<![CDATA[Writing Training of Class Action Research Proposal (TOD/PTK) was held for the MGMP teachers in Sidoarjo Regency which is located at SMANOR Sidoarjo. The Community Service Activities aims to (1) provide information to the trainees about the basic concept of classrooms action research, the essence of class action research (2) to assign the arranging proposal to all participants; (3) giving guidance to all participants about the review of Class Action Research (PTK). This community service activities research using communicative or speech method at the time of giving materials to the participants, discussion and frequently asked questions and the practice of directly compiling a class action research proposal (PTK) and done by the guidance from PKM team. The results obtained community service activities on the classroom action research proposal writing training give benefit to the MGMP economics teacher at Sidoarno Regency. It is because of all participants now are able to arrange their own proposal of class action research, and it is also procide benefits for teachers to continue on making class action research that can be useful for a teacher's promotion]]>

<![CDATA[Vocational high school (SMK) is design to set student ready to work after their finish their senior educational level. However, the current curriculum of SMK not yet design for the sharia competency. In reality, lack of knowledge of sharia were exist on students and also the teachers. Huge demand in sharia industry is not an issue for vocational high school due to the lack system and human resources. One of solution that are given by FEB UPN "Veteran" Jakarta team is socialize the sharia knowledge to SMK LP3 ISTANA, Pondok Labu, South Jakarta. The team introduced sharia banking knowledge in order to give insight opportunity for sharia banking industry, the subject given related to accounting simulation on sharia banking transaction. The action taken by The Community Service (PKM) FEB UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, were dedicated to help education community (SMK LP3 ISTANA) gets ready in preparing sharia opportunity as their skill concept for their graduated. Based on the evaluation of the results of PKM activities, the knowledge of the participants (students) SMK about Islamic banking are increase, especially regarding the accounting transactions. Furthermore there will be a visit program to the Mini's Banking FEB UPNVJ is projected to be implemented.]]>

<![CDATA[The consumption pattern of housewives in several things has already changed. Recently, there are so many housewives are switching to use liquid soap for cleaning their kitchen utensils. This is due to the ease of use of product and the affordable price. Regarding to this community service activity which has aims to improve the skills and knowledge of housewives, especially in IKADANA groups at Srengseng, West Jakarta, through the production of simple liquid soap in order to make savings in household consumption expenditure. This activity is performed by using the survey and demonstration method. The result show almost all participants have understood the process of making simple liquid soap and so far they are interested to try further in their own home, where one of the benefits of making this liquid soap is to save household expenditure, especially the consumption of liquid soap. More addition, the housewives become open-minded and motivated to make their skills as a side business or home industry to improve their household economy.]]>

<![CDATA[This activity aims to empower tech-savvy citizens to increase family incomes through networked businesses. Besides, this program also empowered people to technically literate children's education in the digital age. Both of the activities are integrated in one program. The activity method used in this program is expected to give ease to the participants of the activity. In this activity, the method used is explanation method, sharing, questioning, case study, discussion and online shop application practice. In the explanatory method, each instructor delivers the related material and planned to make a power point slide and brief activities module to be distributed to the participants of the activity. The results achieved in this activity are 1) the advantage of the activity was very useful for the participants; 2) the participants were also enthusiastic in giving responses during the activity; 3) this activity was supported by some nongovernmental organizations such as the forum of children’ friendly city at Depok (FOKLA Depok) and Tunas Ilmu Foundation. Finally, we can conclude this activity was very useful for the people around.]]>

<![CDATA[Teacher's unfamiliarity in analyzing items is one of the factors causing teacher to be reluctant to do item analysis. While the item analysis is needed to establish the problem as an evaluation tool to measure the level of students' understanding of the material being studied. The purpose of this training is to (1) provide teacher understanding about the item analysis (2) to provide assistance in analyzing the items, (3) to provide assistance to teachers in practicing the analysis of items using software anates. The subject of this study is the teacher of Vocational High School in Jombang regency. With object study training analsis item using Anates software. The results of the training were very effective as evidenced by the majority of participants being able to practice the item analysis, but some participants were reluctant to analyze the items due to age and lack of time and effort.]]>

