Abstract

Education is a complex activity, has broad dimensions and many variables that influence it. As a psychological process, education cannot be separated from teaching and learning activities. Thus, education is a process of interaction between educators and students who have specific goals. Education as a process basically guides students towards the stages of maturity in which education is in the family and in the environment. Classroom management is one of the teacher's knowledge and skills concerning the creation of conducive, effective classroom conditions in order to achieve optimal learning goals. Given this, most of the teachers who teach in the classroom do not pay attention to classroom management. In fact, one aspect of achieving learning objectives is classroom management. This research is a correlational study which aims to investigate the relationship between classroom management (X) and student learning outcomes (Y). Data collection techniques are methods used by researchers to obtain data discussed in research. Research data was collected through various methods including: questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between classroom management and student learning outcomes at SD Negeri 4 Made, Lamongan District, Lamongan Regency. Class management can affect student learning outcomes 49.14%. Meanwhile, 50.86% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Filsafat mengandung arti ingin tahu yang mendalam dapat diartikan juga mencari hakikat sesuatu yang mencoba untuk mencocokan sebab serta akibat. Filsafat merupakan ilmu pengetahuan yang sangat luas serta memiliki banyak hubungan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari karena dapat dianggap sebagai sumber utama dari semua hal yang terjadi di dunia ini. Sejak lahir dan berkembangnya filsafat ilmu pengetahuan sangat berpengaruh terhadap dunia akademik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, teknik mengumpulkan datanya menggunakan metode kepustakaan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu literature review atau biasa disebut dengan tinjauan pustaka. Ruang lingkup penelitian menganalisa tentang filsafat, kedudukan filsafat, serta kaitanya dengan ilmu pengetahuan.hasil dari penelitian ini adalah filsafat memberikan keterampilan dalam penalaran, penilaian kritis, pemecahan masalah kreatif, dan komunikasi. Ilmu pengetahuan diakui sebagai kebenaran ilmiah jika memenuhi setidaknya dua syarat yaitu rasional dan empiris. Filsafat ilmu berfungsi untuk menelaah dan menyelidiki berbagai macam sumber pengetahuan. Penting untuk diingat bahwa filsafat ilmu tidak bertujuan untuk menjadi puncak eksistensi ilmu yang harus dipuja. Maka, filsafat ilmu adalah bagian dari ilmu pengetahuan dan manajemen pendidikan karena mengajarkan kita cara memikirkan, menilai kritis, menyelesaikan masalah kreatif, dan berkomunikasi. Keterampilan ini dianggap sangat penting untuk hampir setiap aspek kehidupan. Filsafat ilmu bertujuan untuk membangun fondasi filosofis yang dapat digunakan untuk memahami berbagai konsep dan teori yang terlibat dalam berbagai disiplin ilmu.

Abstract

The process of establishing or managing an Islamic educational institution is known as Islamic education management. This process involves the use of human resources to institutional goals effectively and efficiently. In this case, epistemological philosophy serves as the basis for controlling Islamic education. The study aims to study the management of Islamic education using epistemology. This research uses a qualitative method of library study or literature study (Literature Review), and data is collected from related sources such as journals, e-books, or academic articles. The results of this study show that the management of Islamic education has a significant impact on Islamic educational institutions. The theory of Islamic education management practices refers to principles of governance that have not been fully implemented by Islamic educational institutions, such as the concept of transparency and integrity. Planning is regarded as a process or step of vital importance in achieving the objectives of an educational institution.

Abstract

The focus of this research is the philosophy of science, epistemology, methodology, logic, ethics, and aesthetics related to the management of Islamic education.This research is expected to contribute to the formation of a solid theoretical foundation for the management of adaptive Islamic education in line with the principles of Islamic science through the integration of the concepts of philosophy of science. This research is expected to contribute to the formation of a solid theoretical foundation for managing Islamic education that is adaptive and consistent with the principles of Islamic science through the integration of concepts of philosophy of science. This research shows that the philosophy of science provides a deeper understanding of the characteristics of science, which allows the formation of theories based on empirical experience and systematic research. Abstract

Managing inventory data is an important factor to think about. The amount and state of data might fluctuate due to routine data gathering activities. Consequently, the volume and complexity of these operations are beyond the capabilities of existing standard recording systems. To provide error-free access to inventory data, it is critical to record and maintain the data accurately. Computerisation has given effective online system-based solutions to these difficulties, thanks to technical breakthroughs. Even though they still used old-fashioned recording techniques, the Kretek village office was one of the first to use this technology. Efforts to handle inventories, outbound items, and loans have been greatly simplified by the new web-based information system. The system was built using PHPMyAdmin and the development technique was Prototype. Testing is conducted using Blackbox Testing and User Acceptance Test (UAT) to guarantee system performance and dependability, which is the goal of this study. This study employs a qualitative approach, drawing on information gathered via in-depth interviews and careful observation. Then, observation, interviews, and a review of the relevant literature were used as methods of data gathering. Comparing the two testing methods for this system, we find that Blackbox testing confirms that the application is functioning as expected and that all features and functions are functioning properly. On the other hand, UAT testing assigns values to each feature, so we see that the menu and features are good and acceptable, with 80% for display, 70% for application menu, 80% for operation process, 80% for convenience level, and 70% for percentage value.

