Abstract

ABSTRAKKelompok Usaha Kopi Luwak Manglayang (KLM) berusaha mengembangkan agrowisata kopi  luwak dengan menerapkan  kaidah kesejahteraan hewan di kawasan kaki Gunung Manglayang, namun saat ini belum dikembangkan secara optimal. Penelitian dilakukan pada kelompok usaha KLM, di kaki Gunung Manglayang. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik penelitian studi kasus. Rancangan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif, analisis matriks IFE, analisis matriks EFE, dan analisis SWOT. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa kegiatan agrowisata kopi luwak yang telah dilakukan oleh KLM mulai dari edukasi mengenai proses produksi kopi luwak dengan menerapkan kaidah kesejahteraan satwa hingga wisata kuliner. Strategi yang telah dilakukan oleh KLM dalam pengembangan agrowisata kopi luwak adalah membuat rencana dalam perbaikan fasilitas di lokasi KLM, meningkatkan cita rasa kopi yang dihasilkan oleh KLM, dan melakukan promosi agrowisata KLM melalui media sosial. Strategi yang paling tepat dan diutamakan dalam pengembangan agrowisata KLM yaitu strategi agresif dengan meningkatkan berbagai daya tarik agrowisata KLM serta memperluas pemasaran agrowisata KLM.Kata kunci: agrowisata, strategi pengembangan, analisis SWOTABSTRACTKelompok Usaha Kopi Luwak Manglayang (KLM) trying to develop civet coffee agrotourism by applying animal welfare rules in the Manglayang Mountain, but currently it has not been optimally developed. The study was conducted at Kelompok Usaha Kopi Luwak Manglayang (KLM), at Manglayang Mountain. The research design used is qualitative with case study research techniques. The data analysis design used qualitative descriptive analysis, IFE matrix analysis, EFE matrix analysis, and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the civet coffee agrotourism activities conducted by KLM started from education about the production process of civet coffee by applying animal welfare principles to culinary tourism. Strategies that have been made by KLM in the development of agro civet coffee is making plans in facility improvements at the site of KLM, enhance the flavor of the coffee produced by KLM and KLM agrotourism promotion through social media. The most appropriate strategy and priority in the development of agro-KLM is an aggressive strategy to increase the variety of agro-tourism appeal and expand marketing agro KLM KLM.Keywords : agrotourism, development strategy, SWOT analysis

Abstract

ABSTRAKPemetaan konflik dapat mengklarifikasi berbagai level permasalahan, memberikan gambaranmenyeluruh, mengorganisasi titik pandang setiap orang dan memberi solusi efektif. Penelitian inibertujuan memetakan pemicu konflik, jenis konflik, dan penanganan konflik oleh perusahaan.Penelitian dilakukan di Perkebunan Tambaksari PTPN VIII Subang dengan desain kualitatif danmetode studi kasus. Staf perkebunan, tokoh masyarakat, LSM, staf desa, staf kecamatan, karyawanperkebunan dan masyarakat di sekitar perkebunan dipilih secara sengaja sebagai informan denganmenggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakanpendekatan triangulasi. Hasil pemetaan mengungkap bahwa konflik dipicu oleh kondisi masyarakatsekitar yang miskin, kondisi perusahaan yang melemah, provokasi pihak ketiga dan tidak adanya gantirugi atas lahan garapan masyarakat yang sekarang dikonversi menjadi kelapa sawit oleh perusahaan.Konflik berwujud penyerobotan lahan perusahaan. Penanganan konflik sudah berlangsung lama danmelibatkan berbagai pihak terkait, namun semua pihak belum memahami pentingnya melakukanpemetaan konflik. Perlu integrasi atau kolaborasi pendekatan formal dan lokal dalam pemetaan konflikagraria.Kata kunci: pemetaan konflik, perusahaan perkebunan, masyarakat sekitarABSTRACTMapping the conflict may clarify the various levels of problems, giving a whole, organizing point ofview of each person and provide effective solutions. This study aims to map a trigger of conflict, typesof conflicts, and conflict management by the company. The study was conducted in Plantation PTPNVIII Tambaksari Subang with qualitative design and the case study method. Plantation staff,community leaders, NGOs, village staff, district staff, plantations employees and communities aroundthe plantation been deliberately as an informant by using snowball sampling technique. Data wereanalyzed using triangulation approach. Mapping results reveal that the conflict was triggered by thepoor condition of the surrounding communities, business conditions weakened, provocation thirdparties and the absence of compensation for people whose arable land is now converted into oil palmby the company. Conflict tangible land grabbing companies. Handling conflict has lasted a long timeand involve multiple stakeholders, but all parties do not understand the importance of mapping theconflict. Need integration formal and local approaches to mapping agrarian conflicts.Keywords: conflict mapping, plantation companies, local communities

