Abstract

Kewajiban memberikan nafkah keluarga merupakan tanggung jawab utama suami dalam membina rumah tangga, sebagaimana diatur dalam hukum Islam maupun hukum positif. Dalam praktiknya kewajiban ini kadang terabaikan sehingga sering terjadi penelantaran nafkah dan peninggalan beban hutang keluarga kepada istri yang berdampak pada kerugian ekonomi, sosial, dan psikologis istri dan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penelantaran nafkah dan tanggung jawab atas hutang keluarga dari perspektif hukum Islam, serta menganalisis perlindungan hukum bagi istri berdasarkan Kompilasi Hukum Islam (KHI) dan Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan normatif-yuridis dengan teknik studi pustaka, yang menelaah sumber-sumber primer peraturanperundang-undangan, serta sumber sekunder berupa literatur fikih dan jurnal akademik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penelantaran nafkah merupakan pelanggaran terhadap prinsip qawwamah dalam Islamdan termasuk tindak pidana kekerasan ekonomi sebagaimana diatur dalam UU PKDRT. Adapun hutang keluarga yang ditinggalkan suami menjadi bagian dari harta peninggalan (tirkah) yang wajib diselesaikan sebelum pembagian warisan, bukan otomatis tanggung jawab istri. Dengan demikian, hukum Islam dan hukum nasional sama-sama memberikan perlindungan kepada istri dari bentuk ketidakadilan ekonomi dalam rumah tangga.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the Small Group Discussion (SGD) strategy can improve students’ communication skills in the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subject at SMP Plus Nusantara. The Small Group Discussion (SGD) strategy was chosen because it is considered capable of encouraging active student participation in the learning process, honing speaking, listening, and effectively discussing skills within small groups. The research method usedwas qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through classroom observations, interviews with teachers and students, and documentation related to the implementation of Small Group Discussion (SGD) in the PAIclass. Data analysis was conducted using Miles and Huberman’s interactive analysis technique, which includes datareduction, data presentation, and conclusion verification. The results show that the implementation of the Small GroupDiscussion (SGD) strategy significantly improves students’ communication skills, as evidenced by the increased ability of students to express opinions, actively engage in discussions, and listen critically. Furthermore, students also demonstrated positive attitudes towards this method, making the learning process more engaging and interactive.However, some challenges were identified, such as differences in student ability levels and time management duringdiscussions, which need to be addressed for optimal strategy implementation. Thus, the Small Group Discussion(SGD) strategy is highly relevant and effective when used in PAI learning to enhance students’ communication skills. This study recommends that teachers pay attention to group management and material variation so that every student can participate optimally.

Abstract

The problem in this research was the low reading comprehension skills of fourth- grade students at UPT SD Negeri 2 Sukoharjo III in Pancasila Education. This study aimed to determine the effect of applying the Wordwall-based SQ3R method on reading comprehension skills. This research used a quantitative with a nonequivalent control group design method. The population consisted of 33 students, and the sample was 33 students, determined by saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using tests and non-tests techniques. Data analysis techniques used simple linear regression tests and independent samples t-test. The results of this study showed an effect of using the Wordwall-based SQ3R method on the reading comprehension skills of fourth-grade students at UPT SD Negeri 2 Sukoharjo III. This study also found a difference in Pancasila Education reading comprehension skills among fourth-grade students at UPT SD Negeri 2 Sukoharjo III for the 2025/2026 academic year compare the treatment using the Wordwall-based SQ3R method and the discussion method. Abstract

