Pendas : Jurnah Ilmiah Pendidikan Dasar is a journal published twice a year, namely in June and December that aims to be a forum for scientific publications to pour ideas and studies complemented with the results of research related to primary school education. To achieve this, basic education journals will selectively disseminate ideas and studies complemented by quality research results related to basic education, develop an education center to the elementary-school that can produce innovative, creative and original work and tested in the field of education and learning elementary School to be disseminated and implemented for improving the quality of primary-to-national education at the national, regional and international levels.

This study aims to explore and examine the local wisdom of the language system among the Baduy community living in Kanekes Village, Leuwidamar District, Lebak Regency, Banten Province. A qualitative descriptive method was used as the research approach. Local wisdom is explored as the foundation of this study, specifically to understand the language system of the Baduy community. Data collection was carried out through observation, documentation, and interviews with several informants. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings show that Baduy language is one of the regional languages in Indonesia and is fairly preserved by the local government, although linguistic studies on this language remain limited. The use of Baduy language is considered an important marker of ethnic identity for the Baduy community. Although the Baduy people are an isolated community, many of them are bilingual, meaning they can also communicate in Indonesian in their daily lives, especially when interacting with people from outside the Baduy area who visit their territory.

This research is motivated by the difficulty of students in concentrating to understand the subject matter which results in a lack of development of creativity skills and student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the project-based learning model on the creativity and learning outcomes of grade V students on the learning of food chain science. This research was conducted at SDN 1 Karangampel Kidul. The research method used is True Experimental Design in the form of Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. This study used 2 sample groups, namely a control class of 45 people and an experimental class of 45 people. The experimental group is a group of students who are given the treatment of a project-based learning model, while the control group is a group of students who use a conventional model. The instruments used are test questions to determine learning outcomes and observation sheets to determine student creativity which is then carried out in experimental and control classes. As a result of this study, Mann Whitney's test on creativity observation is known to have an Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.006 so that Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) is stated to be less than 0.05 (0.006 < 0.05), so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted or there is a difference in creativity between students in the experimental class and students in the control class. In the analysis of the Mann Whitney test, the students' learning outcomes were known to have Asymp scores. Sig. (2-tailed) by 0.000 so that Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) is stated to be less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), which can be interpreted as Ha accepted or there is a significant difference in science learning outcomes between students in the experimental class and students in the control class. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the project-based learning model on the creativity and learning outcomes of grade V students on the learning of food chain science materials.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif group investigation untuk meningkatkan keterapilan kolaborasi peserta didik pada pelajaran IPAS materi melihat karena cahaya mendengar karena bunyi di kelas V SDN 17/I Rantau Puri. Bentuk penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Taggart dan Kemmis yang terdiri dari 4 tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menerapkan model group investigation pada pembelajaran IPAS terlihat terjadi peningkatan keterampilan kolaborasi peserta didik. Peningkatan keterampilan kolaborasi peserta didik ditandai dengan memperhatikan tiap indikator keterampilan kolaborasi, yaitu Saat kegiatan kolaborasi atau kelompok peserta didik memiliki tingkat kerja sama dengan baik; meskipun memiliki perspektif yang berbeda peserta didik mampu menunjukkan empati yang tinggi; mampu beradaptasi dengan baik; bertanggung jawab terhadap peran yang diberikan; mempunyai kemampuan berkompromi yang baik diantara anggota lainnya untuk tercapai tujuan bersama. Hal ini terlihat dari peserta didik yang mengalami peningkatan keterampilan kolaborasi dalam pembelajaran dengan memperhatikan tiap indikator keterampilan kolaborasi pada kegiatan pembelajaran terlihat pada setiap pertemuan. Hasil dari penelitian siklus I Pertemuan I memperoleh persentase 46,25% pada pertemuan II 55,43% mengalami peningkatan 9,18%. Siklus II pertemuan I memperoleh persentase 68,33% dan pertemuan II 84,31% mengalami peningkatan sebesar 15,98%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan keterapilan kolaborasi peserta didik kelas V SDN 17/I Rantau Puri dapat meningkat setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran group investigation.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of group guidance in improving students' literacy. This research employs a quantitative approach with a pre-test and post-test design, utilizing the IBM SPSS program for data analysis. The study was conducted at Sanggar Bimbingan Kampung Beru School, Malaysia. The results indicate that group guidance services have been proven effective in enhancing students' literacy, with an N-Gain score of 0.41, falling within the range of 0.3 ≤ N-Gain ≤ 0.7, and an Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) probability value of 0.001 < 0.05. This effectiveness is evident from the comparison between students' pre-test scores before receiving group guidance services and their post-test scores after receiving the intervention

The purpose of this study was to determine efforts to improve student motivation and learning outcomes through interactive learning based on wordwalls in Pancasila education learning in class. The type of research used is classroom action research which takes place in two stages, namely pre-learning cycle and learning cycle consisting of four steps, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. This research was conducted at SDN 40 Mataram, with 13 students as research subjects. Based on the research that has been conducted, it was obtained that student learning motivation in the pre-cycle stage was 68.2%, in the first cycle stage it increased to 75.3% after using wordwalls in the learning process. A significant increase occurred after the second cycle stage of 90.2%. As the value of student motivation increases at each stage, student learning outcomes are also directly proportional to that motivation. At the pre-cycle stage, the average value of student learning outcomes was 73 with classical completeness of 53.8%, at the cycle I stage, the average value of student learning outcomes was 77.6 with classical completeness of 84.6%, at the cycle II stage, the average value of student learning outcomes was 88 with classical completeness of 92.3%.

