Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this study is to analyze the quality of public school services and student satisfaction, with a focus on the population of students in public senior high schools (SMA) and vocational high schools (SMK) in Jayapura, Papua. This research employs a quantitative approach using a regression analysis model. The quality of school services was measured using the SERVQUAL (Service Quality) approach, which encompasses five primary dimensions commonly referred to as RATER: reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, and responsiveness. Meanwhile, student satisfaction was assessed using three main indicators, namely expectation conformity, intention to revisit, and willingness to recommend. The findings indicate that school service quality has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction. This is evidenced by the t-value of 24.654 and a significance value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.612, indicating that school service quality contributes 61.2% to the variation in student satisfaction. Based on these findings, the study recommends the implementation of holistic service improvement strategies, including the enhancement of facilities and infrastructure, optimization of administrative services, transparency in academic information, responsiveness to student needs, and empathy in delivering services to students. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kualitas pelayanan sekolah negeri dan kepuasan siswa, dengan fokus pada populasi siswa di SMA/SMK Negeri di Jayapura, Papua. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan model analisis regresi. Kualitas Pelayanan sekolah diukur menggunakan pendekatan SERVQUAL (Service Quality) dengan lima dimensi utama yang dikenal sebagai RATER, yaitu: reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, dan responsiveness, sedangkan kepuasan siswa diukur dengan menggunakan tiga indikator utama yaitu kesesuaian harapan, minat berkunjung kembali dan kesediaan merekomendasikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa bahwa kualitas pelayanan sekolah memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan peserta didik Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung 24,654 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Nilai koefisien determinasi adalah sebesar 0,612 yang berarti besarnya sumbangan Kualitas Layanan Sekolah terhadap variabel Kepuasan peserta didik adalah 61,2%. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan strategi peningkatan layanan secara holistik, meliputi perbaikan sarana dan prasarana, optimalisasi layanan administratif, keterbukaan informasi akademik, ketanggapan terhadap kebutuhan siswa, serta perlunya empati dalam melayani siswa. Abstract

This study analyzes the role of competency development and performance appraisal of human resources (HR) in strategies to improve education quality in the digital transformation era. The method used is library research with a systematic literature review approach, reviewing national and international journals related to teachers’ digital competence and performance evaluation systems. The findings indicate that HR competency development includes not only technical skills but also pedagogical, social, and digital ethics dimensions. Meanwhile, teacher performance appraisal remains largely administrative and needs to be redirected toward digital based indicators and learning outcomes. The integration of competency development and performance appraisal significantly contributes to achieving an adaptive, inclusive, and globally competitive education system.

Abstract

Abstract: This reaserch aims to determine the relationship between the spiritual leadership of madrasah principals and teachers’ job satisfaction in Karossa District, Mamuju Tengah Regency. The research is grounded in the idea that the principal’s role is not only administrative but also spiritual, inspiring teachers to find meaning and psychological well-being in their work. This study employed a quantitative correlational method involving a population and sample of 66 Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) teachers, selected using a saturated sampling technique (total sampling). Data were collected through a closed-ended questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale, which was tested for validity and reliability. The data were analyzed using the Pearson Product Moment correlation technique with the aid of SPSS version 25.0 for Windows. The results show that the spiritual leadership of madrasah principals is in the good category, and teachers’ job satisfaction is also relatively high. The correlation analysis yielded r = 0.321 with sig. = 0.009 < 0.05, indicating a positive and significant relationship between principals’ spiritual leadership and teachers’ job satisfaction. This implies that the stronger the application of spiritual leadership values by the principal, the higher the level of teachers’ job satisfaction. Although the correlation level is classified as low to moderate, it is statistically significant. Keywords: Spiritual Leadership, Madrasah Principal, Job Satisfaction Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepemimpinan spiritual kepala madrasah dengan kepuasan kerja guru di Kecamatan Karossa, Kabupaten Mamuju Tengah. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya peran kepala madrasah sebagai pemimpin yang tidak hanya berorientasi pada manajemen administratif, tetapi juga pada nilai-nilai spiritual yang dapat menumbuhkan makna kerja dan kesejahteraan psikologis guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional, dengan populasi sekaligus sampel sebanyak 66 guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) yang diambil secara sampling jenuh (total sampling). