Abstract

Hypertension is also called the silent killer characterized by continuously high blood pressure in the ratio of systolic blood pressure (TDS) ≥ 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure (TDD) ≥ 90 mmHg. This hypertension requires long-term treatment, therefore patient non-compliance in therapy can cause failure of hypertension treatment. To determine the level of patient compliance in hypertension treatment, it can be seen from the compliance of drug retrieval by analyzing the relationship to gender, age, and comorbidities. This research method is carried out non-experimentally and uses analytical descriptive methods. Data collection from the poly registration book for patients with the July 2023 reverse referral program which will be measured 6 times from July - December 2023 obtaining patients with a population of 411 patients and a sample of 218 patients. The results showed that women suffered more from hypertension (62.8%), the most age of hypertension ≥60 years (78.4%), and patients suffered from hypertension without comorbidities (60.6%). The most commonly used hypertension treatment was monotherapy (56.9%). The level of compliance of hypertensive patients in the referral program was high in the category of re-taking antihypertensive drugs (67.4%). The results of the analysis stated that there was a relationship between gender and age on compliance with taking antihypertensive medication. The conclusion of this study is that the level of compliance is included in the high category, and there is a relationship between gender and age on compliance with re-taking antihypertensive drugs.

Abstract

Rumah sakit merupakan suatu organisasi yang sangat kompleks yang menyelenggarakan jenis pelayanan kesehatan melalui pendekatan pemeliharaan kesehatan (promotif, preventif, kuratif, dan rehabilitatif). survei awal dengan wawancara yang dilakukan terhadap pasien terkait kualitas pelayanan di instalasi kefarmasian RSUD H. Abdul Manap, terdapat pasien yang mengeluh mengenai pelayanan yang diterima. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survei deskriptif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional yang dilakukan pada suatu waktu dilihat berdasarkan lima dimensi yaitu, daya tanggap, jaminan, bukti fisik, empati, dan kehandalan. Pasien puas terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian di instalasi farmasi RSUD H. Abdul Manap Kota Jambi Tahun 2021 berdasarkan dimensi jaminan, empati, dan kehandalan. Akan tetapi, pasien kurang puas terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian di instalasi farmasi RSUD H. Abdul Manap Kota Jambi Tahun 2021 berdasarkan dimensi daya tanggap dan bukti fisik. Secara keseluruhan, 45% pasien merasa kurang puas dan 55% pasien merasa puas dengan kualitas pelayanan kefarmasian di Instalasi Farmasi RSUD H. Abdul Manap Kota Jambi.Kata Kunci: RSUD, Abdul Manap, , Evaluasi Kepuasan,The hospital is a very complex organization that provides types of health services through a health maintenance approach (promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative). However, patients are dissatisfied with pharmaceutical services at the pharmaceutical installation of H. Abdul Manap Hospital, Jambi City in 2021 based on the dimensions of responsiveness and physical evidence. Abstract

Guideance on making turmeric tea (curcuma domistica) by adding honey. Herbal tea are usually made from turmeric rhizome brewed with hot water. Teabag is a tea wrapped in clip paper. Processing of herbal turmeric tea that is with sorting raws maerials, the drying is done by using sundirectly to dry, raw material in chopped, and material packing. Turmeric rhizome pants are often used a amixture in cooking by the public. The contained compound on turmeric is atsiri, resin, curcumin, oleoresin, desmotoksikurkumin, grease, calcium, proyein and posfor and iron. The curcumin its benefits as an antioxidant, antimicrobe, antifunction, antifungal, and also antiinfamation. Besides curcumin is also believed to be able to inhibit growth cancer cell and meantmacu apoptosisi cancer cell.

Abstract

Back to nature, sehat bersama herbal adalah slogan hidup sehat yang akhir-akhir ini menjadi trend baru dimasyarakat dunia dengan mengkonsumsi obat-obatan dari bahan alami yang relatif lebih aman dibandingkan obat-obatan dari bahan kimia sintetik. Berdasarkan data Puskesmas Putri Ayu dari Pendataan Program PISPK (program Indonesia Sehat dengan Pendekatan Keluarga) keluhan penyakit yang sering dirasakan masyarakat RT 16 simpang Pulai kelurahan Lebak Bandung di kecamatan Jelutung Kota Jambi adalah penyakit Hipertensi dan diabetes. Sehingga TIM KKN Kelompok 3, mengajak warga RT 16 untuk mulai menjaga kesehatan dengan menerapkan pola hidup yang sehat bersama herbal. Adapun metode yang dilakukan yaitu Penyuluhan kesehatan tentang penyakit Hipertensi dan Diabetes serta pengobatannya yang berasal dari bahan alam, Melakukan cek kesehatan secara gratis, Melakukan kegaiatan Senam Lansia bersama, Sosialisasi PHBS (Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat), langkah mencuci tangan yang baik dan benar, serta Penyuluhan Pencegahan Penyakit DBD dan Pencegahan Penyebaran Covid 19 dengan cara 3 M. Disini kami juga mengajarkan warga dalam pembuatan produk herbal (simplisia Daun Jambu Biji, Simplisia Daun Kejibeling, Simplisia Daun Kumis Kucing) yang sangat bermamfaat dalam menjaga kesehatan masyarakat RT 16 simpang Pulai dan Produk Kecantikan (Masker dari lemon, Lulur dari Kopi dan Pengharum Ruangan dari Lemon). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusiame masyarakat yang sangat tinggi dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai pengobatan menggunakan tanaman herbal. Dengan demikian diharapkan edukasi yang diberikan dapat diterapkan sebagai salah satu alternatif untuk mengatasi masalah kesehatan masyarakat.

Abstract

Ischemic Heart Disease is a condition that mainly occurs due to narrowing of the coronary arteries due to atherosclerosis, spasm, or a combination of both. The aim of this research is to determine the use of drugs which includes the right drug, the right indication, the right patient, the right dose and the right time interval for administering the drug in patients with Ischemic Heart Disease at Z Hospital, Jambi City in 2023. This research is a descriptive study with retrospective data collection. which searches the medical record data of patients in 2023 who meet the inclusion criteria. The results of this study found 115 patient medical record data that met the inclusion criteria with a percentage of drug accuracy of 99,13%, 100% correct indication, 87,83% correct patient, 100% correct dose, and only 33,91% correct time interval for drug.

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) remains a public health problem in Indonesia that requires environmentally based prevention efforts and active community participation. The reliance on chemical insecticides for mosquito control may cause negative impacts on human health and the environment. The utilization of local plants such as lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus) and lime (Citrus aurantifolia) as natural repellents offers a safer and household-based alternative. This community service program aimed to improve the knowledge and skills of housewives in utilizing lemongrass and lime through demonstrations of making natural mosquito repellent spray. The activity was conducted for two days at the Muhajirin Village Arts Hall using counseling with leaflet media, demonstration sessions, and independent practice. The results showed an increase in participants’ understanding of the relationship between household environmental management and DHF incidence, as well as improved skills in independently producing natural spray. This activity had a positive impact on raising community awareness regarding the potential of local plants and supporting environmentally friendly DHF prevention efforts.
