Customer loyalty in e-commerce is influenced by various marketing factors, yet the roles of promotion and consumer trust remain inconsistent. This study examined the effects of promotion and consumer trust on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as a moderating variable, among 100 Shopee users from Manggarai Regency studying in Yogyakarta using purposive sampling and SPSS 27. The results show that consumer trust significantly affects customer loyalty, whereas promotion does not. Promotion and consumer trust jointly influence customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction moderates the effect of promotion but not consumer trust. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening trust and satisfaction to improve customer loyalty.

Purposive sampling selected 119 respondents, and data were analyzed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 4. The findings show that PTWD significantly affects JF (β = 0,418; t = 5,499; p < 0,000), whereas PTWD has no significant effect on JS (β = -0,065; t = 0,473; p = 0,697). This study extends the consumer decision process to non-purchase decisions

Abstract

Inventory management at Perumda Tirta Pakuan frequently experiences overstock and stockout, reducing operational efficiency. This study evaluated the effectiveness of integrating ABC classification, Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), and Reorder Point (ROP) using 2025 inventory data. A quantitative approach analyzed 115 inventory items based on annual usage value, optimal order quantity, reorder point, and service rate. The results identified 25 Category A items requiring priority control and an average service rate of 75.21%, with 12 critical items below the ROP threshold. Implementing EOQ–ROP provides a standardized inventory policy that can reduce stockout risk, improve inventory control, and enhance operational performance.
