Instagram is now used as a marketing communications medium by MSMEs, including Al-Waliy Honey Gummy, which previously only went by word of mouth marketing and was still not widely known to the public. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of Instagram advertisement video created by Al-Waliy Honey Gummy MSME using the AIDA Model approach. The research design uses descriptive quantitative design with survey and interview techniques. A sample size of 103 was drawn through purposive sampling with the criteria being active users of Instagram and have watched Al-Waliy Honey Gummy advertising video on Instagram. The findings indicate that the Al-Waliy Honey Gummy advertisment is considered effective, with scores of 3,99 for attention, 4,30 for interest, 4,06 for desire, and 4,12 for action (out of 5). The study suggests a need to enhance the quality of advertisement content to elevate effectiveness from effective to very effective and become more active in promoting the products by optimizing Instagram’s features. Keywords: advertisement effectiveness, AIDA Model, Al-Waliy Honey Gummy, Instagram

Abstract

This research was conducted on organic rice farmers in Krasak Village, which is an organic rice production center in Indramayu that has been certified by INOFICE. The hope of improving the welfare of organic rice farmers is often not fully achieved due to various factors, including cultivation methods that depend on chemicals and challenges in expanding farmers' knowledge and insight. The aim of this research is to evaluate the welfare of organic rice farmer households in Krasak Village, with a focus on aspects of basic needs, psychology, family development and self-actualization. This research used quantitative methods with a survey approach, conducted in Krasak Village, Jatibarang District, Indramayu Regency, West Java. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis with a Likert scale, which involves the use of a criteria scale to determine scores based on a score level formula. It was found that organic rice farmers had quite positive perceptions regarding fulfilling basic family needs, psychological needs, family development and self-actualization. They have adequate access to food sources, clothing, decent housing conditions, and health services. However, there are challenges in maintaining good health and earning a stable income. Perceptions about family development and self-actualization show that there is room for improvement, especially in the aspects of social contribution and participation in society.

Abstract

According to Peraturan Daerah (PERDA) Belitung Timur Regenc Number 4 of 2021, the regional government has prepared regulations regarding Sustainable Food Agricultural Land Protection (PLP2). This regulation was prepared as an effort to protect land quality to avoid land degradation, land conversion and increase agricultural production capacity in Belitung Regency. The aim of this research is to identify leading and promising commodities in East Belitung Regency as well as the supporting capacity for implementing green infrastructure that supports agricultural and agribusiness activities. The method used in this research is a mix method, namely to identify superior agricultural commodities in the East Belitung region and to analyze the level of performance of green infrastructure in the agricultural and agribusiness sectors in East Belitung Regency. The results of this research are that the management of agriculture and plantations managed by local communities in East Belitung Regency still faces many obstacles, including weak production and distribution, inadequate human resources to support the improvement of agriculture and agribusiness activities, and uneven provision of infrastructure to support development. sustainable agriculture. Gantung District, which is included in the PLP2B area, has experienced a decline in prospectivity in the five agribusiness sectors that are its basis due to the conversion of agricultural land to mining over the last four years. Based on the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) approach, the physical indicators, namely green streets and retention ponds, are in Quadrant III, meaning that in terms of availability they already exist in several locations which can be of benefit to the community even though they do not fully meet environmentally friendly aspects. Meanwhile, the indicator of improving physical and social well-being is an indicator that achieves low results, due to the resource capabilities of farmers.

Abstract

Vaname shrimp is a commodity that has high economic value so that it is widely cultivated by Indonesian people. Apart from the production costs incurred, there are also transaction costs that are often not taken into account by cultivators. The purpose of this study was to identify components and calculate transaction costs and analyze the economic efficiency of vannamei shrimp farming in Ketapang District based on transaction costs incurred. This study uses secondary and primary data with samples selected by cluster proportional simple random sampling. The selected respondents were vannamei shrimp cultivators from six vannamei shrimp pond center villages with traditional, semi-intensive and intensive technology as many as 30 people. The data analysis method used is descriptive quantitative and qualitative. The data obtained is then analyzed by transaction cost analysis. The results showed that the components of the transaction costs of the vannamei shrimp farming business and their ratios consisted of market information costs (0.02), input and output costs (0.01), implementation costs (0.19), licensing fees (0.23) , and levy fees (0.55). The economic efficiency of aquaculture can be seen from the ratio of transaction costs to production costs and revenues of 0.08 and 0.04 respectively.