The problem in this study is the low learning outcomes of Pancasila and Citizenship Education in grade III of SD Negeri 4 Metro Barat. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the wordwall-assisted discovery learning model on the learning outcomes of Pancasila and Citizenship Education in grade III of SD Negeri 4 Metro Barat. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group design. This study uses a saturated sample technique with a sample size of 15 students and a population of 31 students. Data collection techniques use test techniques in the form of multiple-choice questions and non-test techniques in the form of observation sheets. Hypothesis testing uses a simple linear regression formula. The results of the study indicate that there is an effect of the application of the Wordwall-assisted Discovery Learning model on the learning outcomes of Pancasila and Citizenship Education in grade III of SD Negeri 4 Metro Barat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the need for improvement of chemistry teaching materials for high school grade XI on reaction rate material, and the findings of this study will be consulted for further information in the development of electronic chemistry teaching materials or e-modules that are integrated with project-based learning-based ethnopedagogy. A qualitative descriptive method was employed in this study. The research was conducted at SMAN 2 Percut Sei Tuan through interviews with a chemistry teacher and classroom observations in class XI-C, involving 36 students. The results indicate that the teacher has never used e-modules in chemistry learning, particularly for reaction rate materials. Learning activities are still limited due to the lack of laboratory tools and materials, resulting in the use of simple teaching resources that are not integrated with local wisdom. The teacher also acknowledged that the development of ethnopedagogy-based e-modules integrating local wisdom is highly necessary to provide authentic learning experiences, enabling students to better understand abstract reaction rate concepts and construct their own understanding independently. Furthermore, the results of the student needs analysis questionnaire show that 85.5% of students are interested in and agree with the development of project-based e-modules integrated with ethnopedagogy, as this approach supports independent exploration of their understanding.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low critical thinking skills of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 10 Metro Timur. This study aims to determine the effect of the augmented reality-assisted problem-based learning model on students' critical thinking skills. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group design. The population consists of 35 students in grades IV A and IV B, and the sample was determined using saturated sampling technique. Data collection was conducted through critical thinking skills tests. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of the application of the augmented reality-assisted problem-based learning model on the critical thinking skills of fourth-grade students in elementary school IPAS subjects, as shown by a sig value of 0.001 < 0.005.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the use of Natural media in the form of soil as a color pigment in the learning of painting in students of SMAN 11 Gowa, Tombolo Pao District. The background of this research is based on the importance of developing students ' creativity through the utilization of local potential and the use of alternative materials that are economical and environmentally friendly compared to synthetic dyes. As a Adiwiyata school, the utilization of Tombolo Pao local land which has four natural color variants, namely black, brown, red, and yellow, is a relevant learning innovation in fostering aesthetic sensitivity and environmental concern of students. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a focus on the process of exploration of materials, soil processing techniques into painting pigments, and analysis of student work based on physioplastic elements including color, texture, and harmonization. Subjects were students of Class XII language SMAN 11 Gowa who follow the practice of learning the art of painting using soil media on canvas.The results showed that the use of soil media in the learning of painting is able to produce distinctive visual characters in the form of natural textures and shades of earthy tones. This learning process not only improves studentstechnical skills in processing unconventional materials, but also encourages awareness of the value of local wisdom and environmental awareness. Thus, soil media can be used as an innovative alternative in learning the fine arts to develop students creativity on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

Functional reading ability is an essential skill that supports the independence of students with moderate intellectual disabilities in daily life. However, cognitive limitations and the low attractiveness of instructional media often hinder the learning process of reading skills. This study aimed to analyze the effect of augmented reality–based flashcard media on the functional reading ability of students with moderate intellectual disabilities. This study employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental pretest–posttest design. The research subjects consisted of three students with moderate intellectual disabilities. The instrument used was a functional reading ability test. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test to examine differences in reading ability before and after the use of the media. The results indicated that the use of augmented reality–based flashcard media showed a positive effect on improving functional reading ability among students with moderate intellectual disabilities. These findings suggest that the integration of augmented reality technology into visual learning media can enhance students’ understanding and learning motivation. Therefore, augmented reality–based flashcard media shows potential as an alternative instructional medium to support functional reading learning for students with moderate intellectual disabilities.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the local wisdom found in the e-book Legenda di Natuna published by the Natuna Regency Tourism Office. The data sources consist of seven regional legends, namely Legenda Tanjung Senubing, Legenda Batu Kasah, Legenda Pulau Senua, Legenda Telapak Kaki Tok Nyong, Legenda Teluk Panglima, Legenda Pulau Sahi, and Legenda Tok Ibo dan Tok Umbok. This research employs a qualitative approach using a descriptive method. The data, in the form of words, phrases, and sentences containing elements of local wisdom, were collected through reading and note-taking techniques, and then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that these legends reflect the worldview of the Natuna community related to social and cultural life. Local wisdom is manifested through the attitudes and behaviors of the characters in maintaining social harmony, fulfilling life responsibilities, and preserving cultural continuity. Overall, the legends illustrate a balance between harmonious social life and efforts to sustain the local cultural heritage of the Natuna community. Keywords: local wisdom, legend, folklore

Abstract

This study analyzed the factors influencing the decisions of twelfth-grade students from MA, SMA, and SMK in Bombana Regency in choosing a higher education institution, with a case study of Universitas Sains Islam Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka (USIMAR). The study employed an explanatory quantitative approach involving 114 respondents and applied multiple linear regression analysis. The variables examined included accreditation, economic factors, social factors, promotion and campus image, and religiosity. The results indicated that, simultaneously, all variables significantly influenced students’ decisions, with an R² value of 0.817. Partially, economic, social, and religiosity factors had a significant effect, whereas accreditation as well as promotion and campus image did not have a significant effect. Social factors were identified as the most dominant determinant influencing students’ decisions to choose USIMAR Kolaka.