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket tertutup dengan skala Likert lima poin yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi Pearson Product Moment dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 25.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan spiritual kepala madrasah berada pada kategori baik, dan kepuasan kerja guru juga tergolong tinggi. Hasil analisis korelasi menunjukkan nilai r = 0.321 dengan sig. = 0.009 < 0.05, yang berarti terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan spiritual kepala madrasah dengan kepuasan kerja guru. Semakin tinggi penerapan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan spiritual oleh kepala madrasah, semakin tinggi pula tingkat kepuasan kerja guru. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to map the development of research on principal transformational leadership in promoting learning innovation for educational quality improvement. The study employed a Systematic Literature Review combined with bibliometric analysis. Data were retrieved from the Scopus database using the keywords “transformational leadership”, “educational innovation”, “quality of education”, and “principal” within the 2021–2026 publication period. A total of 32 documents were analyzed through document selection, metadata screening, descriptive analysis, and visualization using VOSviewer. The findings show that transformational leadership is the central keyword connecting teachers, principals, educational innovation, school leadership, and educational quality. The distribution of documents by author and affiliation indicates that this research area remains dispersed and is not yet dominated by particular authors or institutions. By country, Indonesia appears as the largest contributor, followed by Malaysia and China, suggesting strong scholarly attention to school leadership and educational innovation in the Asian context. This study concludes that principal transformational leadership plays a strategic role in promoting learning innovation through teacher motivation, creativity, collaboration, communication, and adaptive school culture. Future studies are recommended to expand data sources beyond Scopus, use a longer publication period, and develop deeper thematic analyses of the relationship between transformational leadership, learning innovation, and educational quality improvement. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan arah perkembangan kajian kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dalam pengembangan inovasi pembelajaran untuk peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review yang dikombinasikan dengan analisis bibliometrik. Data diperoleh dari database Scopus dengan kata kunci “transformational leadership”, “educational innovation”, “quality of education”, dan “principal” pada rentang tahun 2021–2026. Sebanyak 32 dokumen dianalisis melalui tahapan seleksi, pemeriksaan metadata, analisis deskriptif, dan visualisasi menggunakan VOSviewer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kata kunci transformational leadership menjadi simpul utama yang menghubungkan tema guru, kepala sekolah, inovasi pendidikan, kepemimpinan sekolah, dan mutu pendidikan. Distribusi dokumen berdasarkan penulis dan afiliasi menunjukkan bahwa kajian ini masih tersebar dan belum didominasi oleh penulis atau institusi tertentu. Berdasarkan negara, Indonesia menjadi kontributor terbesar, diikuti Malaysia dan China, yang menunjukkan kuatnya perhatian kawasan Asia terhadap isu kepemimpinan sekolah dan inovasi pendidikan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah berperan strategis dalam mendorong inovasi pembelajaran melalui motivasi guru, kreativitas, kolaborasi, komunikasi, dan budaya sekolah adaptif. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan memperluas sumber data selain Scopus, memperpanjang rentang waktu analisis, dan mengembangkan kajian tematik yang lebih mendalam mengenai hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional, inovasi pembelajaran, dan mutu pendidikan. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to visualize the research landscape on teacher efficacy and its moderating variables over the last five years using bibliometric analysis and VOSviewer mapping. The growing number of studies on teacher efficacy especially in relation to leadership, organizational support, digital competence, and pedagogical transformation requires a systematic synthesis to understand publication trends, thematic structures, and collaborative research networks. Data were collected from the Scopus database using the keywords “teacher efficacy” AND “moderation,” and then refined through a selection process to ensure relevance and completeness. Bibliometric techniques and science mapping were employed to examine publication distribution, author productivity, country contributions, and keyword co- occurrence. VOSviewer was used to generate visual clusters that illustrate the intellectual structure of the field. The findings show that teacher efficacy consistently emerges as a central theme connecting digital competencies, psychological well-being, instructional leadership, and professional development. Indonesia appears as one of the most productive countries, indicating strong research momentum driven by curriculum reforms and digital transformation in education. Keyword mapping reveals two major thematic clusters: one focusing on technological and psychological aspects, and the other on professional learning and pedagogical models. Overall, the study concludes that teacher efficacy functions as a pivotal construct in educational research, bridging technological, organizational, and pedagogical dimensions. The results provide a comprehensive overview of the field and highlight research gaps that can inform future studies on teacher efficacy and moderating variables. