Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini ditujukan untuk melatih siswa untuk menggunakan informasi secara bertanggung jawab dengan cara mencantumkan asal atau sumber informasi yang dipergunakan, mensitasi atau mengutip informasi tertentu dengan benar, serta menggunakan informasi secara beretika. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah metode partisipatif dengan melalui tiga tahap yaitu 1) sosialisasi, 2) pendampingan, 3) monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil dari pelaksanaan adalah: 1) pemahaman literasi informasi dalam kategori sangat baik. Hal ini ditandai dengan rata-rata persentase indikator ketercapaian sebesar 86%. 2) memperoleh respon positif yang dilihat dari indikator kehadiran peserta mencapai 98% dari target dan peserta antusias selama mengikuti kegiatan dari awal sampai akhir kegiatan. Kegiatan literasi informasi perlu dilaksanakan secara rutin agar seluruh siswa mampu menelusur dan mengevaluasi informasi dengan baik. Perpustakaan perlu mensosialisasikan kegiatan ini untuk membantu siswa dalam pencarian informasi ilmiah sehingga keterbatasan sumber informasi ilmiah berupa jurnal dapat diatasi dengan situs-situs yang meyediakan jurnal-jurnal ilmiah tak berbayar atau gratis

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to test the effectiveness of the comic-assisted Problem Based Learning model on the critical thinking skills of grade IV students of SD Negeri Bandungan 01. The research carried out was quantitative using a quasi-experimental method, in the form of a one-group pretest–posttest design. Data collection techniques to measure the learning outcomes of students' critical thinking skills with assessments in the form of pretest and posttest. The research sample was 28 students in grade IV A SD Negeri Bandungan 01. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes as evidenced by the comparison of pretest and posttest results, the posttest score was much higher with an average of 64.57 compared to the pretest score with an average of 39.57. So it can be concluded that the comic-assisted Problem Based Learning model is effective on the critical thinking skills of grade IV students of SD Negeri Bandungan 01. Based on the results of this study, suggestions can be given so that teachers can implement the comic-assisted Problem Based Learning model to create effective and fun learning for students.  Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji keefektifan model Problem Based Learning berbantuan komik terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Bandungan 01. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan berjenis kuantitatif menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen, dengan bentuk desain one-group pretest–posttest design. Teknik pengumpulan data untuk mengukur hasil belajar kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dengan penilaian berupa pretest dan posttest. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV A SD Negeri Bandungan 01 sebanyak 28 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dibuktikan dengan perbandingan hasil pretest dan posttest, nilai posttest jauh lebih tinggi dengan rata-rata 64,57 dibandingkan nilai pretest dengan rata-rata 39,57. Sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa model Problem Based Learning berbantuan komik efektif terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Bandungan 01. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat diberikan saran agar guru bisa mengimplementasikan model Problem Based Learning berbantuan komik agar tercipta pembelajaran efektif serta menyenangkan untuk siswa.

