Abstract

This research was conducted in Ara Cahayani Gayo Cooperative in Bandar District. Ara Cahayani Gayo Cooperative is a cooperative that has the largest number of members in Bandar District. Of the 2.753 members who joined Ara Cahayani Gayo, only 456 members came from Bandar district, while the rest mostly came from other districts. This shows that there are still few farmers in the District of Bandar who joined Ara Cahayani Gayo. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence farmers' decisions to partner with Ara Cahayani Gayo coffee cooperatives in Bandar District, Bener Meriah Regency. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive quantitative and qualitative with binary logistic regression. Sampling using simple random sampling with a total of 46 partner farmers and 48 non-partner farmers. The results showed that of the 5 independent variables included in the model, there are 4 independent variables that have a significant effect on the decision of farmers partnering with Ara Cahayani Gayo, namely the land area with a significant value of 0.002, the number of family members with a significant value of 0.043, market assurance with a significant value of 0.001 and training with a significant value of 0.003. While 1 other variable, namely experience with a significant value of 0.124, has no significant effect on the decision of farmers to partner with the Ara Cahayani Gayo cooperative.Keywords: partnership, farmer decisions, coffee cooperative

Abstract

KWT Bungong Mane is an UMKM that produces products made from agricultural commodities, namely tempeh chips, potato sticks and purple cassava sticks. KWT Bungong Mane is located in Mane Tunong Village, Muara Batu District, North Aceh Regency. This research aims to analyze the feasibility of the KWT Bungong Mane chips agroindustry in Mane Tunong Village, Muara Batu District, North Aceh Regency and analyze the level of profitability in the KWT Bungong Mane chips agroindustry in Mane Tunong Village, Muara Batu District, North Aceh Regency. The method used in this research is feasibility and profitability analysis. The results of this research obtained an R/C ratio value of 1.43. A value of 1.43 > 1 indicates that the KWT Bungong Mane chips agroindustry is worthy of cultivation based on the R/C ratio criteria. A value of 1.43 can be interpreted as if every cost incurred by the business owner is Rp. 1, the business owner will receive income of Rp. 1.43. Then, based on the profitability calculation results, it can be seen that the margin of safety (MOS) value is 91.82% and the margin income ratio (MIR) value is 32.99%. From the calculation of the MOS and MIR values, the profitability of the KWT Bungong Mane chips agroindustry is obtained at 30.29% or the equivalent of IDR 2,480,751/month, this shows that the increase in prices of the main raw materials that occurred in the KWT Bungong Mane chips agroindustry is still safe. and has good prospects for business and development because it is able to generate profits. Keywords:  feasibility, margin of safety, margin income ratio, protability

Abstract

The presence of mobile rice milling machine really helps the society in grinding their grains. However, the income earned on the mobile rice milling business is erratic, often many times slightly. This research aims to find out the income earned and the obstacles in the mobile rice milling business of Mr. Saiful Mahdi in Meunasah Baro Village, Muara Batu Sub-district, Aceh Utara Regency. This research uses descriptive quantitative data analysis methods to look at the income that is received, and descriptive qualitative to see business constraints. The results showed that the total cost is IDR 127,785,000/year, gross revenue is IDR 768,055,500/year, and net income is IDR 307,392,750/year. The value of R/C Ratio amounted to 6.01 and B/C Ratio are 2.41 shows that Mr. Saiful Mahdi's mobile rice milling business deserves to be kept. Abstract

Soy milk is one of the processing products which is the result of soybean extraction. Soy milk has a balanced combination of nutrients, which is almost similar to cow's milk but is free of gluten, cholesterol and lactose. The soy milk in Sidodadi Village consists of 2 types of soy milk businesses, namely Cita Rasa soy milk and Halalan Toyyiban soy milk which have different qualities and tastes. The population in this study was consumers of Cita Rasa and Halalan Toyyiban soy milk, the respondents in this study were 60 respondents. This research aims to determine consumer preferences regarding the combination of soy milk product attribute levels and the level of importance of soy milk product attributes in purchasing decisions for soy milk in Sidodadi Village, Vocational Youth District, Aceh Tamiang Regency. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive method using conjoint analysis. The attributes that consumers consider are brand, flavor variants and texture. The results of this research show that the combination of soy milk attribute levels is consumer preference based on utility value, namely soy milk with the Halalan Toyyiban brand (0.008), original taste (0.328), thick texture (0.02). The attributes most considered when purchasing soy milk products based on relative importance (NPR) are first the attributes of taste (72,982), brand (14,446), and texture (12,571).
