Abstract

This research discusses the leadership strategies of school principals in developing human resources in elementary schools in the 21 st century era. The aim is to identify effective strategies, reveal the challenges faced, and evaluate their impact on curriculum implementation and improving the quality of education. This research highlights the importance of transformational and distributed leadership approaches to support innovation and collaboration. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation and document analysis. Purposive sampling technique was used to select 15 relevant informants. Data were analyzed thematically, involving coding, identifying major themes, and interpretation. Validity is maintained through method triangulation, member checking, and peer debriefing. Based on research, school principals in Majalaya District apply various leadership strategies, such as teacher empowerment, collaboration, and transformational approaches. The main challenges include limited funds, time, and teacher resistance. As a result, the majority of teachers are more motivated and actively involved. Implementation of the 21 st century curriculum was carried out in stages with stakeholder collaboration, resulting in increased performance of teachers, staff and learning effectiveness. Research shows that the success of school principal leadership is influenced by unique approaches, challenges and collaboration. SDN Padasuka 05 focuses on continuous training, SDN Kubang on collaboration, SDN Leuwidulang on transformation. Challenges in the form of funds, resistance and time are overcome by increasing teacher motivation. The work culture supports the 21 st century curriculum through collaboration between society and technology.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of MIKiR (Building Creative Ideas with Reality Innovation) active learning based on Malay culture on the learning outcomes and cultural awareness of elementary school students. This research was carried out at SDN 006 Sorek Dua and SDN 008 Dundangan with a quasi-experimental study approach for class II students. The variables studied were student learning outcomes in arithmetic operations material and cultural awareness which includes students' knowledge and appreciation of Malay culture. The learning method used focuses on applying Malay cultural values ​​in active learning activities to increase student motivation and understanding. Data was collected through learning outcomes tests, observations, and cultural awareness questionnaires. The research results showed that there was a significant increase in student learning outcomes in arithmetic operations and cultural awareness material after implementing MIKiR active learning based on Malay culture. Thus, Malay culture-based learning can contribute positively to academic achievement and instilling cultural values ​​in students. It is hoped that this research can become a reference in developing a curriculum that integrates academic learning with local culture to improve the quality of education in elementary schools

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya fakta di lapangan yang menunjukkan masih rendahnya kemampuan komunikasi matematis yang terdapat pada siswa SMPN 06 Tulang Bawang Barat. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran RME (Realistic Mathematic Education) terhadap komunikasi matematis pada siswa, untuk mengetahui pengaruh self efficacy terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa, dan untuk mengetahui adanya interaksi antara model pembelajaran RME (Realistic Mathematic Education) dengan self efficacy terhadap komunikasi matematis siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif, sedangkan jenis penelitian yang di pakai dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi experimental design. Dilakukan penelitian eksperimen, siswa mendapatkan perlakuan pembelajaran Pendekatan Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) dan kontrol yaitu siswa mendapatkan perlakuan model pembelajaran direct intruction. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas VIII di SMP N 06 Tulang Bawang Barat pada TA. 2023/2024, semester genap bersampel 90. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan cluster random sampling, Teknik analisis data menggunakan anova dua arah. Sebelum melakukan pengujian dengan uji anova, maka data yang digunakan haruslah berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa: 1) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh pengaruh model pembelajaran RME (Realistic Mathematic Education) terhadap komunikasi matematis pada siswa. 2) Terdapat pengaruh self efficacy terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. 3) Terdapat adanya interaksi antara model pembelajaran RME (Realistic Mathematic Education ) dengan self efficacy terhadap komunikasi matematis siswa.

Abstract

Dinasti Safawi merupakan salah satu dinasti Islam yang memegang peranan penting dalam sejarah peradaban Islam. Berawal dari sebuah gerakan keagamaan kecil di wilayah Persia, Dinasti Safawi berkembang menjadi kekaisaran besar yang mencakup berbagai aspek kehidupan, mulai dari politik, ekonomi, ilmu pengetahuan, hingga seni dan budaya. Dinasti ini berhasil menjadikan Islam Syiah sebagai identitas keagamaan utama di Persia dan menciptakan basis budaya yang memengaruhi kawasan Timur Tengah hingga era modern. Selain itu, Dinasti Safawi dikenal dengan kontribusinya dalam mengembangkan seni, arsitektur, dan literatur Islam. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membahas sejarah berdirinya Dinasti Safawi, raja-raja yang memerintah, serta tujuh aspek penting peradaban yang berkembang pada masa tersebut. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan wawasan yang lebih luas mengenai peran dan warisan budaya Dinasti Safawi dalam sejarah Islam.