Abstract

ABSTRAKPeluang berkembangnya agroindustri teh rakyat cukup besar, akibat semakin tingginya permintaan pasar luar negeri dan dalam negeri dalam bentuk“instant tea”.Namun, kondisi tersebut belum dapat dimanfaatkan dengan baik oleh petani teh maupun pelaku agroindustri teh rakyat. Ini terlihat dari, rendahnya produktivitas kebun teh milik petani, sehingga kurang dapat memenuhi permintaan pucuk teh oleh pelaku agroindustri the rakyat. Selanjutnya, pelaku agroindustri teh rakyat hanya dapat mengolah pucuk tehnya dalam bentuk teh hijau (curah) dengan harga yang murah. Akibatnya, pihak agroindustri teh rakyat membeli pucuk dari petani dengan harga murah dan mutu rendah. Penelitian  dilakukan untuk mengkaji kendala yang dihadapi dan keberlanjutan agro-industri teh. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi deskriptif survey. Tempat penelitian  yang dipilih  adalah Kabupaten: Garut (Kecamatan Cisurupan), Cianjur (Kecamatan Sukanagara) dan Bandung (Kecamatan Pasirjambu), yang  merupakan sentra teh di Provinsi Jawa Barat.Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan:pejabat pada instansi pemerintah, koperasi, pabrikan, asosiasi petani teh, kelompok tani, serta  petaniteh  yang diambil secara purposive. Sedangkan responden diambil secara proposional dari ketiga wilayah penelitian, dansetiap kecamatan diambil 30 orang petani teh. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif, dengan pendekatan system thinking.  Kendala yang dihadapi agroindustri teh rakyat, yaitu masih kurang dalam: 1) ketersediaan pucuk teh sebagai bahan baku, 2) pengetahuan untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah pucuk teh, 3) kemampuan penyediaan modal dan mesin olah pucuk teh, dan  4) dukungan pemerintah dalam mempromosikan teh olahan rakyat (misalnya: dalam rapat atau kegiatan yang berlangsung di pemerintahan belum memanfaatkan produk olahan teh dari petani). Kondisi ini berdampak terhadap keberlanjutan agroindustri teh rakyat.Kata kunci: agroindustri, berkelanjutan, kemandirian, nilai tambah, teh rakyat. ABSTRACT The increasing market demand, abroad and domestically in the form of "instant tea" (food, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetics), and also support from the higher government through GPATN program makes the oopportunities of tea small holder groups into tea agro-industry business is quite huge.But infact, this opportunity cannot be utilized properly by tea small holder. Most of the tea small holders still sell their products in the form oftea fresh leaf. This research was conducted to investigate the constrain of tea small holder in agroindustry development.The study was conducted using a survey descriptive study approach. Selected location research is located at the center of tea small holder in West Java province, i.e.District of Garut, Cianjur and Bandung. In this research, the data were collected by interviews with relevant parties, i.e. officials at government agencies, cooperatives, manufacturers, associations of tea farmers, tea small holder groups, and tea farmers.While respondents were taken proportionally from the three study areas, and each district was taken by 30 tea farmers. Data were analyzed descriptively, with a system thinking approach. Constraints faced by the tea tea agro-industry, which are still lacking in: 1) the availability of tea shoots as raw materials, 2) knowledge to increase the added value of tea tops, 3) the ability to provide capital and tea shoot machines, and 4) government support in promoting tea processed by the people (for example: in meetings or activities that take place in the government have not utilized tea processing products from farmers). This condition has an impact on the sustainability of the people's tea agro-industry.Key words : agro-industry, independence,sustainability,tea small holder, value added