Abstract

artikel ini menyajikan tinjauan tentang konsep pengorganisasian dalam konteks dan pandangan pendidikan Islam, dengan fokus pada aspek-aspek kritis seperti konsep dasar, jenis, proses, fungsi serta manfat/tujuan, struktur organisasi. wewenang dan keskuasaan, desentralisasi dan sentralisasi, hubungan dalam organisasi, serta analisis management pengorganisasian terhadap lembaga pendidikan di indonesia. Artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian library research yang bersumber dari media online akademik. Tujuan dari artikel ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi para praktisi pendidikan Islam dan pengambil kebijakan untuk meningkatkan pengorganisasian pendidikan mereka. Dengan pendekatan yang holistik dan berbasis nilai-nilai Islam, pengorganisasian dalam pendidikan Islam dapat menjadi landasan kuat untuk membentuk generasi yang berintegritas, berwawasan luas, dan berkomitmen pada pembangunan masyarakat yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai Islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan manajemen keuangan dalam konteks lembaga pendidikan Islam. Manajemen keuangan pendidikan merujuk pada proses profesional dan proporsional dalam mengatur pengelolaan keuangan yang diperuntukkan bagi program-program pelaksanaan operasional pendidikan. Manajemen keuangan merupakan bagian integral dari pengelolaan sekolah yang memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan jalannya kegiatan pendidikan di sekolah. Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami prinsip-prinsip dasar dalam manajemen keuangan serta bagaimana penerapannya dalam konteks lembaga pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dimana data diperoleh melalui penelitian perpustakaan yang bertujuan untuk memahami pesan yang terkandung dalam suatu teks. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen keuangan dalam pendidikan Islam melibatkan proses alokasi sumber daya untuk mendukung kegiatan operasional pendidikan, yang mencakup perencanaan pendanaan, implementasi anggaran pendidikan, serta pencatatan dan pemeriksaan atau pengawasan terhadap pengelolaan anggaran pendidikan. Tujuan utama dari manajemen keuangan pendidikan adalah penggunaan dana atau anggaran secara efisien dan efektif untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang diharapkan.

Abstract

Perencanaan begitu penting terlebih dalam dunia pendidikan apalagi pendidikan Islam. Dimana di dalamnya menyangkut nilai-nilai agama Islam yang akan disampaikan. Perencanaan adalah langkah awal dalam melakukan menejemen. Tujuan makalah ini adalah pendidikan Islam diberikan dengan perencanaan yang matang, sistematis, efektif dan efisien sehingga tepat sasaran dan dapat diamalkan dan diajarkan oleh semua pihak dengan baik. Makalah ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan metode penelitian studi kepustakaan (Library Research). Sumber data yang menjadi bahan akan penelitian ini berupa buku, jurnal dan situs internet yang terkait dengan topik yang telah dipilih.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi, yaitu mencari data mengenai hal-hal atau variabel yang berupa catatan, buku, makalah atau artikel, jurnal dan sebagainya.Makalah ini membahas tentang konsep perencanaan, urgensi perencanaan, jenis-jenis perencanaan, cara menyusun perencanaan, prinsip-prinsip perencanaan, pelaksanaan rencana dan teori perencanaan. Abstract

The objectives of this research: 1) To determine the effect of clinical supervision on the performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Semende Darat Ulu, Semende Darat Ulu District, Muara Enim Regency; 2) To determine the effect of supervision on the performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Semende Darat Ulu, Semende Darat Ulu District, Muara Enim Regency; 3) To determine the effect of clinical supervision and supervision on the performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Semende Darat Ulu, Semende Darat Ulu District, Muara Enim Regency. This research was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Semende Darat Ulu, Semende Darat Ulu District, Muara Enim Regency with a total research sample of 57 teachers. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, documentation studies and distributing questionnaires. The results of this research are: 1) There is a partially significant influence between clinical supervision on the performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Semende Darat Ulu, Semende Darat Ulu District, Muara Enim Regency, where the calculated t value is greater than t table (3.274 > 1.671); 2) There is a partially significant influence between supervision on the work performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Semende Darat Ulu, Semende Darat Ulu District, Muara Enim Regency where the calculated t value is greater than t table (3.127 > 1.671).

Abstract

This research is to determine the influence of work culture and work motivation on teacher performance. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, documentation studies and distributing questionnaires. The validity test uses construct validity, while the reliability test uses Cronbach's Alpha. The results of this research are: 1) There is a significant influence between work culture and teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Lempuing, Lempuing District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The t value = 3.239 is greater than the t table value of 1.671, this shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that partially the work culture variable has a significant influence on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Lempuing, Lempuing District, OKI Regency; 2) There is a significant influence between work motivation (X2) and teacher performance (Y) at SMA Negeri 1 Lempuing, Lempuing District, OKI Regency. The results of the t test calculation show that; The t value = 3.290 is greater than the t table value of 1.671 with a significance level = 0.002 < (α) 0.05, the t table value is 1.671), this shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that partially the work motivation variable (X2) has a significant influence significant to the performance of teachers (Y) of SMA Negeri 1 Lempuing, Lempuing District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency.
