Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on job satisfaction of employees at cooperative and micro enterprises office Palembang which amounts to 56 employees. This research uses quantitative approach, data collected through distribution of questionnaire. Data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The research result demonstrates that organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees at cooperative and micro enterprises office Palembang. Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work life balance dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui komitmen organisasional sebagai variabel mediasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan metode angket atau kuesioner kepada 91 responden seluruh pegawai Dinas Pariwisata Kota Palembang. Work life balance dan komunikasi interpersonal sebagai variabel independen, sedangkan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel dependen dan komitmen organisasional sebagai variabel mediasi. Alat uji statistik yang digunakan dalam pengolahan data yaitu program SmartPLS dengan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM-PLS). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa work life balance dan komunikasi interpersonal tidak memiliki pengaruh secara langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja. Komitmen organisasional tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh work life balance dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil dari penelitian ini memberi kontribusi terhadap hubungan antar variabel mencakup work life balance dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui komitmen organisasional yang belum terlalu banyak penelitiannya.

Abstract

The performance of employees at BPJS Employment, a state institution in Indonesia responsible for labor social security, has faced significant challenges and fluctuations. Particularly, the Regional Office of South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung experienced notable performance changes due to various internal policies. This study aims to investigate the impact of manpower planning and mutation on employee performance at BPJS Employment Regional Office South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung. The research examines how effective human resource planning and employee rotations influence performance outcomes. The study encompasses a population of 337 employees, with a sample of 183 respondents selected through a simple random sampling technique using the Slovin formula with a 5% error margin. Multiple linear regression analysis reveals that both manpower planning and mutations positively and significantly affect employee performance. The findings suggest that better manpower planning enables management to recruit the right number of employees, ensuring they are appropriately placed in positions that match their skills and organizational needs. Additionally, the mutation process, when aligned with job requirements and employee achievements, can enhance overall performance. These results highlight the necessity for BPJS Employment to continuously evaluate and improve their HR planning and mutation strategies to achieve optimal employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work motivation and leadership style on employee work discipline in the environmental management and mining support work unit at PT Bukit Asam, Tbk. The population in this study is all employees in the environmental management and mining support work unit at PT Bukit Asam, Tbk in 2023 as many as 300 organic and outsourcing employees. The sample of respondents in this study became 172 organic and outsourced employees at PT Bukit Asam, Tbk with calculations using the slovin formula. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that work motivation and leadership style have a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Work motivation, is expected to maintain good relations between fellow employees and superiors in one work team. Leadership style, the role of superiors needs to be evaluated in giving appreciation to employees, especially employees who provide good work results.

Abstract

Learning organizations play a pivotal role in enhancing employee performance, as organizations fostering a robust learning culture can offer the necessary support and development to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and effectiveness. Enhancing employee competency holds utmost importance in boosting performance, as employees equipped with skills, knowledge, and attitudes aligned with job requirements can operate more proficiently and productively. This study aims to examine the impact of learning organizations on performance, with competency serving as an intermediary variable. Conducted at PT Bumitama Gunajaya Agro, this research employs Structural Equation Modeling via LISREL 8.8 software for data analysis. The sample comprises 150 employees from PT Bumitama Gunajaya Agro. Model suitability is assessed using the Chi-Square test, RMSEA, CFI, and GFI. Findings indicate that learning organizations significantly enhance employee performance. Additionally, competency serves as a positive mediator in the relationship between learning organization and performance. These results underscore the significance of implementing learning organization principles, which involve employees in learning initiatives, to enhance competency and subsequently boost employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan situs terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Indograha Outsourcing Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah karyawan PT. Indograha Outsourcing Palembang dengan jumlah karyawan 250 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling sehingga sampel berjumlah 72. Primer diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan pada PT. Indograha Outsourcing Palembang. Saran yang dapat diberikan dari penelitian ini adalah pimpinan dapat menerapkan teori gaya kepemimpinan dalam memberikan arahan yang dapat mempengaruhi dan meningkatkan semangat kerja karyawan di PT. Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Universitas PGRI Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai administrasi yang ada di Universitas PGRI Palembang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel acak stratifikasi proporsional, dengan sampel berjumlah 79 orang sebagai responden. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Universitas PGRI Palembang.   Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja Pegawai     ABSTRACT   This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture and organizational commitment on the performance of Palembang PGRI University employees. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the transformational leadership style on the work discipline of the state civil servants at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of the City of Palembang. The population in this study were ASN of the Department of Population and Civil Registration using saturated sampling so that the sample used was the entire population of ASN of the Department of Population and Civil Registration, totaling 70 respondents. The data obtained is primary data by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the hypothesis analysis (t test), it was concluded that the transformational leadership style had a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of the state civil servants at the Palembang City Population and Civil Registration Service. Abstract

This study aims to find out how training influences the performance of human capital and general service department employees at PT Pamapersada Nusantara Site MTBU Tanjung Enim. The population in this study amounted to 40 employees, samples were taken as many as 40 employees with non-probability sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the human capital and general service departments at PT Pamapersada Nusantara Site MTBU Tanjung Enim. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress on the performance of health workers at the Kalidoni Health Center in Palembang City. “The population in this study were all health workers at the Kaldioni Health Center in Palembang City with a sample of 38 people, using a saturated sampling technique. Saturated sampling technique is a sampling technique when all members of the population are sampled. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The data was processed using the Statistical for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program version 25. Based on the results of this study it shows that the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on performance, while the work stress variable has a negative and significant effect on performance, and work discipline and work stress as a whole together influence the performance of Health Workers at the Kalidoni Health Center in Palembang City.