Abstract

Kabupaten Bandung Barat merupakan wilayah sentra produksi paprika. Penurunan kualitas dan kuantitas produksi, ketergantungan benih impor serta sulitnya akses terhadap lembaga keuangan dapat berimplikasi terhadap keberlanjutan agribisnis paprika. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja keberlanjuntan agribisnis paprika di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Berdasarkan pengambilan sampel secara sensus, penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan diskusi dengan pihak terkait dalam pengambilan data. Dimensi ekonomi, sosial, lingkungan, teknologi dan kelembagaan dianalisis dengan menggunakan indeks rata-rata persepsi petani. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kinerja keberlanjutan agribisnis paprika di Kabupaten Bandung Barat secara umum termasuk kategori cukup dengan nilai tertinggi dimensi sosial dan terendah dimensi teknologi. Kinerja keberlanjutan ini dapat meningkat dengan perbaikan setiap dimensi. Oleh karena itu di dalam perencanaan kebijakan untuk pengembangan keberlanjutan agribisnis paprika sebaiknya memprioritaskan pada peningkatan indikator yang berpengaruh besar terhadap dimensinya.

Abstract

Genteng Village having its natural resources agricultural abundant, which is dominated by the various types plants horticulture one of them commodities are tomatoes. Agroindustry Dodol Tomat is one and only industry that processes tomato processing into refined products since 2017 by KWT Mentari. The purpose of this research is to describe the performance of agro-processing industry of dodol tomat, and to know added value obtained from processing of tomatoes until into become dodol tomat. This research uses qualitative design with case study technique. The data analysis methods that being used Hayami's added value analysis method. This research result indicates that the value added is received on the business of  dodol tomat amounting to Rp 11.340 per kilogram with a ratio of added value to the average output value of 37,8% per production process.Keywords: Tomatoes, Value Added, Performance of Agroindustry.

Abstract

The increasing trend of coffee consumption leads to Agrowisata N8’s plan to open a coffee shop in their lodging area as an addition to their facilities and asset utilization that are expected to provide economic value. The aim of this study is to obtain a feasibility analysis of a coffee shop that located in Agrowisata N8 Malabar with a qualitative research method and a case study approach. Data collection techniques carried out in the form of library research, interviews, observation and documentation. This feasibility study are observed from legal aspect, market and marketing aspect, environmental aspect, management and human resources aspect, technical and technological aspect and  financial aspects with the calculation of the feasibility of investment such as NPV, IRR, Net B/C and Payback Period. The results showed that based on the non-financial aspect, this coffee shop is feasible to run. Financial analysis of Agrowisata N8 coffee shop shows an NPV value of Rp. 82,929,169, an IRR value of 49.51%, a Net B / C of 1.78 and a payback period of 2 years and 4 months. Keywords: Coffee Shop, Feasibility Study, Malabar

Abstract

The tea commodity has an important role in the Indonesian economy, namely as an absorption of labor, a source of income for farmers, foreign exchange, encouraging agro-industrial development and environmental conservation. The purpose of this study is to determine and evaluate the sustainability status of the Barokah farmer group's tea plantations. The research was conducted in the tea plantation agro-industry of the Barokah farmer group, Ciwidey District, Bandung Regency. The data used in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. Primary data used in this study were obtained from direct observations in the field and direct interviews with the object of research. Secondary data in this study were obtained from related parties such as the Barokah Farmer Group, the people's tea agro-industry, the Lebak Muncang Village Office. Apart from what has been mentioned above, researchers also use secondary data from literature studies, journals, previous research. The analysis method uses multidimensional scaling (MDS). The results showed the evaluation results of the agro-industrial sustainability of the Barokah farmer groups' tea plantations, showing all dimensions, namely ecological, economic, social, institutional and technological in the sufficient category.