Abstract

Abstract This quantitative study aims to investigate the effect of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model, facilitated by visual media and Snake Ladder Question, on the learning interest of third-grade students at SD Negeri Harjosari 01. This research employs a quantitative approach, as it seeks to determine the effect of the TGT model, assisted by Snake Ladder Question media, on the learning interest of third-grade students at SD Negeri Harjosari 01. The experimental method is used in this study, with a design similar to the pre-test and post-test control group design. The population of this study comprises 430 students, with a sample of 46 students selected using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the Snake Ladder Question media can create an interactive and engaging learning environment. The t-test analysis yields a t-count value of 5.137, which exceeds the t-table value for df 12. Consequently, the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. The findings suggest that the Team Games Tournament model has a significant impact on the learning interest of third-grade students at SD Negeri Harjosari 01. Therefore, this study concludes that the Team Game Tournament model, assisted by Snake Ladder Question media, enhances the learning interest of third-grade students at SD Negeri Harjosari 01. Abstrak Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu: Ada pengaruh dan perbedaan penggunaan model pembelajaran TGT (Team Geam Tournament) menggunakan media visual berbantuan Snake Ladder Question terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas 3 di SD Negri Harjosari 01. Model yang peneliti gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode eksperimen. Dalam rencana penelitian ini, hampir sama dengan desain kelompok kontrol pretest dan post-test di mana peneliti mendistribusikan pertanyaan-pertanyaan pre-test, menemukan situasi awal siswa, sejauh mana siswa memahami pertanyaan sebelumnya, dan post-test menyelidiki siswa setelah mempelajari model dan metode yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti dari kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol yang telah ditentukan.  Jumlah populasi subyek 430 siswa dan jumlah sample 46 siswa diambil dengan Teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media Snake Ladder Question dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang interaktif dan tidak membosankan.  Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan berdasarkan analisis menggunakan hasil uji t sampel, nilai t hitung adalah 5,137, yang lebih besar dari nilai t tabel untuk df 12. Sebaliknya, ketika nilai sig(2-tailed) kurang dari 0,000, Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dalam hal ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model Team Games Tournament berdampak pada minat siswa kelas 3 SD Negeri Harjosari 01. Jadi dapat disimpulkan berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan mengenai model Team Game Tournament dengan bantuan media Snake Ladder Question, dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa kelas 3 di SD Negeri Harjosari 01.

Abstract

Abstract Students' ability to understand concepts so they can apply their knowledge and understanding of mathematics. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the SAVI (somatic, auditory, visual and intellectual) learning model assisted by Canva on students' conceptual understanding. The subjects of this research were 28 students in class II A and 28 students in class II B at SDN Bandungan 01. The type of data collected in this research is quantitative and experimental methods. Data collection techniques in this research are Test (Pre Test and Post Test) and Non Test (Observation, Questionnaire and Documentation). The data analysis techniques in this research are normality test, homogeneity test, hypothesis test in the form of independent sample t-test and simple linear regression test. The results of the research show that: (1) There are differences in students' understanding of concepts using the SAVI learning model assisted by Canva media. This is proven by the results of the Independent Sample T-Test with a significance level of less than 0.05, namely 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the experimental class and control class learning groups, where the average value for the experimental class is 91.11 greater than the control class average of 82.75. (2) There is an influence of using the SAVI learning model assisted by Canva media on students' understanding of concepts. This is proven by the results of the Simple Linear Regression Test with a significance value of less than 0.05, namely 0.008 < 0.05. The conclusion of this research is that the SAVI (somatic, auditory, visual and intellectual) learning model assisted by Canva media is effective in influencing students' concept understanding abilities. Abstrak Kemampuan siswa untuk memahami konsep sehingga mereka dapat menerapkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mereka tentang matematika. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran SAVI (Somatik, Auditory, Visual, Intelektual) berbantuan Cafas terhadap pemahaman konsep siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa SD N Bandungan 01. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 28 siswa kelas II A dan 28 siswa II B SDN Bandungan 01. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dan metode eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah Tes (Pre Test dan Post Test) dan Non Test (Observasi, Angket, dan Dokumentasi). Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji hipotesis yang berupa uji independent sample t-test dan uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat perbedaan pemahaman konsep siswa siswa dengan penggunaan model pembelajaran SAVI berbantuan media Canva. Perihal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil Uji Independent Sample T-Test dengan taraf nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0,05 yaitu 0,000 < 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok belajar kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol, yang dimana nilai rataan untuk kelas eksperimen 91,11 lebih besar daripada rataan kelas kelas kontrol 82,75. (2) Terdapat pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran SAVI berbantuan media Cafas terhadap pemahaman konsep siswa. Perihal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil Uji Regresi Linier Sederhana dengan nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0,05 yaitu 0,008 < 0,05. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran SAVI (Somatik, Auditory, Visual, Intelektual) berbantuan media Cafas terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa.