On March 23, 2024, MT. Joy Chemist failed a tank inspection at SK Gas 1 Terminal, Ulsan, South Korea, due to residual cargo, delaying loading. This study analyzes tank cleaning for Mineral Base Oil, causes of residual contamination, and strategies for improving tank cleanliness. Data were collected through observations, interviews with the Chief Officer, Boatswain, and AB, and document analysis. Fishbone analysis found suboptimal equipment, weak supervision, and inefficient time allocation as key factors. Recommendations include equipment maintenance, better time management, and strict SOP-based supervision to enhance tank cleaning effectiveness and vessel efficiency.

This study aims to: (1) determine the design of the "Sugam" puzzle-based learning media to improve the learning outcomes of fourth-grade elementary school students in IPAS (Integrated Science and Social Studies), (2) assess the feasibility of the media through validation by experts in content, media, and language, and (3) evaluate the effectiveness of the Sugam media. This research uses the ADDIE model, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The instruments used are teacher response questionnaires (92%) and student response questionnaires (98%) to measure the practicality of the media. The expert validation results indicate the feasibility of the media, with percentages of 90% (media expert), 96% (language expert), and 98% (content expert). The field test results show a significant improvement in the pre-test (56) and post-test (94) scores, with an N-gain value of 0.86, indicating a high improvement. Thus, the developed learning media is effective for use in teaching.

Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang Pengaruh Penerapan Metode Storytelling pada Siswa Kelas V di SD Inpres Tamangapa Kota Makassar dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif desain deskriptif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah True Eksperimen dengan melibatkan siswa kelas V sebanyak 35 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Penilaian pada penelitian ini dilakukan secara pre-test dan post-test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan, nilai yang diperoleh kemudian dilakukan analisis data secara deskriptif dan inferensial yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterampilan berbicara siswa terhadap penerapan metode Storytelling. Penerapan metode Storytelling pada mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia membuat siswa lebih tertarik belajar dan memudahkan siswa dalam menguasai materi pelajaran.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1. Menjelaskan tahapan pengembangan media pembelajaran KUPAT (buku lipat) untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa SDN Sukajadi 04. 2. Menguji kelayakan media pembelajaran KUPAT untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa SDN Sukajadi 04. 3. Mengetahui tingkat keefektivitasan media pembelajaran KUPAT untuk meningkatkan keterampillan kolaborasi siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS SDN Sukajadi 04. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian dan pengembangan. Penelitian dilakukan di SDN Sukajadi 04. Data penelitian dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah (1) Media pembelajaran KUPAT (Buku Lipat) dapat dikembangkan untuk mata pelajaran IPS kelas V SD (2) media pembelajaran KUPAT (Buku Lipat) divalidasi oleh Ahli media, ahli Bahasa dan Ahli Materi. (3) Peningkatan keterampilan kolaborasi dalam penelitian ini dilihat dari hasil analisis angket Keterampilan Kolaborasi sebelum menggunakan media KUPAT (Buku Lipat) memperoleh nilai rata-rata 55% dan sesudah menggunakan media KUPAT (Buku Lipat) nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh yaitu 91%. (4) Berdasarkan presentase menunjukan bahwa pengembangan media pembelajaran KUPAT (Buku Lipat) untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas V SD yakni 93% dapat di kategorikan sangat layak.(5) Diperoleh nilai rata-rata 91% dengan kategori sangat efektif dari hasil analisis respon siswa yang memperoleh nilai rata-rata 93% dan respon guru yang memperoleh nilai rata-rata 100%.

Productivity has an important role because a country's ability to produce goods and services determines the country's standard of living. The higher the level of productivity of a country, the greater the profits it will get, and vice versa. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of kaizen culture, leadership style, and job satisfaction on work productivity. The approach and method used in this research is a quantitative approach with causal methods. Data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sampling method uses the Slovin formula, the sample is 95 respondents at PT. Nikomas Gemilang in Serang City.The results of the hypothesis test show that in the partial significance test each of the variables of kaizen culture and leadership style on productivity has a significance value greater than 0.05, job satisfaction on work productivity has a significance value smaller than 0.05. In a simultaneous test (F test) the variables of kaizen culture, leadership style and job satisfaction on productivity have a significance value of less than 0.05. The conclusion shows that the partial significance test of each of the kaizen culture variables and leadership style has no effect on work productivity, job satisfaction has an effect on work productivity. In a simultaneous test (F test) the variables of kaizen culture, leadership style and job satisfaction influence productivity.