Abstract

Rapid technological advances allow access to information about healthy food nowadays is no longer an important issue.  Sellers and buyers can interact directly through the internet without having to go out of the house.    The large number of e-commerce and marketplace options makes competition between retailers even tighter. XYZ is one of the many e-commerce that sells vegetables and fruits. The intense competition amid a pandemic demands XYZ to continue making improvements in service quality and product quality. This study aims to measure the level of satisfaction and level of consumer loyalty of XYZ in Jabodetabek. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to XYZ consumers via Instagram’s direct message. The research used a quantitative design with an explanatory survey as the technique of the research. The number of samples used in this study was 96 samples with respondents who happened to shop for vegetables and fruits from XYZ and live in Jabodetabek. Data analysis that was used in the research was descriptive, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results showed that XYZ consumers in Jabodetabek were very satisfied with the services provided by XYZ. They also tend to have a very high level of loyalty.

Abstract

Many parties such as business people have used technological developments to facilitate their marketing activities. The technology that is often used in marketing, especially in the promotional aspect, is social media instagram. One of the business players who use Instagram as a promotional media is Kojama Shop, an online shop that sells avocado butter and other local fruits. This report is written with objective of knowing the advertising effectiveness of social media instagram Kojama Shop. The sampling technique used to research was convenience sampling on Kojama Shop active followers. This research used AIDA model method which consists of four dimensions; attention, interest, desire, and action. The results prove that the advertisement on Kojama Shop instagram is considered very effective with a value of 4.337 for the attention dimension, 4.26 for the interest dimension, and 4.277 for the desire dimension. Meanwhile, it was considered effective with a value of 4.117for the action dimension. The improvement recommendations for the action dimension are to develop and provide innovations in promotional methods to increase consumer confidence in making purchases. The results of this study also prove that the overall value of the AIDA is considered very effective with an AIDA Rate value of 4.248.

Abstract

Pertanian merupakan salah satu sektor penting di Indonesia, karena sektor pertanian mempunyai peranan dari keseluruhan perekonomian nasional guna mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Namun, seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi, kawasan perkotaan mengalami perkembangan yang mengarah kepada industrialisasi yang menyebabkan terjadinya konversi lahan pertanian menjadi kawasan yang berbasis bisnis dan memicu terjadinya percepatan migrasi yang merupakan sebuah tantangan karena dapat menimbulkan permasalahan kependudukan akibat terjadinya laju pertumbuhan penduduk. Laju pertumbuhan penduduk terjadi dengan sangat cepat. Tingginya laju pertumbuhan penduduk mendorong semakin meningkatnya kebutuhan lahan untuk perumahan, industri dan jasa, ditambah dengan adanya rencana pembangunan pelabuhan berskala Internasional yang merupakan proyek Masterplan Percepatan dan Perluasan Pembangunan Ekonomi Indonesia (MP3EI) di Cilamaya tentunya akan kembali menggerus lahan pertanian yang dapat menimbulkan terjadinya tekanan penduduk dan menyebabkan berkurangnya lahan pertanian sehingga berpengaruh terhadap daya dukung lahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat tekanan penduduk serta tingkat daya dukung lahan di Kecamatan Cilamaya Kulon, Kabupaten Karawang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik survei dengan mengambil lokasi penelitian di Kecamatan Cilamaya Kulon. Metode perhitungan menggunakan rumus Otto Soemarwoto Model III. Hasil penelitian secara umum di Kecamatan Cilamaya Kulon telah terjadi tekanan penduduk dengan nilai rata-rata TP 2,99 dan nilai rata-rata DDL 0,03 yang menunjukkan bahwa Kecamatan Cilamaya Kulon memiliki nilai daya dukung lahan yang relatif rendah.Kata Kunci : daya dukung lahan, laju pertumbuhan penduduk, migrasi, pembangunan, tekanan penduduk.