This service aims to determine the effect of Canva-assisted learning media on the problem-solving abilities of fourth grade elementary school students on KPK and FPB materials. The population in this service is students of SD N 2 Ampel and students of SD N 3 Urutsewu who are still in one cluster, then for the samples in this service are 4th grade students of SD N 2 Ampel and 4th grade students of SD N 3 Urutsewu. The results of the service show that there is an effect of using Canva-assisted learning media on the problem-solving abilities of fourth grade students on the KPK and FPB material, as evidenced by a significance level of 0.011 <0.05 using a simple linear regression test. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was a difference in cognitive abilities between students who received contructivistic learning with teaching aids media, with students who received expository learning models; Mathematical cognitive abilities of students who received contructivistic learning with teaching aids media were better or not than students who received expository learning in grade 5 students at Piyanggang Elementary School 02. This type of research is True Experimental Design using a randomized research design on objects. The population in this study were all fifth grade students of SDN Piyanggang 02 Semarang Regency in the 2017/2018 school year with 28 students divided into two classes. The sample in this study was taken by cluster random sampling and selected class V B students as the experimental class and class V A students as the control class using the expository learning model. The research data was obtained by test and documentation methods. The results of data analysis with different tests of cognitive abilities between the experimental class and the control class showed that the average value in the experimental class was higher than the average value in the control class. The average value of the experimental class is 81 while the average value of the control class is 69. This shows that learning with the contructivistic model with media teaching aids proves to be better than expository learning in the control class.

Abstract

This study presents the impact of the Problem-based Learning model on the conceptual understanding of V-grade students at SD Negeri Karangjati 04 through a scientific approach. The research adopts a quantitative method with a Quasi-Experimental Design (Non-Equivalent Control Group Design). The population comprises all students of SD Negeri Karangjati 04. The sample consists of class VA as the Experimental group and class VB as the Control group. Data collection techniques included tests using pre-tests and post-tests, as well as non-test methods such as observation, questionnaires, documentation, and unstructured interviews. Data analysis involved normality, homogeneity, and independent sample t-tests. The findings indicate that implementing problem-based learning models with a scientific approach can enhance students’ conceptual understanding, as demonstrated by the independent sample t-test, which shows a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the simple linear regression test, indicating a significant value of 0.009 < 0.05. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the use of problem-based learning models with a scientific approach can improve students' ability to comprehend concepts.

Abstract

Pengabdian ditujukan kepada Siswa Kelas 4 SDN Jubelan 01 Kecamatan Sumowono Kabupaten Semarang. Masalah yang dihadapi mitra adalah belum adanya penguatan pendidikan karakter pada siswa, kurangnya karakter kreatif siswa, serta guru belum menggunakan media berbasis aplikasi yang mampu meningkatkan karakter kreatif siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi,demonstrasi dan praktik penggunaan aplikasi smartdle, pendampingan penerapan aplikasi smartdle dalam pembelajaran, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil dari pelatihan ini peserta kegiatan telah mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan danketerampilan dengan rata-rata 92%, yaitu penguatan pendidikan karakter siswa sebesar 98%, peningkatan karakter kreatif siswa sebesar 85% serta kemampuan guru dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis digital sebesar 93%. Oleh karena itu, hasil kegiatan pendampingan penggunaan aplikasi smartdle ini dapat dikatakan berhasil dalam kategori sangat baik. Program pengabdian berupa penguatan pendidikan karakter perlu terus diupayakan. Melalui penerapan pembiasaan literasi di sekolah, maka penguatan karakter siswa akan terbentuk dengan sendirinya

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the Student Facilitator And Explaining learning model assisted by Dopesen media on the conceptual understanding ability of fifth grade elementary school students. The type of research used is Quasi Experimental Design with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population in this study were all students of Ungaran 02 Elementary School. The sample used in this study was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The sample of this study was fifth grade of Ungaran 02 Elementary School. Data collection techniques used were test techniques and non-test techniques. The test technique used pretest and posttest while the non-test technique used observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques with normality tests, homogeneity tests, independent sample t-tests and simple linear regression. The results of the study showed: (1) There was a difference in students' conceptual understanding abilities regarding the use of the Student Facilitator And Explaining model assisted by Dopesen media, with a significance value of 0.010 < 0.05 (2) There was an influence of the use of the Student Facilitator And Explaining learning model assisted by Dopesen media on students' conceptual understanding abilities with a significance value of 0.003 (<0.05).