<![CDATA[Pemulutan is one of the sub-districts in Ogan Ilir region that has abundant natural potential in agriculture and livestock. The community has taken advantage of this potential but has not yet optimized its potential in the creative industries. Whereas there are many business sectors that can be developed in accordance with the potential of the region owned. The purpose of this dedication is to provide insight into the entrepreneurship of the creative industries for young generation and to increase participants' interest in entrepreneurship at the creative industries. This devotion is carried out in Ogan Ilir Pemulutan Sub-district, which is targeted by youth of cadets as many as 27 people. Model devotion used is the accompaniment with the method of delivering material about entrepreneurship in the creative industries. Evaluation is done through knowledge test and entrepreneurship interest questionnaire in creative industries. The results from participants' initial tests on entrepreneurial knowledge in the creative industries are average of 5.63, and average of 6.93 in the final test, and the increase of 0.28 with the low categories. The increase was accompanied by a very strong interest by participants to entrepreneurship in the creative industries by 82.13%. In conclusion, this dedication activity can provide basic knowledge and stimulate interest to youth for entrepreneurship in creative industries.]]>

<![CDATA[Community service activities are conducted with the aim of providing skills for all small-scale entrepreneurs in the field of services or owners of the rented house in order to be able to calculate the income of how much the number of rented houses they have, and depending on whether the rented house has been in accordance with the set of price included the cost of electricity and water that every month must be paid by the rented house owner. Investment in a rented house is a simple investment, but it must be managed well. Long before you decided to invest in a rented house, it is good to do a survey first. The survey was conducted to find out the gaps and obstacles in managing the rented house business. Investment in a rented house needs management and a lot of time. Sometimes persistence is the key to good home rental management. This can be seen from the opportunities that exist in the investment of house rental is still promising.Participants were trained on tips on managing routine cost controls that occurred both during business and household expenses and trainees were able to understand how to smartly manage spending, payments, and other expenses so they would not find a larger expenditure rather than income.]]>

<![CDATA[The students of State University of Jakarta (UNJ) try to apply the bio pore hole technique to restraint the flood problem through the community service program. The purpose of this program is (1) sharing knowledge to campus community about application of science and technology, (2) adding skill to general community especially the college student of UNJ in using bio pore holes technique to avoid the flood problem, (3) Improving the image of UNJ as a supplier of versatile functional technology to the developing regions. The method that have been used for this community service program are lecturing, discussing and direct practicing after material delivery through individual and groups.]]>

<![CDATA[Professional teachers not only perform functions related to pedagogical competence, but also professional functions. Indicated by improve professional functions in writing scientific papers. This Community Service collaborates with two partners, which are teachers who are member of MGMP Office Administration and teachers in SMKN 1 Jombang. The aim of this Community Service is to train teachers to write scientific papers well, and publish their papers as well. These activities conducted in training activity, lecturing, question and answer, discuss and practice how to write scientific papers well. The result of these activities are 1) the implementation of this scientific writing training for vocational high school teachers is consistent to the steps that planned before, with two partners, which are teachers who are member of MGMP Office Administration and teachers in SMKN 1 Jombang, 2) the overall response from the participants of this scientific writing trainingare very satisfied, mainly because of the aspects of activities, speakers aspects, and general aspects.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this community activity is 1) increasing knowledge of administrative officers in District 2 x 11 Enam Lingkung concerning the creation and reception of the archives, distribution, use, as well as depreciation of the archive, 2) realizing the sub-district office employee are capable of doing the handling or management of archieves. Implementation of training using a variety of methods and approaches, namely as follows: 1) methods of lectures and discussion; a to deliver the theoretical material about the program handling of archives, namely creation and acceptance Archive, distribution, use, as well as depreciation of the archive, 2) method of training and individual guidance related to the management and activities of archives rearrangement, 3) method resitasi or administering the tasks performed to find out so far where the ability of participants in the care of the archives. The result of the activities of this devotion is 1) 90% of the participants understand the concept of archives, 2) 90% of the participants was able to do the handling or management of archives.]]>
