improvement average of 0.307, categorized as moderate. These findings affirm PINUS effectiveness in enhancing learning comprehension by offering interactive features, educational content, and dynamic question variations. The game provides an engaging, accessible, and technology-driven learning medium, making it a valuable tool for supporting educational initiatives.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has raised public expectations for easy access to government services and information. In response, the Parigi Moutong District Government has implemented the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) with an SPBE index of 2.68, indicating that the system has been well implemented. This study employs the Enterprise Architecture (EA)methodology, based on the TOGAF ADM, with a focus on the infrastructure domain to enhance efficiency, security, and integration within SPBE. The study involves the stages of preparation, data collection, analysis, design, finalization, and validation. The identified gap is that, despite the successful implementation of SPBE, the integration of modern technologies such as AI and blockchain to strengthen security and efficiency has not yet been fully optimized. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of advanced technologies in the Enterprise Architecture blueprint for SPBE, as well as the implementation of pilot testing to evaluate the alignment of the application with real-world conditions. The research aims to develop a comprehensive blueprint offering infrastructure improvement solutions for the Parigi Moutong District Government. The results show that TOGAF ADM successfully improves system integration, bureaucratic efficiency, and public service quality. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of adjusting technology to suit local conditions and needs when applying it to other regions.