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan memvisualisasikan lanskap penelitian mengenai teacher efficacy dan variabel moderasinya dalam lima tahun terakhir melalui analisis bibliometrik dan pemetaan VOSviewer. Meningkatnya jumlah publikasi terkait teacher efficacy khususnya yang berkaitan dengan kepemimpinan, dukungan organisasi, kompetensi digital, serta transformasi pedagogis menunjukkan perlunya sintesis sistematis untuk memahami tren publikasi, struktur tematik, dan jaringan kolaborasi ilmiah. Data diperoleh dari basis data Scopus dengan kata kunci “teacher efficacy” AND “moderation,” kemudian diseleksi untuk menjamin relevansi dan kelengkapan metadata. Teknik bibliometrik dan science mapping digunakan untuk menganalisis distribusi publikasi, produktivitas penulis, kontribusi negara, serta ko-okurensi kata kunci. VOSviewer dimanfaatkan untuk menghasilkan visualisasi klaster yang menggambarkan struktur intelektual bidang penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teacher efficacy merupakan tema sentral yang menghubungkan kompetensi digital, kesejahteraan psikologis, kepemimpinan instruksional, dan pengembangan profesional. Indonesia muncul sebagai salah satu negara paling produktif, mencerminkan kuatnya dorongan penelitian seiring reformasi Kurikulum Merdeka dan digitalisasi pendidikan. Pemetaan kata kunci menunjukkan dua klaster utama: klaster yang berfokus pada aspek teknologi dan psikologis, serta klaster yang menyoroti pembelajaran profesional dan model pedagogis. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa teacher efficacy berfungsi sebagai konstruksi kunci yang menjembatani dimensi teknologi, organisasi, dan pedagogi. Hasil penelitian memberikan gambaran komprehensif serta mengidentifikasi peluang penelitian masa depan terkait teacher efficacy dan variabel moderasi. Abstract

Abstract: The role of education in educating the nation is very important, so it is very important for schools to pay attention to the quality of education. Quality improvement management is considered an important factor, including the assessment of school performance through accreditation so that it will be known how good teacher competence is. Accreditation can be used as a means to ensure school quality. This study aims to determine: (1) the level of school accreditation implementation; (2) the level of teacher learning performance; (3) the level of education quality; (4) the effect of school accreditation implementation and teacher learning performance on education quality. This study used a quantitative approach with descriptive and regression analysis. The results of the study illustrate: (1) The level of school accreditation implementation in SMA Negeri Se-Kota Batu is in the range of 63-76 in the very good category; (2) The level of teacher learning performance in SMA Negeri Se-Kota Batu is in the range of 65-80 in the very high category; (3) The level of education quality in SMA Negeri Se-Kota Batu is in the range of 99-120 in the very good category; (4) There is an influence between school accreditation and teacher learning performance on the quality of education of SMA Negeri Se-Kota Batu with an influence of 77.7%, with details between accreditation variables having an influence on the quality of education of SMA Negeri Se-Kota Batu as much as 3.0%. Keywords: Implementation of school accreditation; teacher learning performance; education quality Abstrak: Peran pendidikan dalam mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa sangatlah penting, maka sangat penting bagi sekolah untuk memperhatikan mutu pendidikan. Manajemen peningkatan mutu dianggap sebagai faktor penting, termasuk dalam penilaian terhadap kinerja sekolah melalui akreditasi sehingga akan diketahui seberapa baik kompetensi guru. Akreditasi dapat digunakan sebagai sarana untuk menjamin mutu sekolah. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) tingkat implementasi akreditasi sekolah; (2) tingkat kinerja pembelajaran guru; (3) tingkat mutu pendidikan; (4) pengaruh implementasi akreditasi sekolah dan kinerja pembelajaran guru terhadap mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif dan regresi. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan: (1) Tingkat implementasi akreditasi sekolah di SMA Negeri Se-Kota Batu berada pada rentang nilai 63-76 dalam kategori sangat baik; (2) Tingkat kinerja pembelajaran guru di SMA Negeri Se-Kota Batu berada pada rentang 65-80 dalam kategori sangat tinggi; (3) Tingkat mutu pendidikan di SMA Negeri Se-Kota Batu berada pada rentang 99-120 dalam kategori sangat baik; (4) Terdapat pengaruh antara akreditasi sekolah dan kinerja pembelajaran guru terhadap mutu pendidikan SMA Negeri Se-Kota Batu dengan pengaruh sebesar 77,7%, dengan rincian antara variabel akreditasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap mutu pendidikan SMA Negeri Se-Kota Batu sebanyak 3,0%. Abstract

Islamic higher education in Indonesia, particularly UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung and UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, faces challenges in increasing student interest and educational quality amidst increasingly fierce competition. This study aims to analyze effective digital marketing strategies to strengthen the attractiveness of both institutions through a strategic management approach based on SWOT analysis. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with leaders, marketing staff, and lecturers at both campuses, as well as focus group discussions (FGDs) with students and alumni. The results reveal that UIN Malang has a more structured digital marketing system with a professional team and adequate infrastructure, while UIN Tulungagung is still in the capacity development stage. The optimal implementation of the 4P digital marketing mix can increase campus visibility, engagement, and student enrollment. However, increased human resource and technology capacity as well as internal coordination are needed for better effectiveness, especially for UIN Tulungagung. These findings provide a strategic contribution to the development of adaptive digital marketing management in Islamic universities, while strengthening the position of both campuses in the national higher education competition