Abstract

This article describes a descriptive qualitative reseach on the leadership style of the principal of SMK Negeri 5 Kendal in improving the quality of education. This article discusses the implementation of educational management and leadership at SMK Negeri 5 Kendal. Education has an important role in shaping the nation's future, and educational leaders play a vital role in managing educational institutions. This report aims to identify educational leaders at SMK Negeri 5 Kendal and their contribution to the quality of education. Through observations and interviews with school principals, teachers and students, it was found that educational management includes curriculum planning, human resource management, as well as monitoring and evaluation. However, challenges such as lack of government support, minimal training for school principals, and teacher resistance to change are still faced. Improvement efforts through professional training, better communication, and implementation of school-based management are proposed to increase the effectiveness of educational management and leadership. Observation results show that although challenges exist, the innovations implemented have a positive impact on the learning process and student achievement.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perkembangan dan strategi dakwah kelompok ahlus sunnah salafiyah di desa Bebidas, bagaimana model komunikasi kelompok Al-Sunnah Salafiyyah dalam mengembangkan faham keagamaannya di desa Bebidas kecamatan Wanasaba dan bagaimana hambatan kelompok al-Sunnah Salafiah dalam mengembangkan paham keagamaannya di desa Bebidas, kecamatan Wanasaba. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan sosiologis. Sumber data terdiri dari sumber data primer dan sekunder. Tempat penelitian ini adalah Desa Bebidas, Kecamatan Wanasaba. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas tokoh, jamaah al-Sunnah Salafiah, pemerintah desa, dan masyarakat yang bukan kelompok al-Sunnah Salafiah. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data berupa pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, dan penyajian data. Teknik keabsahan data berupa triangulasi sumber, teknik, dan waktu. Adapun hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Perkembangan kelompok al-Sunnah Salafiah di Desa Bebidas terbilang cukup pesat, hal tersebut dilihat dari semakin banyaknya masyarakat yang masuk dalam al-Sunnah Salafiah, juga dilihat dari adanya pembentukan masjid di beberapa dusun seperti Tandan Golok, Tanak Betian, Jurang Koak, Dasan Lendang, Lendang Nangka, Tibu Lampit Timur, Lekong Rembuk, dan Dasan Reban. Strategi dakwah yang dilakukan al-Sunnah Salafiah tersebar secara massif melalui dakwah rutin, berdiskusi, menyebarkan ajaran dan masjid.(2) Model komunikasi kelompok al-Sunnah Salafiah di Desa Bebidas, Kecamatan Wanasaba lebih mengarah pada model komunikasi Aristoteles dan model komunikasi S-R (Stimulus-Response). Hal ini karena bentuk komunikasi yang dibangun dalam mengembangkan paham keagamaannya adalah bentuk komunikasi kelompok. (3) Hambatan dalam menyebarkan paham ini berupa hambatan internal dan hambatan eksternal.

Abstract

A self-contained curriculum provides flexibility in planning, implementing and evaluating learning that focuses on developing students' life skills, academic and social-emotional abilities. This study aims to analyze the implementation of a self-contained curriculum at Harapan Bangkit Mulya School for Children with Special Needs, designed to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation, involving the principal, teachers and staff as research subjects. The results show that this curriculum is effective in creating inclusive learning that is relevant to students' needs. The practical and contextual approach becomes the main method in implementing learning, allowing students to learn through real experiences. The advantages of this curriculum include flexibility and focus on students' individual needs. However, there are challenges such as limited facilities, lack of teacher training, and lack of parental involvement.

Abstract

Like a fish in the open sea, not just in an aquarium, which illustrates the researcher openness to the wider world. After the researcher finds an understanding of herself, then the researcher will relate to the outside world. The researcher reflects in depth on the transformation that exists in the researcher and explores how external factors in students can influence self-efficacy in learning elementary school mathematics. This research is a transformative qualitative type that uses the method of writing as inquiry, writing critical auto|ethnography to help researcher understand the experience of being student, student of university, and teacher. Researcher also used postmodern interviews to find out the views of students, teachers, and parents on the formation of students' self-efficacy in learning mathematics. The results of auto|ethnography studies, literature studies, and interviews show that there are external factors in the form of verbal persuasion from parents, teachers, and friends that influence students' self-efficacy in learning mathematics. The verbal persuasion that students receive comes from the people around them, who are the people closest to them; so the researcher chose to call it a closest person verbal persuasion. Through this research, researcher and research subjects can change the view that external factors in the form of verbal persuasion from people closest to them can shape students' self-efficacy in learning mathematics. Therefore, the formation of self-efficacy through external self learners can be well controlled by external parties. Controlling the formation of self-efficacy is intended so that students develop good self-efficacy in learning mathematics. Keywords: external factors, self-efficacy, mathematic learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran Pop Up Book muatan IPA pada materi sistem pencernaan manusia kelas V sekolah dasar yang layak dan praktis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah RnD dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Lokasi penelitian di SDN 2 Kekeri dengan subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas VA sejumlah 24 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengambilan data berupa angket validasi dan angket respon. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa media yang dikembangkan sangat layak digunakan, dengan penilaian ahli materi mencapai 81,25% dan penilaian ahli media sebesar 96,42%. Uji kepraktisan mendapatkan persentase 91,49%, menunjukkan media ini praktis digunakan oleh peserta didik. Guru memberikan penilaian sebesar 95%, menunjukkan bahwa media Pop Up Book ini sangat praktis digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran sistem pencemaan manusia. Dengan demikian, media Pop Up Book muatan IPA pada materi sistem pencernaan manusia kelas V sekolah dasar yang dikembangkan dinilai layak dan praktis sebagai media pembelajaran alternatif di kelas.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1. Describe students' understanding related to the internalization of religious moderation values at SMKN 6 Kota Jambi; 2. Describe the strategy in the implementation of internalization of religious moderation values at SMKN 6 Kota Jambi; 3. Describe the impact caused by the internalization of religious moderation values on student attitudes, mindsets, and behaviors at SMKN 6 Kota Jambi. The type of research used in this study is qualitative research. The data collection technique of this research uses observation, interviews, documentation, and field notes. The results of the research are: 1. The internalization of religious moderation values at SMKN 6 Jambi City has been carried out optimally and maximally. This is because the students have been able to receive instruction from teachers to instill in them the values of religious moderation; 2. The internalization of religious moderation values is a pedagogical process that can be implemented through various models, in particular: a. Through Viral Case Analysis and Lectures, Friday Pulpit on the Concept of Moderation; b. Through Material Integration in KBM Activities; c. Assessing Students' Knowledge; d. Contemplation of the Knowledge Obtained; 3. The internalization of religious moderation values in character development positively affects attitudes, mindsets, and social behaviors rooted in character values that develop in the environment of SMKN 6 Jambi City, including: a. The importance of integrity; b. Students' openness to thought; and c. Tolerance.
