Abstract

This research examines the meaning of the word "mitsāqan ghalīẓā" in the Qur'an by placing it within the entire context of its usage, namely in the covenant of Allah with the prophets, the covenant of Allah with the Children of Israel, and the marriage contract. This emphasis on the scope is intended to demonstrate that the meaning of "mitsāqan ghalīẓā" represents a universal covenant in the Qur'an that reflects the highest divine commitment, rather than being limited solely to the institution of marriage. This study is a library research utilizing a thematic interpretation approach (maudhu‘ī). Data is obtained through the exploration of Qur'anic verses that contain the meaning of "mitsāqan ghalīẓā" and is analyzed based on classical and contemporary interpretations, including Tafsir al-Qur’an al-‘Aẓīm by Ibn Kathir, Tafsir an-Nūr by Tengku Muhammad Hasbi Ash-Shiddiqie, and Tafsir al-Mishbah by M. Quraish Shihab. The results of the study indicate that "mitsāqan ghalīẓā" means a very strong, sacred, and binding covenant that carries significant responsibility before Allah. In the context of marriage, "mitsāqan ghalīẓā" reflects the sanctity of the marriage contract as a divine trust that demands responsibility, justice, and fidelity. Thus, the meaning of the word "mitsāqan ghalīẓā" has strong relevance in the lives of Muslims.

Abstract

Gender inequality remains a relevant social issue and is frequently represented in literary works. One literary work that addresses this issue is Ade Ubaidil's novel Yuni. This study aims to describe the forms of gender inequality experienced by the main character in Yuni's novel and examine its implications for Indonesian language learning. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with text analysis methods and a socialist feminist approach. The research data consist of words, phrases, clauses, and sentences in the novel that depict gender inequality practices. Data collection techniques were conducted through documentary studies, while data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that Yuni experiences various forms of gender inequality, including marginalization, subordination, stereotypes, violence, and workload. This inequality arises as a result of a patriarchal social system that limits women's freedom of movement and freedom. The findings of this study have important implications for Indonesian language learning, particularly as teaching materials for literary appreciation that can foster awareness of gender equality, humanitarian values, and critical thinking skills in students.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low social skills of students in class V at SDN 002 Laggini. This research aims to improve students' social skills by using the value clarification technique (VCT) learning model in class V learning at SDN 002 Laggini. Indicators of social skills are: the ability to share or take turns, the ability to appreciate or respect, the ability to help, the ability to follow instructions and the ability to express opinions. This type of research is classroom action research. The subjects of this research were 28 class V students at SDN 002 Laggini. The cycle stage in research uses the steps of planning, implementation, observation, reflection. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation techniques. Data analysis techniques use quantitative and qualitative. The results of this research show that the value clarification technique (VCT) learning model can improve students' social skills. This can be shown by the observation results obtained in the first cycle of meeting I from 28 students. It was discovered that the social skills of students who were in the complete category reached 13 students (46%). The results of the first cycle of the second meeting of students who entered the complete category reached 15 students (54%). The results of cycle II of meeting I experienced an increase in students in the complete category reaching 20 students (71%). The results of the second cycle of the second meeting of students who entered the complete category reached 24 students (85%). Thus it can be concluded that through the application of the value clarification technique (VCT) learning model it can improve the social skills of class V students at SDN 002 Laggini.

Abstract

The low mastery of English vocabulary among early childhood children remains a problem influenced by the limited availability of interesting learning media and the minimal use of technology. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of Assemblr Studio-based Augmented Reality ‘Spinning Wheel’ media on the English vocabulary of early childhood children at Villa Beta Kindergarten, Padang City. The study used a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental method through a One Group Pretest Posttest Design. The research subjects were 15 children who were determined using a saturated sampling technique. The research instrument was in the form of oral and behavioral tests compiled based on indicators of early childhood language development and validated by experts. Data analysis was carried out using parametric statistical tests with the help of SPSS version 29, including normality tests and Paired Sample T-tests. The results showed a significant increase between pre-test and post-test scores with a significance value of <0.05. Thus, the Assemblr Studio-based Augmented Reality ‘Spinning Wheel’ media has a significant effect in improving English vocabulary mastery among early childhood children.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effectiveness of the Integrated Subsidized Fertilizer Application (iPubers) in distributing subsidized fertilizers in Sungai Rotan Village, Rantau Panjang District, Ogan Ilir Regency. iPubers was developed to support targeted, transparent, and accountable fertilizer distribution through digitalized redemption at the kiosk level. This qualitative descriptive study employed observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving agricultural officials, extension officers, kiosk managers, and beneficiary farmers. The findings indicate that iPubers is moderately effective in improving transaction transparency, data recording, and distribution monitoring. Nevertheless, effectiveness remains suboptimal due to inaccurate farmer data (NIK discrepancies), limited internet connectivity, technical application issues, and low digital literacy. Supporting factors include government policy support, active extension services, and kiosk commitment. The study concludes that iPubers has strong potential to enhance distribution effectiveness, provided that continuous improvements in data validation, network infrastructure, and user capacity are implemented. Abstract