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine the influence of scientific literacy and technological literacy on the implementation of innovative learning among teachers at MTs Madani Alauddin Makassar. Scientific literacy is defined as teachers’ ability to understand scientific concepts, processes, and apply scientific methods in classroom practice, while technological literacy refers to their competence in utilizing digital tools effectively to support teaching and learning activities. Employing a quantitative approach with an ex post facto design, the study involved teachers selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that teachers’ scientific literacy is categorized as good and contributes to their ability to design inquiry-based, experimental, and problem-solving learning activities. Technological literacy is also at a high level and significantly supports the use of digital media, technology-based assessment, and the implementation of modern learning models such as blended learning. Simultaneously, both variables show a significant influence on the implementation of innovative learning. These results highlight the importance of strengthening dual literacy to enhance pedagogical innovation within madrasah settings. The study recommends continuous professional development based on the TPACK framework and improved digital infrastructure to support high-quality learning practices. Literasi sains dipahami sebagai kemampuan guru dalam memahami konsep, proses, serta penerapan metode ilmiah dalam pembelajaran, sedangkan literasi teknologi mencakup kompetensi dalam memanfaatkan perangkat digital secara efektif untuk mendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain ex post facto serta melibatkan guru sebagai sampel melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui statistik deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi sains guru berada pada kategori baik dan berkontribusi terhadap kemampuan merancang pembelajaran berbasis inquiry, eksperimen, dan pemecahan masalah. Literasi teknologi juga berada pada kategori tinggi dan berpengaruh terhadap penerapan media digital, evaluasi berbasis teknologi, serta pelaksanaan model pembelajaran modern seperti blended learning. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterlaksanaan pembelajaran inovatif. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penguatan literasi ganda sangat diperlukan untuk mendorong inovasi pembelajaran di madrasah. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pelatihan berkelanjutan berbasis TPACK dan penguatan fasilitas digital untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Abstract

Abstract: This type of qualitative research uses a case study approach, data collection using participatory observation techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. This focus is based on the assumption that contextual learning that integrates local cultural values can significantly improve the understanding, internalization, and practice of Pancasila values. The data validity techniques used are credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests. The results of the study indicate that: 1) The local wisdom of the Kajang Tribe is a comprehensive, dynamic, and relevant value system for modern education, especially in the context of Pancasila Education. The life philosophies of Tallasa Kamase-mase (simple living) and Pasang Ri Kajang (living in harmony with nature) directly reflect and strengthen the values contained in Pancasila, such as mutual cooperation, social justice, and harmony. 2) The integration of these values into the school curriculum, especially through contextual and project-based learning approaches, has proven effective in transforming Pancasila learning from mere memorization into a meaningful, engaging, and transformative experience. The positive impact is not only seen in the increase in students' cognitive interest and understanding, but also in changes in their positive attitudes and behaviors, such as growing concern for the environment, empathy, and pride in cultural identity. 3) Learning based on the local wisdom of the Kajang Tribe has succeeded in shaping students' holistic character, training 21st-century skills, and creating agents of change who actively preserve their culture and environment. This approach shows that the values of Pancasila are deeply rooted in the nation's culture, making it a sustainable guide for life. Keywords: local wisdom, learning resources, pancasila education, relevance of local wisdom Abstrak: Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus (case study), pengumpulan data memggunakan teknik observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumentasi. Fokus ini didasarkan pada asumsi bahwa pembelajaran kontekstual yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai budaya lokal dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan pemahaman, internalisasi, dan pengamalan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan yaitu uji kredibilitas, transferability, dependability, dan confirmability. