Pendidikan anak berkebutuhan khusus adalah pendidikan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan fisik, intelektual, emosional, dan sosial anak. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi implementasi Kurikulum K-13 yang Beradaptasi dengan Kurikulum Merdeka pada Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus di SLB-A PRPCN Palembang, dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kemajuan yang baik, tetapi masih ada kendala seperti kurangnya guru berkualitas dan fasilitas pembelajaran yang memadai. Untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan anak berkebutuhan khusus, diperlukan upaya berkelanjutan dalam pengorganisasian, motivasi, dan koordinasi. Faktor pendukung meliputi kualifikasi guru yang sesuai dan kerjasama dengan sekolah lain, sementara faktor penghambat termasuk kualifikasi guru yang kurang memadai dan kekurangan media pembelajaran. Dalam kesimpulannya, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya upaya berkelanjutan dalam mengatasi tantangan dalam implementasi Kurikulum untuk pendidikan anak berkebutuhan khusus. Ini dapat dicapai dengan meningkatkan kualifikasi guru, fasilitas pembelajaran, dan mempertimbangkan faktor pendukung dan penghambat. Upaya ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan anak berkebutuhan khusus di SLB-A PRPCN Palembang

This research aims to describe the implementation of conflict management strategies in the school environment based on a literature review. This research is qualitative research in the nature of library research where various books and other literature are used as the main source. Qualitative research is a research method that produces information in the form of descriptions and notes based on the text that is the focus of the research. Data collection uses the source search method and constructs it from various literature, for example books, journals and previous research results. Library materials are obtained through various references which are analyzed critically and in depth to strengthen arguments and ideas. The result of this research is that through an in-depth understanding of the literature review, we can detail concrete steps that can be taken by educational institutions to increase their capacity in managing conflict. In this way, schools can become spaces that not only provide quality education but also form good character and conflict resolution abilities in students. The literature review illustrates that implementing conflict management strategies in the school environment is an important step to increase harmony and effectiveness of educational institutions

Existentialism is a philosophy and its methodological roots come from the phenomological method developed by Hussel. Existentialism is closely related to education. This is because the center of existentialism's discussion is human existence, while education is only carried out by humans. The aim of education is to encourage every individual to be able to develop all his potential for self-fulfillment. The implication of the philosophy of existentialism in education is to provide broad and comprehensive experience in all forms of life. The goal of existential education is human freedom. Existentialist teachers must be able to foster a spirit of self-discipline and responsibility in their students. The role of teachers in the existentialist perspective is that teachers are tasked with protecting and maintaining academic freedom. Teachers give students the freedom to choose and provide them with experiences that will help them discover their lives and teachers also act as facilitators for students in developing their own potential. This article uses a qualitative approach by applying the literature study method. Elementary school students only experience the pre-existential period but continue to be formed with character education in the form of guidance services.

In this 4.0 era, the development of Science and Technology (IPTEK) cannot be separated from every area of life. The role of science and technology is to participate in facilitating and building every implementation of the ideals of independence, one of which is in the field of education. This article aims to empower and improve teachers' ability to master Information and Communication Technology (ICT) as a support for learning, considering that the limited ability to master technology among teachers in Indonesia is still a problem. The research method used is through literature studies that are conceptual in nature and related to ideas and theoretical studies. The ICT capabilities possessed by teachers will help in the process of creating all the components needed for teaching in order to improve the quality of learning in the era of globalization. This article uses a literature study method through collecting library data to produce an idea or thoughts. It is hoped that this article can be an effort to improve teachers' ability to utilize technology in their role as educators, because massive technological advances would be a shame if they were not balanced with the readiness of human resources regarding mastery skills.

artikel ini menyajikan tinjauan tentang konsep pengorganisasian dalam konteks dan pandangan pendidikan Islam, dengan fokus pada aspek-aspek kritis seperti konsep dasar, jenis, proses, fungsi serta manfat/tujuan, struktur organisasi. wewenang dan keskuasaan, desentralisasi dan sentralisasi, hubungan dalam organisasi, serta analisis management pengorganisasian terhadap lembaga pendidikan di indonesia. Artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian library research yang bersumber dari media online akademik. Tujuan dari artikel ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi para praktisi pendidikan Islam dan pengambil kebijakan untuk meningkatkan pengorganisasian pendidikan mereka. Dengan pendekatan yang holistik dan berbasis nilai-nilai Islam, pengorganisasian dalam pendidikan Islam dapat menjadi landasan kuat untuk membentuk generasi yang berintegritas, berwawasan luas, dan berkomitmen pada pembangunan masyarakat yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai Islam.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan manajemen keuangan dalam konteks lembaga pendidikan Islam. Manajemen keuangan pendidikan merujuk pada proses profesional dan proporsional dalam mengatur pengelolaan keuangan yang diperuntukkan bagi program-program pelaksanaan operasional pendidikan. Manajemen keuangan merupakan bagian integral dari pengelolaan sekolah yang memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan jalannya kegiatan pendidikan di sekolah. Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami prinsip-prinsip dasar dalam manajemen keuangan serta bagaimana penerapannya dalam konteks lembaga pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dimana data diperoleh melalui penelitian perpustakaan yang bertujuan untuk memahami pesan yang terkandung dalam suatu teks. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen keuangan dalam pendidikan Islam melibatkan proses alokasi sumber daya untuk mendukung kegiatan operasional pendidikan, yang mencakup perencanaan pendanaan, implementasi anggaran pendidikan, serta pencatatan dan pemeriksaan atau pengawasan terhadap pengelolaan anggaran pendidikan. Tujuan utama dari manajemen keuangan pendidikan adalah penggunaan dana atau anggaran secara efisien dan efektif untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang diharapkan.