This study aims to describe the process of implementing a digital-based jarimatika method to improve counting skills in mathematics learning, specifically on multiplication material, for third-grade students at SDN 171/I Bajubang Laut.This research employs Classroom Action Research (CAR), which focuses on how the implementation of digital-based jarimatika can improve the counting skills of third-grade students at SDN 171/I Bajubang Laut. Data were collected through observation and tests. The research subjects consisted of 15 third-grade students, comprising 7 male and 8 female students.The results of the study indicate that the implementation of digital-based jarimatika through the use of visual and systematic digital media is able to assist students in performing multiplication calculations. The teacher explained how to use the digital-based jarimatika method by providing calculation examples and guiding students to practice directly, thereby encouraging active student participation in the learning process. This research was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection, with two meetings in each cycle. The findings show that the implementation of digital-based jarimatika successfully increased students’ counting skills, with the percentage rising from 53.3% in Cycle I to 81.6% in Cycle II.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and validate a Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS)-based numeracy assessment on the topic of length and weight measurement for fourth-grade elementary school students. The research employed a research and development approach with validation by material and language experts. Data were collected through interviews, expert validation questionnaires, and documentation. The results of material expert validation showed an overall validity percentage of 80%, categorized as valid, while language expert validation reached 100% with a very valid category. These results indicate that the developed HOTS-based numeracy assessment is appropriate for use in learning and assessment activities in elementary schools.

Abstract

Based on the findings, it is discovered that the concept of multiplied sustenance in the Qur'an, associated with the word ad’āfan, is often understood solely in material terms. Some interpreters emphasize its spiritual meaning and blessings. This gap in understanding presents an opportunity for deeper research. The aim of this study is to identify and analyze the context of the Qur'anic verses that use the worod ad’āfan in relation to the concept of sustenance and to examine the interpretations of various scholars regarding the verses containing the word ad’āfan in relation to the reward of multiplied sustenance. This research employs a library research method, focusing on the word ad’āfan (أَضْعَافًا) found in several Qur'anic verses related to the concept of multiplied sustenance. The data collection technique involves reviewing the Qur'anic verses that contain the word ad’āfan, studying classical and contemporary interpretations and gathering supporting literature such as books, journals and relevant scholarly works. The results indicate that the word ad’āfan in the Qur'an carries the meaning of receiving double rewards granted by Allah to His servants according to their sincerity, piety and sacrifices in the path of goodness. Furthermore, this multiplication is not limited to material aspects but also includes spiritual dimensions, such as peace of mind, blessings in life and each other. The analyzed verses demonstrate that multiplied sustenance is granted to those who give charity with a sincere heart, without causing harm or bringing up their donations. For future research, it is hoped that the study of the concept of ad’āfan will utilize various approaches.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of the Round Robin method in Pancasila learning on norms in shaping the attitude of responsibility of fifth-grade elementary school students. This study is motivated by the low attitude of responsibility of students shown through a lack of active participation, less than optimal learning readiness, and low awareness in carrying out the role as students. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. The research subjects consisted of the fifth-grade homeroom teacher and three fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 95/I Olak. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the application of the Round Robin method is able to increase students' active involvement, discipline in discussions, and the development of attitudes of responsibility both academically and socially. This method is effective for use in Pancasila learning on norms to shape students' attitudes of responsibility.

Abstract

This study is motivated by science learning, specifically food chain material in elementary schools, which still faces challenges in the form of limited media and low student engagement. Teachers generally use lecture methods and conventional media, making learning monotonous and less interesting. The use of Android application-based digital media developed with the Kodular platform has been proven to increase motivation and learning outcomes. Before developing learning aids, a needs analysis is required to ensure the product's suitability with learning conditions in the field. This study aims to analyze the need for developing Kodular-based interactive learning aids on food chain material for fifth-grade elementary school students. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation and interviews with teachers and students at SD Negeri 112/I Perumnas. The analysis results show that students need learning media that is interesting, interactive, and easy to understand, while teachers require practical and effective digital aids to explain abstract concepts visually. These findings form an important basis for developing Kodular-based interactive learning aids that align with the demands of the Merdeka Curriculum and the characteristics of elementary school students.