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kearifan lokal Suku Kajang adalah sistem nilai yang komprehensif, dinamis, dan relevan untuk pendidikan modern, khususnya dalam konteks Pendidikan Pancasila. Filosofi hidup Tallasa Kamase-mase (hidup sederhana) dan Pasang Ri Kajang (hidup selaras dengan alam) secara langsung merefleksikan dan memperkuat nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam Pancasila, seperti gotong royong, keadilan sosial, dan keselarasan. 2) Integrasi nilai-nilai ini ke dalam kurikulum sekolah, terutama melalui pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual dan berbasis proyek, terbukti efektif mengubah pembelajaran Pancasila dari sekadar hafalan menjadi pengalaman yang bermakna, menarik, dan transformatif. Dampak positifnya tidak hanya terlihat dari peningkatan minat dan pemahaman kognitif siswa, tetapi juga pada perubahan sikap dan perilaku positif mereka, seperti tumbuhnya kepedulian terhadap lingkungan, empati, dan rasa bangga terhadap identitas budaya. 3) Pembelajaran berbasis kearifan lokal Suku Kajang berhasil membentuk karakter holistik siswa, melatih keterampilan abad ke-21, dan menciptakan agen perubahan yang secara aktif melestarikan budaya dan lingkungan mereka. Pendekatan ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai Pancasila sudah berakar kuat dalam budaya bangsa, menjadikannya panduan hidup yang berkelanjutan. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the implementation of the hidden curriculum in shaping students’ character at SMA Pondok Schooling Darul Ilmi in Bandung Regency and to formulate strategic strengthening based on SWOT analysis. The research employed a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design to explore students’ lived experiences and the process of value internalization within the daily life of a boarding school environment. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, limited participant observation, and document analysis. The primary research subjects were students selected purposively to represent everyday experiences in the boarding school setting, while supporting informants included the principal, teachers, homeroom teachers, dormitory mentors, and school staff who interact closely with students. Data credibility was ensured through source and technique triangulation as well as interview verification through member checking. Data analysis was conducted thematically through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings were further interpreted through a managerial perspective using the POLC functions (planning, organizing, leadership, and controlling) and were strategically mapped using a Qualitative Integrated SWOT framework. The results indicate that students’ character development primarily occurs through structured habituation embedded in the daily rhythm of classroom and dormitory life, the role modeling of adult actors within the school, the quality of teacher–student relationships, and the application of educational and restorative consequences. The dominant character values identified include integrity, discipline, responsibility, empathy, and emotional regulation. The boarding school environment functions as a social ecosystem that strengthens value internalization through repeated social interaction, collective norms, and consistent institutional culture. SWOT analysis reveals that the effectiveness of the hidden curriculum is supported by the structured boarding school rhythm and strong relational culture, although it still requires reinforcement through consistent role modeling, improved restorative consequences, and strengthened digital literacy and student self-regulation. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi hidden curriculum dalam pembentukan karakter siswa di SMA Pondok Schooling Darul Ilmi Kabupaten Bandung serta merumuskan strategi penguatan berbasis analisis SWOT. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologis untuk memahami pengalaman dan proses internalisasi nilai yang dialami peserta didik dalam kehidupan keseharian di lingkungan sekolah berasrama. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif terbatas, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek utama penelitian adalah peserta didik yang dipilih secara purposif sebagai representasi pengalaman hidup di sekolah pondok, sementara informan pendukung meliputi kepala sekolah, guru, wali kelas, pamong, dan staf sekolah yang berinteraksi   intensif dengan siswa. Keabsahan data dijaga melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik serta verifikasi hasil wawancara (member checking). Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, kemudian diperkaya melalui pembacaan manajerial fungsi POLC (planning, organizing, leadership, controlling) serta pemetaan strategis menggunakan pendekatan Qualitative Integrated SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan karakter siswa terutama berlangsung melalui mekanisme pembiasaan yang terstruktur dalam ritme kehidupan kelas dan asrama, keteladanan aktor sekolah, kualitas relasi antara guru dan siswa, serta desain konsekuensi yang bersifat edukatif dan restoratif. Nilai karakter yang paling menonjol meliputi integritas, disiplin, tanggung jawab, empati, dan pengendalian emosi. Lingkungan sekolah pondok berfungsi sebagai ekosistem sosial yang memperkuat internalisasi nilai melalui interaksi sosial yang berulang, norma kolektif, dan budaya institusional yang konsisten. Analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan implementasi hidden curriculum didukung oleh ritme kehidupan berasrama dan budaya relasional yang kuat, namun tetap memerlukan penguatan melalui konsolidasi keteladanan, desain konsekuensi yang lebih edukatif, serta penguatan literasi digital dan kontrol diri siswa.