Perencanaan begitu penting terlebih dalam dunia pendidikan apalagi pendidikan Islam. Dimana di dalamnya menyangkut nilai-nilai agama Islam yang akan disampaikan. Perencanaan adalah langkah awal dalam melakukan menejemen. Tujuan makalah ini adalah pendidikan Islam diberikan dengan perencanaan yang matang, sistematis, efektif dan efisien sehingga tepat sasaran dan dapat diamalkan dan diajarkan oleh semua pihak dengan baik. Makalah ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan metode penelitian studi kepustakaan (Library Research). Sumber data yang menjadi bahan akan penelitian ini berupa buku, jurnal dan situs internet yang terkait dengan topik yang telah dipilih.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi, yaitu mencari data mengenai hal-hal atau variabel yang berupa catatan, buku, makalah atau artikel, jurnal dan sebagainya.Makalah ini membahas tentang konsep perencanaan, urgensi perencanaan, jenis-jenis perencanaan, cara menyusun perencanaan, prinsip-prinsip perencanaan, pelaksanaan rencana dan teori perencanaan. Kesimpulannya adalah perencanaan merupakan keseluruhan proses dan penentuan secara matang tentang hal-hal yang akan dikerjakan dimasa yang akan datang dalam rangka untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuan yang sudah ditentukan

Based on literature studies and researcher observations, the problems encountered in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum are reflected in the difficulty of changing teachers' mindsets, changing the learning process from teacher centered to student centered, low spiritual morals, low reading and research culture, lack of mastery of technology by teachers, weak mastery. in the field of administration, the tendency of teachers to emphasize more on cognitive aspects, there are still many teachers who do not want to become human learners, a teacher is required to continue to increase knowledge and broaden his horizons, especially after the implementation of the 2013 curriculum. These problems make the 2013 curriculum difficult for some schools to accept, including high schools spread across Padang City. Similar to other regions, Padang City also complained about learning based on the 2013 curriculum. One of the subjects affected by this curriculum change was geography. As is the case in high school (SMA), geography learning has been given specifically since the first grade of school, while in grades two and three geography learning is only given to students who choose the Social Sciences major. The KTSP problem can be seen from the lack of creativity of teachers who are trusted as educators.

The positive image of educational institutions is formed because of public trust, especially users of educational services who are satisfied with the provision of education they receive. Providing quality education will have an impact on the satisfaction of users of educational services. The method used in writing this study is literature. This research is a type of research that collects data from literature. The data collection technique in this research is documentation, namely looking for written sources that contain information on the topic being discussed. Educational institutions, especially elementary schools, must always create, develop and maintain quality educational services, so that they are able to survive as educational institutions that are oriented towards the needs of educational service users. In the era of society 5.0, elementary schools must be able to solve various social challenges and problems by utilizing educational innovation and technology. To ensure the quality of comprehensive and sustainable education delivery, managerial supervision is required. The use of this technology has an impact on making education easier to access, can reach a wider range of educational service users, makes it easier for students to achieve their competencies, and stimulates students' critical thinking abilities.

The second flash flood in Ten Koto District, Tanah Datar Regency occurred in the same place in Lembah Anai Village. The large water discharge and high flow speed caused the river to overflow and worried the residents living around the river. This was due to the very high intensity of rain in the river catchment area of Lembah Anai Village which fell an hour earlier. This flash flood condition is a historic phenomenon because this is the second time. The first flash flood occurred in the Anai Valley. In 1892, the Anai Valley was also hit by a major flood. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method by making a comparative study of rivers in the Sepuluh Koto District area. The research results show that the river morphology in Lembah Anai Village has the highest catchment area of 400 meters above sea level (MDPL), which is the widest of the surrounding rivers and decreases in the downstream area of 20-meter MDPL. The highest order of average bandang potential scores is first, namely the Lembah Anai Village River, second to the Kayutanam Village River, and third to the Sicincin River. The disruption of transportation routes disrupted food supplies. Ingredients such as vegetables, potatoes and meat cannot be sent through the Anai Valley. As a result, all foodstuffs in the cities of Padang and Bukittinggi experienced price increases for months because reconstruction efforts were long and expensive.
